Hotel je umístěný v těsné blízkosti centra a maximální dostupnosti MHD (tramvaj 5 nebo 49 před hotelem) +kryté placené parkoviště hned vedle hotelu. Obchody v blízkosti a snídaně skvělé.

Při teplotách panujících v letním období bychom jistě uvítali chybějící klimatizaci. Překvapilo nás, že hotel poskytuje bonus na cenu parkování až od 3. nocí a déle.

No nos arreglaron la habitacion. Apenas llegamos a las 6 pm todo estaba como lo habiamos dejado. No trnias toallas para el otro dia pues estaban en el piso como ellos decian pata cambiarlas. La 2da noche de nuestra estadia, no nos pusierpn sabanas a la cama. Solo estaba el protector del colchon. Creo que fue falta de ayencion mas que de voluntad.

Purtroppo devo segnalare alcune note di demerito al ragazzo basso della reception, quando sono arrivato non capivo bene le informazioni che mi dava e quando gli ho chiesto di parlare più lentamente perchè non avevo capito, mi ha dato un foglietto con delle indicazioni in Italiano e mi ha liquidato. Il ragazzo alto della reception invece il giorno dopo è stato molto disponibile. I letti non sono comodi e il cuscino super morbido, per dormire ho dovuto mettere sotto al cuscino alcuni asciugamani.

Zniszczone panele na podłogach, podłoga nie posprzątana wystarczająco, brak klimatyzacji oraz lodówki, parking miał kosztować według opisu mniej, a zapłaciłem 25 euro.

Nie rozumiem wszechobecnych słabych opinii. Hotel komfortowy, przestronne pokoje, czysto. Śniadanie na wysokim poziomie. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Hotel nie jest wysokiego standardu (zdarte panele podłogowe, łazienka w starym stylu, brak klimatyzacji) Ale jeśli ktoś szuka standardu 5* to raczej powinien szukać innej półki cenowej już oferuje ten Hotel. Rewelacja, że ma swój parking podziemny.

В номере не было чайник , я спросила на ресепшене, мне тут же дали чайник и дали пакетики с чаем! Супер, спасибо! На ресепшене работаю приятные и милые люди. Все прошло хорошо.

Otelin girişinde sizi kahve makinası ve kahve kokusu karşılıyor ama gelin görünki kahveyi parayla satıyorlar.1 bardak kahve 2 euro. Odalarda wifi iyi çekmiyor. Oda ve tuvaletler temiz değildi bir yatak kırıktı. Klima yok vantilatörlerde ancak kendini soğutuyor. Penceri açtığınzda da sizi tramvayım 5 dk da bir çılardığı gürültü rahatsız ediyor. Gece uyku kalitesini etkiliyor. Su ısıtıcısı buzdolabı ütü yoktu. Herhangi bir ikramda yoktu. Çarşaflar çok temiz değildi. Kısacası verilen ücreti hakketmiyor. 20 euro fazla verip çevresinde çok daha kaliteli otellerde kalabilirsiniz.

Már többször voltunk e szállodában - évente 1-szer, kétszer -, mindig ide jövünk vissza, mert: - nagyon jó helyen van - kellemes a hotel (tiszta) - a személyzet udvarias és kedves - a reggeli változatos és bőséges. Idén még egyszer tervezzük a foglalásunkat (az elmúlt években kétszer kellett lemondanunk a foglalást: - előszőr a hatalmas felhőszakadás miatt - másodszor pedig (most júliusban) a nagy hőség miatt.

Az eddig leírtakból látszódhat, hogy negatív élményünk nem volt, minden tetszik, tetszett.

Posizione ottima, molto comoda per spostarsi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Lo staff della reception è stato sempre cordiale, gentile e disponibile. La colazione è piuttosto basilare e senza particolare varietà, ma comunque più che sufficiente per iniziare bene la giornata. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e pratico, soprattutto grazie alla buona posizione e alla disponibilità del personale.

| letti e soprattutto i cuscini potrebbero essere più comodi. L'arredamento è piuttosto spartano, anche se nel complesso funzionale. Il bagno avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di ammodernamento: la tenda della doccia era ingiallita e l'acqua del lavandino defluiva con una certa difficoltà. Nonostante questi aspetti, la camera e gli ambienti ci sono sembrati nel complesso puliti e ben tenuti.

