Olive Garden House Siwa

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Siwa. Amer a été adorable du début à la fin : très gentil, serviable et vraiment aux petits soins avec nous. Il a toujours été disponible pour nous aider et rendre notre séjour agréable. Siwa a été une très belle découverte pour nous. Après notre séjour au Caire, où la vie est à 100 à l’heure et peut être assez énergivore, nous avons énormément apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de Siwa. C’était vraiment reposant et agréable de pouvoir souffler un peu. L’hôtel est très sympa, avec une piscine agréable et plein de petits chats adorables qui se promènent dans les lieux 🐱❤️. Nous avons également réservé nos activités directement avec Amer et tout s’est très bien déroulé, avec une bonne organisation. La chambre était confortable et disposait de la climatisation, ce qui était vraiment appréciable avec la chaleur. Nous avons également très bien mangé à l’hôtel. La nourriture était bonne et les portions étaient copieuses. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon et nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié. Un grand merci à Amer pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel si vous passez par Siwa ! 😊

이곳의 쉐프겸 관리인 이브라힘은 대단한분이었다 단순히 체크인만 도와주는게아니라 숙소에있는동안 아침과 레몬그라스바질 음료수도 만들어주고 툭툭기사와도 소통하게 해주었다 숙소는 너무나 엔틱 코지한 분위기였고 정원에는 많은 고양이가 살고있어요 전 여름에갔지만 겨울에는 이곳의 방들이 모두 풀부킹된다는거보면 모두 만족할만곳같아요 툭툭을 통해 이동한다면 다운타운에 있는곳만 고집할필요없는 시와입니다

수건 바디워시 샴푸 모두 개인이 챙겨오셔야해요!!

아주 자연친화적이고 평화로운 숙소에요. 시내에서 거리가 좀 떨어져있지만 시와만의 감성을 느끼기에 너무 좋았습니다. Ibrahim은 매우 친절하고 영어도 잘해서 의사소통에 문제가 없었어요. 항상 무엇이 필요한지 물어보고 제공해주었습니다. 시내로 나가는 툭툭도 불러주어서 편리했어요. 그리고 조식이 맛있습니다!! 귀여운 고양이들도 덤이에요ㅋㅋ Ibrahim이 준 망고가 생각나네요. 정말 맛있었고 시와에 대해서 여러 얘기를 들을 수 있어서 좋았어요. 화장실 수압 쎄요

Peaceful place, so kind and helpful staff!

Geweldige plek om te verblijven in Siwa. Heel vriendelijk personeel met elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt. Daarnaast heel lekker zwembad om in af te koelen. Zou hier zeker weer naar toe gaan.

美しい花々！宿の門をくぐった瞬間に感動します。 プールもあって、部屋も大変素晴らしいです。 親切なスタッフにソルトレイクまでの往復タクシーを手配してもらいました。街までは1.5kmほど歩いて20分くらい、離れていますが、遠すぎではありません。

The rooms and every details of the hotel was eco friendly , staffs were very friendly and always there for our request. Mr hilal specially ( the owner ) even if he wasn’t present in the hotel but made sure that we are happy with our stay and all ours needs are met, and made sure to have our feedback everyday for each activity that he organised for us. Ms abdo Rahman and another guide who I forgot his name were our guides for two activities and were very human very friendly exceptionally nice we really recommend the tour and the safari with them

As excepted but totally normal u can have some insects so bear in mind to bring a mosquito repellent

Il est très gentil et à l'écoute de tout vos besoins.

Petit point à améliorer: Les tapis qui prennent beaucoup les saletés et le robinet qui fuit

Le jardin est magnifique et la piscine agréable. Situé a 15-20 minutes à pied du centre, le trajet se fait facilement (enfant 11 ans).

After traveling for over a month in Egypt, I can confidently say that Olive Garden House was by far the best accommodation that we've stayed at and quite frankly I can't imagine a better place in the oasis. Even guests from the other hotels that we were touring with were jealous :) The property is located in a quiet area about 5min drive away from the center. Getting around is not a problem and everything can be arranged with ease on site with Mr. Ram. Check in/out times are very flexible which is very convenient considering that the buses arrive in Siwa outside the regular hours. The whole property is very homey and it feels like visiting distant family rather than staying at a hotel. Everyone on site especially the owner Mr. Hilal just want to make sure all your needs are taken care of and you're having a really good time. Honestly, those are the most hospitable people I've ever had a pleasure dealing with. We shared truly delicious, local, home made meals. We shared our stories, good and bad, laughs and worries. We shared our favorite songs and danced together. It was pretty amazing to experience people from different cultures add their own spice to the mix but not to stand out but to coalesce and enrich everyone in the group. Truly unique in today's world. As for the sightseeing and attractions, tours can be arranged through the property and it's a great value. Our driver Zizu was super easy going and funny so we could just relax and enjoy. We're both extremely grateful to Mr. Hilal, his family, friends and everyone working there for having this beauriful experience and we hope that our paths cross again!

