Perfect for a night not far from the airport. Our hosts even drove us to the airport.

Très beau logement, avec de beaux espaces situés à proximité de l’aéroport. L’hôte a été très réactive et attentive à nos sollicitations. Le logement est très bien situé et est dans un environnement calme. Je recommande.

Se trata de una casa enorme de 2 plnatas enfrente del aeropuerto, aunque par allegar a ella hay que subir unas larga cuesta practicamnete vertical. La anfitriona fue lo mejor porque era una señora muy agradable.

La verdad es que nos decepcionó, no me esperaba así después de leer las reseñas de otros viajeros. En las fotos parece una casa vacía y sin embargo parecía estar habitada continuamente porque la nevera estaba llena de restos de comida, el baño lleno de restos de geles y cremas. Había 6 salamandras en las pareces y suelo lo cual era desagradable y se oyen ruidos continuamente de perros, aviones, bichos... No dormimos mucho la verdad. La wifi tampoco funcionaba muy bien

We did not like the host who is unprofessional and came to Knock the door in the early morning and stayed around the property. The check out time of this Villa is 10am, which is much earlier than other guest houses in Seychelles. The Villa is close enough to the airport but not practical to walk to it. No aircon in lounge and dining areas. Overall not good value for money.

La proximité. Très bien situé pour une nuit de transit. Le personnel est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport , arrivant tard dans la nuit.

Die Lage inkl Ausblick auf den Flughafen waren cool. Das Haus bietet massig Platz und es gibt alles was man braucht (inkl Wasserspender). Die Abholung vom Flughafen hat super funktioniert und wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

Property close to the airport. Host provided airport drop off which we greatly appreciated.

Cleanliness could definitely be improved and an AC unit in the living room would be a definite plus. We only stayed there for a few hours, waiting to board a late night flight, but we had to spend the entire time in the bedroom as that's where the AC is located. The property is up on a very steep hill so keep that in mind if you are planning to walk with your luggage. We drove our rental car there, dropped off luggage, dropped off the car at the airport and then walked back up. It was brutal, even without luggage.

Ogromna willa położona w pięknym miejscu

The house was very nice, and well furnished. Also the owner, Jill, was welcoming. It was also handily near the airport for our last day before flying out

The access was TERRIBLE! The road there was a hazardous steep hill, and on turning into the drive (also very steep), the car skidded and wouldn't climb until Jill told us to turn off the aircon. I can't recall reading that in the advert! Another was that althought the bedrooms were great, and the aircon worked well in both, downstairs was like a greenhouse, and unbearably hot. I would definitely advise Jill to install an airconditioning unit downstairs to cool the kitchen and living room

We were very disappointed with our stay. Based on the many positive reviews, we even extended our booking by one night due to a change in our flights. However, we ended up leaving after just one night. The house is located on a hill, and the road up is extremely steep. Even with a car, accessing the property and parking is quite difficult and not convenient at all. Cleanliness was also an issue, and the kitchen equipment was unacceptable. Pots and pans were heavily scratched, and the non-stick coating was damaged. We accepted this and planned to go out for dinner, but unfortunately there were no good options nearby. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. The constant barking of dogs throughout the night was unbearable. Our children could hardly sleep. While the airplane noise was at least predictable and eventually stopped, the barking continued all night. Our children wanted to leave as soon as possible, and honestly, there is no real need to stay so close to the airport on this island. For our second night, we moved to Beau Vallon and had a great end to our trip. From there, it only took us about 25 minutes to reach the airport, which was clearly the better choice. When we checked out, Jill said she understood our reasons for leaving, especially with children and the noise at night, but no refund was excepted for the unused night.

Ich bin Jill unheimlich dankbar dass wir in dieser Außergewöhnlichen Situation eine Nacht länger bleiben durften! Sie stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, vielen lieben Dank dafür!!! Auch die Nähe zum Flughafen war für uns Gold wert, sonst hätten wir nicht so schnell Flugtickets nach Hause bekommen! 🙏🏻

Jill was an incredible host, collected me from the airport to drive me up (steeply up) to the house. Extremely well equipped kitchen, spacious living room with satellite tv, indoor/outdoor dining areas, and multiple outside lounge areas. Bed was so very comfortable, and the view was gorgeous! Jill even offered a ride to the jetty as well.

The neighbour's poor dog barking on repeat... eventually you drown it out as background noise.

I stayed at Touchdown Villa for one night before my ferry to La Digue, and it was a perfect beginning of my Seychelles trip. Jill is an exceptionally kind, warm and caring host. She welcomed me personally, showed me everything in the villa and made me feel safe and relaxed after a long journey. The villa is huge, clean, peaceful and has a beautiful view of the airport area, mountains and tropical garden with palm trees and rocks. The atmosphere is calm and very private, exactly what you need after a flight. Jill also helped me with transportation in the morning and made sure I arrived on time. Her kindness and personal attention truly made a difference. Highly recommended. Thank you, Jill. You are a wonderful person.

