ARNAQUE ! Ils font du surBooking. La piscine inutilisable car en travaux. Ils ont voulu me loger dans un autre hôtel ( El Eden) 500m plus loin, difficile d’accès, pas du tout même standing, en prétendant que c’était le même hotel. Ils vous demandent de payer d’abord et après ils vous font voir là où vous allez loger. Aucun suivi du service clientèle de Booking qui couvre ce type d’arnaque alors que je les ai prevenu le jour même. 150 euros de perdu. Et j’ai dû trouver solution de relogement seule.

Conveniently located inside Tyrona Park.

The facilties weren't complete. There were no accessories in the room and the outdoor/common areas are still being worked on. Power goes on and off constantly. The food is good but the restaurant service was very slow.

Bellissimo soggiorno di relax. Struttura molto curata e completamente immersa nella natura. Per raggiungere il punto di inizio dei percorsi di trekking è necessario camminare 5 mnt a piedi prendere una navetta.

Bel établissement avec un accueil très chaleureux de Louis. bon petit déjeuner et repas. Aspect non négligeable:la piscine très agréable. Le gros avantage est que l'établissement se trouve à l'intérieur du parc de la Tayrona sur la petite route qui mène aux sentiers du parc. l'idéal est de s'y rendre avec sa propre voiture mais si vous n'aves pas de voiture, il y a un système de navette depuis l'entrée du parc qui vous dépose à 300 mètre de l'hotel et qui est à environ 2 KM du début des sentiers.

Vous êtes dans le parc de ma Tayrona, il faut donc aussi accepter les petits inconvénients, tells que des baisses de l'intensité du courrant le soir ou la connexion wifi qui peut parfois 'sauter'.

Está relativamente alejado de las playas y el wifi es inestable, pero creo que esto último ya lo estaban empezando a solucionar.

El lugar es mágico y la paz que se respira es de 10. Luis es un encanto de persona, así como el personal de cocina y mantenimiento, deberían estar más valorados por el trabajo que hacen.

El alojamiento dentro del parque es un lujo. Desde la piscina estás viendo mucha fauna y el acceso a las playas y a los senderos es mucho más sencillo. Buen desayuno y buena cena. José Carlos, en titular, es muy amable y resolvió todas nuestras necesidades de traslado. Absolutamente recomendable.

Ambiente molto tranquillo e rilassante. Personale molto gentile e cordiale, cibo molto buono. Le capanne sono immerse nel parco, chiaramente non hanno le comodità di un hotel. Presente tutto il necessario. Piscina molto bella e utile dopo la giornata di trekking.

El lugar es muy bonito, ubicación dentro del Parque Tayrona. El entorno es precioso y la experiencia podría haber sido muy buena si la gestión de nuestra reserva hubiera sido diferente.

Tuvimos una experiencia muy decepcionante con nuestra reserva. Durante toda la mañana estuvimos en contacto con el alojamiento y sabían que estábamos de camino. Llegamos alrededor de las 19:00 y, al llegar, nuestra habitación no estaba disponible. Lo primero que nos preguntaron fue si habíamos recibido un email de Booking, dando a entender que cancelaron nuestra reserva. Después nos informaron de que el precio del alojamiento había aumentado casi prácticamente al doble respecto al precio que teníamos confirmado en Booking. Estábamos dentro del Parque Tayrona, de noche y sin posibilidad real de buscar otro alojamiento o marcharnos, por lo que la situación fue especialmente angustiante. Finalmente nos ubicaron en otro alojamiento que no era suyo y nos dijeron que al día siguiente solucionaríamos el problema. Sin embargo, durante los dos días que estuvimos allí seguimos teniendo que hablar sobre el mismo problema. El precio de nuestra estancia cambiaba continuamente y nos explicaban que había un supuesto problema con Booking. La persona que estaba a cargo decía recibir órdenes de otra persona que ni siquiera se dirigía directamente a nosotras. Lo peor fue la sensación de inseguridad, incomodidad y desprotección durante toda la estancia. Entendemos que puedan existir problemas entre un alojamiento y Booking, pero consideramos que no debería ser el huésped quien tenga que asumir las consecuencias de esos problemas. Es una verdadera lástima porque el lugar tiene muchísimo potencial, pero después de esta experiencia, personalmente sería el último alojamiento que elegiría si volviera a Tayrona.