Mancano prese nel bagno. Le finestre danno su un cortile interno con grande palazzo davanti che, aprendo le tende, mette davvero tanto in vista le camere. Essendo tende solo scure, si è obbligati a stare al buio se si vuole privacy. Consiglierei doppie tende scuro-chiare. La pulizia non eccelsa ma passabile. Mancava il frigo bar anche per mettere due bottiglie di acqua al fresco

The property is clean and very well located, making it convenient for exploring key iconic sites.

For the first night, we were assigned a room that was not fully finished. However, the issue was addressed the following day, and things were remedied.

Overall is a great place, in a nice area. Breakfast was rich. Parking is next to the hotel and they offer a discount for it.

Since we had two rooms, I was suprised that one I spent a night in, was not so comfortable as the other one, had shaky shower, was less clean and was more noisy. Maybe ask for the room in the central part of the hotel.

Θα ήθελα ένα ψυγειακι στο δωμάτιο Το δωμάτιο δεν καθαριστηκε στις 4 νύχτες διαμονής μας αν και δεν τοποθετησαμε στην πόρτα το καρτελάκι παρακαλώ καθαρίστε Ένα κάθισμα παραπάνω μιας και είναι δίκλινο Θα θέλαμε πιο βολικό στρώμα και μαξιλάρια. Η κουρτίνα δεν έκρυβε εντελώς το φως του ήλιου με αποτέλεσμα μόλις ξημέρωνε να ξυπνάμε.

Great location with tram access on our doorstep and metro access very close by. Room was super spacious and clean. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Great location to get around Vienna.

The pillows were lumpy and flat didn’t make for a comfortable sleep we had to fold them in half to plump them up. The soap dispensers in the shower and sink barely worked

The location of the hotel was convenient, and the breakfast was decent, although it could have offered more variety. Unfortunately, our overall experience was affected by the cleanliness and room conditions. The air conditioner in our first room did not work properly, making the room extremely hot. After we informed the reception staff, they kindly moved us to another room, and we appreciated their prompt assistance. However, the rooms were generally not very clean. We also requested housekeeping during our stay, but the cleaning was quite superficial and did not meet our expectations. As a result, we did not feel as comfortable as we had hoped.

What I liked least was the cleanliness of the rooms. Although we requested housekeeping, the room was only cleaned superficially, so it still did not feel clean or comfortable. We also experienced a problem with the air conditioner in our first room, which made the room very hot, although the staff kindly moved us to another room after we reported the issue.

Le jour de départ, j’ai eu l’occasion de croiser le responsable qui a été très aimable. Dommage que je ne l’ai pas rencontré le jour de notre arrivée. Le jour de notre arrivée, nous avons été accueilli par un jeune réceptionniste qui avait l’air de débuter dans le métier qui n’a pas pu réellement nous informer.

La literie, surtout pour les enfants, un matelas équivalent un sur matelas, les enfants avaient mal au dos au bout d’une nuit. Il n’y avait plus de réduction pour le parking d’à côté. Nous avons dû aller nous garer plus loin et revenir en bus à notre hôtel.

Sostanzialmente è come affittare un appartamento in quando non c'è alcun servizio, la pulizia della camera è su richiesta, la struttura vecchiotta, per avere un rotolo di carta igienica bisogna scendere a chiederla ala reception, le tende non sono sufficienti ad oscurare la luce dall'esterno. Abbiamo segnalato piu volte un problema all'aspiratore del bagno senza ottenere alcuna assistenza

Struttura pessima: mobili vecchi e rovinati, camera spoglia di tutto con solo il minimo indispensabile… bagno con vasca (tra l’altro con rubinetto non funzionante). staff freddo e poco accogliente seppur disponibile. servizio di pulizie giornaliero non compreso, “su richiesta” come detto dal ragazzo alla reception il che è indecente ma soprattutto se non viene comunicato è anche peggio. luogo sconsigliato

Otrzymanie nieposprzątanego pokoju nr 417 po zameldowaniu. Konieczność przenoszenia bagaży do innego pokoju. Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju nr 405 podczas bardzo wysokich temperatur (40°C) Nierówny standard pokoi – znajomi otrzymali pokój 510 z działającą klimatyzacją. Niski komfort pobytu w stosunku do ceny.

