Le personnel de l’hôtel est très gentil et serviable. Très bon emplacement dans Salento, la chambre est confortable et le petit déjeuner est copieux et préparé sur place.

No hot water at the bathroom sink, shower water was very hard to fix, either too hot or cold, breakfast quite small, they do not mention the compulsory cash payment until arrival, not in the booking process, very expensive for what you get, same price as 4 stars hotels in Bogota or Medwllin, not worth it

Tutto! Staff meraviglioso e sempre pronto ad aiutare nonostante il terremoto appena successo. Camere enormi e pulite, colazione ottima e molto varia, escursioni organizzate da loro impeccabili, posizione ottima.

La ubicación al lado de la plaza, la habitación cómoda y limpia, el personal amable que te orienta ante cualquier duda. Nos ayudaron a gestionar el traslado desde el aeropuerto y también para volver, así como aconsejarnos sobre las rutas y excursiones a realizar, o cómo trasladarnos por nuestra cuenta. Nos dieron desayuno para llevar los días que al madrugar mucho no podíamos desayunar ahí.

Location was really good On check in, the lady who made our check in explained to us everything we need to know in English

The common areas are left open, so noises were all the time even during the night No lift, however they helped us to store the luggage in the lockers. The property is near a farm, therefeore roosters can be heard from around 4am

Estuvimos alojados en la suite y la verdad que era bastante amplia. El personal muy amable y servicial. De hecho, nos tocó un día de lluvia y nos prestaron tanto chubasquero como paraguas. El desayuno, aceptable y variado.

Que el pago debía ser en efectivo, no aceptan tarjetas de crédito.

Joli hôtel bien placé, accueil très agréable avec de bons conseils en anglais pour faire des activités dans la vallée del Cocora et visiter les fincas de café.

Chambre un peu petite avec une porte fenêtre donnant sur le patio, parfois un peu bruyant.

Muy buena ubicación en Salento. Cerca de la plaza del pueblo. Incluso pudimos ir caminando hasta una finca cafetera. Las opciones de desayuno son variadas y están todas buenísimas. Las habitaciones muy limpias. La atención del personal es excelente por parte de todo el equipo, desde el primer momento te dan muy buena acogida, explicándote todo lo que puedes hacer por la zona. Ojalá poder volver a Salento!! Repetiría sin duda en Casa Salento.

Fijn personeel, goed ontbijt en fijne voorzieningen. Het hotel zit in een rustige straat in Salento maar dichtbij het centrum en overige voorzieningen.

Communication was excellent and we were warmly and helpfully met. The room was attractive and spacious with a little outside seating area. Facilities such as walking poles were available to borrow. Breakfast was very nice with different menu options. Lots of help with activities is available if you need it, without any strong pushing to do any that they offer. It all felt very well organised. Wifi was good.

The noise of horses trotting up and down the street (not really, it was delightful). The tv signal was a bit fuzzy, though.

Breakfast was nice. Location good but also on a loud road with lots of motorcycle sound and construction happening on the building.

Shower did not drain. I booked because they run a bike tour out of the building but that was hard to book. They want you to call or use what’s app and we had problems using what’s app. Staff was unable or unwilling to book the bike tour. So we booked Around the corner.

Bellissima struttura dalle caratteristiche tipiche Ottima posizione: a 5/7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus e dalla piazza principale. La host è di una disponibilità infinita. Ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni richieste, ci ha offerto una bevanda fresca e abbiamo potuto lasciare le valige in lock dedicati, usufruendo del bagno comune. La stanza è piccolina, un po angusto nel passaggio il bagno, ma molto carina. Si sente un po io camminare degli ospiti di sopra. C’è un asciugamano per la doccia e il sapone delle mani, nient’altro. La colazione decisamente molto abbondante compresa nel prezzo (uova, toast, marmellata, frutta, succhi)

Prévoir des boules quies si votre chambre donne sur la rue, car très bruyant !! C’est le seul petit bémol.

