Det är incheckning från 15.00. När vi kom ca 16.30 var det inte städat så det drog tyvärr ner betyget.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Nos gusto todo a lado de la naturaleza, la cocina estaba un poco sucia, y los ambiente comunes, nos llego un mensaje por booking sobre que no habia recepcion, es bueno aclarar en booking que la recepcion esta hasta las 4 pm no leimos llegamos, 6 pm se apago el celular y pasamos un momento de stres

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026It was very cute! I could see the lake out of my window, so the view was great. I was able to get a hairdryer in the other building and could use the luggage room for free. The room was cute and sufficient, the bathroom was clean.
Due to a fan? or something that I couldn’t control it was really cold in the room.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Schöne große Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und fürs Kleinkind war alles vorhanden. Der Check-In lief problemlos und die Küche war gut ausgestattet.
Die Fenster ließen sich leider nicht gut verdunkeln. Für den Fernseher hat eine Anleitung gefehlt.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We arrived around 6 pm, after the staff had already left, but they set up everything for us (keys and a map to the room) in the lobby. Both the rooms and the facility itself were spotless and cozy. The view from the window was fantastic! The kitchen was super clean and fully equipped with everything you might need to cook. Plus, there's a beautiful forest surrounding the property.
The location is a bit far from the city center. You need to change buses to get to the hotel or walk for more than 20 minutes. We chose to walk and did not regret it. The surroundings are very beautiful, but make sure to allow extra time to reach this place.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Mycket bra, fint rum, man får en hotell känsla. Nära till busshållplats, bra bussförbindelse. Sigtuna är en mysig liten ort, åker man hit så rekommenderar vi att göra ett besök på "tant bruns kafe" Kommer absolut att åka tillbaka och bo på detta vandrarhem.

Те що стійка рецепції безлюдна, тобто нікого там немає. Ми приїхали о 15:30 і години не могли знайти наш ключ, дзвонили на всі номери і ніхто не відповідав. По годині зусиль вже думала бронювати інший готель, як до нас прийшла якась пані і дала ключ, бо виявилось що нашого ключа взагалі не приготували

Jag kunde tyvärr inte hitta i min bokning informationen från vandrarhemmet som gäller hur jag kommer in. Receptionen var stängd. Jag ringde, men ingen svarade. Tack och lov kom en person ut och jag kunde komma in och hämta mina rumssnycklar i huvudbyggnaden.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Die Unterkunft ist etwa 1,5 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Es gibt aber einen Bus, der direkt an der Unterkunft hält. Das Zimmer und die Küche sind sehr sauber, Müll wird getrennt. Der See und schöne Spazierwege sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die Rezeption ist unregelmäßig besetzt. Der Check in daher etwas kompliziert.

Alla dörrar gnisslade i gångjärnen. Störande för samtliga gäster. Badrumsdörrlåset kärvade och ibland gick det knappt att öppna igen. Duchdraperi smutsigt, mögelfläckar. Lite ofräscht badrum.