A szallas egy komplett csaladi haz volt, ahol 5-en kenyelmesen elfertunk. A hazigazda jott ertunk a repuloterre, es masnap reggel ki is vitt minket a komphoz, igy a transzferunk is megoldott volt. A szallas kocsival par percre van a reptertol, ami nekunk szempont volt, mert egy hosszu repules utan erkeztunk ide 1 ejszakara. A nagy kozos teraszrol gyonyoru volt a kilatas az oceanra, meg a repteret is lattuk. A szallastol gyalog kb 10 percre van egy kisbolt, illetve nem sokkal messzebb egy takeaway etterem is, ahol nagy volt a valasztek, es finom is volt az etel, meg voltunk elegedve.

Egy meredek dombon kell hozza felmenni, igy hiaba a repter kozelsege, nem ajanlom, hogy valaki csomagokkal megprobalja🙂 de ezt tudtuk foglalaskor, es transzferrel ez is tokeletes.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht weil unser Flug schon früh am Morgen ging und wir keine weite Anfahrt riskieren wollten. Dementsprechend kann man immer wieder Flugzeuge starten/landen hören. Die Besitzerin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und das Haus war sehr sauber.

Sehr geringer Wasserdruck in der Dusche da kam fast kein Wasser, in der Nacht war es leider extrem laut (Flughafen, super viele Hunde die gefühlt durchgängig gebellt haben, der Hahn ab 3 Uhr morgens)

The villa itself is quite big and the bed comfortable. Also, very clean and the view to the airport is nice if you’re enthusiastic about planes. The main purpose of the villa is to spend the night before an early flight as it very close to the airport. I don’t think it is suitable for more than a night as it is quite hard to reach and you def need a car and the location itself is more for locals than tourists. The hill is very steep, I guess you can walk but it will be a very hard walk.

Große Wohnung, schöner und großzügiger Aussenbereich mit sehr guten Sitz-/Liegemöglichkeiten - sehr nahe am Flughafen - sauberer Schlafzimmerbereich

Villa liegt inmitten einer sehr dicht bebauten seychellische Arbeitersiedlung. Die Auffahrt zur Villa ist sehr steil und sehr eng - es bedarf eines erfahrenen Fahrers. Unmittelbar nebendran wohnt eine Familie mit kleinem Hund und Hühnern. Hahn und Huhn wechseln sich zeitweise die ganze Nacht ab. Im Dachgeschoss über dem kleinen Schlafzimmer nistete eine nachtaktive Katzenfamilie, in der Zwischendecke über dem Erdgeschoss wohnen zwei überkommunikative Vögel. Auch sonst sind ständig die zahlreichen Hunde der Nachbarschaft zu hören. Der Blick auf die Landebahn des Flughafens wird gerade durch einen Neubau eingeschränkt. Baustellenlärm ist sehr laut. TV war nicht angeschlossen / Küchenbereich war wie in Gebrauch (gebrauchter Schwamm /Lappen, im Kühlschrank / Tiefkühler befanden sich noch Lebensmittel).

Esta villa es un lugar muy bien situado cerca del aeropuerto de Mahe y a 15 minutos de Victoria en coche. Tiene vistas al mar y una terraza muy amplia y destaca por su tranquilidad. Consta de dos plantas espaciosas. La de abajo es la del comedor y cocina y la de arriba las habitaciones. Su anfitriona viene a recogerte al aeropuerto y es muy práctico. Necesitas coche para ir a todos lados aunque tiene paradas de bus cercanas para los más aventureros.

Logement spacieux , propre très bien situé Climatisation et literie de qualité. La dame etait sympathique , elle nous à conduit gratuitement à l'aéroport le lendemain.

La pente pour accéder au logement est vraiment horrible pour des piétons mais c'est un détail.

A proprietária Jill, é muito simpática. Teve a amabilidade de nos receber no aeroporto e transportar ao alojamento. A casa é uma villa enorme e muito espaçosa. Com um agradável espaço exterior, que não tivemos oportunidade de desfrutar por apenas termos pernoitado. Sala muito espaçosa e com uma TV enorme. Tem wifi incluído, o que para quem se encontra a viajar é sempre útil.

A localização é numa colina de dificil acesso a quem tem baixa mobilidade. O acesso aos quartos é feito por uma escada. Tínhamos dois gecos no interior da casa, que de noite fizeram algum ruido típico.

nähe zum Flughafen - wir waren nur die letzte Nacht vor unserem Flug dort von der Seite wäre es nicht fair etwas negatives zu schreiben - Das Haus bietet wirklich Alles was man braucht denn die Eigentümerin wohnt selbst dort und überlässt es komplett - der Kühlschrank war noch mit Ihren eigenen Lebensmitteln gefüllt aber wie gesagt wir brauchten das alles nicht . Die Gastgeberin war am nächsten Tag pünktlich zur vereinbahrten Zeit vor Ort und fuhr uns kostenlos zum Flughafen - vielen Dank dafür!!!

