Super freundliches Personal. Wir konnten früher einchecken (schon um 7:30am) und haben gratis ein größeres Zimmer bekommen. Die Lage und Ausstattung waren auch super.

Cute little place. I arrived very early so I dropped my bags and went out to explore a bit. The host let me check in a little earlier than scheduled, which was very nice and I was very grateful for because I was exhausted! I loved the location, I was able to walk to places or take a motorbike to move around if I didn’t feel like walking much. Late check out is offered for a fee.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole. La camera era pulita e dotata di tutto l’occorrente per vivere il soggiorno in tranquillità, senza farci mancare nulla.

We liked everything about the accommodation. How beautiful it is, how comfortable we have felt and the staff so nice and involved that has attended us

Khi đăng kí trên booking có 2 loại phòng - Giường đôi tiết kiệm và giường đôi . Mình đặt giường đôi , khách sạn gửi cho mình hình ảnh đẹp , phòng rộng có cửa sổ , đến nơi nhận phòng đưa cái phòng nhỏ xíu ko có cửa sổ tính giá giường đôi . Không muốn tranh cãi nên minh im lặng nhận phòng , đến khi đi về do có việc đột xuất nên mình chỉ ở lại có 2 đêm có báo trước cho khách sạn nhưng khách sạn kêu minh thanh toán 3 đêm mình có giải thích , nhưng khách sạn dùng những lời lẽ rất khó nghe , khi đi khỏi khách sạn minh chưa thanh toán đủ tiền vì ko có chủ ở đó có nhắn với anh nhân viên là kêu chị gọi mình còn lại bao nhiêu mình sẽ chuyển khoản , nhưng khi chị gọi nc vô cùng khó nghe . Nói là gọi công an vì mình ko thanh toán tiền (mình chưa từng nói câu này lần nào cả ) có thể đối chứng với nhân viên và nói nếu chị ở ko trả tiền mà thấy vui thì chị cứ làm coi như rủi ro của khách sạn trời ơi minh ko hề nói câu ko trả tiền luôn ak , còn nói gọi công an . The property is very cozy and welcoming. The staff are nice and go above and beyond to help you.

C'est un homestay très cosy. Les chambres sont bien finies et j'ai été surpris vis a vis du prix payé. L'extérieur est sympa

L'hôte a tendance a tirer la gueule, ce qui est très rare au Vietnam. Mais je ne pense pas que c'est une mauvaise personne. Nous avons perdu les clés durant notre séjour. La facture a été lourde. Finalement l 'hôte nous a fait une 'légère" ristourne et s'est justifié du prix par rapport au porte clé en bois gravé à refaire. Je veux bien l'admettre

The rooms were good and equipped. The design as a guest house is nice. The location is central but quiet.

The awkward New Zealand guy (permanent hotel guest) who asked for money twice. The requests for silence came too often. No restaurant.

The owners were lovely and keen to make our stay as best as possible. We loved all the art and spending time playing cards in the lobby / garden / entrance area

La décoration était vraiment atypique et se melait avec le côté aventurier des routards. Art moderne et vietnamien à la fois. Les couleurs harmonieuses donnait lieu à un apaisement total et chaleureux. Les tableaux, les couleurs et les plantes tropicales avec le bassin de poissons étaient placés a leur place comme si chaque recoin semblait raconter une histoire, entre authenticité locale et vision artistique contemporaine

Une propriétaire un peu froide. Qui etait certainement fatiguée .. Housse rêche pour le drap de lit et housse de coussin

