Secluded villa, note that the place is reachable by a dirt track road. The villa is clean and comfortable. They serve good breakfast at the villa. Having sun beds by the pool instead of somewhat stained and dirty beanbags would make it better.

The pool- unusable as it was very dirty and not cleaned once. There was a dead mole floating in the pool. Overpriced!

Kayuma Villas was the perfect way to end my stay in Lombok! The villa was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everything was just perfect, from the gorgeous villa and peaceful setting to the delicious breakfast and Indonesian lunch. You can really tell how much care goes into making your stay special. I absolutely loved my time here and would highly recommend Kayuma Villas. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Kompletna prywatność, bliskość do dużej popularnej plaży Selong Belanak - jesteśmy niejeżdżący skuterami, więc pieszo mieliśmy ok. 25 min. Piękny prywatny basen, wnętrze willi było stylowo urządzone w stylu boho, które współgrało z całym otoczeniem. Profesjonalny personel, bardzo pomocny. Bez problemu pomogli nam zorganizować nawet duriany (pomimo, że był to ich pierwszy raz i dali radę! Dziękujemy ❤️). Jeżeli szukasz miejsca do wypoczynku, odizolowania się i zresetowania to zdecydowanie to miejsce jest dla Ciebie. Serdecznie polecamy. To były tylko 2 noce, ale przemiło spędziliśmy tutaj czas ❤️🌿

Superbe villa au beau milieu de la jungle, intimiste, piscine privée. Toute l’équipe Kayuma a été très attentionné et disponible pendant notre séjour. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison grâce à l’accueil chaleureux et les propositions de l’équipe Kayuma qui a grandement facilité l’organisation de nos excursions. Un grand merci !

Everything was amazing, we stayed in two of the three villas, and this was very well deserved the nicest one. Two floors. You could see the monkey playing outside the property in the afternoon. It was very romantic and just beautiful. The Staff was amazing and also provided free transports to the closes surfspots. Overall I would definitely come back! A piece of paradise

It was an absolute Dream, we spent our Honeymoon there and it couldn't have been better. Very private, super beautiful. Mixture of modern and indonesian style) the Staff made everything possible and the breakfast was next level. The free transportations to the beach was great as we surfed every morning. Definitely recommend this little piece of paradise!

Die Villa ist einfach traumhaft – mit einem ganz besonderen Flair, stilvoll eingerichtet und eingebettet in eine paradiesische, grüne Umgebung. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstück, das jeden Morgen direkt in unsere Villa gebracht wurde. Wir konnten es ganz unkompliziert auswählen und entspannt in unserer privaten Atmosphäre genießen – der perfekte Start in den Tag. Auch die Möglichkeit, direkt an der Rezeption einen Scooter zu einem günstigen Preis zu mieten, war super praktisch und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Die Villa liegt mitten im Grünen, fast wie im Dschungel, was den Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat. Wir hatten regelmäßig Besuch von verschiedenen Tieren und sogar von ein paar Affen, die neugierig vorbeischauten und anschließend wieder verschwanden. Das war ein einzigartiges Erlebnis und hat den besonderen Charme dieses Ortes noch unterstrichen. Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach entspannt, erholsam und wunderschön. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Für uns war es ein kleines Paradies – absolute Empfehlung!

Ein kleines Paradies! Wir fanden es ganz arg toll! Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Man kann zum Strand laufen, schneller geht es aber mit dem Scooter. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum entspannen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Le logement est incroyable, la piscine, la chambre, tout est idyllique et les personnes à l'accueil sont très très gentilles. Le déjeuner est succulent et copieux, le meilleur du séjour.

Kuayama Villas Lombok nous a organisé le transfert depuis notre précédent logement. Malheureusement, nous avons eu une grosse déception avec le chauffeur. Nous avions convenu d’une journée complète avec visite, mais le trajet n’a duré que 3 heures et nous sommes arrivés avant midi. Nous avons demandé une réduction de moitié du prix, ce que le patron a refusé catégoriquement. Attention aux arnaques.

This villa is exceptionally well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. What truly makes it special, though, is its beautiful tropical garden with a private plunge pool. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, especially in the evening with the lovely lighting. The room is spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail. You can really feel that it was created with heart.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen umgeben von üppigem Garten. Sehr viel Liebe zum Detail im Design. Leckeres Frühstück wurde jeweils direkt in der Villa serviert. Personal super hilfsbereit und gute Kommunikation.

Wir sind mit Roller angereist, die letzten 50m sind etwas holprig. Ohne Roller ist die Unterkunft für manche Leute allenfalls etwas zu weit von der Hauptstrasse entfernt.

Clean sheets, hard bed, very helpful staff.