이집트가 지금겨울이라 살짝 쌀쌀한 느낌이 있긴한데 정말 좋은숙소입니다. 꽃피는 계절엔 정말 이쁠것같아요 수영못하고 와서 아쉬워요 또가고싶어요

Parfait. A l'écart du bruit et de la poussière tout en étant à 30 minutes à pied ou à 10 minutes en tuktuk du centre, et à 45 minutes à vélo des marais salants. Belle architecture, beau jardin, bonne cuisine, joli bassin de baignade. Les bâtiments intègrent les arbres sur place, dans ma chambre s'élevait un tronc magnifique qui passait par le mur de la salle de bain avant de s'échapper par le toit. Grand feu allumé chaque soir pour se détendre en rêvant devant les flammes. Super équipe, Ram le géant princier pour qui tout est "ok, no problem", Sabre désarmant de gentillesse, Zizou au profil de sultan de cinéma à qui vous pouvez confier votre programme les yeux fermés, l'élégante Souad, préceptrice et cuisinière (merci pour ces délicieuses conversations), le deuxième chauffeur ponctuel et très serviable, jusqu'au sympathique jardinier qui a patiemment satisfait ma curiosité. Communication impeccable avec Monsieur Hilal. Grande flexibilité, accueil avec le sourire à 6h30 du matin!

J’ai tout adoré , le déjeuner tellement bon et énorme. La Piscine naturelle , le jardin. Le personnel au petit soin. Je recommande x1000 Le centre 25 minutes à pied sinon vous pouvez prendre un Tuktuk pour vraiment pas cher. C’est très bien pour être relax à l’écart des bruits de la ville.

Very good value for money. Very kind staff and a welcoming atmosphere.

A truly welcoming atmosphere in the middle of the palm tree grove. All the staff went out of their way to make it a lovely experience. Daily breakfast was very good and you can choose to join the communal dinner, which was tasty every evening and good value. The guest house is located within a walkable distance from the town centre (20 min) or alternatively easily reachable by tuk tuk. The outdoor fire place in the tastefully maintained garden made for a particularly convivial setting with the other guests. It was a pleasure to return to and relax in the evenings after spending the day out and about.

ABSOLUMENT TOUT ! Ma femme et moi même voyageons beaucoup; nous sommes en Égypte depuis presque un mois et cet établissement est vraiment notre coup de coeur de tout notre séjour . Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Siwa et de ses habitants, et particulièrement de l’équipe du Olive Garden House avec à sa tête le propriétaire Hilal qui est maintenant un frère pour moi. Il a su s’entourer d’une excellente équipe avec notamment Susu et sa soeur à la cuisine qui font des plats succulents, Mahmoud le roi du barbecue ainsi que Ram et Farez toujours prêt à rendre service et toujours bienveillants et souriants. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 25mn à pieds du centre ville et suffisamment éloigné pour y être hyper tranquille à toutes heures. Le guesthouse est en construction traditionnelle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût ainsi que le jardin qui regorge de coins sympathiques et de bougainvilliers de toutes les couleurs, pour se relaxer ou bouquiner. La cuisine est simplement délicieuse, faite maison avec des produits frais ; nous avons tellement aimé que malgré notre curiosité habituelle,nous n’avons pas jugé utile de visiter les alentours et d’autres restaurants et nous y avons pris tous nos dîners qui étaient chaque soir un moment de grâce pour nos papilles. La literie est super confortable et la piscine bien agréable pour se détendre après une balade. Je suis absolument enchanté de notre séjour et nous y reviendrons In Sha Allah ✨💛🙏🏽💛✨

일단 숙소가 너무너무 예쁘고, 룸안에 들어와있는 올리브 나무들을 제거하지 않고 그대로 놔두어서 더 좋았어요 ! 직원들도 너무너무 친절하고 좋았습니다

여름에 경험하지 않아 잘은 모르겠지만 겨울은 조금 춥더라구요 겨울엔 방이 조금 더 따뜻했으면 좋겠어요 그리고 방안이 좀 더 밝았으면 좋겠습니다. 침구의 청결을 조금 더 신경써주세요!