Il posto ti fa vivere davvero l’esperienza del parco di Tayrona, è stupendo e la mattina ci sono i pappagalli e i colibrì a dare il buongiorno! Lo staff è super gentile abbiamo avuto un disguido la prima notte che hanno subito risolto. Il cibo del ristorante è ottimo! La luce va e viene e non c’è acqua calda sempre, ma i bungalow sono super carini e la piscina super amata da mia figlia di 5 anni!

Most beautiful place we have been. Luis and the entire staff are super kind and made us feel very welcome. From the hostel we could see so many amazing wild animals (monkeys, a toucan, colibris), the aras were beautiful and the dog was very sweet. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is amazing, plenty of options also for vegans/vegetarians! Perfect starting point for exploring the parc. Would love to give more than 10 points!

Recevoir un message le matin de la réservation qui pretendait un problème de plomberie …. Archi faux mais ont finalement dit que c’était un problème avec booking Ils nous ont regroupé dans deux chambres dans un hostel très basique. On est passé de 4 chambres supérieures à deux chambres très spartiates au meme prix avec une proposition d’un discount de 10% sur la restauration … le deuxième soir on a pu récupéré nos chambres initialement réservées. Problème d’électricité le soir Et dernier soir soirée privée du gérant qui n’a jamais fait l’effort de venir nous voir … tapage nocturne jusqu’à 2:00

No pude disfrutar de las instalaciones. Yo tenia reservado un bungalow superior. Cuando llegué, me dijeron que el bungalow no estaba disponible. Pretendían alojarme en una cabaña fuera del hotel que ni se parecía a lo que habíamos reservado y, si no aceptaba, querían que yo cancelara la reserva asumiendo los gastos de cancelación. Finalmente, entraron en razón y cancelaron ellos pero tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento por nuestra cuenta. Menos mal que lo encontramos.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, c’è una piscina che si può utilizzare sempre. Immersa nel verde a soli 20 minuti a piedi dall’entrata di el zaino . La cucina anche molto buona.

La distanza con cabo è importante. Wi-Fi non funzionante , colazione veramente troppo poca.

Un super accueil grâce à Luis, notre cabane était superbe, le lit confortable, le lieu est calme et nous avons adoré nos 2 nuits là-bas !

Muy bien situado dentro del parque Tayrona. La comida que ofertan está muy buena, aunque quizá un pelín cara (como todo en el parque). El personal, sobre todo Luis, es muy atento y siempre está dispuesto a ayudar.

Hotel au calme, nouvelle piscine bien agréable, le chant des oiseaux et bungalows tres confortables. Le personnel est accueillant.L hôtel est dans le parc, mais il faut revenir pratiquement a l entrée du parc pour y accéder. Cela permet cepndant de passer 2 jours dans le parc sans payer 2 fois l entree du parc.

Super emplacement au cœur du parc, personnel très sympathique et nourriture plutôt bonne.

L’hôtel n’est pas terminé, on nous a fait loger dans un autre hôtel à 5min à pied. La piscine n’était pas accessible alors que le personnel nous répétait chaque jour qu’elle serait prête le lendemain (heureusement nous avons pu négocier avec l’hôtel voisin pour profiter de leur piscine).

Un posto bellissimo! Struttura carinissima, un po’ selvaggia e perfettamente in tema col luogo in cui si trova. Dall’ingresso El Zaino conviene prendere la navetta (6 soles). Ottima la cucina (in modo particolare il pescado del dia!) e l’accoglienza di Luis. La piscina è ben tenuta e la sera, dopo le lunghe camminate nel parco, è un toccasana, così come le amache nella zona centrale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l’acqua, ma è stato prontamente risolto. Ci siamo rilassati molto. Grazie!

