我很喜欢这一家，前台小姐姐超级热情

駐車場近くてよかったのと、女性専用が鍵が閉まるのが安心でした。

朝イチ屋上にあがりました。曇りで富士山が雲に隠れてしまったのが残念でした。天気が良ければ絶景間違いなしです！ スタッフさんは9時以降はいないので飲食の為に一階に行かなければならないのと、お風呂の部屋入ってすぐはロックがないので少し不安でした。

宿と駐車場へたどり着くまでの道が狭い

렌트카로 방문했는데 주차장이 구비되어있어서 편했습니다. 시설이 깨끗하고 여러명이 쓰는 게스트하우스지만 조용하고 안락했습니다. 가성비 최고의 숙소입니다.

2층이긴 했지만 등산 후 짐을 가지고 걸어올라가기엔 힘들었습니다.

シャーワーしかなかっが風呂もあったら良かったとおもいます チェックイン時間前ででもスーツケースを預かって欲しかった。 パジャマか浴衣があると思って持っていかなかっので、戸惑った。

自転車を500円で借りれる　外に出ると富士山が見えた

The staff were so friendly, the place was so clean honestly one of the best hostels I have stayed in !

クーラーが効きすぎていて寒かったのですが、あとで掛け布団と毛布があることに気づきました。 フロントで声かけしていただければ、なおありがたいです。

スタッフの気遣いが高いホテルと同等のものでした。

他のお客さんが自分の駐車場に停めてしまい、停められなかったこと。

二段ベッド式ではないので、快適でした。

寝室スペース内、床の素材の影響で歩くとカサカサと音が響くので、人が通る毎に目が覚めてしまいました。

駅からも食事や居酒屋などに困らずロケーションは最高です。 コストパフォーマンスも良いと思います。 スタッフの方も丁寧に対応いただきました。

ベットルームの入り口の引き戸の音がうるさくて、トイレへの出入りのたびに気を使う。 ベットルームへのセキュリティもボタン式で面倒くさいです。 節電のためだと思いますがところどころエアコンが切られていて使う人がエアコンを入れないといけない、廊下や洗面室などもエアコンがなく暑かったです。

スタッフの方が親切で、とても感じが良かった。清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった！

Manque un miroir dans la salle de douche pour ceux qui veulent se raser sous la douche, et manque un crochet pour suspendre vêtement. Sinon tout était parfait

The staff and facilities are more than exceptional. What i enjoyed the most were the views around Guesthouse including Mount Fuji. Manager-san did amazing job to make the place feel so welcoming and clean. So far i had my second stay there and even if it was for short amount of time it was by far the best place i have been in Japan. It is also relatively close to the station and convenience store so what more could you want. Definitely not my last stay at this GuestHouse. Thank you

離車站不遠，而且乾淨+安靜，床鋪還有多餘的空間可以放包包、雜物，身高高的人也不怕空間不夠，整體環境非常讚

地板是榻榻米，不管怎麼小心走路都還是會有聲音，很怕影響到其他住客。

You can see Mt. Fuji from the rooftop. Also the place is super comfortable. The staff was very nice. There were so many amenities.

It was an overall pleasant experience. It was close to Shin-Fuji Station, the staff were friendly, the bed/futon was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft mit netten Personal

El personal amable, muy limpio y ordenado, vista al volcán, alquilan bicicletas, tienen opción para desayunar, es cerca de la estación, te dan shampoo y jabón, por las toallas hay que pagar 200 yenes. Hay cocina y el lavaropas es gratis, pagas por el secarropas.

駅から近く、安価で泊まれるので、重宝しております。

もう少し、チェックイン時間に幅があれば余裕が出るのですが・・・ 難しいですよネ

ベッドにコンセントが2口あればより便利

寝室やシャワー、トイレが、綺麗で使いやすかった。美味しい居酒屋も歩いて行ける所に何軒もあって良かった。

現代では珍しい畳部屋で、最低限のスペースでも、仲良しメンバーで格安で宿泊出来る施設です。是非、来年も宜しくお願い致します。

特にフロントに係員の方はいらっしゃらなくても、直ぐに連絡が出来るようにお願いしたいです。また電話番号がコム経由なのか、ダイレクト電話番号が欲しいです。また直接の予約は出来るのでしょうか？ご案内お願い致します。