Really really nice place for a relaxing holiday. Siwa probably deserves few days to enjoy the relax, rather than trying to see everything and rushing instead of feeling the place. Breakfast was really good, dinner (additional) was really good and abundant (more abundant than in restaurants and much better quality) and we cooked with them (although we were a bit late). The pool is great and the rooms are so nice and rustic. At night with the moon the atmosphere is magic. You can walk to the centre in 25min but for 50egp is often easier to take the tuk tuk. If you want to relax this is the place, if you want to be in the heart of the city maybe it's a bit far (but it could be worse)

Sometimes the electricity cut but on a chilled holiday it's not a problem at all

Petit coin tranquille envahit par un beau jardin. L’hôte Helal et son équipe sont aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. Possibilité d’organiser des activités directement avec eux, nous sommes passés par eux et tout était génial ! Un peu excentré (30min à pied du centre ville) mais cela participe à la tranquillité du lieu. Possibilité de transferts en tuktuk ou taxi. Petit déjeuner sympa par ailleurs, bref on vous recommande à 100%

Cet endroit est hors du temps. Un petit coin de paradis ! Le jardin splendide, la piscine d'eau de source naturelle, le personnel aux petits soins mais surtout, surtout, l'ambiance familiale et conviviale sont tellement incroyables ! Notre voyage n'aurait pas été aussi extraordinaire sans eux. Aucune hésitation à avoir. Foncez. Vous serez accueillis comme de la famille. N'hésitez pas à réserver les tours organisés de la ville avec les lacs et dans le désert avec eux. Tout est simplement parfait ! L'hôtel est un peu excentré, ce qui permet d'être au calme et loin de la circulation. Les allers retours en ville sont très simples, il suffit de demander au personnel de l'hôtel et on vous fera venir un chauffeur au meilleur prix.

What a wonderful and unexpected reunion! We first met Hilal 17 years ago and spent a memorable day and evening with him exploring Siwa and the desert. To our surprise and delight, he is now the owner of Olive Garden — and we happened to choose his place without knowing it! Hilal is just as friendly, warm and hospitable as we remembered. He made us feel completely welcome, just like old friends. The accommodation itself is beautiful and incredibly relaxing — surrounded by lush greenery, palm trees, colorful flowers, and a lovely swimming pool. It’s a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of Siwa. A heartfelt and highly recommended stay!

いつでも、トラブルがあった時も、みんな笑顔で声をかけてくれます。オーナーさんも色々提案してくれて、とても助かりました。夕食を予約してたのにツアーからの帰りが遅くなってしまったのですが、温かいものを提供してくれて とても有り難かったです。 ダウンタウンから少し離れていますが、その分緑がたくさんあり、リラックスできました。 シワにまた来たときは、ぜひまた利用したいです。

Tolles Frühstück, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade beim Zimmer. Die Lage am Rand der Gärten ist vorteilhaft wenn man mit einem Fahrzeug unterwegs ist.

숙박 기간 동안 공용공간에서 어린 딸이 반복적으로 소리가 나는 장난감을 가지고 놀아 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 그 공용공간은 객실 바로 옆에 있어 투숙객들이 고스란히 소음을 겪을 수밖에 없었습니다. 또한 아침 조식에서 음료를 고르라고 하여 저희는 주스와 커피를 주문했는데, 추가 요금이 있다는 설명은 전혀 하지 않았습니다. 그런데 체크아웃 시 아무런 안내도 없이 비용을 청구했습니다. 이것은 명백히 공정하지 못한 계산이며, 앞으로 방문할 여행자들은 반드시 주의하시길 바랍니다. 덧붙여, 이 추가 비용은 사장이 직접 청구한 것이며, 저희가 이에 대해 지불할 수 없다고 말했을 때 사장은 “불만이 있으면 리뷰에 올리라”고 말했습니다. During our stay, a young daughter was playing in the common area with a toy that made repetitive noises. Since the guest rooms are located right next to this space, it was extremely noisy and disturbing for the guests. At breakfast, we were asked what drinks we would like, so we ordered juice and coffee. There was no explanation that these drinks would incur an additional charge. However, at check-out, the owner billed us without any prior notice. This was clearly an unfair practice, and I strongly warn future travelers to be cautious. To add, the extra charge was made directly by the owner, and when we told him we would not pay for it, he simply said, “If you want to complain, write a review.”

