Reviewed May 27, 2026La responsable est simpathique, nous nous sommes sentis bien accueillis. Le logement est proche des restaurants/cafés, et dispose de café en libre service
- Il n'y avait ni lampe de chevet ni table de chevet, contrairement à ce que l'image pouvait faire penser. Il y avait 2 parfumeurs d'ambiance dans la chambre, le parfum était trop chargé à notre arrivée. Nous en avons sorti un de la chambre, et éteint l'autre. - Nous n'étions que 4 personnes dans l'hostel pendant notre séjour, et je n'ai eu que de l'eau tiède à chaque douche - Les poêles sont à renouveler: le teflon/revêtement est bien gratté, c'est cancérigène.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Lovely guest house with a cosy feel. Two ladies we met that run it were incredibly friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. Bed very comfortable and warm, fantastic kitchen facilities, nice common area and bathrooms very clean with shampoo, soap and hairdryer provided. Allowed us to store our luggage on day of check out as we had a late flight which was very helpful. Felt like a home from home. Good location - 15 minute walk from centre of town and 10 minutes from the bus station. Great value.

The hosts are so kind and friendly, feels like staying with family. One of the rare places that are doing it not just for the money. Highly recommend!
The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from your neighbours. But it didn’t really bother us :)

En plus on est vraiment à côté du cimetière, pas loin d'un supermarché Unimarc et à 15 minutes à pieds de la gare routière pour prendre les bus Bus-Sur.
Il faisait un peu froid la nuit mais en s'habillant un peu plus chaudement ça va, pas de problème.

Although there was a language barrier, she spoke slow Spanish, which helped us to understand rules and guidelines of the place. Would definitely recommend!

Além disso, o custo-benefício não é bom quando comparado a outras hospedagens da cidade, que oferecem mais flexibilidade, melhor atendimento e estrutura pelo mesmo valor ou até menos.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Tout. Il s'agit vraiment d'un petit cocon familial, on vous fait vous sentir comme chez vous. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de chambre, pas de dortoir, donc vraiment ambiance calme. Nous avons rencontré 2 autres couples le soir et avons mangé ensemble. La chambre est bien chauffée, le lit confortable, les serviettes fournies. Il y a 2 douches, de l'eau chaude et 2 WC. La cuisine est bien équipée. Du thé et du café sont à votre disposition ☺️. C'est à 10-15min à pied du terminal de bus. C'était parfait, un grand merci.
Nous regrettons de n'être resté qu'une nuit.

No me gustó el hecho de que nos cambiaran de habitaciones de las cuales habíamos reservado. Tampoco me gustó que tocaran muchas veces la puerta mientras me duchaba. Se armó un conflicto por el tema de la ducha. La calefacción se apagó durante la noche. La televisión no funcionaba. Cuidaban al máximo cada recurso en cuanto a no gastar dinero en agua o en televisión o en calefacción la administración del hostal trata de ahorrar dinero sin pensar que están disminuyendo la comodidad del usuario.

Les dames sont au petit soin et très réactive ( mon avion est arrivé en avance et c est sans problème que l on nous a reçu avec une gentillesse énorme) il y a bien assez de toilette et de douche pour cette petite auberge sympathique. Le wifi est excellent et la literie propre et confortable. L endroit est aussi joliment décoré