La ubicación y qué está en un entorno natural

La habitación parecía estar sucia, es normal que en medio de un parque natural exista polvo en las habitaciones pero había arañas como la palma de una mano disecadas en el suelo de la habitación como si no hubiesen barrido en años, además de otros bichos. El váter no estaba limpio y no pudimos sentarnos. El resto entendemos que estamos en un entorno natural.

La cabaña era muy bonita, el baño amplio, todo limpio y bien ordenado. Tuvimos unas buenas interacciones con el personal, que colaboró con el diseño de nuestros itinerararios en el Tayrona y afuera. Luis nos recomendó unas playas muy buenas un poco fuera del itinerario turístico común. Juan también nos dió su opinión sobre lugares para visitar fuera del Tayrona. También pudimos compartir algunos avistajes y una linda conversación con otro chico que trabajaba ahí, que fue muy respetuoso y buena onda.

El personal hizo varios comentarios inapropriados que nos sorprendieron. Por ejemplo, uno nos dijó que no le gustaba que fueramos a comer a otro lugar antes de regresar al hotel en vez de consumir en el restaurante. Otra noche, mi amiga fue a preguntar por sabanas, y le empezaron a preguntar si quería que uno de ellos fuera su sugar daddy y otras cositas :). A veces escuchaba piropos en los espacios comúnes como si estuviese caminando por la calle, lo que a veces no te permitía relajar al 100 y ocupar el espacio y el lugar. También nos vendieron un pasaje de bus que era mucho más caro de lo que realmente era, el mismo controlador del bus nos dijó que nos habían estafado. Esto realmente nos generó incomodidad, y es una pena ya que el resto estuvo bueno. Hay un gran margen de mejora a nivel del trato que se le hace a las viajadoras que viajan sola o entre amigas.

Repas un peu cher (48k pour un poulet avec du riz) et l’électricité ne fonctionne qu’entre 17h et 23h mais cela n’est pas du fait de l’hôtel

We’re so glad we chose to stay here rather than trekking further into the park with our bags , it made the whole experience far more enjoyable. We extended our stay. The setting is incredible, and the wildlife alone makes it special. We saw so many birds, including parrots, which was amazing. Unfortunately, we didn’t spot Vincent the monkey, but it was great to know that all the animals around are truly wild. A tip for anyone visiting: don’t walk from the park entrance, take the shuttle. It’s much longer than what we were told at the front office. The rooms were absolutely divine, and we were lucky enough to get upgraded from a shared bathroom to a private one. Also, the shower was honestly the best I’ve had on the Caribbean coast. The staff were exceptional and made the stay even more enjoyable and the little girl there is adorable. The food was very, very good as well. Yes, it’s more expensive than outside the park, but the quality more than justifies it. One thing that really stood out was the Wi-Fi. The fact that they have Starlink internet in the middle of the jungle is incredible. I was able to take a work call without any issues, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay here in the first place. It didn’t disappoint. Even when the electricity briefly went out, the family quickly powered up a generator to get the Wi-Fi back on for my call, something I really appreciated. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Jeden z hostelów nie daleko, 20min pieszo, wejścia El Zaino w Parku Tayrona. Wspaniała lokalizacja w samym środku dżungli. Mieszkaliśmy w domku na wzgórzu odseparowanym od wszystkiego z pięknym widokiem na dżungle. Wielki atut, właściciel Johnny mówi po angielsku i jest bardzo pomocny, warto skorzystać z jego rad. Posiłki są bardzo dobre a porcje duże. W hostelu można poczuć się na prawdę jak na łonie natury i mocno zrelaksować.

To nie wina hostelu, ale lokalizacja na dłuższą eksploracje Parku Tayrona nie była najtrafniejsza. Od strony El Zaino wiedzie jeden główny szlak do Capo San Juan i jest mocno uczęszczany, do jego początku prowadzi droga asfaltowa, po której ciągle jeżdżą busy i motory, najlepiej pokonać ją busem, bilet kosztuje 6k pesos w jedną stronę. Małe zaskoczenie w hostelu, to opłata serwisowa w wysokości 10% doliczana na końcu do rachunku za jedzenie, bez uprzedniej informacji.

