Purtroppo l’unica cosa positiva è la posizione buona perché è centrale, motivo per cui ho scelto di alloggiare qui, ed è stata l’unica cosa positiva

Staff troppo disorganizzato, arrogante, non sanno parlare bene inglese, non capiscono e non cercano di trovare soluzioni a problemi causati da loro. Ci è capitato di prenotare la cena con messaggio su whatsapp (detto da loro), hanno confermato, ma una volta arrivate a cena ci dicono che è finita, siamo andate a letto digiune. Stessa cosa per la lezione di surf, prima conferma prenotazione per poi disdire la mattina stessa con arroganza. In più le ragazze che lavorano lì hanno parlato e guardato male tutto il tempo, come se fossimo noi il problema ad aver alloggiato lì durante la festività Eid al Adha, potevate semplicemente restare chiusi se non volevate lavorare. Cosa gravissima finale, ho prenotato airport shuttle la sera per andare in aeroporto e hanno dimenticato di avvisare il driver, in più hanno invertito gli orari e ho pagato 10€ in più due volte perché non avevano mai il resto. Purtroppo l’esperienza è stata davvero negativa principalmente per lo staff generale, che mi ha fatto sentire più volte in difficoltà quando io ho pagato per alloggiare da voi e non ho ricevuto nessun servizio o buon trattamento.

What you see in the pictures is accurate to what you get.

The entire staff were the rudest people we meet in Morocco! The guy didn't even get off the couch when we tried to check in. The people working there treat the hotel like they live there. Playing loud music, watching tv, hanging out and smoking with friends on the terrace. They don't even give you coffee for breakfast. The staff walk around drinking coffee but when you ask for a coffee they say no or you can pay 20 . They don't serve coffee with breakfast while the staff are seating there eating their breakfast with coffee!!! The girls working the breakfast most hate their jobs. No food before 9:30. They served eggs one day and when asked for bread they said they didn't have any. It was 9:30. How do you not prepare for your breakfast service? Horrible Horrible experience because of the staff. No one said hello or goodbye. It's like their hang out place and you are just in their way.

Good location near taxi, city centre and lots of facilities around. Nice activities to do (like yoga, surf class also in other town) to be paid separately. Very beautiful hostel, curated and clean. Delicious breakfast

It was beautiful and viby. The room was quite big and clean, with super comfy beds. The rooftop is great too! Perfect location!

Everything was quite good but I would say the breakfast wasn’t that good for its value. A bit loud in the night too.

Great location a minute or so away from the main strip, safe to walk back to at night and building was secure. Had a private triple room that was spacious, clean and comfy beds. Great roof terraces with views over the town and beach. Staff were friendly and helpful if you needed anything.

I went with a friend so was fine but if solo there was nobody around so lacked atmosphere, may have just been an unlucky week and quiet

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, mimo że nie przy samej plaży. Jakieś 3 minuty spacerkiem do głównej ulicy i dodatkowe 2 min do plaży. W pokojach prywatne łazienki, ręczniki do dyspozycji po dwa na osobę (do łazienki i na plażę). W pokojach jest szafa, co nie jest standardem w hostelach w Maroko. Bardzo fajne tarasy do dyspozycji gości, z których rzeczywiście jest super widok na ocean.

Można by było wskazać kilka mankamentów z punktu widzenia Europejczyka. Ale jesteś w hostelu w Maroko, nie możesz oczekiwać za wiele. Najlepiej mieć podejście takie jak lokalni mieszkańcy i nie przejmować się niedogodnościami. Jesteś na urlopie, wyluzuj. Dlatego dałam 10.

Colchão era bom. Funcionários prestáveis e gentis. Localização boa.

Quarto não é limpo diariamente, nem a casa de banho. Chuveiro estragado e sai água por todo o lado. No pequeno almoço não há café (porque acabou e ainda não repuseram) e pão no segundo dia demorou cerca de 30 minutos a vir para a mesa. Quando cheguei não tinha almofada. Pedi e demoraram muito e quando veio a forra ainda estava húmida e com cheiro a mofo. Não tem tomada para carregar telemóvel junto à cama.

Le rooftop et la chambre offraient une très belle vue. Tout était décoré avec goût. Notre chambre pour trois était spacieuse, très jolie et très confortable. Nous avons adoré la salle de bain et la jolie literie. C'était un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le personnel était très gentil. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr.

Le repas du soir proposé était cher pour ce que vous pouvez trouver ailleurs sur Taghazout. La version végétarienne de mon amie était immangeable car complètement brûlée au fond... Autre détail, personne n'est présent le matin à la réception mais ils sont capables de vous facturer le nombre exact de cafés que vous avez pris ! Pas de problème pour payer mais on s'est senties un peu épiées...

