للاسف المكان جميل لكن تنقصه الخدمات الاساسيه
تطبيقات التوصيل ماتوصل للمنطقة والمكان مو موفر لا مطعم ولا كافيه ولاشي يعني اما تجي اكلك معاك تطبخ او تجوع ، فيه فقط بالمنتج اللي جنبهم مطعم واحد ومحدود المنيو وكمان الانترنت اساسي الان في كل المنتجعات اما تدفع على منتجع بالسعر هذا ومافيه اساسيات زي الاكل والانترنت بصراحه شي غير مقبول
عمي انا على جمال المكان وبرايفت مسبح وموفرين ميني ماركت وارتحت وحبيت المكان بس مارح اعيدها لان مو رايحيين لا نطبخ ولا نشوي ونبي ترفيه وناكل اكل عدل ونبي نتفرج افلام مع بعض يعني ابسط الاشياء مااقدر اسويها مع عايلتي

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026الشاليه مريح و واسع وممتاز للعوائل الكبيره لعدد سبع اشخاص فما فوق واطلالته المباشره على البحر جميله والمسبح نظيف و عموم الرحله كانت ممتعه للعائله
الشاليه غير مخدوم بالانترنت و الشاطئ يحتاج الى نظافه اكثر لانه مشترك مع كذا شاليه والمنطقه بعيده جدا عن المطاعم و الخدمات يعني لازم تجيب كل اغراض الطبخ معك و التطبيقات ما تشتغل في المنطقه (بعد ما رجعت بلغوني ان تطبيق مرسول يشتغل لكن ما جربته)
الفيلا تحتاج صيانه شامله

كانت بعيده عن البحر ولا لها اي إطلالات عليه حتى لو طلعت برا قدامك بيوت وورا البيوت موجود البحر

المكان بعيد عن الخدمات ولا يوجد أواني نظيفة ومكتملة الأثاث قديم ومهتري والبيئة كشاطئ صغير ومكشوف ع الشليهات ولا يوجد خصوصية وهناك روائح سيئة والمسبح الخاص صغير وغير نظيف ومليء بالحشرات إجمالا الشاليه يفتقد للنظافة الجيدة والخدمات وسعره مرتفع جدا بوضعه الحالي

ارجوا الاهتمام بنظافة المكان اكثر من ناحية الرائحة ووجود الكثير من القطط بالمكان بشكل مقرف

الشاطئ مليان حجز ماقدرنا نسبح فيه ووسخ للاسف ادارة المنتجع مهملين النظافة وفجئة بالليل تجي ريحة مجاري فصيعه ماعرف من وين قريت من احد التعليقات وفعلاً صارت معنا الفلل قريبة من بعض ومافي خصوصية ابداً لان للاسف في بعض الناس يجون غير محترمين تشوفهم يطلون عليك يرفعون صوت الاغاني بدون مراعاة واحترام ان في ناس ممكن تكون نايمة

Reviewed Jun 15, 2025Everything about the property was excellent, however a very disrespectful process to get the access to the villa.
Extremely terrible experience to get the access to the villa and there was no details on the booking.com website or email regarding the check-in process and how to get the keys, it was only mentioned that someone will meet you there, however the property was inside a gated community and the entrance process to get inside the gated area was extremely pathetic, the security guard was very rude and arrogant and i think he specifically profiled us racially, since he let other people go in front of us asking for much less, he refused to talk to the booking.com personnel to provide details of our booking. he did not had any idea how the process works until another security personnel came and helped us out. the property manager did not answer the phone for the first 2 times we tried, he answered after 15 minutes while we were stopped at the gate with our families.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2025We chose this property due its location near the beach and the fact that it accepts dogs. Additionally the number of rooms and the facilities suited us as a group of ladies wanting to meet in a quiet location. Apart from the difficulties in getting the team onsite understanding English, it is really a pity that this property is so poorly maintained. The decoration must have been very nice at a point in time but the furniture is very damaged, the walls are peeling, the tiles in the bathrooms are cracked, the curtains giving privacy at the pool were very damaged etc. Additionally, in front of the house, at the beach, there was a large panel forbidding dogs and swimming in this private beach, which really defies the purpose of going to that house. Altogether very disappointing if not fully renovated. One last point: the cleaning was substandard. For example one of the beds looked fully made and actually the linen under the duvet was used. One of the upper rooms was obviously used by a housekeeper of some sort and was left opened with the bed undone… Not up to the standards of a booking.com location

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025It's probably the best place that I have stayed in while being on a family trip. We were 6 adults and 5 kids. We got a 3 story, full furnished beachfront Villa with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room and a private pool. There was even a BBQ grill for outdoor BBQ with the beach view ;)
We loved everything. However, the weather was too cold during our visit. So, it would been much better if the pool had the option to control the water temperature. The kids were a bit sad because they were not able to swim in the pool.

The furniture were nice, the design of the villa was great, the room were nicely organised, there was good air conditioning, the size is good enough.
1. The sink of toilet down stairs was broken and water was going on the floor
2. First aid kit was empty, no even plasters