施設全体が広くて綺麗 屋上からの展望良し コンビニ近い 飲み屋や駅から程近く静か

部屋にはいる鍵のロック解除ボタンがやや押しにくい シャワールームにリンスも欲しい

コスパは最高です。リノベーションしてあり、また清掃も行き届いているので、清潔感抜群です。

２人部屋に泊まりました。目の前がトイレで芳香剤の匂いが気になりました。

ロケーションが良くて、何度かお邪魔しています　部屋内も、カプセルホテルより広く、人が立つ事も出来る広さです。物が干せる突っ張り棒が便利です　布団より頭部分が広いので、リュックなど置くスペースがあるので邪魔にならない所がよいです コンビニも近く、駅よりさほど離れてない為居酒屋とかも近いのでいいですね　若干ガールズバーチックな施設が数カ所あり、呼び込み風な方が居るぐらいです スタッフ方の対応もとても親切です　感じがとても良いです 普通に日本の方がスタッフですので特に問題ありません【もう少し駅に近い所は全員海外の方で、日本語が伝わらなかった事が．．．】 綺麗に清掃されていて、いつも使わせていただいています。また行く機会がありましたら、予約いたします

チェックインを気持ち15時からですと色々都合がよい【チェックインのみです施設の使用はしなくても構わない】あるいが、無人チェックインで21時以降でも実施できるとよいです。メールにて解錠番号が届き、受付で無人チェックインし部屋番号を教えてもらうなど。他のドミトリーハウスで行なっている感じです。 また、2階洗面台に化粧ポーチを置ける棚が欲しいのと、コンセントを1箇所でいいので、あると助かります。ドライヤーとか、ヘアアイロンが使いたいです【ドライヤーは持参しています】 シャワールームでの足フキマットの使用を海外の方にもわかりやすく説明を実施して、欲しいです　脱衣場がビショビショな時が多いです。日本文化が伝わってないので、仕方ないのですが😅 色々記載して申し訳ございません

The rooftop was great! Fuji wasn’t visible during the rooftop hours that I was there but it is a nice view in the morning. The bike rental is great for getting around! I highly recommend!

An amazing guesthouse, super clean, comfortable, kind staff and close to Fuji station so it was very easy to get around. They also have a little kitchen so you can cook your own food, and a nice chill area where you can relax with a book. Plus you can see Mt. Fuji from the rooftop!

The place is beautiful and everything is very clean and so well organized. You get everything you need and more. Kitchen is perfect for all your needs, and they even add free tea with wonderful teapots and anything you could think of. I stayed in the Women Only room, with such a lovely tatami and Japanese styled windows. In the rooftop you can see Mount Fuji so you can check the ideal time to go and watch it for different angles. Definitely a great spot. Showers, living room and everything else is super clean and with so many nice touches. I am super glad that I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly, you can tell that the place is touched by them. Thank you so much for everything! Hopefully we will meet again!

Very nice staff. Its more the town that is of course less famous for its views on mt Fuji, but the rooftop acces and the over all location next to the stations makes it great! Also very clean and spacious cabins.

The only thing, which is of course fine in a hostel, is that the bed was a little bit too hard. I like sleeping on firm ground, so for me it was okay, but if you have joint issues etc thats the only thing.

Quite hostel with lovely amenities and even better staff! So friendly and helpful with everything we needed! Showers were great and beds were comfy and good privacy! Location great as to see Fuji without all the tourists

Maybe book a day tour to get around to the other side of the mountain where you see all the viral pics

Guesthouse 5 Stars, the best we have seen in our travel. Clean, well located, amazing view of Mont Fuji from the rooftop when the weather is good. Quality/price it the best.

Everything is super clean! Really is cleaner than a 5 star hotel. They have kitchen and laundry for free! The staff is super friendly and they can speak English 💪🏼 The location is super good just 3 minutes walking to Fuji station and the bed is really spacious and comfortable I’ll come back here when visit Fuji again! You can also rent bikes to go around the town

受験を控えた娘との宿泊でしたが、男女混合のゾーンで、しかも夜通しうるさかった。ほとんど眠れませんでした。女性専用のゾーンだったら良かったのに。

とにかく清潔感があって駅からとても近いです。 タオルと歯ブラシは持参が必要ですが、シャンプーやボディソープ、洗顔料やオールインワンジェル、ドライヤー、耳栓など無料の備品も充実しています。 IHや電子レンジ、冷蔵庫もあり、食器類も揃っています。 乾燥機は有料ですが洗濯機が無料で洗剤も置いてあり、自分のベッドで干すことができます。 屋上から富士山を眺めることもできて最高です。 本当に素晴らしくて大満足でした。
