Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The location was perfect, the hotel was very nice and clean, and the room and bathroom were spotless. The bed was very comfortable, and the warm shower water was perfect! The workers were incredibly kind, attentive, and communicated very well! The first night, we didn’t sleep very well as we could hear the guests above us walking around and occasionally dropping things. The next day, we asked if it was possible to move to a room on the second floor. The worker immediately contacted the manager, and they kindly approved the change. We really appreciated how quickly they helped us—it was not their fault at all.
In the first-floor room, there wasn’t much space to hang clothes, and a small table would have been helpful. The window blinds were also slightly smaller than the window, so they didn’t fully cover it. A ceiling fan like the one in the second-floor room would also be a nice addition. The second-floor bedroom, however, was very nice and well-equipped, with everything we needed.

Every single noise from the street van be heard in the bedroom. I couldn't sleep past 5:30am any day and other days I was woken up by people on the street. The breakfast quality was also less than expected and not very hygenic in the preparation.

Nos dijeron que habia y no lo prestaron. Nos iban a cobrar la tenencia de las mascotas. Cuando allí esta incluido. En el baño no habia jabón y el espacio entre las camas es totalmente nulo. Deberían de tener mas personal porque el portero no da mas y su comportamiento deja mucho que desear.

La habitación conserva ese estilo de casa antigua, con detalles en madera y una ambientación cálida que hacen la experiencia muy acogedora. La casa, de estilo tradicional, transmite una sensación auténtica que fue, sin duda, lo que más me gustó de la estancia. Sentirse en una casa antigua, bien conservada y con personalidad, hizo que la experiencia fuera especial. Además, su ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que está cerca del parque principal, lo que permite moverse con facilidad y ubicarse rápidamente en el destino. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería.
El aislamiento acústico de la habitación podría mejorar, ya que se perciben fácilmente los sonidos dentro del espacio, lo cual puede afectar la privacidad y el descanso.

The hotel is basic; it is a large family house with around 10 rooms. The cleanliness could be improved—we found hairs on the sheets, although they appeared to be clean. We spoke with reception and they changed them. It’s a simple and basic accommodation. If you’re looking for comfort, this is not the place for you, as there is street noise, the temperature is low, and the bathroom is very basic.

What just happened here? The photos on Booking do not reflect reality at all. The room smelled of dampness, there wasn’t even a bedside reading lamp, only harsh, central white lighting. There was no chair in the room and no wardrobe either, even though there was clearly enough space for one. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything; every step of the neighbor next door is clearly audible. Despite all this, I’m giving a 5 out of 10 only because the receptionist with glasses was very helpful. When we reported a problem with the room, he gave us another one, slightly better. Still, the overall rating on Booking is absurdly overrated.
