La ubicación está genial a media cuadra de la playa... Tienes todo a disposición de los alrededores La piscina increíble las instalaciones la sala la cocina el comedor todo muy lindo me gustó la estancia

La ubicación del hotel, aunque no está a primera línea de mar, está muy cerca de la playa, parada de taxi y supermercado. Giorgio y su mujer son un encanto y la comunicación con ellos es rápida y efectiva.

A este hotel le falta mantenimiento y limpieza. La limpieza es un problema en general, cuesta llegar a los estándares europeos…en fin. No hay limpieza diaria, hay que pedirla expresamente. Las zonas comunes muy descuidadas. En cuanto llegamos la cocina estaba muy sucia. Y la zona de fumadores llena de colillas (aunque esto era responsabilidad exclusiva del fumador).

La comodidad y localización

Que tenía que pagar para usar el aire y la ducha que solo salía agua caliente, al poner agua fría casi no salía agua.

Tutto, Giorgio e moglie persone meravigliose. Consiglio vivamente di venire. Ambiente pulito e curato, colazione super. Fantastico!

La cercania del lugar y la seguridad

Hay áreas que no están bien cuidadas

La villa es muy bonita, cómoda y tranquila. Me gustaron mucho las instalaciones, especialmente la piscina y las zonas comunes. También disfruté mucho el desayuno: estaba muy rico, era completo y tenía un excelente precio. La ubicación también me pareció muy buena para conocer Las Terrenas y sus alrededores.

En general tuve una buena experiencia.

Esta un poco lejos andando del centro y de los restaurantes de playa. Cojin muy incomodo y una lastima que se tenga que pagar un suplemento para el aire acondicionado. Lástima que el wc no este en la habitacion

El lugar en precioso, la ubicación y los encargados del lugar nos hicieron sentir is muy bienvenidas y la comodidad y comunicación que se hace con lo demás en la villa es muy bonita

cuando hablamos de villas, nos referimos algo privado, que solo se comparte la piscina.. no el inodoro ni cocina..me senti en un lugar publico con dormida.. deberian indicar lo que incluye la villas y lo que no incluye..

cocina inodoro compartido..llegue y no encontre a nadie que no recibiera..porque el cheking es a la 1 p.m llegamos la 1 y 45 pm y no encontre a nadie que me dijera nada.. tuve que improvisar.

Que cuando hice la reserva,yo reservé una habitación para dos persona y cuando llego me dicen que rente rente una tienda que nunca fue una habilitación Osea me cambiaron sin yo darme cuenta y según la información era algo más privado y que tenia desayuno incluido y los aire no funcionaban , y la más persona que estaba en el alojamiento también dijeron lo mismo que yo , que no fue lo que ellos reservaron

La comodidad del lugar.

Una experiencia excepcional e inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, Giorgio y su esposa estuvieron súper atentos a cada detalle, siempre pendientes de que no nos faltara nada y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La villa es hermosa, muy cómoda, limpia y con un ambiente muy familiar que invita a relajarse. La piscina es simplemente espectacular y, sin duda, será uno de los recuerdos más bonitos de nuestro viaje a Las Terrenas. Todo estuvo perfecto: la ubicación, las instalaciones y la tranquilidad del lugar. Sin duda volveríamos y lo recomendamos al 100 %. Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia tan especial ! 🇪🇸 🇷🇺

Дуже атмосферна і комфортна вілла, в 300 метрах від океану. Персонал повністю компенсує щирістю і увагою незначні недоліки вілли. Якщо уважно читати опис і зважати на помірковану вартість - вілла повністю відповідає її опису. Зручний басейн, затишні зони відпочинку. І навіть намет виявився достатньо комфортним. Під час нашого перебування пропало світло на віллі — персонал швидко і без додаткових витрат з нашого боку переселив нас в розташований поруч, більш дорогий готель на ніч, надавши окремий номер за кожну кімнату, оплачену нами на віллі. На ранок світло на віллі відновили, і далі все було добре. Джорджіо і Галіна делікатно надають перебуванню на віллі абсолютно сімейний вайб. І їхні поради заощадили нам сотні доларів зайвих витрат. Так, на віллі є живий кролик, якого щоранку випускають погуляти по двору!

