Reviewed May 25, 2026This place is within walking distance of Kasar Devi Temple and offers both dormitory and double-room options. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and hygienic, and the food is great. Just be aware of the monkeys around the property, so it’s best not to open the balcony door.

The food and the payment system can be improved. I would rather the cafe accept cash as opposed to making online transaction (every time I ordered something even a tea for 90rupees)

The facility is not well maintained and lacks a cleaning. The dorm was not well lit. No value for money. To all the hosteller facilities, I would request to change the color of linens as your dark theme lacks positivity.

I didn't like the food at all.. we ordered multiple things but nothing was good.. Uttapam was uncooked, Veg Maggie was only boiled, and the sandwich was just bread with Mayo and tomato. Everything was cold.. They should improve their taste as there's no cafe nearby.

Balcony doors are damaged. You can't really enjoy the balcony as monkeys coming in groups. Bathroom was not up to my standards I need it to clean myself. Bed sheets was fresh but has long stains. Needs to improve. For the price they charge elsewhere you can get much better deal.

The staff were short from beginning and not very helpful when making requests or questions referí g everything to be done through online. They also leave the doors locked during the night time so when we needed assistance and called the number on the door, nobody would pick up. We also had a disturbing experience with some of the guests that the staff wasn’t contactable during the night to assist and made the girl there feel very unsafe.

I left my charger at the property by mistake , despite sharing the urgency the staff showed extreme delay in sending the same , Infact had to request another property owner to send it across and rcvd the same after 5 days, and to go through a lot of difficulties because of the same !

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024The location is on point it's beautifully built I like the concept of Rooms named after the five peaks of the Himalayas visible from the place.
Rest was okay but I didn't find the staff as amicable as in other hosteller location Also the washroom had a foul smell and wasn't the cleanest though not the worst.
