The hotel Equity Point is very clean and perfectly located in the heart of the Medina, which makes it a great place to explore the city. Thanks to the entire team for their kindness, hospitality, and professionalism. A special mention to Kenza, Oussama, Chinwi, Riham,Mohammed, Nadia as well as the housekeeping staff and the whole team. Richtig schönes Hostel, mitten in der Medina, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Der Pool und die Dachterrasse sind natürlich Highlights! Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber, man fühlt sich wohl! Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Sehr sympathische Leute, komme gerne wieder :)

Vorhänge an den Betten um für etwas Privatsphäre in den Schlafsälen, wäre von Vorteil.

The building is very nice, rooftop and bar simply amazing, also the pool create a special vibe. Room was very clean.

I didnt like much the position because at night is a bit dark and it is a narrow road. They have security which is very good tho. My room was a bit small, not much space, but I know some others are much bigger.

A propriedade em si é fantastica, boas camas, piscina e banheiros bem organizados...

Apesar de o acesso ser um pouco confuso por conta dos vários becos e vielas, a acomodação tem uma localização excelente: é super central e fica perto de várias atrações turísticas.

Ein echtes Juwel mitten in der Medina! Das Hostel ist super sauber, angenehm ruhig und wirklich schön gestaltet. Das absolute Highlight ist der Pool – perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem Tag in der Stadt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Check in was at 2, but we couldn’t check into past 2.30 as our rooms weren’t ready which was fine, but then the next morning, we paid for breakfast which started at 8 (we had a tour booked and had to leave at 8.25) and by the time we had to leave, breakfast still wasn’t fully put out. So this was a waste of money. Things just seemed to run a little behind

We just arrived in Portugal and we couldn’t be more happy about this trip in Marrocos. We are so glad about our choice to stay in Equity Point Hostel, since the first day everyone was so so welcoming and super friendly with us. A special thank you to Riham one of the receptionist who made our trip one of the best trips ever. Everything is better when people are nice to each other and Riham was really nice to us, was a human with an amazing heart. Thank Riham and Equity Point for this amazing experience

Espaço lindo, vários ambientes, restaurante barato, piscina boa para o calor e localização perfeita para visitar a Medina. Além de todas as qualidades, o atendimento foi espetacular, ambos os atendentes com quem interagi foram super solícitos e atenciosos! Agradecimento especial para a Riham que me auxiliou nas informações e deu todo o apoio no checkout e burocracias para o retorno à casa.

L’emplacement en plein cœur de la médina, la PISCINE, la possibilité de faire un hammam/ des massages sur place, la gentillesse du personnel Le petit déjeuner est très cher mais est absolument gargantuesque, et le staff m’a proposé des substitutions adaptées à mes allergies

La propreté de la salle de bain laisse à désirer, et il y avait un vrai problème d’évacuation d’eau, il était impossible d’avoir les pieds secs dans cette sdb, quelle que soit l’heure de la journée

I recently stayed in this hostel that I totally recommend. It’s very nice and clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially the receptionist Kenza. In overall it was a great experience.

This was my 6th stay at Equity Point Hostel Marrakech, and once again it was an amazing experience. The hostel is always clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special thanks to Kenza at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful as always. She always makes guests feel at home with her kindness and professionalism. That's one of the reasons I keep coming back. I highly recommend this hostel and can't wait for my next stay!

What I appreciated the most are the 2 girls at the reception, to be more soecific it's Kenza....... and the head of Equitypoint-Management Mme Nadia And of course the entire housekeeping, the people in charge of the kitchen and last but not least the Security keeping everyone safe.

One of the best hostels in the world, and the overall rate is just not fair (it should be at least 9). I liked everything. It's so pretty, spacious, clean, and the atmosphere was comfortable and social. The staff is kind and polite, and was there for everything I needed. I loved the food as well. My room was right in front of the pool, so the view was majestic, and I got a lower bunk which was a cherry on the top of the cake.

I just booked two nights. I should have stayed longer and indulged myself with their hamam, excursions, food, etc.

Het is heel dicht bij de Jemaa el-Fnaa dus je bent er direct. Het zwembad is perfect voor afkoeling. De kamer was voldoende en gelukkig met een airco. De personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze poetsen je kamer elke dag.

Je moet door een smalle weg om naar daar te geraken. Badkamer is een beetje klein, vooral de douche maar voor de rest was alles ok.

Everything. The pool is a big drawcard. It was quiet and there was plenty of space, as there were few guests. Polite staff/doormen. Central location. Extremely good value for money. Will stay again if I get the chance.

Unexpected deposit on key, charged to holding company in Spain, which raised questions from the other (non-accompanying) half ["What's this charge to Spain, I thought you were in Morocco?"]. No biggie, but could have been clearer.

Je séjourner dans ce riad tous les 2 mois mais dimanche entre 1h et 3h du matin réveillée par un tapage nocturne de vœux d'hommes de rires' et de bruits d'ouverture de canettes.. impossible de dormir alors que je devais me lever à 5h du matin et le veilleur de nuit ??

Super établissement, j’avais un peu peur au début mais il y avait de la place pour la piscine elle n’était pas remplie, la chambre était bien avec volets etc Hôtel qualitatif et personnel au top !!!

Dommage qu’on ne voit pas trop Marrakech depuis le toit, manque juste le petit dej inclus !!!