Кролика Санні Банні можна не закривати в клітку взагалі!)

Op een zeer prettige, rustige plek in Las Terrenas (op enkele minuten lopen van het strand!) ligt deze parel. We hebben enorm genoten van de prachtige tuin, het heerlijke zwembad en de fijne keuken. We sliepen in de tent en deze was top, ook de temperatuur en ruimte in de tent! De warme douche in de buiten badkamer is genieten. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook is echt óveral aan gedacht om jouw verblijf perfect te maken.

È stato tutto così magnifico, posizione ottima, a due passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro dove mangiare la sera o passare del tempo. La colazione? SPAZIALE! Siamo stati davvero bene!

La ubicación, la casa es preciosa. Los anfitriones son muy amorosos. La cocina compartida estaba siempre impecable, y eso lo valoramos mucho porque el lugar es tan precioso que preferíamos cocinar y cenar ahí.

Nosotros nos hospedamos en la tienda que está al costado de la casa (que es realmente muy linda y cómoda). Pero la única sugerencia que haríamos sería que al baño le agregaran un poco más de caña en la parte del frente para que quede un poco más intimo.

Il n’y a pas de vraie fenêtre dans le bungalow laissant passer tous les bruits. La climatisation est payante, et il n’y a pas de ventilateur ni palmes au plafond. Pas de sèche cheveux

Alles, besonders, dass es ruhig und trotzdem strandnah gelegen ist. Die anderen Gäste habe ich kaum gesehen und gehört, ich hatte das Haus und den Pool quasi für mich alleine. Nur, dass mir dominikanische Nachbarn 5 Stunden lang Proleten-Musik in Konzert-Lautstärke in die Ohren gedröhnt haben, war am Oster-Sonntag sehr nervig. Hat auch für Ärger gesorgt, weil sie trotz mehrfacher Bitten nicht leiser gestellt haben. Lautstärke

There’s an AC unit that’s inoperable, there is no staff, there is no toilet in the room, difficult to understand instructions to gain access to the property, no communication with host/owner and the property is full of mosquitoes.

La maison, le cadre et le jardin

Polecam to miejsce z całego serca! Panująca tu atmosfera jest wyjątkowa, idealna, aby odpocząć. Wszystko wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach, części wspólne są zadbane i bardzo przestrzenne, a w tle gra przyjemna muzyczka. W kuchni zapewnione jest niezbędne wyposażenie, więc bez problemu można przygotować posiłek, ale można również skorzystać z opcji dokupienia śniadania za rozsądną cenę. Zapewniony jest również dystrybutor z pitną wodą. Namiot znajduje się pod zadaszeniem, więc nie ma czego się obawiać podczas deszczu. Wystrój wewnątrz namiotu tworzy niesamowity klimat i sprawia, że jest bardzo przytulnie. Toaleta jest absolutnie niesamowita, pod dachem, lecz na powietrzu, cudownie było brać tam prysznic. Jest ciepła woda, co nie jest tak oczywiste w Dominikanie. Do wynajmu jest również dostępny murowany bungalow lub pokoje w Villi, więc każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Lokalizacja jest idealna, nie przy głównej drodze, dzięki czemu jest ciszej, ale wciąż blisko wielu pięknych plaż oraz centrum. Internet działa bardzo dobrze. Ale to miejsce nie byłoby takie wyjątkowe, gdyby nie właściciele. Ola jest wspaniałą osobą, otwartą, przemiłą i empatyczną oraz dbającą o komfort swoich gości. To ona sprawiła, że pobyt w Las Terrenas był tak wyjątkowy. Podpowiedziała nam co warto robić w okolicy, gdzie plażować, potańczyć i dobrze zjeść. Ponadto przyjęła nas w taki sposób, że czułyśmy się jak w domu. Była też niezawodna, kiedy miałyśmy jakieś pytania, dzięki czemu czułyśmy się bardzo zaopiekowane. Już nie możemy się doczekać, kiedy ponownie odwiedzimy to miejsce.

The Villa has a nice atmosphere, well kept, beautiful space. It is 3min walk from main beaches and center, there are also a market, liquor store, few spots to eat along the same road, so easy access. Welcoming hosts, straight forward check-in instructions, would come back again!

