Al estar a orillas del camino principal, en ocasiones (no siempre) se podía escuchar los automóviles transitar por fuera de la casa.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Man kann die Küche mit benutzen. Alles ist extrem sauber! Homero ist super nett und immer erreichbar. Es gibt draußen einige süße Hunde und Katzen. Ein großer Supermarkt, ein kleines Café mit leckerem Cappuccino und ein sympathischer Obsthändler (Don Luis) sind weniger als 100m entfernt.

Reviewed Feb 25, 2026El lugar muy limpio, ordenado. La cocina totalmente equipada, limpia, siempre disponible, podíamos hacer uso del refrigerador sin problemas. La pieza cómoda, con todo lo necesario, baño muy amplio. Los espacios comunes muy gratos. Tiene muy buena ubicación que conecta con todo, el anfitrion un 7 en todo. Feliz con nuestra estadía.

His warmth and attention made the stay truly special. I felt very welcome and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Lugar al que siempre vuelvo cuando estoy de paso por pucon ws un hostal que queda cerca de todo, es comodo, de fácil acceso, tiene las instalaciones adecuadas para pasar la estadía, considerando que no pretendes estar todo el día en el. Homero es muy cordial, disponible cada vez que requieras algún detalle. El lugar es una casa antigua con habitaciones del mismo modo pero cuidadas. Hay diferentes tipos de habitaciones por lo que recomiendo escoger las que tengan luz natural.
No es algo propio del hostal pero al estar al lado de la avenida (que es de fácil acceso) a veces en las noches se siente más ruido exterior lo que hace que te despiertes. No es nada en contra del hostal pero si a considerar si prefieres un lugar más amigable con el silencio.

Reviewed Dec 9, 2025마트가 바로옆에있고 숙소가 정말 편안해요. 거실을 기점으로 부엌, 욕실, 방들이 있는 구조인데 뭔가 진짜 집같아서 있으면서 마음이 편했어요. 체크인할 때 집주인분과 잘소통할 수 있었고 외국인이라 전화관련 도움이 필요했는데 흔쾌히 도와주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 앞에 강아지 고양이 다니는것도 너무 힐링이고 밤에 앞마당만나와도 별이 잘보여요. 가성비는 고사하고 그냥 너무 좋은 숙소였습니다.
시내에서 숙소까지 15분정도의 거리가 있어요. 이건 단점일수도있지만 장점이기도한데 밤에 굉장히 조용합니다. 그리고 울타리가 다쳐져있어서 안전해요!

Tanto la habitación como el baño en óptimas condiciones, espaciosas y limpio. La cocina full equipada y la atención de Homero 10/10 siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. 100% recomendado

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025Bij aankomst 's ochtends vroeg stonden we eerst voor een gesloten hek, maar nadat ik een Whatsapp bericht had gestuurd kwam er al snel iemand de poort open doen. We konden nog niet direct inchecken, maar we mochten onze baggage achterlaten. Het gebouw straalt veel warmte uit vanwege de houtkleuren van het interieur en de gedeelde ruimtes zijn heel ruim. De keuken was altijd beschikbaar en het voelde bijna alsof we alleen waren in het gebouw. De kamer had zelfs 3 bedden, een leuk uitzicht op de omgeving en vooral een hele fijne en ruime badkamer. De Lider en Unimarc supermarkt zijn vlakbij en aan de overkant vind je een lokaal fruit en groenten winkel. Hierdoor was het makkelijk voor oms om veel te koken en wij zijn dan ook geen 1 keer uit eten gegaan. De eigenaar is altijd bereikbaar via Whatsapp en behulpzaam indien nodig. Pucon is sowieso 1 van onze favoriete plekken in Chili en we zouden graag langer zijn gebleven.

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Reservé por booking y jamás contestaron, al llegar no hay timbre ni luz afuera y adentro. Me dejaron botada en la calle mojándome una hora. Solo porque un vehículo salió, entré por el costado, cero seguridad. Nadie en recepción. No contestan correos y teléfonos. Irrrsponsabilidad total y con ello se incumplen normativas básicas de los operadores turísticos en Chile.

It’s on a main road and the (friendly) dogs barked quite a lot until they got to know me, so it was a bit noisy.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2025Me gustó mucho el lugar muy recomendable, cerca del centro te puedes trasladar a pie solamente , a paso del supermercado. La persona que atiende fue súper amable , me dejó guardar mi equipaje apenas llegué, por qué realicé altiro mi primer tour , y la pieza me la entregaban a las 15:00 hrs así que devuelta del tour tenía mis cosas en la habitacion . Al momento de irme me dejó estar en el hostal en la sala mientras hacía la hora para que saliera el bus vuelva a casa . Muy agradecida .

Location is just outside main town, and is very handy with large, well stocked supermarket next door. Host is very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2024The hosts are super nice. I arrived earlier than expected and they still gave me the room. The place is super clean and well kept. It was a bit cold at first but then the heating worked and it was pretty good. The kitchen is well equipped and the place is super close to O'higgins street. The view of the volcano is also nice from the balcony. One thing to note is that they do have couple dogs and cats but they are friendly and have been trained to not go inside the hostal. I really like the place. Would definitely recommend!
There are some very minor comments. Often it was hard to control the temperature of the shower. It was either too hot or too cold. This can be fixed quickly by adjusting hot water limiter on the valve in the shower. Secondly, having another light or a stronger bulb for the kitchen would help when cooking or doing the dishes as it was hard to see with the one light bulb. Otherwise everything else was perfect!

Reviewed Feb 20, 2024This hostel has a wonderful position...an easy walk to the beach and very near fruit shops and a supermarket . We had a balcony and ate our evening meal looking at Villarrica Volcano. We could easily walk to Pucon beach for a swim.
Only thing is that the road was busy at night. But its a busy place in high summer!

Reviewed Feb 1, 2024The owner was super sweet and helpful, he let me in sooner than official time of check-in so I could leave my things there and go to the city. But I called on the number that is on the door not the one that is on Booking. The house and garden are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is amazing, room was very nice, hot water working well. The location is also good!
It's really close to the road so during the day it can be loudy and also because of the barking dogs but I didnt have any problems to sleep as I always have earplugs when travelling and during the day you are usually out :)

The room was right by the street. You could hear everything and constant dogs barking and lights shining in even with curtains at all hours of the night. A little expensive for what it was.
