لايوجد واي فاي وأثاث الشاليه قديم مكيفات الاسبلت قديمة جميع الغرف من نوع سرير مزدوج لايوجد تعقيم للمسبح ولا دورات المياه ، يحتاج إلى صيانة دورية للشالية وإهتمام .

Reviewed Aug 7, 2024The staff were really polite and cooperative, especially Mister hassan Ibrahim, he made sure that we had a wonderful time. It was also very quiet and safe, and my children and I enjoyed the bikes at City Bike and the coffee as well, even though it was a little bit expensive, the mini market they had was very useful as well.
The coffee was a tad bit expensive but the service was good. The sheets were kind of dirty as well, which was disappointing a bit. The filters in the pool weren't working all that well, and there was a mysterious hole at the bottom of the pool. Though the place was quiet and isolated from the city noise pollution, we had to take the long way there where we got lost multiple times due to both U-turns being closed on the way there.

My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room’s decor, which added a touch of elegance to the stay. One of the highlights of the resort was the variety of activities and facilities available. From the inviting swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was something for everyone. The on-site spa was a haven of tranquility, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The dining options were another standout feature. The resort boasted several restaurants, each offering a diverse menu that catered to different tastes. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurants were attentive and provided excellent service, making each meal an enjoyable experience. Speaking of the staff, I must commend them for their friendliness and professionalism. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a helpful attitude. Any requests or inquiries were handled promptly and efficiently, which greatly enhanced the overall experience. The beach itself added to the charm of the resort. It was wonderful to have such easy access to the ocean, and the sound of the waves provided a soothing backdrop throughout the stay. Whether taking a morning walk along the shore or enjoying a sunset view, the beach location was truly special. In conclusion, this resort offers a wonderful combination of beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and outstanding service.
While my stay had some positive aspects, there were several areas that left me disappointed: Unclean Bed: Upon arrival, I found my bed was not properly cleaned, and to my dismay, there was a dead lizard on it. This was a significant oversight and quite off-putting. Swimming Pool Cleanliness: The swimming pool was not as clean as expected. There were visible signs of dirt and debris, which made it less inviting for a swim. Kitchen Crockery and Utilities: The kitchen crockery and utilities were not adequately cleaned. This lack of cleanliness in the dining area was quite disappointing. Inconsistent Quality of Villas: During a previous stay at the same resort, I had a much better experience. However, this time, it seemed that the villa I was assigned to was not up to the same standard. It appears that the quality varies significantly between different villas, and unfortunately, the one I stayed in this time did not meet my expectations. These issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. It’s clear that some areas of the resort require more attention to maintain the high standards that I experienced during my previous visit.

The internet signal wasn't good inside and outside the chalet. They need to fix it by contacting STC etc. The nearest services such as restaurants, coffee shops, petrol stations, cinemas, and malls are about 45 minutes away from Waves Compound.