Die Nähe zum Strand und die gut ausgestattete Küche

Die Zimmer haben keine Fensterscheiben und unser Zimmer lag zur Straße und zu einer weiteren Zeltunterkunft. Man hört leider sogar ein Telefonat der Personen im Zelt mit, es ist extrem hellhörig…

La ubicación es buena, en una zona tranquila y cerca de playa las ballenas. La cocina viene muy completa.

Tuvimos todos los días problemas con cloaca. Veníamos soportando el olor hasta que el penúltimo día empezó a salir todo por la bañera. No nos avisaron nada, el último día empezaron a arreglar y ahora cada vez que volvíamos a la villa, la bañera estaba inundada de residuos cloacales nuevamente. Aleksandra nos ayudó a limpiar una vez pero al preguntar por Booking (Giorgio) si podríamos bañarnos en algún momento y que nuestra bañera estaba inundada de cloaca, la respuesta -y esto es increíble- fue que podíamos bañarnos afuera, en el patio, que sería una experiencia divertida. La última noche no pudimos dormir ni con la puerta abierta por el olor y tampoco cambiar de hotel como nos propusieron porque teníamos reservado el taxi a la madrugada.

Schönes Zimmer und Pool

Die Mitarbeiter und Manager sind sehr nett, leider sind die besitzer sehr geizig und verlangen viele Gebühren nach der Zahlung wie z. B für Klimananlage, Parkplatz, Waschmaschine und wollen nach der Buchung Geld von den Kunden verlangen, etwas dass ich in Lateinamerika noch nie gesehen habe ausser bei dieser Unterkunft.

Comodidad, instalaciones, servicios y Personal nos atendieron súper bien, un lugar súper recomendable, muy cálido y muy acogedor ❤️❤️

Nos gustó todo

Wij verbleven in het appartement en het voelde heel goed. Niets op aan te merken. 1x ontbijt besteld, Brood, omelet, fruit, er was niets op aan te merken. De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het strand, op loopafstand. Heerlijk om hier steeds terug te komen.

J’ai réservé la tente avec douche/toilette à l’extérieur et ce fût une belle expérience . Quelle joie de prendre une douche ´à l’extérieur.

Tout était parfait

Ich war im Bungalow und es war klein, aber fein. Giorgio (?!) war wirklich nett, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Der Strand ist wirklich nicht weit entfernt. Erst war ich etwas enttäuscht vom Strand, aber wenn man den Strand links entlang geht und nicht rechts, ist dieser wirklich schön

Es hat etwas feucht gerochen, aber das war nicht weiter schlimm. Klimaanlage ist glaube ich nur gegen Entgelt zu nutzen, aber der Ventilator war vollkommen ausreichend.

Struttura rustica, abbiamo alloggiato nella maloca, a stretto contatto con la natura, esperienza unica ed emozionante, il piccolo centro vicinissimo, spiaggia vicina con un bel lungomare, ristoranti carini, tutto come previsto. Non aspettatevi molta comodità (dormire nella tenda ha il suo fascino).

L’établissement est vraiment très agréable, tout est pensé pour que l’on se sente comme à la maison. La dépendance est très bien, isolée de la villa, tres confortable. La cuisine très fonctionnelle, le jardin tres beau et la piscine avec jacuzzi relaxant. Je reviendrais avec joie ☺️

Bien que temporaire les travaux à l’entrée empêchait le calme de l’endroit

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Aleksandra war jederzeit für Fragen da. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut. Es gab Ei, frisches Obst und Tomaten, Guacamole,frische Kokosnuss, Orangensaft und Baguette. Wasser und Kaffee waren immer umsonst. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich dort. Es sind viele Restaurants und der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Schön gestaltete Zimmer, toller Garten und guter Pool, nette Gastgeberin und gute Lage. Man teilt sich die Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit allen Gästen.

J'ai adoré mon séjour. L'accueil, les équipements, la proximité avec la plage et les commerces, la piscine et les rencontres dans les espaces communs. L'hôte était très gentille, aidante et tout était très propre. J'y retournerais n'importe quand!

