Hotel Grand Fuji

저는 한국인입니다. 일본에서 여러 숙소에 투숙하였으나, 모든 면에서 완벽한 최고의 숙박 경험을 제공받았습니다. 아직 일본어가 완벽하지 않아 소통에 어려움이 있으셨을 텐데, 노력해주시는 모든 직원분들께 감사의 말씀 드리고 싶습니다. 직원분들의 소통 노력, 청결, 서비스 모두 감동적이었습니다. 또한 숙소의 컨디션과 침구류 또한 매우 안락하고 깔끔했습니다. 조만간 재방문하겠습니다. 이번이 첫 후지시 방문이었지만, 덕분에 좋은 기억들만 남기고 갑니다.

매우 깨끗한 호텔이고, 직원들도 모두 친절함

조식이 7시부터 시작이라 일찍 이동하면 조식을 하기 어려움

綺麗な部屋と施設だった。 特に布団がAIRだったのが寝心地が良かった！

窓の外に景色がなかったのが少し残念でした。

お風呂が広い！とても清潔なお部屋でした！連絡の途中清掃に入っていただいたのですが、細やかな心遣いを感じました。

朝食、お部屋代ともにお値段が高いです

部屋のベッドや浴室、衣類のリフレッシャーなど設備が充実していた。朝食が素晴らしく特にオムレツが良かった。

レストランの営業時間に間に合わず夕食を求めて外出したがちょっと大変だった。欲を言えばルームサービスが頼めると嬉しいです。

スタッフがいつもニコニコして、とても親切^_^

和朝食の味付けが濃くなってしまったのが、とても残念。

Huge room by Japanese standard. Very clean and inviting.

Not much negative to say at all.

The room we stayed in was pleasant with a nice view of Mt Fuji.

足が悪い祖母との旅行でしたが、バリアフリーのお部屋で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの方の対応が親切でした。

ツインのお部屋はトイレが立ち上がると自動で流れますが、バリアフリーのお部屋の方はトイレが自動ではなく、またボタンがわかりづらかったです。 お風呂の湯船に滑り止めマットがあるとよかったです。

Nice 4 star hotel.

Many of the neighborhood restaurants located near the hotel are not tourist friendly. The hotel staff recommended two Italian restaurants. Both turned me away. I went back to the hotel and did not have dinner and instead just watched tv. The hotel should be careful not to recommend restaurants which will not take a foreign tourist. I travel to Japan often and can speak Japanese. This issue has happened to me before but never when I was staying at a more high end hotel.

Repetitive songs at breakfast - same songs from same singer on repeat all day every day!!!!

部屋に案内しただけで、説明もなく戸惑った。食事もついてないのに金額が高過ぎ。ガッカリしました。

今回はバイクでの宿泊でしたが、駐輪場所に気を使っていただきました。 通りから見えないところに駐車しますか？もしくは雨の当たらない軒下に停めますか？とかといろいろと気遣いしていただきました。

今回は素泊まりの一泊だけでしたが、良くない点は特にありません。

Breakfast was great and service was good. Nice, big lobby and clean rooms.

Some guests said their AC didn't work and our bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. To the point where I debated going to another hotel.

The staff are amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. Great view of Fuji from our room + they have an observation deck!

The distance from the hotel to attractions. While it was quieter it was also more difficult to get around

Sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Besonders beeindruckend war der Blick auf den Mt. Fuji – einfach traumhaft. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Room was fantastic -amazing views of Fiji. Staff all friendly and welcoming.

The location. The town itself was pretty unpleasant with a strong smell of pollution from the intensive industry.

The location is a a bit inconvenient

침대가 넓고 편안했음.조식은 일본식과 서양식을 선택할수 있고 맛도 좋았음. 주차장도 바로 호텔옆이라 아주 편리했음. 대욕장이 없는것이 약간 아쉬움

朝食最高です！！！ スタッフの皆さんはいつも本当に素晴らしい対応をして下さいます！とても感謝してます^_^

今のスタッフの皆さんが末長く続けてくれたらよいのにと思います。

It's quite close to Fuji station and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The Japanese breakfast is really good.

I don't think it gives the right value for money. It feels a bit dated.

A lot of car parking, clean and comfortable

We were early risers so did not do breakfast. Bed was mostly comfortable for a Japan hotel. Hotel was clean.

