Sehr großes Apartment mit Pool, liebes Personal und sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Die Lage ist super, wenn man Ruhe sucht und innerhalb von 15min zu Fuß beim Strand sein möchte. Es gibt Cafés in der Nähe

Some food.

Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the location of the hotel. It is situated in a very remote area, and the road leading to the hotel is in poor condition, which we were not expecting. The hotel provides transportation by buggy, but every time we wanted to go out, we had to wait to be taken there and brought back, which took quite a lot of time and became inconvenient. Considering the remote location, the difficult road access, the extra transportation costs and the overall experience, we feel that the hotel is quite expensive for what it offers. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

Wir hatten eine tolle Villa mit Pool. Frühstück war gut und konnte flexibel umgebucht werden. Service war gut.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht gegeben. Das sogenannte Fitnessstudio war nicht vorhanden bzw. Mit einem Gerät ausgestattet, das nicht funktionsfähig war. Das Paddelfeld war sehr herunter gekommen. Es musste immer wieder darauhingewiesen werden, dass der Pool sauber gemacht wird in der Villa.

I so wished we could stay more. Hotel is exceptionally nice with well taken care of (multiple gardeners) tropical plants surrounding our spacious bungalow where we could relax during our mornings and evenings! Bungalow bedrooms and inter-connecting bathroom were spacious and nicely kept! The semi-outdoor lounge and kitchen/dining were a nice tropical wetting where one can relax and sip our morning coffee. Staff were friendly, polite and very attentive to our needs - you get a WhatsApp group chat with concierge to remark anything which needs attention and when I asked for the water filtration bottle needing replacement, they've immediateky ackowledged it and actioned within 10mins! Breakfast was amazing with both Indonesian (Mie or Nasi Goreng) being exceptional or Western breakfast (panckes, waffles for kids and sausages eggs etc for adults) being top notch! Walking distance to beach is within 10mins with a small part being incomfortable. Laundry service closeby as well (by the Kg). Pool with pool towels was very nice and free games area with pool and darts available was nice time during the night with my kids!! Perfect!!

Es war traumhaft. Wunderschöne Suite, vorallem der Pool und absolute Privatsphäre. Tolles, freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Der Reinigungsservice ist auch klasse. Sehr schnelle und gute Arbeit. Laundry Service hat hervorragend geklappt und echt günstig Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten 2 Unterkünfte und waren mit beiden sehr zufrieden! Lovely resort in harmony with nature. The bungalows as well as the common areas are designed with care and they blend together with the surrounding nature. The rooms are spacious and have everything you may need. Also the external patio space is absolutely beautiful and very useful to spend some time outside with privacy. The room service is very well organised and well performed, we also appreciated the laundry service which was very affordable. The restaurant is absolutely amazing, all the dishes we tried were exquisite, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. It is also possible to get snacks delivered by the pool, which we loved. It is possibile to rent motorbikes at low prices, which is a great added service.

Only thing to consider, which is not necessarily negative, is that the resort is a bit distant from other destinations on the island (like the gilis or Tetebatu) so you might spend a bit of time in the car. But for us it was still 100% worth it to stay in such a beautiful structure and at peace.

Rides to the beach were a bonus. The breakfast staff were super friendly. Breakfast, pool, gym were good but not outstanding. Bungalow was really nice but had a very small bathroom.

I wanted to really love this place as the most expensive place we stayed at during our 2 months in Lombok but somehow it just didn't offer the extended luxuary feel we had hoped for.

ständig roch es nach verbrannten und verkohlten Müll, da die Einheimischen Nachbarn direkt neben dem Resort im Garten Müll verbrennen. Starker Lärm in der Nacht durch Kühe im Garten der Nachbarn. Frühstück ist nicht erwähnenswert außer das für jedes kleine extra bezahlt werden muss.

Nice pool, great stuff

Wij hadden bungalow B7 en die beviel goed. Je zit lekker vrij en hebt een hele ruime veranda. (Wel even opletten dat je ‘s avonds geen etenswaren laat liggen ivm de aapjes ‘s morgens vroeg, die wij overigens heel grappig vonden) Ontbijt is prima. Zwembad ook! De tuin wordt netjes bijgehouden. Shuttleservice naar het strand is fijn. Communicatie via whatsapp werkt heel goed, er wordt snel gereageerd als je bijvoorbeeld appt dat je graag wilt worden opgehaald bij het strand. Maar ook voor de housekeeping en roomservice. Tip: ga ook eens naar het Serangan strand.

Dartbord, pooltafel, sportveldje verdienen wat onderhoud, wel heel leuk dat het aanwezig is voor de grotere kinderen. En binnenkort ook een padelbaan begreep ik van een van de medewerkers. Ik miste glazen, bordjes/kommetjes en bestek in de keukenkastjes, maar ik heb er ook niet naar gevraagd anders was het vast gebracht.

