Nona y Pedro son muy amables, nos dejaron llegar mucho más temprano del checking sin cargo, además disponen de cafés, té e infusiones permanente. Nos sentimos muy cómodos y todo estuvo genial. La temperatura de la casa estuvo perfecta.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Pedro and his wife are Very Friendly Welcoming us to Their Home. Great Communication. We booked a downstairs room which was Very Comfortable with Doors to the outside space. The Private bathroom was Very Clean with Good Toiletries. Breakfast was homemade and pack up if an early start. It’s a quiet residential area and a 20 minute walk to the Town. Pedro organised Airport pick up to and from the Airport. Also they did a Laundry for me for Great prices. Definitely a Great Place to Stay.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Don Pedro es muy cordial y caballero, el desayuno rico, la habitación era linda, tenía todo lo necesario, amplia, nos dejaron entrar antes y después del check out nos permitieron quedarnos en la casa y dejar nuestras cosas. La señora de don pedro era muy simpática, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda, queda caminando a 10 min del centro y además pasa locomoción por afuera de la casa.

We chose the basic double and the window wouldn't open. Room was very comfortable but if you want a window then level up.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker und am Abreisetag haben wir sogar eine Lunchbox bekommen! Warmes Wasser und sagt gab es die ganze Zeit!

A szállásadók és a személyzet rendkívül kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak. Mivel korán indultunk, reggelit készítettek nekünk elvitelre, ami különösen jól esett. Ráadásul egy teljes héttel a beköltözés előtt is vigyáztak a táskáinkra, ami hatalmas segítség volt. Igazán emberközpontú, vendégszerető hely.
Negatívumként említhető, hogy az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni, így a szellőztetés nem volt megoldható, ami időnként kényelmetlenebb levegőt és zártabb érzetet eredményezett a szobában

Breakfast was very good, and Pedro did everything he could to make us feel at home. It was really a great place to stay.

The breakfast is generous and tasty. Very comfortable "retro" rooms. Really affordable for Chile, which tends to not be so affordable. I wish them the best and will be sending everyone their way in Punta Arenas.

The shared bathroom was always clean and the toiletries provided were excellent. We appreciated the ability to use the kitchen and to make drinks. We had two early morning starts so Pedro kindly left our takeaway breakfast in the fridge for us to take with us. Security is great. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The host kept them safe and we found them in our room when we checked in late at night. The breakfast was amazing - the host made fresh hot sandwiches with some pancakes (another option was eggs). We also used laudry service. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but small and there was only one for all the rooms to share. It did not cause a problem for us, but it may be a problem at peak times if the B&B is full.