Niedokładnie posprzątany pokój- w szafkach pozostałości po poprzednich gościach (puszki po piwie i kapsle od butelek)

Grande y un poco gastado, lo tipico de los tour operaters. Tenia aide acondicionado que no funcionaba pero abriendo la ventana a un patio interior no estaba mal.. Tiene solo un pequeño ascensor del hotel que no funcionaba por la noche, asi subir 5 plantas.... El edificio tiene 2 grandes mas que se usa para otros pisos pero solo tiene acceso por el restaurante y si esta cerrado... Pues lujo no es pero para estancias cortas y con ofertas como con el desayuno no esta mal

I have stayed in many hotels around the world, with varying conditions and prices to suit, but this would have to be the worst hotel ever. You couldnt pay me to stay here. It was so bad that when I got up to my room, the window opened all the way and I had a panic attack about failing out the window. When I went down to reception I asked the attendant if there was any room on a lower floor, and I would pay the difference. This was not an option. There was also another person there complaining about their room, and the conditions, and they stormed off because they couldn't be helped. Furthermore. I was quoted €19 per day parking. For two nights should have been €38 I was charged €39.80, and told this is the new fee. Yet the email I had from the hotel stating €19 per day was only a week old. When I finally decided to go and stay somewhere else. Approx 30 mins after check in. I went to ask for a refund for my parking only. I knew it was not possible to refund the room and I was prepared to wear the cost. But to not be able to refund the parking was a joke. Avoid this place if you can.

I materassi molto morbidi e i cuscini praticamente vuoti.

Ein super Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. S-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, U-Bahn gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr hellhörig. Man bekommt alles mit, was sich draußen bzw. im Nachbarzimmer abspielt. Sämtliche Einrichtungsgegenstände sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und passen nicht zueinander.

לתת את הקוד בשביל הכספת עם המפתח יותר שעות מראש. כי כשהגיתי לאוסטריה עוד לא היה לי אינטרנט מקומי כדי לפתוח את הלינק ששלחתם לי במייל עם הקוד. דאגתי שאגיע למלון בלילה ולא אוכל לדעת מה הקוד להוציא מפתח. לכתוב מה המרחק מתחנת רכבת מערב למי שבא הרגל ואפילו לצייר מפה קטנה וגם איזו תחבורה ציבורית מתאימה. תודה

Er ontbrak een gordijn voor het raam en die voor het andere was kapot waardoor het licht was bij het opkomen van de zon. De melding was niet doorgegeven en daardoor niet opgelost. Wel een compensatie ontvangen maar korte nachten.

Da migliorare la climatizzazione della stanza (anche a Vienna ormai è caldo durante l'estate!).

When I stored my luggage after checkout, I am 100% sure that the person at the front desk stole my AirPods out of my bag. They were there when I stored the bag and gone when I looked inside it to take them out. By that point, I was already on the train to Budapest. Find My iPhone showed the Airpods moving around Vienna.