Die Lage war gut und die Mitarbeitenden sehr nett. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und das Essen war gut. Die Zimmer hatten Moskitonetze und angenehme Betten.

Die Badezimmer wurden leider nicht oft saubergemacht.

Our youngest fell in love with Vicente the monkey — she begged to stay an extra night just because of him. The two beautiful blue macaws are equally captivating. The lodges are nestled right inside the jungle, with bugs singing day and night in the best possible way. The central open-air dining and hangout space is where the magic happens: that's where she played with the animals, where we met fellow travelers, swapped stories, and ended up playing card games into the evening. Super relaxed, unplugged energy. Being about 10 minutes walk from the paved road means once you're back for the day, you're truly in your own little jungle world.

Food is decent but nothing special — manage expectations there. The off-road access (5 min drive or 10 min walk from the main road) means you're committed once you're in for the night, so plan your day accordingly.

Señor Manuel est très gentil et donne de bons conseils ! La nourriture est bonne Le cadre dans la jungle est chouette et on voit les perroquets !

Nous avions la chambre avec SDB commune. Chambre sans plafond donc les insectes s'invitent dans la chambre Le lit est très petit, la moustiquaire veut vous faire des câlins Ventilateur surpuissant qui vire la moustiquaire. Au choix : chaleur ou insecte La sdb commune : pas d'eau ni de savon dans le lavabo, douche spartiate, eau froide mais normal on est dans la jungle. Ménage fait tous les 3 jours. Les chambres avec SDB privatives doivent être bien mieux

Nous avons été bien reçu, l’endroit en plein coeur du parc offre une belle végétation. Le jardin est magnifiquement entretenu, les repas y sont bons et copieux. Nous recommandons pour une escapade au parc de Tayrona.

Super séjour dans le parc Tayrona entouré de nature. La chambre est simple mais confortable, les parties communes sont bien. Personnel adorable, et surtout le petit singe Vicente, la mascotte qui a beaucoup d’amour à donner. Vous verrez aussi des perroquets. Petit dej très bon, dîner du soir également mais un peu coûteux (dans le parc tout est plus cher).

Hermoso lugar inmerso en el bosque húmedo dentro del Parque Nacional Tayrona. Dormir con el sonido de la naturaleza y la lluvia fue increíble. La comida que preparan es deliciosa. Todo el personal es super amable y my predispuesto a ayudar. Zirumake es perfecto para descansar del sol y las largas caminatas a las playas.

La atención muy buena!!! La cercanía de la gente y la sensación de familiaridad de todas las personas hacen del hospedaje una experiencia muy agradable. Vicente es un plus... es un amor! Gracias por cuidarlo, no ha de ser fácil por su naturaleza. Pero es un ser que da alegría y ternura a la estancia 💜💜 Las instalaciones son muy cómodas.

All the staff, common areas and food were really good. Lots of birds around and the location is in the park which is nice.

I think if you stay in any other room you’ll have a really good stay, but unfortunately the double rooms with the shared bathroom were disappointing. The room had no shelves or anything to it, the bed is tiny and has a huge dip in the middle so for two people it’s very uncomfortable. The net for the bed also was too small so it’s in your face constantly. The main issue for me was the bathrooms, the shower is actually fine but the sink tap is broken, there is a sink near the restaurant but there isn’t any hand soap at either of these which I found unhygienic (I did ask and they gave some for one time but it didn’t appear again). Choose to stay in the better rooms and you’ll have a great time but the double rooms are very uncomfortable.

Le stanze private sono comunque adiacenti e con pareti solo fino a due metri alle altre camere quindi zero privacy

Zirumake no es solo un hostel, es una experiencia. Recomiendo 100% alojarse aquí para visitar el Tayrona. El sonido de los animales, toda la vegetación, las personas... todo es genial. El desayuno está buenísimo y los jugos de fruta natural que hacen tambien. Me sentí en casa.

