Reviewed Aug 15, 2025la ubicación era excelente, cerca del centro y de supermercados y restaurantes, pero lo suficientemente lejos para evitar ruidos, por lo que era muy tranquilo e ideal para una estancia familiar como la nuestra. Las instalaciones eran muy completas y estaban cuidadas y limpias Rudy nos ayudó bastante y estaba disponible en todo momento, con mucha simpatía. si volvemos a Las Terrenas volveremos a la villa, sin duda

Reviewed Sep 11, 2024Sehr schöne Villa, Rudi war der perfekte Manager für uns. Wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Großer gepflegter Pool. Sicheres elektrisches Türschloss. Schöne saubere Küche mit vielen Geräten und viel Ausstattung. Die Villa war gut gereinigt. Wunderschöner tropischer Garten. Wir haben es genossen auf der großzügigen Terrasse zu sitzen !!!

Stove didn’t work properly, had a couple broken burners,we couldn’t even boil an egg to be specific, pool was really dirty,toilets had shit stains bathroom was dirty, total disaster.

Reviewed Sep 9, 2024fantastisch Villa with a huge Pool Super clean Everything Fantastic Pool. Well equipped kitchen Even with airfryer and high pressure coffee machine. Calm and very close to City and best beaches. Gas was out , but friendly Manager Rudi helped in 20 Minutes.

Reviewed Jul 29, 2023La villa es muy hermosa tiene todo lo necesario para periodos cortos o largos. Está sumergida en el verde que es algo que me gusto mucho. La persona que nos recibió, Randi, fue muy amable, cortés y siempre disponible.
Lo que no me gusto fue que elegí este lugar porque decía estar a 50 mts., de la playa y no es cierto. Está como a unos doscientos metros más o menos.

Reviewed May 12, 2023Lo que mejor fue la asistencia que me dieron y el dueño a pesar que estaba en Alemania estaba pendiente en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Estaba en una zona trankila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitabas. Una casa idílica para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones
La luz la tienes que pagar aparte, y los colchones tendrían que cambiarlos pero no dudo que el propietario los cambiará en breve. Todo era estupendo
