The Stay was very good. We left our tab while checking out but the staff were very patient in listening to our issue and they provide us a solution to get back our tab safely. I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

I had a wonderful stay at The Hosteller. The food prepared by Tulsi was absolutely delicious – homely, fresh, and full of flavor, which really made the experience memorable. The management, especially Rabab, was very supportive and made sure everything ran smoothly. Overall, a comfortable stay with great food and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended!

I stayed at The Hosteller with my 3 siblings and we had a truly amazing experience. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff was polite, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. The rooms were well-maintained, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The location is also great, close to many tourist spots. We had a smooth check-in and check-out process, and everything was exactly as expected. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend The Hosteller to anyone looking for a fun, safe, and budget-friendly place to stay!

I am not sure who implemented (have to order all in app idea) but makes zero sense. Perhaps you're trying to do everything digital, perhaps it's to save on staff salaries or perhaps etc etc but it's not at all clever. Not even the most digitally dependent countries demand the nonsense this hotel/hostel demand. I understand paying the stay directly thru the app. But you demanding, I as your costumer to go to an app to get laundry done or order a drink or food. NO. We "the customers" do not want to deal with your unnecessary /faulty app also perhaps educate yourself more about hospitality. This is not a drive thru or take away or self check in. You have staff and guests want/need to have an easy way of getting things done. For example I went and did my laundry elsewhere, I also went and ate in another places the four days I was at your place. Why... because I couldn't careless about wasting my time with your nonsense app and as I read others comments not just in this branch but everyother hostellier, everyone else is complaining about it. Also it's India not Europe, North America Japan or Korea. Most people here want cash therefore a lot of us carry cash or a tap in card. Difference would be if the app was fast and effective but it's messy and faulty. The time I tried it went completely frozen then I got asked for nonsense info so I deleted immediately. I don't want a bug on my phone. Also if I did my check in and filled all the info on your damn site when I did my payment which you demanded right after booking, why do I have to fill up again all the same stuff in reception? Aren't you paying staff to make the stay of guests easier. Have them to fill it all up if the payment source is not enough and then have the guest to show the id and sign whatever need it.

The Location is great, it's bang on the prime spot of the old city.

Rooms are extremely small, however for a single man it's decent. I would not recommend this for you if you have a partner/friend staying with you. Rooms are borderline claustrophobic, specially the single room. So avoid that

All the main attractions are very near and have lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The room size seems to be a bit smaller than the pictures.

The location is perfect as everything is just nearby... The staff is wonderful.. Had a good experience overall.. The hygiene in the rooms is commendable ..

It is walkable to most of the places around and considering its a prime location it is super comfortable to go around.

It is located in the heart of the Old City of Udaipur. Best place. Clean, tidy, and pristine stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone. Nice, compact, furnished stay with all amenities. Washroom cleanliness is the highlight. All required toiletries will be provided.

The location is wisely chosen, the people over there were absolutely friendly. Loved the staff as well. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

It was the fourth time i came in a "the hosteller". It's always a good value for money. Bed is comfortable, the AC works good, the location is good, you have free water to drink or refill your bottle, nice and accommodating staff.

The structure of the bed can be clean... a lot of dust.

Took pre-payment on the hostellers own platform ‘GLU.’ Later on refused to make booking adjustments citing their own personal policies.

Loved the comfort and the staff members except the woman in the reception. Such arrogant lady. Feels like we owe them something.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lady at the reception. Not only was she rude to the staff under her but was also rude to customers. Eww. That lady is such a shame for a multi-branched brand like hosteller. Please do something about this!