El espacio que tienen para disfrutar del Tayrona, relajarse y compartir con otros viajeros es increíble. Muy recomendado Zirumake.

Der Park war offiziell geschlossen und das Hotel hat uns komplett geghostet. Wir haben sowohl über booking als auch über WhatsApp, worüber wir vorher noch Kontakt hatten, um Auskunft und Stornierung gebeten, aber keinerlei Antwort bekommen. Es war uns nicht möglich ins Hotel zu gelangen. Letztendlich musste das über Booking geklärt werden. Denen gegenüber wurde angegeben, das Hotel wäre überbucht. Wirklich schade, denn uns war klar, dass das Hotel nichts für die Schließung konnte, aber eine Reaktion hätten wir erwartet.

Esattamente quello che cercavo. Ottima location immersa nella selva. Ottima accoglienza. Tutto molto bello. Consigliatissimo. Una piccola scimmietta, di nome Vicente, è parte della famiglia e cordiale con tutti gli ospiti. I suoni della natura sono meravigliosi.

Room besides the bed only has a tiny table in so there is hardly any space besides the floor to put ones things. Would be good to have a few hooks on the walls. Sink in the bathroom is not working the only place to brush your teeth is near the restaurant.

El lugar y que estaba cerca de otro hotel más cuidado y nos refugiamos ahí.

No tenía papel en el baño, no funcionaba el lavabo, no genia jabón ni de mano ni de ducha. No tenía sitio donde pasar la tarde para tomar unas cervezas (no tenían cervezas). En el desayuno nos pusieron los cafés en una taza muy sucia porque el que lo servía tenía las manos muy sucias. NO lo recomendaría.

Schöne Anlage im Nationalpark, umgeben von Natur und Tieren (u. a. Affen und Aras).

Wir waren über die Vielzahl der positiven Bewertungen überrascht. Die Anlage hätte viel Potenzial, allerdings war das Personal während unserem Aufenthalt sehr unaufmerksam und desinteressiert, abgesehen von einem netten älteren Mann. Handtücher und einen Zimmerschlüssel haben wir nur auf explizite Nachfrage erhalten. Es gab einen Tag&Nacht keinen Strom und kein Wasser, allerdings wurden z. B. keine Taschenlampen zur Verfügung gestellt. Zumindest durften wir auf Nachfrage beim Nachbarn duschen. Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach und wenig mit nur einer Messerspitze Marmelade. Es dauert gute 30 Minuten zu Fuß entlang der Straße bis zum Start der Wanderwege.

Really nice place and for what you can get in tayronna park its pretty well priced! Simple breakfast and rooms but nice it was free breakfast! Rooms are concrete walls open at the top so you can hear everything but luckily for us we had quiet neighbors. Fan was enough to keep us cool :) About 25mins walk from the park entrance and then maybe 45mins to where the walking tracks start or you can get a mototaxi for 6k per person :)

As others have mentioned everything is extra but you are in the middle of a national park! Meals and drinks are a little more steep than we were used to, but again understood. Its 8k for 1L of water, 35-50k per meal and 15k for juices. They don't have a menu which is a little tricky when you want to know what prices you are committing to! But not a big deal more a heads up :)

alles!!! top lage! vom haupteingang zu fuss nur ein halbe stunde, bin immer gelaufen aber hat natürlich auch busse die dich an der kreuzung rauslassen. mega symphatische und herzliches personal. leider konnte vom personal niemand englisch, also der chef schon. mit pantomime und den wichtigsten auswendig gelernten sätzen ging es gut🙏 das hausäffchen descente ist so süss….sehr aufdringlich aber mega lieb und süss!! die natur, wanderwege zu all den stränden war einfach der hammer.. ich war oft einfach nur alleine an den stränden… und das essen war der hammer. fisch, crevetten!