For my liking pillows were not so comfortable but we typically bring our own. We forgot this time.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück – wir hatten die Wahl zwischen europäischen und japanischen Frühstück und beide Varianten haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch das Abendessen im Hotel war exzellent und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

富士山がとっても綺麗に見えました。カーテンを開けた瞬間の迫力すごいです。 お風呂の湯船が大きく、全身浸かることができ 体もポカポカになりました。気持ちよかったです。 朝ごはん洋食にしました。3種類のジュースがおいしかったです。

Exceptionally polite and efficient staff. View to Mt Fuji is incredible if the weather is good. Not too far from Shinkansen station.

L’hôtel est de très bon standing, la vue est imprenable sur le mont Fuji (à condition que le temps le permette), le restaurant est très bon et le personnel aux petits soins ! Un grand merci à l’accueil pour sa disponibilité et ses services !

L'hôtel est bien placé dans la ville, profusion de petits commerces de proximité comme souvent au Japon. La chambre avec vue sur montagne est un peu petite mais nous avons eu la chance de voir le mont Fuji les deux jours que nous étions là, la vue depuis la chambre nous a beaucoup plu. Depuis la ville de Fuji cette montagne est spécialement impressionnant car proche et majestueux vu depuis le niveau de la mer. Bon rapport prix/qualité. Le déjeuner américain est préparé à la façon japonaise, parfait et beau à voir mais avec de bien petites portions. Nous vous recommandons cet hôtel.

枕頭比較塌扁。

早餐很好吃，可以选西式或日式早餐。 富士山景的房间与网上照片不同， 我住的303房就是😤，是看得到富士山，但是……🤔 房价也比较贵，这样的景不值得😤

朝食がとても美味しかったです。 部屋も広くて清潔で、疲れが取れました。 ゆっくり過ごしたくなるホテルでした。また泊まりたいです。

部屋から富士山を眺めることが出来ました。

Room was huge and clean. Staff were always so courteous and welcoming. Many carpark lots which is a bonus point for people who drive around.

Abit far from main attractions of Mount Fuji. Not much food options around the vicinity.

If you get the room with mt fuji you won't need to visit anywhere else

改装したてか思ったより部屋が良かった

お風呂に前の方の陰毛が落ちてた おすすめのお店の情報を聞いたが 店が閉まってた 10分以上もかけて行ったのに 鍵はいちいちフロントに預けないといけないのが不便

いつも仕事で利用していますが、お部屋も使いやすくゆっくりと休むことができるので感謝しています。 今回は朝食は利用しませんでしたが、時間にゆとりがあるときは何度か利用しており、とてもくつろげて、スタッフの対応も良く、フルーツコンポートやはちみつがついていたり、とても気に入っています。

On a eu une chambre très spacieuse et super propre avec une magnifique vue sur le mont Fuji. Le personnel à l’accueil et au restaurant sont très sympa et pro ! Nous étions deux et une de nous est végétarien, le personnel a fait ce qu’il fallait pour adapter le petit déjeuner, qui contient originalement de la viande, au restriction alimentaire de chacun. On s’est senti très confortable et écouté dans cet hôtel. Vraiment top on recommande !

L’emplacement est assez bien, il est assez proche de la gare (environ 10 minutes à pied) mais il n’y a pas grand chose à faire dans les environs sans prendre les transports. Cependant on a quand même la vue sur la montagne peu importe où on se trouve dans les environs, ce qui reste impressionnant.

Amazing! the choices in offering were exceptional, you could find anything you wanted to eat.

I cant think of anything we did not enjoy.

外装工事中だったためと思いますが、駐車場から道路に出る際に、道路を走る車両が全く見えないため、事故を起こしそうで怖かったです。 館内に自販機などがなく、飲み物などは客室の冷蔵庫のみでした。

特にないけれど、たまにフロントスタッフが素になる人が多い。(愛想が悪いというほどではない)

친절하고 친절한 직원분들!!! 숙소가 오래되었지만 관리가 잘되서 전혀 문제되지 않았습니다. 주차도 편하고요. 방도 넓고 모든게 만족스러웠습니다.

Персонал очень дружелюбный, помог нам с общением с транспортной компанией, которая не доставила наш чемодан. В номере было чисто, в целом отель, чтобы переночевать и утром выехать - подходит. Завтрак хороший на выбор азиатский или европейский.

Отель не много староват.

Very spacious room with a big bathtub. Comfortable bed and pillows for such a cheap price. This was my favorite hotel this trip.