Pool and upstairs area were dirty. There was a lot of animal droppings everywhere. It was a fairly long walk to the beach. The staff offered to take me to the beach on their scooters, but scooters aren’t for me, so I walked everywhere.

A great little Oasis set back a little in the "Jungle"! a 15 min walk to the beach. Nice plunge pool and garden area, Very friendly and helpful staff. Good aircon and Wifi. Just 3 villas so not much in the way of food etc other than breakfast.

Perhaps a cupboard or shelf for clothing. a coffe machine would have been nice.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mitten in der Natur (Geckos, Frösche und Affen gehören dazu :)). Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Man sollte wissen, dass man einen Roller benötigt. Diesen kann man aber problemlos in der Unterkunft buchen.

Nádherná desingová mini vila v naprostém soukromí. Jedná se o klidné, tiché a velice relaxační místo. Dokonalý odpočinek. Velice se nám líbila i vlastní plně vybavená kuchyně. Příjemná terasa a osvěžující bazének, velice hezká tropická zahrada. Super přátelský a velice nápomocný personál.

Exceptional service and spa treatments were beautiful. The breakfast is also something worth mentioning. It's about 4 courses so go with an empty belly!

Séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa ! Le lieu est tout simplement superbe, très bien entretenu et encore plus beau que sur les photos, entouré d’un bel écrin de verdure. Un énorme point fort pour le personnel : ils sont incroyablement gentils, toujours à l’écoute et disponibles à n’importe quel moment, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.

Petit bémol : l’accès à la villa est à améliorer, la route n’étant pas très agréable. Cela reste malgré tout une excellente expérience. Je recommande sans hésitation !

It’s your own idyllic oasis tucked away from the busyness of the main roads, yet close access to everything. The villas, with their own pool and garden are each located in a private courtyard. They are stunning! Constructed from giant bamboo the Villas are natural and luxurious, making you relax immediately. You almost want to pinch yourself to check that you’re not dreaming! The Kayuma staff are gorgeous, welcoming and take pride in everything they do. Hubby and I stay here each time we visit Lombok and the beautiful Selong Belanak.

Clean, friendly, and understanding. We came early and they did not charge us extra. On the last day, we needed to check out, but we wanted to quickly go see a place. Normally, the motorcycle rental would have been finished, but they said it was okay.

Sadly the last night the AC stopped working .. it was 02:00... we understanding that it was impossible to fix it at that time .. so no hard feelings

Die Villa ist sehr schön, der Pool und der Garten sind auch wunderschön angelegt. Sehr privat und ruhig, sehr sauber und das Personal war immer direkt oder per WhatsApp erreichbar. Das Frühstück wird per WhatsApp bestellt, es ist sehr umfangreich und lecker. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr gut erholt.

Die Auffahrt zur Unterkunft sollte dringend erneuert werden, dies hat uns bei der Ankunft sehr erschrocken. Es ist auch nicht klar gewesen, das wir zum Frühstück pro Person nur 1 Meal bestellen können. Diese Information steht nicht in der Karte und wurde uns nachträglich auch nicht mitgeteilt. Erst mit dem Check Out sollten wir den Aufpreis bezahlen.

Where to start? The team are so friendly and can’t do enough to make the stay special. An early breakfast one day was no trouble and they worked so hard but always seemed calm. The villa was out of this world. Our own little world. Huge space to shelter from rain or sun and a beautiful private pool. A charming garden and the most incredible bamboo architecture. The room was super clean and comfortable. Thank you all. A wonderful place.

Zelo lepa hiška, nekoliko oddaljena od glavne ceste, vendar nam je to pasalo, saj smo radi v miru. V hiški so lahko tudi rentali skuter, tako da nismo imeli večjih problemov. Hiška sama po sebi je zelo lepa in prostorna. Ima vse kar želite. Zelo smo bili veseli hladilnika v sobi in dozirnika za vodo. Vse nam je bilo zelo všeč.

Willa była przestronna, basen otoczony zielenią. Bardzo czysto, codziennie sprzątano. Śniadanie jest przynoszone do willi, dla niektórych może wydawać się małe ale dla nas było wystarczające i bardzo smaczne. Jest recepcja czynna do 17:00, można wypożyczyć skuterki na miejscu. Obsługa bardzo miła, pomocna i bardzo życzliwa. Dostępna również przez WhatsApp. W odległości 10-15 minut spacerkiem są restauracje, stragany a jak się zna skrót to do jednej restauracji są 3 minuty po przejściu przez mały morek do kolan 🙂

Wszytko było Ok. Jedynie nakłaniać do dbania o czystość na całej wyspie, żeby plastik nie leżał wszędzie. Powodzenia

Every aspect of our stay was perfect. We were very well received and the villa was beautiful beyond our expectations. Breakfast was very delicious and with a variety of options.