Für den Ort üblich da es sich im ländlichen Teil befindet - jedes Haus hat Hunde und sonstige Tiere - wer darauf steht die ganze Nacht von Hundegebell abgelöst von Hahngeschrei wach gehalten zu werden ist hier richtig - mehrere Tage hätten wir hier nicht ausgehalten - eigentlich Schade denn das Haus ist wirklich sehr sehr schön

La casa è molto bella, grande, pulita e vicinissima all’aeroporto. Dotata di tutti i comfort, cucina, soggiorno e terrazzo/ spazio esterno arredato abbiamo passato un soggiorno incantevole. La proprietaria di casa è stata molto disponibile ed ha accontentato tutti i nostri bisogni.

Es war zur Übernachtung nach dem Flug gedacht - dafür war es sehr gut. Das Haus ist geräumig aber sehr steil Am Berg gelegen. Ohne Auto sollte man hier nicht länger bleiben. Der Lärm durch den Flughafen war okay, nachts flog kein Flugzeug .

Not a location one would pick for a longer stay, but idealy located at arrival or departure. The house itself is large, comfortable, with two big terraces, and is within a walkable distance to the airport, although on top of a step climb when going in the opposite direction.

There were some loud dogs barking in the night, so you may want to bring some ear plugs.

Великий просторий дім. Все необхідне для проживання. Чиста свіжа білизна, чисті рушники, фен. Три гарні тераси. Поряд з аеропортом. Дуже сподобалось. Майте на увазі, що дім знаходиться на пагорбі, пішки не дійдете

Wir haben diese Unterkunft für unsere letzte Nacht vor der Abreise gebucht, da sie sehr nah am Flughafen liegt. Jill hat uns von der Fähre für einen fairen Preis abgeholt und auch früh um 6:00 Uhr zum Flughafen gefahren. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Villa ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, sauber und mit einem tollen Blick auf den Flughafen.

Très belle villa spacieuse et confortable proche de l'aéroport. On a passé un nuit avant de prendre le vol pour Praslin. Mention spéciale à l'hôte qui s'est occupée de nos trajets jusque l'aéroport, c'était compris dans le prix. Pour info, ne pas prévoir un trajet à pieds, la route grimpe trop pour balader des valises et les trottoirs ne sont pas adaptés pour leur usage (voir photos)

Close to the airport and early morning travelling to and from airport. Host was communicative and place was nice and clean.

Loud music right next to property all afternoon and into night from next door, which made it very difficult to put small children to bed. Very difficult driveway to navigate as well for those taking their own hire car.

Jill is an amazing host. She is extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.

Very little this is a great option if you need to be near the airport.

The villa is on a hill, with a rather steep climb, it may be challenging for some to get there on foot from sea-level road, so it is advised to use car for that:)

We stayed here for one night. - As the name suggests, it's a very big villa. Very huge property. - The owner was very friendly and she will offer a taxi service from the ferry (with good rates compared to what you see online). - We came 2 hrs earlier, although we were not able to check in, we were allowed to keep our luggage inside. We paid through credit card. After check-out, we kept our luggage outside of villa as our flight was in the night 10PM. (It was safe to keep luggage outside). - The property is huge, so you have multiple spots to chill and relax. In the outside, there was balcony on ground floor and 1st floor, also seating space in the backside of the villa. - The kitchen is huge, so is the living room (Kitchen could have been more clean, but not major issue). There are 2 washrooms, 1 in ground floor and another in the 1st floor. - A big thanks to the owner as they have a continuous running water filter, so you can have lot of drinking water availability. Kitchen was very well equipped. ( Although it was tricky to use the gas stove ( we couldn't use), be sure to check with owner how to operate during check in, Thankfully, we didn't need it, as we used the electric pot rice cooker to heat some things up). - It is close by to the airport which is a major positive. Location (read carefully) : - Close to the bus stand. (We used public bus during our stay). Also, it is close to a super market. During check-out, we even walked back to the airport from the property. - The property is very, VERY steep ! I am a hiker and a fit person, I could walk from the bus stand to the property, and the walk in itself was a good hike ;) - If you are not fit, you cannot walk from bus stand to the property. Don't take this lightly. - DO NOT THINK, you can carry/push trolley to the property from the bus stand. IMPOSSIBLE. You need a car to come to property with luggage !

- The AC swing thingy was broken in room. Although, the air was coming, the broken bar was blocking majority of the air. But not a major problem as after some time, the room gets cool. Also because of the broken swing thingy, there was some noise from AC. - Lots and lots of lizards. So, if you are not used to seeing lizards, be aware of it ! We were ok with it.

Absolutely nothing. Do not book here.

After making the booking 6 months prior to arrival, the booking was cancelled by the property due to ‘double booking’ 10 hours before our arrival. The host blamed booking.com and booking.com blamed the host. In any case, we were boarding our flight at the time and this stress was completely unnecessary and preventable. Do not book this property under any circumstances.

We really appreciated the free transfer to the airport by the host very early in the morning.

We were met on arrival at the airport on time despite our flight being delayed.

Blankets and bedsheets were not enough. Reaching the villa can be very tricky if no transport arrangements

Very big and beautiful house，with sea view and everything we need. It's near the airport，we could see the planes on the runway. Nearby there is a shop and take-away restaurant.

The apartment is huge and beautiful, also very clean. The owner and her daughter are very kind and helped us a lot. The house is located on a smaller hill, but it's doable on foot. The airport is close by. The neighbours are very friendly 😄