Great location and very professional staff. We were greeting everything was explained and we felt very comfortable! Very close to restaurants and the beach. We even went to the bbq they hosted and chose our food grab for them to cook! The room was beautiful as well we stayed in a bungalow very private and loved the outdoor patio area!

We loved the villa, nice pool, and area to chill. Bedrooms were a good size. Plus room service or we could get delivery as we had a large dining room. Location was good too, lots of restaurants, small shops, yoga and massage place nearby. Beach isn't far and they have a car to drop and pick up.

The gym could be cleaner.

Locatie is fantastisch. Dichtbij het strand. Huisjes echt mooi, en goede airco en bed. Buiten hoor je de vogels!

Personeel van het restaurant waren leuk, de baliemedewerkers hadden we niet echt goede ervaringen mee.

Leuk huisje. Personeel was heel vriendelijke en je kunt met een shuttle naar het strand. lekker ontbijt a la carte.

Het zwembad was geel.. leek niet helemaal goed te filteren. De aankleding op het resort (qua planten) was wat mager. Veel zand/ steen droge stukken. Daar kan meer mee gedaan worden.

Ik begrijp niet dat mensen zo lovend zijn met recencies. Ow de villas zijn mooi en groot maar onderhoud erg slecht. Zwembad kan je salmonella oplopen. De filter systemen staan in afvalwater wat enorm stinkt. Jerrycannen drijven erop en de jacuzzi ...dat durf je gewoon niet. Het ontbijt..als je zelfs dat kan verpesten is je ' luxe villa ervaring' gewoon een low budget ervaring. De villa zelf was ook slecht schoongemaakt. Douche had nog haren van de voorganger. Water of warm water is niet gegarandeerd. Je kan het bad niet laten vollopen. Ontvangst was gewoon ook onaardig. 1 jonge jongen deed nog zijn best maar ik zou zeggen doe dit niet. Zuid Lombok is ook gewoon geen plek om vakantie te vieren. Overal is het smerig. Plastic op alle stranden..aftands en de bevolking is hier heel anders als in het noorden. Tropik heeft ook een groot zwembad. Net zo slecht onderhouden en de poolbar. Als je daar een drankje zou willen moeten ze eerst alle flessen halen bij de gewone bar. Nee het klopt gewoon niet. Jammer dat we hier 3 nachten waren.

De locatie en de stranden. Geen enkel strand vanaf kutu tot selong belanak is mooi of schoon. De reclame doet goed zn werk maar verwacht hier niets van

La comida del restaurante y el transfer a la playa a demanda

Henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällistä. Erityisesti kaikki henkilökunta ravintolassa sekä autokuski nimeltä Ari jäivät lämpimästi mieleemme. He olivat aina yhtä iloisia ja avuliaita ja ystävällisiä myös lapsillemme. Yövyimme yhden yön villassa, joka oli todella hieno. Lisäksi yövyimme bungalowissa. Bungalow oli todella miellyttävä ja siisteys erinomainen. Hotellilta kävelee n. 15-20 min. rannalle, mutta hotelli tarjoaa myös autokyydin hyvin joustavasti rannalle ja takaisin hotellille.

Hotellin uima-allas ja alue sen ympärillä on sympaattinen, mutta kaipaisi pientä kunnostusta. Tämä ei haitannut meitä tosin, koska olimme lähes joka päivä rannalla.

Great location, a stone's throw from Selong Belanak Beach. Beautiful and comfortable modern Villas with private pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Whatsapp group created on arrival to communicate efficiently with hotel concierge. For a small fee 20.000 IDR, you can order for your breakfast to be served at your Villa, by the pool.

The hotel's food was good for the first night on arrival but we found better and cheaper alternatives in the area.

Nothing like it all

My bungalow was lovely (it was not the resorts fault at all that one family clearly put their kids to play outside at 7am while they had a lie in!!). I requested a bedside lamp and one was duly organised. Good TV. Good room service. Useful shuttle during the day, to get to surf beach. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping kept my bungalow clean for me. Very good.

1. The swimming pool was VERY challenging to get in and out of as it is surrounded by York stone type slabs and stony grass. 2. It felt like that at one time it was a fun and sociable place but it was as though we were visiting in off it low season. Deserted swim up bar, tired looking tennis courts, unused gyms etc. 3. I was never motivated to stay in restaurant area at night as it always seemed empty.

The private villa was very big and comfortable. Some appliances and fixtures were a bit old but overall villa was clean. Location was great with dining options close by and close by to the beach of our choice. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff.

The general public areas were relatively old and the pool water didn’t look too clean but we didn’t use it at all during our five day stay as we were at the beach mostly. Bath towels were also a bit old but clean enough.

Super semaine en famille dans la Villa Coral, tout confort et très propre. L'équipe est top et ́les petits déjeuners incroyables avec du choix. Nous ne sommes pas forcément habitués à ce niveau de standing mais on a pas été déçu ! Je recommande...