Amazing place for anyone who loves to spent time in nature and enjoy in domestic atmosphere. Manuel and his crew are so kind and nice people! They will help you about everything that you need. Food that they are cooking are so delicious! We will always remember camarones and grilled fish. Property is placed in the centre of Tayrona National park. Keep in mind that you need to pay entrance and medical securance once you want to get in the park. There are organized transport by authorities inside of park (buses and vans) that you can use to come to Zirumake and, of course, to travel to beaches. You also need to pay that. Entrance and securance is aproximately 10 euros by person (that was for our whole stay of 3 days), and transport is really cheap (something like 2 euros). We will miss Vicenco a lot, little monkey who also lives there, and two their Aras. Hope that we come again there. So much love for Zirumake!

Das Zirumake Hostel liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und hätte EIGENTLICH ein tolles Potenzial. Die kleinen Hütten mit Bad sehen von außen gut aus - von innen können wir diese nicht bewerten. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gemeinschaftsbad - das Zimmer war für den Preis okay, aber es fehlen Haken und Ablagemöglichkeiten.

Das Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr dreckig. Das Toilettenpapier war auf beiden Toiletten leer, dafür waren die Mülleimer mit benutztem Papier/Servietten aus dem restaurant voll und wurden den ganzen Tag (vermutlich seid mehreren Tagen nicht geleert). 1 der 2 Toiletten war vollgesch.... und somit nicht benutzbar - auch das wurde nicht gereinigt. Die duschen waren basic aber okay. Ich erwarte nichts fancy für den Preis und basic macht uns nix aus - aber sauber muss es sein. Wenn alle 4 Zimmer belegt sind und es 2 (1) Toilette gibt muss ich als Betreiber halt öfter am Tag mal schauen ob alles gut ist - sehr schlechte Leistung. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker, aber 1 große Portion Reis mit Gemüse für 60.000 COP ( 13 Euro ) ist selbst für die Lage im Park überteuert. Die Bettwäsche ist leider auch furchtbar, das Bettlaken hält nicht an der Matratze - so liegt man ständig auf der blanken Matratze ( sehr unhygienisch ) und das Moskitonetz hat Löcher und lässt sich Aufgrund fehlender Haken nicht ordentlich spannen. Schade, die Anlage hätte echt Potenzial - wir würden Sie so nicht nochmal buchen.....

This is a family run place and you can tell - they really care about giving you a great stay. The staff are all very welcoming, despite my lack of Spanish. There is no menu, they just bring breakfast when you're ready - same goes for supper (although they give you a choice of what's on!). It doesn't matter what you order - it's all great. I ate some of the best fish I had in Colombia. There is also a baby monkey who is incredibly tame and joined me at meals throughout my entire stay which was the highlight of my travels!

My room (which was more of a little house) was much bigger than I expected - no complaints there - but it was up a dirt track away from the main resort so I felt a bit isolated.

We loved the local wildlife and adopted creatures (baby monkey, macaws and several dogs) all set in a beautiful tropical garden within the Tayrona park boundary. The howler monkeys woke us every morning and we watched the hummingbirds as we ate a good breakfast in the open air. The atmosphere soaked into us over 3 days and it felt like home. Very easy to hike to Cabo San Juan from here and you can catch a collectivo from the end of the track to the trailhead. Dinner was available; basic but delicious and plentiful. Bed comfortable and a room fan and mosquito net provided. Breakfast was included and the stay was excellent value for money.

It would be useful to speak some Spanish as very little of any other language is spoken here, but it’s possible to get by and the staff try hard to assist. The dogs are lovely but have a tendency to do their job and bark very loudly if they think they hear or see anyone. It can be frustrating if you’re asleep. The standards are very basic and the shower was cold water from a pipe without a rose but this wasn’t a problem due to the heat and humidity. We loved the place but be prepared if you don’t like budget accommodation. The walk from the metalled road can be tiring when carrying bags and muddy/slippery if wet.

Super Lage mitten im Urwald, mit zahmen Papageien und Affen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, aber alles Wichtige ist vorhanden. Morgens im Bett hört man Vögel und Brüllaffen.

Alles super. Das Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein, Ablageplatz fehlt.