Lovely hostel / hotel. Super friendly young staff. We had own room with bathroom. Comfortable beds. Nice location at back of town, not too far to the centre, but very peaceful, esp. on the roof terrace (with the Ocean View). Breakfast room and breakfast was enjoyable. I'd stay here again, and plan on doing so !

La calle de acceso al hostel, esta sin asfaltar, bastante oscura y sucia. Sin embargo, está en el mismisimo centro, muy buena ubicacion.

Pas d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour. Personnel aux abonnées absents. Le personnel ne traitait aucune requête/ remarque. Porte de l'auberge toujours ouvertes donc on ne se sentait pas très en sécurité. On s'est fait arnaqué sur une excursion en passant par eux.

There is still a bit of fresh paint in the air, but that is bit a real negative.

I’ve been before with a big group and had a great experience this time around the facilities were slightly worse overall and a little bit less accommodating but still great. It is sad the quality overall has gone down since my trip last year but it is still a great place and the price very good for what you get.

The bed sheet in the double bed wouldn’t stay on and wasn’t the right size the seat the toilet seat was broken and the light was also broken in the bathroom which they fixed after we asked.

Das 3 Bett Zimmer hat den Vorteil, dass man das Bett als Anlage nutzen konnte. Daher war das Zimmer auch einigermaßen groß. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren sauber. Frühstück ist marokkanischen süß, aber mit Eier und Baguette. Daher sehr gut. Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La TRÈS MAUVAISE SURPRISE d’avoir 20€ donc 200DH a régler à la fin pour avoir demandé des œufs en plus le matin (il ne m’a jamais été signalé durant tous le séjour qie c’était à payer en plus ainsi que des cafés pris le matin à la machine à café - pareil JAMAIS le personnel ne préviens que ce n’est pas en libre service et à la fin vous sort une note astronomique. On a failli me facturer un petit dej en plus …. Bref Très déçue de la fin alors que le séjour était bien.

I arrived at check in to be told the hostel had double-booked my bed. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff refused to cancel the booking on their side and insisted that I cancel it myself, meaning I would have been charged a cancellation fee for their mistake. The staff were unhelpful and unwilling to assist in resolving the issue. I had to contact Booking.com directly to get any form of refund. Booking.com eventually issued a credit voucher, but even that was for less than the amount I paid. Extremely disappointing experience. I was left without accommodation and had to deal with the problem on my own. I would not recommend staying here based on how poorly the situation was handled.

Nécessité d’attendre tout le monde pour prendre le petit déjeuner, ce qui n’est pas optimal selon son organisation, surtout le jour nous y étions, l’équipe est arrivée avec 1/2h de retard … gênant quand on a un timing prévu (même si c’est les vacances)

I booked .but when I arrived at midnight, they told that it had been given to someone else. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do for us, and I had to look for another place to stay at 3am in the morning. It was a very disappointing experience. The person working at night didn’t seem to be in a proper state and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner, even making me feel unsafe. I truly believe local guests deserve the same respect and treatment as foreign visitors.

Really nice hostel. Bedrooms and bathroom were good and clean. Location is really close to everything you need but still pretty quiet. The breakfast was also good.

You can order lunch or dinner in advance at the hotel The terrace is very nice, but WiFi does not work on the terrace, which is also good: one can focus on the view and fully enjoy it The place is very cozy, the staff is helpful.

There is a walk from the main street to the hotel, so if you have heavy suitcases, it can be a problem. The staff was helpful and helped with the luggage. Also, no elevator so can be difficult with the luggage as well

Avevamo prenotato per due notti, ma dopo una sola notte abbiamo chiesto il check out. Non ci sono state fatte domande in merito al nostro check out prematuro. Stanza piccola e sporca, pagata ad un prezzo esorbitante per la media. Dalla colazione erano escluse alcune bevande, come il caffè venduto a prezzo d’oro. I servizi offerti erano decisamente sopra la media dei prezzi locali, non possiamo valutare la qualità perché abbiamo preferito rivolgerci altrove.

È la seconda volta che alloggio all’ocean view, come sempre tutto perfetto!

Het ontbijt was helemaal in orde, zeker voor die prijs. Allemaal samen aan een tafel, daar moet je je wel even voor openstellen zo vroeg in de ochtend, maar ondanks het feit dat ik niet zo sociaal ben, heb ik dit wel als aangenaam ervaren.