La villa está preciosa!!! Con tu propia piscina te da la intimidad y tranquilidad que para descansar es lo mejor. Desayuno estupendo y buenísimo !!!!! Los chicos que trabajan ahí son estupendos siempre atentos y te ayudan con todo . Hay un restaurante al Lado fenomenal para cenar ( también te lo pueden traer a la villa ) .. vamos todo genial y para repetir seguro

Excelentes instalaciones y zona. Si quieres tranquilidad, lujo es la mejor opción. Desde ahí puedes ir a muchas playas top . Puedes alquilar moto fácilmente en la misma recepción al llegar. Desayuno excelente en la misma villa haciendo el pedido por WhatsApp.

Die Räumlichkeiten, das Bad, das Bett, die Ausstattung, der Privatgarten und -pool sind einfach großartig! Wir liebten die Bauweise aus Bambus, es schafft eine für uns exotische und gemütliche Atmosphäre, und auch die kleine Villa ist geräumig. Luxusfeeling zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Die Kayuma Villas liegen etwas abgelegen bzw. versteckt, und ein Mietfahrzeug ist sicherlich von Vorteil. Wir waren nur zu Fuß unterwegs, und für ein paar Tage war das auch gut machbar - zum Strand ca. 15 min an der Straße entlang. Für Restaurants muss man nicht ganz so weit gehen. Es gibt ein paar Optionen, sich Essen liefern zu lassen und das inkludiert Frühstück war einfach fantastisch (besonders Porridge mit Früchten, Honig und Zimt!).

Das wunderschöne Bungalow hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel, der Service sehr gut. Man konnte ein Roller direkt vor der Türe mieten. Alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

In unserem Zimmer hatten wir regelmäßig Gecko Kot. Das lässt sich scheinbar nicht vermeiden. Die Sauberkeit der Handtücher ließen zu wünschen übrig. Nach indonesischen Standards vermutlich sehr sauber, nach europäischen war’s nur OK.

Le ville (sono tre) sono molto belle, in stile locale, col tetto in bambu, i bagni all'aperto con tanta vegetazione. La piscina privata e la totale privacy sono un plus notevole. La struttura è immersa nel verde e un po' fuori mano, noi abbiamo noleggiato un motorino tramite loro per poterci muovere più agevolmente e andare in spiaggia, che altrimenti sarebbe raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti a piedi. Lo staff è molto gentile ma per tanti aspetti poco attento. Si percepisce la scarsa formazione per la gestione di una struttura di queste caratteristiche e che ha un certo costo per il cliente.

Le ville sono molto poco insonorizzate. Si sentono i rumori esterni, che se provengono dalla natura va benissimo. Ma non se arrivano dalle ville adiacenti quando i vicini sono rumorosi, come a noi è capitato per una notte. Il sabato sera nell'hotel vicino suonano musica dal vivo ad alto volume fortunatamente non fino a tarda sera.

The staff were excellent including the host - Zidan. He was always extremely helpful with any request and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was superb. Villa, surrounding and bed very comfortable. Lovely bathroom and deck area.

Water pressure for shower has some issues to be resolved. Everything else was super.

The photos reflect reality, but you'll find so much more there – an incredibly friendly staff, excellent breakfast, top location... everything is just a few minutes away by scooter. The villa was stunning!

The water completely turn off from midnight till morning, I dont have any confirmation from the staff until I complaining about that and ask them and they said there is maintenance from the water machine. After 30 min the water machine turns back on.

Kayuma Villas are a little oasis close to many attractions. The Villa we stayed in is stunning! Natural Bamboo, private pool and located within in its own private, secure walled courtyard. The staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. Next visit to Lombok I will not hesitate to stay for my whole trip.

The road in is a little rough (probably wet season contributed to that) but only a couple of minutes off the main road, so no big deal. We loved everything about the property. Seriously fabulous!

Everything and I really mean EVERYTHING is perfect in this villa. It very few villas or hotels that put so much attention to details and confort. You have to be very picky not to like it here. Staff super friendly, its alway there when you need and never distrubs you when you want privacy. 10/10. BREAKFAST - this is the best part of the stay, its super super delicious. They have a little menu for lunch, but again this was probably the mes mie gorieng I havever eaten in Indonesia. I believe noodles are home made. Its perfect!

We enjoyed a perfect holiday at Kayuma Villas. We loved our Villa and the pool. It was very private and everything was clean. The half open bathroom was a dream. The staff was lovely and very welcoming. They also served the most delicious breakfast. We miss Kayuma Villas already and can't wait to come back
