Belle piscine, beau potentiel.

Piscine très fraîche. Les dalles de la piscine abîmées avec des morceaux qui se détachent (je me suis moi même coupée). Maison mal entretenue, insectes et lézard morts à notre arrivée. Mobilier en mauvais état. Fuite d’eau qui coule sur la tête dans une salle de bain non réparée pendant tout le séjour. Salles de bain mal entretenues (baignoires et douches En mauvais état). Plage privée de la résidence mal entretenue avec transats très sales. Le gestionnaire de l’agence est sympathique et a été disponible et

Super convenient and close to good restaurants and nightlife

Nous sommes arrivés de la Réunion vers 20h (heure Maurice) et le gestionnaire du logement a eu l'amabilité de nous attendre : nous avions pu par Booking prendre contact avec lui et avons échangé après par WhatsApp. Très professionnel et aux petits soins. Il n'y a pas eu de mauvaise surprise et le gestionnaire nous a conseillé de bonnes applications (Dodo pour les taxis) et les coins sympas de grand Baie (restaurant, bar lounge, etc.). A l'écoute et disponible. L'endroit n'est pas très loin de Grand Baie. Ce séjour express de trois jours fut agréable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Je n'ai pas eu de mauvaise surprise, donc pas de points négatifs.

I loved the warm pool, we could stay in that pool for hours. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with a walk closet. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely want to go back.

Tiny little things, there was one bread board so when there was a few of us it made it tricky prepping for meals. I would replace the scissors in the kitchen as they were blunt. Perhaps take your own Tupperware if you think you would need and perhaps the apartment could get bigger mugs for coffee.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und eingecheckt. Sowohl von den Eigentümern, als auch von der Managerin. Der Pool ist eine Sensation und alles wird immer gepflegt und gereinigt (tägliche Cleaner wenn man möchte, Gärtner, Poolservice - alles ohne zusätzliche Kosten). Der Zugang zum Strand ist auch wunderbar, wir haben lange Spaziergänge gemacht. Das Haus ist riesig und hat an jedem Zimmer ein tolles eigenes Bad. Der Blick aus der ersten Etage ist traumhaft und die Lage ist ruhig und abgeschottet und trotzdem ist man schnell in Grand Bay. Man kann immer draußen sein, weil es sowohl überdachte als auch freie Flächen im Garten gibt. Man parkt direkt vor der eigenen Haustür und das gesamte Grundstück (auf dem alle 4 Villen stehen) ist mit eigenem Gate abgesichert und geschützt von der Straße. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Es war alles toll - wenn mal Dinge repariert werden mussten, wurde das sofort erledigt!

Amélioration, grande penderie mais peu de cintres, il faudrait en ajouter 😊 renouveler les ustensiles de cuisine.

Veel privacy en luxe, eigen prachtig zwembad en privé strandje (voor meerdere huizen - maar wij zaten er steeds alleen)

Niets - als ik dan iets moet kiezen is het de prijs, maar eigelijk mag je hier zo'n prijs bij verwachten - het is 't waard

We really enjoyed the accommodation especially the pool.

We would have preferred to be the front unit even though we could see the beach and it was very close.

Private pool, very quiet, beach access

Absolutely beautiful villa, great private pool, close to the beach. Karine was very responsive and helpful with everything!

Just a minor note: even though one day we told that cleaning service is not required, the maids still came and started cleaning the villa, which was not convenient for us.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Thank you Yvette and Nafiisa and the whole team. You have made our vacation enjoyable. It felt like we moved from our UK home to another Mauritian home. Yvette was extremely helpful and very very kind and polite. We really enjoyed the villa private beach and the swimming pool. Cleanliness been excellent and the team been extremely polite and helpful especially Ajay & Baboo who went out of their way to buy some refreshments. Thank you once more and we won’t think twice to recommend our friends and family to experience your hospitality.

The villa is truly luxurious: spacious, well and tastefully furnished, fully equipped with everything needed, cleaning was coming daily and was fast. The staying simply could not be better

Nothing at all

The interior of the house was very luxurious. Large kitchen, very spacious living room, 3 large bedrooms (2 on the first floor) with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes and excellent beds. The pool is large and in a very nice courtyard with palm trees. The service provided by the agency was perfect and the owner Madame Yvette always has an eye on the well-being of her guests We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our time there

All these properties need a high degree on maintenace in this climate - so there are a few things that need to be fixed - but nothing material

Beautiful villa with direct access to the beach and sea view in the upper rooms. Extremely clean and quite as well as very nicely furnished. Superb pool and well designed garden.Very prompt and nice management always ready to help and assist. This is by all means a very well managed place that offers everything you need and more!!!

Excellent location, private villa with security gate and own parking in the villa. Few step away from own beach area.