Beautiful quiet the host and staff very helpful and nice . He cooked me dinner, incredible but too much food for me. I recommend this place if you want to relax and get away

锡瓦这边灰尘比较大，我们第一晚还碰上了停电，半夜空调又出问题，老板能能及时解决，搞得我们一晚没睡好，第二天碰到给我们准备早餐的大哥，才发现只需重启开关就能解决的空调问题，老板居然不懂，害我们一晚没睡😭

Olive garden house is not a hostel, it is more like a happy home with a beautiful garden which looks like heaven on earth. Owners are very welcoming and make you feel very confortable, even if you don’t stay too long. It is located a little bit out of town but it enables you to discover other beautiful and authentic parts of Siwa. Overall very relaxing and peaceful place with amazing food and beautiful people.

Tot en conjunt, les instal·lacions genials, la ubicació excel·lent, i el tracte inigualable doncs ens han fet la vida molt fàcil una vegada allà. Només tinc paraules d'agraïment a Ahmed i tot el personal, que sumat a la piscina de la que hem gaudit durant uns dies, fan que hagi estat una de les millors experiències a Egipte

位置安静。算是干净。没什么好挑剔的。owner给人一种安全感满满的感觉，入住当天遇到的都是国人。这个地方，给人一种潦草中带着精致，抽象又生机勃勃，配得上garden这个词。在这里，我很享受的有两个记忆：1.脱了鞋踩过茂盛的草地，坐在半坏不坏的竹椅上，抬头让阳光穿过椰枣树叶洒在脸上。2.跟爱人在沙漠游玩归来，买了一些饮料，穿上泳衣，钻进院子里的水池，边喝饮料边泡水边聊天，抬头一看，满眼的星空。

苍蝇多。可能整个siwa都这样。建议owner从中国网购一个大型灭蚊灯。苍蝇少了体验感会好很多。

Todo me encantó. No pongo más nota porque no se puede. Nos ayudaron en todo!!! Las habitaciones preciosas, el servicio increíble, siempre ayudando. Muy tranquilo, con una piscina natural muy bonita de la cual pudimos disfrutar. Un pequeño oasis en el oasis de Siwa. Y lo mejor de todo: hay gatitos muy simpáticos :)

El tracte és immillorable per part dels responsables d'Olive Garden. Atents, amables i simpàtics. Ens han ajudat en tot. L'espai és meravellós, un paradís terrenal i les habitacions decorades amb gust. L'esmorzar boníssim i abundant

Està una mica apartat del centre (uns 2km) però per nosaltres ha sigut fantàstic perquè veniem de ciutats amb soroll i ens ha encantat allotjar-nos en mig de la natura

We had a lovely and peaceful stay. We would love to come back and stay again! The garden is very beautiful and calming, the staff responsive and kind, the AC was great and the rooms very clean. We really loved the breakfast as well.

Really the only thing that the room didn't have was a mini-fridge.

Quick Check-In and Check-Out. Just a message prior to arrival and they are flexible to welcome guests anytime they arrive. The Manager was always helpful and available when we had questions. He Informed us in the beginning, in a very decent and polite way, about the different tours and packages they could arrange for us, without pressuring us when we showed no interest. The Room was very comfortable, easy and nicely styled. Breakfast was very delicious, i can easily say i had the best hotel breakfast ever in egypt:)) One evening we ordered dinner at the hotel and it was definitely worth it too!

No bedsheets available for the duvets. Luckily we were prepared and had some with us, so we didnt bother to ask. Maybe they would have given us some if we asked.

The garden is enchanting, with an idyllic pool. The rooms are simple but perfectly comfortable and well-suited. The food — both at breakfast and dinner — is absolutely delicious; you’ll never want to stop tasting it! The organization of the excursions is excellent — I highly recommend the desert tour. They’ll make sure you enjoy the sunset in solitude, far from the crowds. Getting to Siwa takes time, but it's absolutely worth it. Don’t miss the chance to stay at Olive Garden. Last but not least, everyone at Olive—the owner, excursion manager, driver, and kitchen staff—will make sure you have an amazing stay.

