Vorhänge vor den Betten wären schön, weil einen sonst das ganze Zimmer beobachten kann. Das Personal war meist auch nicht wirklich gut gelaunt und das nicht nur bei mir sondern bei einigen anderen auch (auch wenn man selbst total nett war). Ich verstehe, dass das vielleicht nicht der coolste Job ist, aber man könnte ja wenigstens mal zurück lachen ;)

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Персонал доброжелательный. Комната, кровать, постельное, душ, зеркала - всё чистенько, не было чувства брезгливости. В уборной гигиенические принадлежности с запасом. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНЫЙ завтрак, буквально шведский стол, глаза разбегаются, большой выбор, всё вкусно и красиво!
Из минусов разве что устаревший интерьер, одна раковина с трещинами и отсутствие полотенец в комплекте к постельному, только за дополнительную плату.

El calor infernal sin ninguna ventilación (ni ventilador ni aire acondicionado), 6 personas en una habitación mínima. Además la gente roncaba y hacía ruidos.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026ベッドについて: 二段ベッドの上の柵が非常に低く、寝返りによる転落の恐怖を感じて全く寝られませんでした。マットレスの厚みに対して柵が低すぎ、欧州の安全性基準(EN 747など)を満たしていないように見えます。 スタッフにベッドの変更をお願いしましたが、応じてもらえませんでした。安全面において重大な不安が残る施設です。 客室環境について: 室温が非常に高く寝苦しかったです（天候のせいもあるかもしれません）。ドミトリー（相部屋）のため、同室の方の騒音やマナーが気になり、快適に過ごすのは難しかったです。

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026地點都還算方便 離公車站不算遠，有2.3個站走路都不遠，早上有提供早餐 推推👍🏻 床位只有一個Type c的插座，我住的房內有2個插座可以使用，如果不夠的話可以跟櫃檯借延長線 也有吹風機可以借，如果有需要的話
床邊只有一個Typ C插座而已有點不方便

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Extensive buffet breakfast (cold meats, cheese, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea, juice, yoghurt...) in usual Jugendherberge style. Nice inner courtyard (although sometimes busy; and used by smokers; slightly spoiled by rubbish bins one side). Common room with a kettle and microwave (otherwise, no residents' kitchen). Free luggage store on departure day.
Rooms are rather small/congested (room for 4 in my case); although lockers are ok. Bike parking/lockup in the courtyard was limited, but seemed fairly secure (no nighttime access).

Bad staff, the girl is rude. The towel and locks can’t be rented, and cost 15€ between them. There is no soap or shampoo.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Sehr große Auswahl und gute Qualität des Frühstückbuffets. Herberge ist öffentlich gut erreichbar. Im Innenhof befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten. Zimmer siind überraschend geräumig. ("Kleine") Wertgegenstände können an der Rezeption fürs Depot abgegeben werden.
Keine Klimaanlage. Bei offenem Fenster war es nachts überraschend laut.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026O hostel é perto de vários pontos de ônibus, restaurantes e do quarteirão dos museus. Ter um chuveiro dentro do quarto é um adianto mas a cama e a roupa de cama são super simples, ele também parece um labirinto, meu quarto ficava em outro prédio.
A entrada do hostel fica numa viela que eu achei meio esquisita pra quem chega sozinho e tarde da noite. Na semana que eu fui tinha uma excursão de escola eu acho e tinha um monte de criança lá fazendo bagunça e barulho fora de horário.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Super lokalita - cca 1 km procházkou od Hofburgu a muzeí. Skvělé ubytování za tuhle cenu a to včetně vcelku bohaté snídaně, kde si každý vybere to své. Mohu jedině doporučit!
V ubytování nepůjčují, ale pouze za 8€ prodávají zámečky na úložné skříňky v pokojích. Takže doporučuji vzít si vlastní.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Everything was good, staff was very nice, it was clean, breakfast was very nice. Cupboards, wardrobe, table in the room were very useful. I think it was totally cost-effective.
The bunkbeds' position in the room could be a bit better: our bunk-bed was next to the door. A locker for the wardrobe could be sold closer to the market rate.

Ja akurat w swoim pokoju trafiłam na bardzo przyjazne i otwarte osoby, dlatego pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze:) Nawet miałam wrażenie, że to miejsce po prostu takich ludzi przyciąga. Pan na recepcji był bardzo miły i pomocny, łazienki ok (polecam mieć klapki), śniadanie dobre.
Otwory na kłódki w szafkach są zdecydowanie za duże na standardową kłódkę, do tego na miejscu nie zapewniają kłódki, trzeba mieć swoją.

La sala principal no tenían ventilación. Hacía demasiado calor. No había Aire acondicionado ni en la zona común ni tampoco en las habitaciones. En los baños/duchas de la habitaciónes no había jabon para las manos. Se agradecería lo incluyan.

Que en la habitación no existiera enchufes en cada cama para que pudieramos cargar nuestros dispositivos. Literalmente había un solo enchufe para 4 personas. Y el cuarto era super pequeño.