This hotel is absolutely amazing! We stumbled upon it completely by accident, but ended up staying for an entire month. I really love the unique mix of a hotel, hostel, and guest house — it makes you feel incredibly cozy and right at home. The place itself is beautiful, with so many cool interior details, paintings, and nice lounge areas. I especially loved the second-floor garden and the fish pond :) But the absolute best part is the hosts and the staff. Lynh is just wonderful! She is always ready to help out, accommodate your needs, and just go the extra mile. She’s such a lovely person — she even kept sharing fresh fruits with us throughout the whole month, haha :) As for the rooms, they are all quite different. We actually managed to stay in three of them during our trip, and every single one was great. My personal favorites were VIP-1 and VIP-4. The rooms are clean, solid, everything feels brand new, and everything works perfectly. I truly love this hotel, and if I ever come back to Da Lat, I’m definitely staying only here. Thank you so much for everything

It might have been a little hot in the rooms, but it wasn't a big deal :)

The owner takes great pride in creating a warm environment for guests. She actively sought to meet my needs and did a great job doing so. I stayed in three different rooms at Red House. All were fine. When I requested a table and chair for computer use, she took care of that. The beds are soft. The environment is quiet. The entire place is cool and artsy with plants and artwork everywhere.

South facing rooms get a little warm. This is not serious, because one can open the window to let in cool outside air.

Redhouse tự đề nghị khách hàng chuyển tiền trước khi đến trong khi Booking không yêu cầu thu tiền trước. Và khi chúng tôi gần đến nơi, liên hệ tới redhouse thì biết họ đã bán phòng chúng tôi đã đặt cho khách khác. Đây là 1 trải nghiệm vô cùng tệ. Chúng tôi là khách quen đã từng ở và muốn quay lại nhưng họ đối xử như vậy nên sẽ KHÔNG BAO GIỜ CÓ LẦN SAU. Làm dịch vụ mà thiếu tôn trọng khách hàng!

Personnel agréable et réactif et très bonne communication de la part de l’établissement, chambre et salle de bain propres.

Par contre le lit et la chambre sont assez petits pour deux personnes

The host was unavailable at the time we stayed so she was so kind to give us a free upgrade on our room (the room ended up being STUNNING with a nice view over the streets and a tree outside) and our stay was perfect! Would definitely stay here again if I am back in Dalat :)

This isba wonderful hotel, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. I had a VIP room which was very spacious. The entrance and lobby are beautifully decorated. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I arrived early and since my room was ready she let me check in early. I was also able to store my bags in the lobby after checking out.

It if farther to the city center than I expected, 20 minute walk. There are houses with roosters that woke me up very early every day. Not a big deal if you are an early riser.

The host was lovely and so caring, she swapped towels and gave free waters everyday and made us breakfast on our last day. The rooms were very good aswell.

Enorm lieve gastvrouw die je helpt met van alles. Zelfs een ontbijt voor ons gemaakt wat er niet persé bij zat. De centrale ruimtes zijn erg gezellig ingericht. Al met al goed!

Linh is an amazing host and makes you feel part of the family! She helped to celebrate our friends birthday and made it extra special! The property is beautiful and feels very homely, and the bed and room was so comfortable and nice to spend time in. The location is also great with nice views. She has two lovely little dogs too.

La personne qui s'occupe de cet hôtel est très gentille, très accueillante et très serviable. Elle a organisé une excursion pour nous. Nous avons pu faire laver notre linge. Il y a un petit jardin au premier étage très reposant. Cet établissement est très bien tenu. Pas trop loin du marché de nuit à pied.

Lovely staff, great location and very clean rooms

Numéro un l’accueil très gentil on est venu tard pendant la nuit elle nous a attendu. Pourtant elle nous avait bien dit qu’elle ne serait pas là. Elle avait fait le nécessaire pour qu’on récupère notre clé et qu’on puisse rentrer dans l’établissement. Franchement bravo à la patronne et aux personnels.

Les murs des chambres sont trop faibles, donc le voisin entend tout ce qu’on dit plus ou moins pour le reste c’est OK

On était très bien ici , l'accueil et le lieu sont sympathiques et tranquilles. La chambre était spacieuse. On a pu laisser facilement nos bagages en attendant notre sleeping bus du soir.

Finalement un peu trop éloigné du centre, env 25 min a pied , mais c'est notre choix.