Séjour très agréable dans l’ensemble. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et toujours souriant, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus appréciable. L’emplacement est idéal, bien situé et pratique pour se déplacer ou découvrir les environs. Le restaurant sur place est également une belle surprise : les plats étaient bons et bien présentés.

I booked it only for the pool since compared with other hostels this was more expensive. And it really the pool and area around the pool is great.

In the dorm room the beds are so close to each other, there are no even curtains so it’s a little bit weird sleeping so close to everyone. Also they have weird procedure if you are especially coming from the dessert - you have to leave all clothes to dry for 24h…

Beautiful riad, the staff is super nice whether it's in the reception, the cleaning team or the restaurant team. Perfect location in the heart of the medina. Access to the pool which is great when it's really hot, and it's super super calm when you are inside the riad so you can really relax. Beds are also really comfy

Die Sauberkeit hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und die Rooftop Area ist sehr schön.

Gerade wenn man in der Dämmerung oder Nachts durch die Medina zum Hostel läuft, wird man von zwielichtigen Typen abgefangen die einem sagen, dass eine Straße gesperrt ist und einem den richtigen Weg zeigen will. Dies ist leider keine Gastfreundlichkeit, sondern eine Betrugsmasche. Sie führen einen durch viele dunkle verwinkelte Gassen und an einem Ort wo man ganz allein mit ihnen im dunklen Gewölbe steht wollen sie viel Geld für ihre vermeintliche Leistung und werden durchaus handgreiflich dabei. Als wir dann gezahlt hatten und im Hostel ankamen waren die Mitarbeitenden wenig empathisch für das für uns sehr befremdliche und unheimliche Erlebnis nachts in einer dunklen Gasse allein abgezogen worden zu sein. Das Hostel sollte in der Vorab-Kommunikation erwähnen, dass das häufiger vorkommt und besonders alleinreisende Gäste sollten ihre Reiseplanung anpassen, nicht im dunklen anzukommen. Auch nachdem wir bereits Bescheid wussten, hatten wir Abends immer ein mulmiges Gefühl wenn wir zum Hostel gelaufen sind, da man wirklich lange durch sehr dunkle unbelebte Gassen laufen muss. Mehr Beleuchtung, Vorab-Info und Kameras wären Maßnahmen die unserer Ansicht wichtig wären.

Me encantó la piscina, el restaurante con comida muy rica y desayuno abundante y la terraza. Los trabajadores muy amables y resolutivos. Disfruté de la excursión y del hammam. Todo limpio y buen ambiente. Ideal para conocer a gente.

ROBBERY !!!!! THE HOTEL STAFF ROBBED US. TOOK ALL OF OUR CASH. WENT THROUGH OUR BELONGINGS AND WE SPENT THE WHOLE NIGHT IN POLICE STATION. WE CALLED THE POLICE BECAUSE THE HOTEL STAFF DIDN'T DO STH ABOUT THE SITUATION. AND THEY TRANSLATED THE SITUTATION WRONG TO THE POLICE, WE HAD TO CALL A TRANSLATOR AND EVERYONE IN THE HOTEL IS AWARE AND AWARE OF THIS ROBBERY, IT'S NOT A NEW THING FOR THEM.

THEY ARE SO RUDE, THE ROOMS WERE SO DIRTY, EVERYWHERE WAS COVERED IN HAIR, NO PRIVACY THEY GAVE OUR ROOM TO SOMEBODY ELSE AND A RANDOM MAN ENTERED OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE GETTING READY. THE RECEPTION GAVE THE KEYS OF OUR ROOM TO RANDOM PEOPLE.

The Riad is well maintained and offers a very nice pool area with a great space for sunbathing and relaxing. The overall atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I would especially like to thank Riham, she addressed my concerns with care and professionalism, was consistently helpful, and always welcoming with a warm smile.

Rececionistas, afáveis e simpáticas. Boa higiene e limpeza.; conforto nos quartos. Organização.

Cerveja/ (bebidas com alcool) cara, 5,20 euros (melhor que não haver, na medina não há) e bar fecha às 01h. Falta o pub crawl, nem que fosse beber uns chazinhos em cada sítio... Falta ambiente no extenso terraço... Espaços comuns (extensos) encerram às 23 e 00 horas, ficando quase nada...para quem dorme mais tarde.. Não tem cozinha comum. Resto tudo excelente... piscina limpíssima, a/c,, etc, etc. : 9 é uma otima avaliação.

Good location, very nice and warming people. Riad has a great rooftop, many places to hang out, a swimming pool and much more. Its in the heart of medina. People from the hostel are very helpful and you can ask them anything and they are always prepared to help and give advice. Recommended!

The attention from the girls at reception is phenomenal; they are always kind and helpful. The pool area and the lounge areas are beautiful and fit perfectly with the atmosphere of the place. The breakfast was delicious and well served, and the value for money is outstanding.

The place is a bit hidden, and both access routes are dark at night, which can create a feeling of insecurity.

I was travelling solo, arrived early in the morning, and received a warm welcome. Everyone was really helpful and let me drop my bags without any hassle. The place was well-maintained and clean. They have a good view from the rooftop. Before checkout, Kenza helped me set up apps and navigate around the city (I went out of data!). I appreciate the job they are doing and making our lives easier 👏