La posizione è davvero comoda per fare ogni cosa. Siamo arrivati un bus da Pereira e la stazione bus era a 2 passi. È anche molto vicina alla piazza principale dove si possono prendere le Jeep Willys. Ci è piaciuta anche la colazione. Si potevano scegliere diverse opzioni e ci è sembrato tutto molto buono e ricco. La camera è stata il punto forte, aveva tre finestre e la notte abbiamo dormito benissimo. Un po’ di rumore fuori per via dei bar, ma trascurabile. Danno a disposizione acqua fresca e caffè, ed in reception sono gentilissimi. Ci è piaciuto tutto!

We stayed in the king suite at the very top of the hotel. It is a very large room with two king beds and one must climb three flights of stairs to reach it (which was not a big deal for us). It is a well-lit, bright room (has black out curtains). The staff at Casa Salento, especially Erica, is excellent. Erica provided very clear instructions on tours (Cocora Valley) and gave us an excellent recommendation for a coffee tour that was a little more personal. She answered all questions patiently, and also helped us with airport transfer to Pereira. She is truly an asset to the property. The other staff is also very lovely, but they speak no English. Breakfast is an adequate affair. The room has very good hot water, which is excellent after a long day of hiking, and room cleaning is done well. The beds and pillows are comfortable and there is a small safe to stow documents etc. (not large enough for laptops). I wish we had had a balcony like some of the other rooms on the second floor. We did hear the Ave Maria at 5:30 am from he Church and a loud rooster that served as an alarm clock. Plenty of shelves in the room as well. Location of Casa Salento is the hidden secret. It is quite close to the town square and cafe Jesus Martin, as well as the laundry, and some restaurants, and not too far from the bus station (walkable with bags). Excellently convenient!

The bathroom even for the king is very tiny and the sink did not have a warm water setting. And we wish the room had yellow lights instead of white light table-lamps, and a somewhat larger dining table. There is also a dog that barks endlessly next door (quiet in the late hours ...until the owner gets home I think). There is no on-site laundry.

La amplitud de la habitación, la decoración de todo el hotel por dentro y el desayuno. Las personas de recepción son muy amables y facilitadoras. Nos prestaron bastones para el treking del Valle de Cocora.

Nuestra estancia coincidió con las celebraciones de las fiestas de la virgen del Carmen y hubo mucha fiesta en la calle a las 5am y se escuchaba todo el ruido.

The hotel is cute and the staff (Erica in particular) are amazing. This review is for the room "Marron" which is one floor up. We had already stayed here for two days in the king suite which we liked. On the plus side, this room opens out into a patio type area with comfortable chairs and a work station which we treated like an extension of the room.

This room was right on the street so it was loud! Traffic sounds - bikes and cars - were very loud since the windows are not soundproofed. On top of this, there was construction on the property and the location of this particular room is such that and the sounds were extremely unpleasant and headache inducing. We had no peace and quiet when we wanted to spend time in the room in the afternoons. The bathroom was small and no hot water in the sink. We could not leave the windows open due to the street noise, but closing them made the room super stuffy (no fan or aircon).

Was wel gehorig. De haan van de buren kraait al om half vier en om half zes inde ochtend wordt je gewekt door de klokken en het Ave Maris. Maar dat geldt voor hotels. Zuid-Amerikaanse chrme zullen we maar zeggen;).

La amabilidad del personal es excepcional, desde que llegamos hasta después de terminar nuestra estancia. El hotel es muy bonito, está muy cuidado, muy cerca de la plaza, está muy bien atendido. El desayuno es muy bueno. Tiene muchos extras de cortesía. Totalmente recomendable.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et serviabilité incroyable. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipées avec beaucoup de goût. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et changent tous les jours . Nous avons opter pour la visite de la vallée de la Carbonera avec l’hostel et cela reste une des meilleures expériences de notre séjour ! L’emplacement est à 5 mn de la place principale