Een heerlijke villa waar we met vieren verbleven. Het zwembad dat erbij zat was erg fijn.

Het zwembad van het hotel was slecht verzorgd en ook de algemene faciliteiten waren niet in gebruik en amper ingericht. We waren regelmatig de enige gasten in het restaurant.

Our villa was wonderful, much bigger than we expected! The kitchen and living space was massive, and the private pool was lovely. We loved that there was a cold filtered water machine (made a nice change from bottled water!) and really appreciated the manager going out of his way to cut some Aloe Vera to treat our son's mosquito bites. Great hospitality! Breakfast was good. We couldn't resist upgrading to the Acai bowls!

The gym was pretty much unusable and it's outdoors so forget about AC! The pool is also very exposed to the sun, not much shade.

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the 2 bed villa and it was so spacious, comfortable, clean, stocked with everything you need and generally just a great space to be in.

Great hotel, lovely location, friendly staff

Todo el personal de Tropik es extremadamente amable y servicial, si tienes alguna petición simplemente se la dejas saber y ellos harán todo lo posible por ayudarle. Nos alojamos en uno de los bungalows y para nosotros fue ideal. La habitación y el baño eran amplios y muy limpios y también disponíamos de una pequeña terracita donde podíamos relajarnos, leer y hacer yoga. La habitación la limpian a diario y siempre te preguntan por WhatsApp por la hora para ajustarse a tus planes. El desayuno es riquísimo y abundante. También ofrecen servicio de transporte para la playa.

Great property!! Great price for the facilities. It still looks like a work in progress in a few places but already as we were there it was looking better everyday. We had an amazing stay with our baby (9 months). Staff was really helpful and accommodating. Lots of villas on the property but we were staying in the bungalows which was perfect for us. Spent lots of time with and without the baby on the terrace (very nice and great area to hang while the baby is sleeping). It’s also so clean it was nice to let our baby roam around. We also requested a cot for the baby. We were provided with an actual timber cot (compared to travel cot in other places we’ve done). It was a little small for our little one but he slept ok anyway. The pool is great for kids and babies! The property is a little far from the centre of the town or the beach but it makes it more quiet I think. We could hear the mosques but not that loudly. They also offer transport to the beach which we’ve used a few times.

Not much we didn’t like. The menu is almost too vast just makes it harder for the staff. The blinds are also not quite dark enough so that our baby was not sleeping as much as he is used to.

Zwembad is erg ondiep.

Die Villa war modern, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Aussenbereich schön gestaltet. Der Shuttle zum Strand hat gut funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, aber einfach.

Frühstück könnte besser sein und schneller gehen. Sauberkeit der Villa und des Pools ok, aber nicht perfekt. Man kann zum Strand laufen, aber es sind schon 15-20 Minuten.

Zeer vriendelijke mensen, die overal mee helpen. Communicatie ging via WhatsApp. Rustig gelegen in mooie omgeving. De villa was netjes.

Elke ochtend en avond moest het zwembad aan en uit gezet worden. Dit zat op een timer die niet werkte. We hadden 1 keer een bbq geregeld met kok, dit was voor ons geen succes.

Super Bungalow, Fantastisches Bad mit Baum, einmalig. Größter Pool, perfekt zum Schwimmen, bestimmt 50 m lang. Personal super nett. Alles sauber und sehr ruhig. Auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Gute Fahrräder gibt es im Hotel.

The staff were amazing. the infrastructure was remarkable! Absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable.

The pools could have been a little cleaner with floating particles, but honestly they were working hard to keep them clean, and the place was so amazing it didn’t matter. No one got sick or anything, could shower straight afterwards at any point too!

Die Villa Coral war ein Traum. Hochwertige Ausstattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten, privater Pool, gepflegtes Restaurant, gutes Frühstück.

Die Poollandschaft war ungepflegt (oder gerade beim Renovieren?) - zumindest nicht nutzbar. Was aber durch den privaten Pool nicht weiters schlimm war. Das Gym bestand aus einem Gerät, das nur bedingt funktioniert hat.

Prima locatie en goed restaurant. Villa zelf erg groot en weinig sfeer.

Taxiservice naar het strand was vaak te laat.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était accueillant et toujours disponible. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. L’emplacement est pratique et l’ambiance agréable. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

Seul petit point à noter : une légère odeur dans la salle de bain, mais rien de vraiment dérangeant. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel.

Zwembad was beetje matig, proefde wat zuur en branderig op huid. Ze deden meerdere checks en hebben het hier en daar wat bijgevuld qua chemicaliën maar het was niet helemaal top.

Tout était très bien, très facile avec les enfants. Logement très propre, très spacieux et confortable.

Wij zaten in de Victoria Villa. Dat was echt een geweldige plek om te verblijven. Echt heel groot en ruim. Voorzieningen zijn goed. Locatie niet ver van de hoofdstraat. Gaat gratis shuttle naar strand. Je kan ook scooter huren. Fijne sfeer hangt er.
