ISLAND RESIDENCE Plaisance - Mauritius - Villa with Private Pool - 15718

Very close to airport and very clean, the hosts were fabulous and so helpful and welcoming.

The stairs can be a bit much with luggage but no other concerns/issues.

Amazing location, spacious, great room. The staff was very helpful

The lovely people who own the property could not have been more accommodating, really helpful and could not do more for you

Nothing

Island was a lovely landing from the flight, barely 5 minutes from the airport, it was clean and spacious, and we were given a lovely local breakfast

The apartment was amazing. Furthermore, the owners were so nice. They gave us tips on where to visit, what to eat and to eat it. Thank you very much!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Very nice apartment to stay close to the airport (5 minutes drive) with very kind guests

La gentillesse et l’accueil des propriétaires. Tout était parfait.

Proximité a l’aeroport Piscine Accueil

Great space

The breakfast was delicious and always fresh, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful pool. The location was very convenient, especially being so close to the airport. The property is modern, clean, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Honestly, there was nothing to fault. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful stay.

Proximity to the airport. Hosts are super nice.

Everything was perfect. This place is magic. Owners are really kind and helpful. Pool was amazing.

The owners were lovely and very helpful! There were issues with the hot water but they kept us up to date and did what they could to assist. I rate them very highly as wonderful hosts! The room was very clean and comfortable and our kids loved the private pool. The food was amazing. A new breakfast every day and it was all delicious!

The location wasn’t fantastic but in terms of being close to the airport, it was good.

Our hosts were absolutely fantastic, service was superb and breakfast was so good.

Rien

It was superclean and the staff was very kind

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely kind, friendly, and always willing to help, which made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent — fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. The location is ideal if you arrive late at the airport and prefer not to travel far at night. It’s also a great place to relax and recharge — the pool area is calm and inviting. Everything was perfect. We will definitely stay here again if there is a room available.

Lovely hosts. Waited for us even though our plane was delayed. Welcomed us warmly from arrival. Helped organise transit to and from the airport. Great hospitality, helped us check a restaurant for dinner and also provided a delicious breakfast included in the stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. We didn't get to use the swimming pool but that was a nice touch. Some small items available for purchase like beers and drinks. They can also help take you to the nearby shopping centre depending on availability.

Didn't really affect us but the kitchen is really small if you were planning to cook. Not much to do immediately around the place but again, not a big deal for us as we were just transiting through Mauritius. The rooms are upstairs if you have mobility issues.

Good

variety

Its a lovely place for a stopover. Well maintained and clean. Stayed for a night before departure. The hosts are super helpful and really nice.

There was vehicular movement noise at night but then again I'm a light sleeper.

Clean. Nice rooms . Very helpful staff. Good breakfast. Close to airport.

Kitchen was small would be better with a microwave.

A spacious, wonderful residence with high quality finishes. Very helpful and friendly hosts who changed our booking to accommodate flight changes. The upstairs pool is a unique, added bonus. Its proximity to the airport without the accompanying noise is yet another reason to stay at this fine establishment.

La amabilidad de los propietarios

Nada

Good app for short stay after arrival or before departure fro MRU. Pool is nice and welcomed. Hosts very nice.

All was perfect, The owners organized a transfer to the airport for me. Also they took me to the neighboring village. I had a friend who had to fly out in the evening on the day of my check-in. They didn't mind that she would stay with me until the evening. They even offered. The breakfast was served in my room and was very good. Also I had some drinks and water for free… So I recommend this place Thank you so much 🙏

Nothing, just I was for 1 night. Maybe next time will stay longer.

close to airport. perfect for a short transit stay. the host Vimla is a exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Value for money, the place is really beautiful and worth the money they charge. Very friendly people.

We were met at the property and given the keys and a tour. Amazing hosts who couldn’t do enough to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Very clean

Nothing

The nicest host ever !

Rooftop pool, great hosts, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed

Area is not great but taxi readily available to go into town

Great accommodation and the hosts couldn't be more friendly or helpful. Breakfast was a gift additional bonus, thank you again PS Try Y-not restaurant down the road, locals only but great food.

Not a problem at all for us, as we had a hire car, also it made it quieter and cheaper, but not in a busy or touristy area so could be an issue for some.

Everything! Lovely property, lovely family, and clean, comfortable accommodations. They arranged all of our transportation in addition to recommending a wonderful dinner (which they kindly made reservations for) and even inquired with the restaurant on our behalf regarding a food allergy! Bed was so comfortable, the size of the property far exceeded our expectations, and the pool was wonderful - Could not recommend enough or have asked for more. Incredibly gracious and kind hosts and gem of a property.

We had the perfect stay. The host organised transport from the airport at a reduced rate, which was great. They were very friendly and check in was very easy. The space was excellent. Lots of room to relax as well as two comfy bedrooms. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and it was included in the price. A perfect stay.

Big thanks to ved & veemala

Very good staff 👍 Again Big thanks to ved & veemala

Excellent accommodation and support provided. The breakfast was great. Very helpful host.

Good place with very nice host

No option for the breakfast and its not that good

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a self-catering apartment that exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly owners who made me feel right at home. Their warm and welcoming nature set the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the first things that caught my attention was how immaculately clean the apartment was. It was evident that the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Every corner of the apartment was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease knowing that cleanliness was a top priority. The apartment itself was exceptionally well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. The spacious living area was tastefully furnished with comfortable seating and a large television. Additionally, the apartment featured reliable Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. One of the highlights of this accommodation was the beautiful roof swimming pool. It provided the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing dip or simply soak up the sun on the poolside loungers, the rooftop pool was a delightful addition to my stay. The proximity to the airport was a significant advantage. It made my arrival and departure hassle-free, and I didn't have to worry about lengthy commutes. Despite its convenient location, the apartment remained tranquil and peaceful, allowing for a restful night's sleep. I cannot praise the owners enough for their exceptional hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide local recommendations, and assist with any concerns that arose. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel like part of the family. In conclusion, my experience at this self-catering apartment was nothing short of excellent.

The hosts were wonderful, arranged airport pickup, moved in our luggage, and even provided munchies, beer and cold water. Even the beer glasses were in the the freezer, which was great. The unit is the top floor of their home so someone is always home for any questions. Breakfast was wonderful, local fruit, juices, coffee, tea, sandwiches, etc.

The accomodation was great! well maintained. the host are the friendliest ever. we recommend this accomodation. the breakfzst was also delicious.

The apartment and swimmingpool was amazing.

The host was super nice and very helpful. Help us into town for dinner, atm and did order the taxi for us. Breakfast was also home-made