Falta de organización. Cuando llegué, la cama que me habían asignado estaba ocupada. Fui y lo dije en recepción y me asignaron otra en la misma habitación. Al día siguiente, llegó una chica diciendo que la cama en la que yo estaba era la suya. Le expliqué la situación y se puso en otra cama. El último día me pasó lo mismo. Llegó otra chica diciendo que la cama que yo tenía era la suya. Además, el baño olía un poco mal y las habitaciones eran pequeñas.

Cool wären noch Föhne in den Bädern, aber ansonsten alles top. Das Zimmer war zudem sehr warm, aber dann schläft man halt nur mit Lacken

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I left my luggage in the luggage room after check-out, trusting that the room was secure and locked. When I returned a few hours later, I found that the luggage room was open and someone had apparently tried to open my suitcase. One of the zippers had even been completely pulled out of the lock. Fortunately, nothing was stolen, but this was still a very unpleasant and concerning experience. I was in a hurry and unfortunately did not have time to take photos or make a complaint before leaving. I would strongly recommend that the hostel pay more attention to the security of the luggage room, as guests should be able to leave their belongings there without worrying about them being tampered with.

Die Dusch- und Toilettenräume waren zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber es fehlte an Lüftungsmöglichkeiten. In den Duschkammern roch es muffig. Die Aufenthaltsbereichen waren funktional, aber ungemütlich.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Achei tudo excelente. O hostel é confortável e limpo. O quarto é espaçoso e cada cama tem 2 armários. O chuveiro é bom, esquenta bem a água. A localização é boa. Dá para ir a pé ao centro, e também é bem conectada com o transporte público. No entorno há vários restaurantes, lojas e supermercados. O café da manhã é ótimo, com pães, cereaus, frutas, queijos, iogurte, etc.
O único aspecto que achei um pouco incoveniente é que o toalete é separado do chuveiro. O chuveiro é exclusivo quarto e o toalete é compartilhado, no corredor. Além disso, é necessário atualizar as conexões para carregar celular nas camas, pois a entrada ainda é USB, mas hoje a maioria dos telefones possuem a conexão tipo C e no quarto em que fiquei só tinha 2 tomadas normais.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Excelente ubicación, a pocas calles del centro de Viena y de varios museos y lugares emblemáticos. Recepción 24/7 y desayuno buffet incluido, muy rico y variado. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y con sábanas limpias. La habitación tenía ducha dentro, mientras que el bidet y lavabo estaban fuera, con varios por planta separados por género. Cuenta con buenos espacios comunes para relajarse, leer y comer al momento del desayuno. Cerca se encuentran muchos restaurantes y comercios. En noches calurosas ofrecen ventiladores en alquiler, ya que algunas habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado. Como punto a considerar, no dispone de cocina para huéspedes. Muy recomendable por ubicación, comodidad y relación calidad-precio.

Showers and toilets are not that clean. Not enough plug points in bedrooms for everyone it’s supposed to accommodate. Laundry facilities seem a bit expensive.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026O hotel é bem localizado e é frequentemente limpo para a equipe. O chuveiro é bom e o café da manhã é perfeito, com várias opções.
Durante a noite era bem calor, não há ventilador e nem ar-condicionado. Você pode alugar um ventilador por alguns euros na recepção.

Bina labirent gibiydi. Booking üzerinden konaklama satın aldıktan sonra resepsiyonda onaylanmasını çok fazla bekledim. Ayrıca yatak sürekli gıcırdıyordu, perdeler yoktu, odalar berbat, tuvalet banyo berbat, tuvaletlerin ışığı bozulmuş Kimseye tavsiye ETMİYORUM

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026No me gustó mucho porque me cambiaron de habitación o sea de cama a otra cama y eso no puede pasar en un hotel bueno y la comida bien y la habitación ay bien solo tuve ese problema pero debe haber mas control y que no pase a otro cliente lo mismo que me pasó a mi de canbiar de cama a otra cama e habitación
No me gustó que canbiaran de habitación y cama eso no puede pasar en un hotel y lo demás bien. Igual no regresaré a ese hotel mas vale

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026I liked the bed, it was really supportive and comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing! So many choices and delicious salad bar. There were also a lot of common areas throughout the place, with power outlets and plenty of chairs. The restrooms always had enough napkins. The location is a bit of a walk from Volkstheater station, but the location is actually very close to Museums Quartier and the Rathaus. I liked that it was close to the action of the city center, but not too busy and loud, and you can kind of glimpse the eveyday lives of the residents.
The shower room can be a bit stinky due to the pipes, but it’s an old building. The room door also creaks a lot when closing/opening.

Na patrových postelích byl vstup na horní postel ze strany pod šikminou, pro vysoké lidi opravdu problém do postele vlézt a následně z ní ráno vylézt🙈🙈🙈

En las habitaciones no habia ventiladores, ni aire acondicionado. El hostel no cuenta con ningun sistema de refrigeración de alimentos, acceso a cocina, utensillos, etc. Quizás para el invierno está bien pero claramente no está preparado para recibir gente en verano. Los colchones super finitos y de mala calidad.

No AC, if it’s hot there is no way to cool the room down - made is hard to sleep. Isn’t that clean, our room needed to be vacuumed, and shower needed a proper clean. Also toilets are outside of the room, down the hallway.