The "Superior Family Room" was advertised as having a "private bathroom", prominently displayed in the main amenities section. Only upon arrival did I discover that the room has merely a private shower, while the toilet facilities are shared with other guests. This critical information was buried in fine print deep within the detailed description. By any reasonable standard and legal definition, a private bathroom must include a private toilet, sink, and proper facilities, not just a shower stall. I chose not to stay once I discovered this deceptive misrepresentation. Additionally, the property instruct all clients to pay in cash, or as a "donation" to an independent foundation, rather than processing payment as a standard hotel transaction. While I understand that some properties arrange payment outside the Booking.com platform, routing commercial hotel payments through a charitable foundation raises serious concerns about misuse of non-profit status.

Muy lindo y organizado, tenía todo lo necesario. Era muy céntrico y bonito. Si sería muy bueno que al momento de la reserva o quizás antes le especifiquen al huésped cuál será su habitación antes de reservar, ya que a nosotros nos tocó una estilo casa de campaña, para mí fue fantástico, pero no todo el mundo le gusta este tipo de alojamiento tipo ecológico y puede que no se lleven una grata sorpresa al momento de llegar. Cabe destacar que aunque el espacio que nos tocó (la maloka) era bien ecológico me encantó, era súper cómodo, estaba muy fresca la temperatura lo que no me hizo falta aire acondicionado o abanico, era súper privado.

We really liked the home feeling of the place, it was also clean and the kitchen was really organised. We also appreciated the staff and their helpfulness.

The drain was not working properly and the toilet didnt flush ( only after like 5 times of trying) also you could hear the drain bubble a lot during the night , however it was pouring rain that day so that might of not been helpful.

Le cadre de la villa est enchanteur et les chambres sont spacieuses et reposantes. L'emplacement permet de concilier visites et tranquillité grâce au calme des lieux. Mention spéciale pour la sécurité de l'établissement qui permet de profiter sereinement de ses vacances.

En revanche, très mauvaise expérience avec le gérant : refus catégorique et mauvaise foi concernant une demande de geste pour un départ anticipé justifié. La gestion humaine n'est malheureusement pas à la hauteur du lieu.

La ubicación, el alojamiento.

Parte del baño ( inodoro) estaba fuera del dormitorio.

Cute place. Close to a beach and not too far from town, about 10 min walk. Supermarket at end of road. Nice to have a pool.

Room smelt damp on entering. Felt more like a hostel with shared kitchen, divided fridge etc. Family owners lived there so felt like I was intruding onto their home, made me not want to use communal parts so ended up staying in room when I would otherwise have been out. Didn’t really feel like a hotel or apartment.

Das Zelt ist sehr geräumig und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist super Nahe am Meer und es gibt Supermarkt und günstige Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich fand besonders toll dass es einen extra Bereich für Yoga und Meditation gibt. Pool ist auch super und schon kalt bei der Hitze. Frühstück war toll.

Es gibt extrem viele Mosquitoes beim Haus und das trotz Fallen. Innerhalb des Zeltes war es kein Problem solange man immer den Eingang zu macht aber sobald man in Freien ist, ist Mückenspray alle paar Stunden ein absolutes Muss.

Great location, very near one of my favourite beach spots in Las Terrenas. Quite peaceful, which is important here. Great hosts. An amazing little goblin and sunny bunny too :-)

L’endroit etait agréable au calme la musique y etait bonne et relaxante, l’espace commun etait très sympa aussi

La chambre manque d’isolation,même si nous n’en avions pas besoin la climatisation payante n’a pas lieu d’être, et le style eco bobo , est loin des us locaux …🙃

Eine kleine überblickbare Location. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir haben im Zelt gewohnt, was etwas speziell war, aber wir haben uns auf dieses Abenteuer eingelassen.

Zu einem schönen Strand musste man schon etwas weiter laufen oder mit dem Auto hinfahren.

Het ontbijt was erg goed. De kamer was schoon. Bed was goed en de douche was warm. Iedereen was erg vriendelijk en de sfeer was heel ontspannen in het huis.

Er waren veel muggen door de mooie groene tuin dus vergeet niet om je goed in te smeren.

A Maloca é algo interessante, possui uma atmosfera diferenciada.

Located close to beach. Host put together a nice retreat. Free parking available.

No AC in my room, although the combination of ceiling fan and open windows (with bug net) worked well for me.