The hotel was nothing like the pictures shown online. The rooms were very old and poorly maintained, which was disappointing from the start. The most serious issue was a frightening incident in our room. The bathroom door lock malfunctioned, and my wife got trapped inside the bathroom for almost 30 minutes. The hotel had only two staff members on duty, and despite their efforts, they were unable to open the door. They eventually called a locksmith, but while we were waiting, I managed to open the lock myself by carefully using a screwdriver from the outside. Thankfully, the door opened, but the entire experience was extremely stressful. My wife was in shock and panicking throughout the ordeal. What made the situation even worse was that there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception. In any emergency or even for basic assistance, guests have to physically go downstairs to speak with the reception staff. In our case, we were fortunate that my wife had her mobile phone with her inside the bathroom, so she was able to call me for help. If she had not been carrying her phone, the situation could have been much more serious. I also tried contacting Booking.com customer support, but the service was equally disappointing. I was kept waiting for nearly 30 minutes just to connect with an agent. Since our stay was only for one night, I couldn't afford to spend that much time waiting for customer support while dealing with an emergency. Overall, this was a terrible experience. The hotel's condition did not match its advertised photos, the safety issue with the faulty bathroom lock was unacceptable, and the lack of an in-room phone made handling the emergency even more difficult. The delayed customer support from Booking.com only added to the frustration. Based on this experience, I do not plan to book hotels through Booking.com again, and I would advise other travelers to carefully consider the safety and condition of this property before booking.

Просторный чистый номер. Замечательный завтрак. Подземная парковка прямо возле отеля. Старый город в шаговой доступности. Магазины рядом

Очень смущала дверь на террассу без замка. Её можно открыть снаружи и попасть в номер. Интернет ловил только в районе коридора. По счастью он был нам не сильно нужен.

This is an older hotel, so the furniture, doors, and some parts of the building show their age. However, considering the very affordable price, I think it should be evaluated accordingly. We stayed here for one night before our flight home, arriving late in the evening, so we were simply looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep. It met our expectations perfectly. The older furniture did not bother us at all. What mattered much more was that the room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is very convenient. Tram lines 49 and 5 stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. Getting to and from the airport is also very easy, whether by Bolt or public transport. If you enjoy walking, you can even reach central areas such as Stephansplatz in about 30 minutes. The room cost less than an average dinner for our family, so we felt we received excellent value for the money. For a short stay or before an early flight, I would definitely recommend it.

The only small suggestion would be to replace the shower curtain with a shower enclosure. It would make the bathroom feel more modern and help keep the floor drier after showering.

Super schöne Lage, alles Zentral. Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis ca. 20 € was für Wien richtig günstig ist. Nette Mitarbeiter. Da wir eine Familiezimmer hatten, die war am Ende der Etage deswegen herrschte absolute Ruhe. Ein Geheimtipp.

1. Wir haben statt des gebuchten Zimmers für vier Personen nur ein Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett erhalten. Obwohl wir das Problem sofort gemeldet haben, kam niemand, um eine Lösung zu finden. Am Ende mussten mehrere Personen in einem Doppelbett schlafen, und eine Person musste sogar im Auto übernachten. 2. Das Hotel wirbt mit Parkplätzen bzw. einer Garage. Allerdings war niemand vor Ort, um uns Zugang zur Garage zu ermöglichen oder uns dabei zu helfen. 3. Am schlimmsten war, dass nach 23:00 Uhr keine Rezeption mehr besetzt war und im Notfall niemand persönlich erreichbar war. Wir haben die Notfallnummer angerufen, aber die Person am Telefon wirkte sehr unprofessionell und machte auf uns den Eindruck, als wäre sie alkoholisiert oder unter Drogeneinfluss. Grundsätzlich ein recht umfangreiches und gutes Frühstück; gute Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und sowohl zum Hbf als auch nach Meidling.

Immer alles subjektiv, aber: hygienisch nicht unser Fall. Frühstückstische (im Nebengebäude) wurden nach Nutzung nicht abgewischt; Zimmerreinigung / Handtuchtausch / Müllleerung erst am vierten Tag und erst nach Intervention bei der Rezeption, da das Personal schlicht nicht reagiert hat (sich sprachlich auf Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch aber auch nicht verständigen konnte) // bei zahlreichen Frühstücksgästen schien das Personal schlicht vollkommen überfordert // Abgewohntes Hotel.

Щодо недоліків, то, на мою думку, санвузол вже потребує оновлення. Сантехніка досить стара, а в самому санвузлі був помітний неприємний запах, через що користуватися ним було не дуже комфортно. Ще один мінус — шум із вулиці. Якщо відкривати вікна, добре чути трамваї, які курсують просто під готелем, тому людям із чутливим сном це може заважати.
