Hostal Klaus

Me hospedé en el hostel de Klaus y fue una muy buena experiencia. El lugar es tranquilo, ideal para descansar sin complicaciones. Klaus fue muy simpático y me ayudó en todo lo que necesité, dándome buenos consejos sobre la zona y hasta ofreciéndome algo de comer apenas llegué, un gesto que se agradece mucho. Le gusta conversar y eso hace que uno se sienta bien recibido desde el primer momento. En general, una estadía excelente. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

O Klaus é um ótimo anfitrião, foi realmente uma ótima experiência. Eu senti como se estivesse realmente em uma casa de Pucón, seja pela hospitalidade ou linda arquitetura. Foi uma das melhores escolhas da minha viagem.

Amé mi estadía en el hostal del señor Klaus. Es una persona muy amable y atenta a las necesidades de sus huéspedes. Tanto la casa principal como la cabaña del fondo son muy acogedoras. La del fondo te hace sentir como si estuvieras en un cottage pequeño en medio del bosque, aún cuando no lo está. Se respira mucha tranquilidad.

Hôte accessible et sympathique On a bien discuté

Very cute hostel. Klaus was a very nice host and helped me with getting to the Termas. The room and bed were both comfortable. In the living room it was nice and warm due to the fireplace.

I had cold water in the shower one day, but Klaus immediately fixed it and I could take a shower in a different bathroom.

Todo estuvo bien ! Klaus es muy amable, le interesa hablar y recomendar lo que tenemos que hacer y a donde comer en Pucón. La habitación doble con baño privado que hemos ocupado era perfecta. Los espacios compartidos son muy bien : cocina y comedor. La ubicación no esta en el centro pero necesita solo 5-10 minutos a caminar.

Klaus let us do the check-in late in the night and was a very friendly and accommodating host. His wooden house is comfy and has a little town charm. The location is good if like me you like walking and dont like crowds. 5-10 mins from bus terminals, 10-15 to the strict centre. There are plenty options for grocery shopping and we used the kitchen a lot. There are 3 rooms in the house so usually there is someone there hanging out in the kitchen or in the living room.

I had problems with the hot/cold water regulation. Like all homes in Chile (from my experience), the walls are very thin so if someone talks on the other side, you'll hear it. We had a backyard room so it was fairly quiet but the house is at a busy street.

Klaus est une personne très accueillante et de bons conseils pour les excursions ou autre. Nous sommes dans une petite habitation à côté de chez lui. Ce n'est pas très loin du centre a pieds. C'est propre et le lit était confortable.

La petite chambre avec un seul lit que j'ai occupé donne vraiment sur la grande avenue avec beaucoup de circulation. Le bruit peut être dérangeant si on a le sommeil léger. Pour les autres chambres, je ne sais pas.

Nos encantó la hospitalidad de don Klaus, hace que la experiencia en el hostal sea agradable y positiva. Las instalaciones cumplen con las expectativas en relación calidad y precio.

The owner, Klaus, is very friendly, responsive to any issues, has good info, and homemade honey! A little away from the centre so nice and quiet. Large room with private bathroom

The hostel is super small, which was perfect for me as it created a cozy and homey atmosphere. Klaus, the host, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, it's just a short walk to the town. Highly recommend!

The host was very accommodating, I was able to get a lot of information about the places in town and out, including a map. It happened automatically as soon as I arrived. I also needed to fix my bici and was able to that promptly. I stayed in the dorm, which was only one bunk bed. There was a comfy place to sit outside of the room and a spacious kitchen with things like salt and oil available. The host also owned bees that were situated on the other side of the house. I was able to buy very good honey.

The dorms only has two beds, so I kinda had a private room for the whole stay 😍. (5 nights) + You can cook in the kitchen, everything you need is there, knifes are sharp + living room with Television + comfortable bed with many blankets + always nice and clean + Klaus is a really kind soul + a bit outside 10 - 15 min walking from the center, so there where not many people

I liked almost everything, just some things here that other people maybe don’t like: - you are really for yourself here. Not the place to meet other travellers - next to the main road. It’s not very loud but you should bring earplugs - sometimes cold in the rooms. Klaus use the stove! 😂

The host, Klaus, was very helpful and friendly. He speaks German, English and Spanish and had good tips for activities. The hostal is in a quiet neighborhood. Simple but effective kitchen and bathroom.

I have been to many hostals in chile during the past weeks, this is definitely the one I felt most comfortable and welcome. Take some time and have a chat with the great host Klaus, it’s time well spent. The room is very comfortable and good value for money!

The host is very nice and helping. The hostel is very clean, and nicely decorated with a nice common area. There are only 3 rooms with 2 bathrooms. A big positive point: the dormitory has only 2 beds! The best value for money I have had so far in Chile!

The only negative aspect is that the dormitory is next to the main Pucón street and quite noisy; still manageable with earplugs. It is not the case for the 2 rooms that are in the back of the house.

Klaus was a great host. Room was cozy and bathroom was clean and functional. Had a decent kitchen with all the basic needs.