I’d say there are no real flaws, unless you're looking for luxury. Considering the price, it’s truly a great place.

The hotel is cosy.. We enjoyed traditional Egyptian breakfast in their nice garden. We arrived late at night, and they went all out preparing delicous dinner for us. However, they messed with our bookings. We booked three rooms with private bathrooms. They gave us two of that, while another one shared bathroom. They told us the place was fully booked. I think this is not fair since our bookings were already confirmed. After much persuasion, they only gave us a new room late afternoon the second day of our stay. After the 10 hour journey to reach Siwa, I find this unacceptable since we have already completed the payment and confirmed our booking. We planned to go desert safari with them, once again they changed the slot at the last minute. Our slots were given to someone else. We decided to cancel our desert safari. I believe that at the hotel should honor the customers' bookings accordingly. You should also not decide to give a booked trip to someone else. People have their own travel plan.

It was a beautiful little garden with a nice pool. The owner Hilal and his wife are very nice, along with Ahmed and Jummah who made our stay very memorable.

There are quite a few mosquitoes due to the garden being close to the lake, so being mosquito repellent.

It's a quiet spot with beautifully made rooms and a cozy bonfire place.

Unfortunately, the pool wasn't full during our 3 day stay.

Amazing place and great hospitality...must try

The place is peaceful and photo worthy, staffs are friendly and helpful, the property host is very welcoming and arranging activities for you upon arrival

We went in the winter so super cold at night, no heater, all buildings made of mud like siwa’s tradition way, so cannot expect to be clean

The hotel owner is very helpful, the staff is very friendly. The place is nice, with a romantic garden and lovely cats and dogs.

The location is central / a short tuk tuk away from town and the food that Mr. Hilal's wife made was the BEST we had in the entire country. The olive chicken, soup, salad and drink ARE NO JOKE. Like I'm still wishing I had a plate today lol

The facilities unfortunately did not meet our expectations. The shower flooded every day and the amount of flies everywhere makes it unbearable to eat outside. We enjoyed breakfast (very generous servings) in our room. The activities provided are fun and we chose to do a few (tour to lake and dunes). However even though we were given prices of everything before agreeing to do the tours, when we went to check out, the owner tried to charge us MORE. This really left a bad taste for us because we had enjoyed (to a certain extent) staying here. But then to have the owner and wife try to scam us at the last possible moment (literally about to take the van back to Cairo) is highly unprofessional and tiring. We came to siwa to relax, not be seen as waking atms.

A Very Pleasant Stay in a Quiet Area We had a very nice time at Siwa Garden Olive. The property is clean and well-maintained, and the area is exceptionally peaceful, which makes it perfect for relaxation and a good night's sleep – especially since the hotel is located on the outskirts of Siwa, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. The staff was very helpful and always willing to provide any necessary information. The only downside was that, despite turning the boiler to the maximum, the water remained cold. Apart from that, everything was great, and we had a positive experience!

Lovely quiet location, they accommodated early check in on arrival by overnight bus and accommodated late checkout on overnight bus departure. Beautiful gardens and walkable distance from town approx 2km. Very eco friendly and owner spoke fluent English, other staff not fluent but attempted to help when asked. The owner was very helpful in arranging tours if needed. He took us for an all day tour himself around the Salt lakes, Thermal springs and to Fatnas Island for Sunset. Breakfast was freshly cooked and provided in the gardens. We had a lovely peaceful stay with lots of walking and very fond memories

Would have liked towels but we did have our own and didn't request any. Very little phone signal in location but this was known in advance from other feedback, phone signal picked up once you were in the town.

The place has a masterpiece magnificent garden and rooms built from Siwa environment materials . The staff is so friendly and helpful. I would like to go there again.

The hotel is a bit far from market area

The thing I enjoyed most about this place was the tranquility of its surroundings, the beautiful design of the rooms and garden, the affable staff, standing among them, Chol, who gave me a great tour on my first day, and made me feel welcome as a friend and the owner, who was always taking care if everything was going well and who generous I accepted an early check in and breakfast, as well a late check out. And the tour to the desert was a beautiful ending of my stay there.

I loved taking my breakfast more isolated in the garden. And the Sudanese and siwie staff would take my breakfast to me. The only thing I d have to suggest is that they don’t take so long to serve the coffee separated from the breakfast.
