I had a lovely stay at Bali Ayu Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful traditional Balinese atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery, which makes it feel peaceful and relaxing despite its convenient location in Seminyak. My room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The staff were always friendly, welcoming and ready to help with anything I needed. There are also many great restaurants, cafés and shops nearby. Bali Ayu offers excellent value for money and is a perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic stay in Bali.

A very green, quiet and peaceful tropical garden off an insanely busy street smack-bang in the middle of Seminyak. The contrast could not be greater. Very nice staff, the pool is great, and my accommodation was spacious and beautiful with character. I do recommend it.

Het zijn schone kamers met uitgebreide schoonmaak elke dag. De hebben een WhattsApp klaarstaan voor alle vragen en reageren erg snel. Het ligt iets meer dan 10 min lopen van het strand af en veel eetgelegenheden eromheen. Zeker een aanrader. Tip: doe wel de deur goed dicht, anders komen er beestjes binnen.

De temperatuur van de kraan kan je niet instellen. Het is of te heet of te koud, niet aanpasbaar.

it was clean enough but people which are really fussy may would have preferred a deep clean, walls are a bit aged and could do with a fresh coat of paint, sitting in the front outside a bit noisy and no privacy as it’s the main thoroughfare

Breakfast was a let down big time was only one choice off the menu which did not have much to offer and anything you wanted more you had to pay for even half decent coffee or tea and staff weren't very attentive and had big language barrier expected bir more than what we got

When arriving the staff didn't feel welcoming, we arrived early as I warned them about beforehand but they didn't read the message. So the villa was not ready yet and we were pretty much told to piss off and come back after 2 hours. Instead of then showing our room they just pointed to the general direction, without us knowing which villa was ours. My wife, my mother in law and myself had tattoos done in Seminyak and that night there was some dried ink on the sheets. I informed the staff myself and apologihzed. They told me it would cost 1,2 million to get the ink out. My wife was able to wash the ink of the pillows sheet using cold tap water and dish washing soap. After telling them and getting a text for the manager (supposedly) they reduced the cost to 300k. Which is still a rip off and I suspect the staff is using this as a side hussle since it is very common to get tattoos in Seminyak. The reception staff should get off their high horse and take their job more seriously. The people that do the housekeeping are wonderful but the first night we found a crispy frog behind the tv furniture when looking for a free wall socket. Not really healthy around my kids. Also the bathroom smelled funky and there were a lot fruit flies.

Les chambres sont mal entretenue, l'établissement n'est pas un vrai 4 étoile. Tous est vieux les.lits ne sont pas confortables. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas super. Service trop long et jamais de croissants comme indiqué sur la carte.

Sehr freundlicher und respektvoller Empfang. Gepäck wurde gleich mit einem Gepäckwagen zur Unterkunft gebracht. Absolute Privatsphäre der Unterkunft. Grosser Raum, schönes Bad. Tägliche und vom Personal sehr zuvorkommende Reinigung. Pool ist sauber und hat Liegen. Sehr zufrieden.

Особенно понравилось, что возле каждой виллы есть уютный дворик со всей необходимой садовой мебелью, где было приятно проводить вечера. Бассейн тоже отличный — достаточно просторный, чтобы спокойно поплавать. На фоне играла приятная спокойная музыка, создавая расслабляющую и уютную атмосферу. В целом на территории отеля было тихо и спокойно, с соседями практически не пересекались, что создавало ощущение уединения. Отличное соотношение цены и качества.

Из небольших минусов — по утрам иногда было слышно, как персонал довольно громко разговаривал. Для нас это не стало существенной проблемой, так как мы привыкли просыпаться рано.

The property was very well located, very comfortable and provided everything we needed as a family. We paid for a 2-bed villa and when we arrived, we were upgraded to a 3-bed villa (villa 10) and it was so lovely! The Wacko restaurant at the from provided room service and food and drinks if required. Rooms were clean and the villa was spacious and comfortable. Water pressure was great. It stayed hot long enough for two people to shower. Great sized fridge. Staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay - Terima Kasih! 🙏

Nothing - we really enjoyed our stay! However, there is nothing other than a main pool area - very conservative in size. So, if you’re looking for a lively pool area vibe, you will not get it here. It’s peace and serenity and very relaxing. Please note, if you’re ordering in Grab (food)and staying in a villa, be mindful of where you arrange collection - ALL drivers delivered to the gang behind the villa regardless of delivery location, and we could not access the rear door. Every order we had raised this issue.

The location is excellent and the pool gets all day sun which is fabulous and the sun loungers are comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The mattress on the bed is very hard causing us both to wake up with sore backs after a couple of nights. The music playing by the pool was on repeat and it would be more relaxing if there was no music in the pool area.

The villa was big! We got a free upgrade upon arrival. Tq v much, Bali Ayu! Staffs were very patient, polite & friendly. It was clean too. For the price paid, nothing to complaint 😊

The pool has some kind of blood smell. Maybe someone before us was having her menstruation went in to the pool. Mosquitoes n insects are unavoidable with the surroundings there. But they provided spray & plug-in repellent.

Everything was what you expect from Bali and more. Clean, friendly, and central to almost everything.

Room was lovely with four poster bed and very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. The daily cleaning staff were great.

Air conditioning was hit and miss. Pool area needs some work - looks old and a bit tatty.
