Really good buffet breakfast for the price. Beds comfortable. Rooms clean.

Bathrooms could be cleaned better. There was no toilet paper in the 2 days I stayed there. Too noisy in the early mornings and late nights due to the tour groups arriving late and departing early in the morning.

Das Personal kümmerte sich nur um die Gäste, die eine Tour bei ihnen machen. Wir haben dort eine Nacht geschlafen und waren nicht so wichtig. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war voll mit Schimmel und wenn die Klimaanlage nicht lief, roch auch das Zimmer stark danach. Habe es dem personal mitgeteilt aber keine Antwort erhalten.

Das Hostel liegt gut in Ha Giang, das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Das Hostel war nicht sauber. Meine Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, was kein Weltuntergang ist. Aber das Badezimmer war extrem dreckig und stank. Die ganze Nacht roch es im Dorm nach Kloake und zwei von drei Toiletten unbenutzbar.

No duvet inner- when I checked in the cupboard it was damp smelling and there was a duvet inner in there but covered in old stains. Slept cold

the ventilation in the shower/toilet area isn't working (and hasn't been for a long time, as far as I can tell) and there is only one drain for five stalls.

Die Betten waren sehr groß, sodass man ausreichend Platz als Paar in einer "Box" hatte.

Wir konnten unkompliziert unser Gepäck während der Ha Giang Loop Tour lagern. Das Bett im 12-Bett Zimmer war in Ordnung, man hatte viel Platz.

Das Bad war sehr schmutzig und es gab nicht genug Toilettenpapier.

Phòng sạch sẽ, đúng như trong ảnh. Các bạn nhân viên thân thiện tư vấn cho thuê xe máy. Khách sạn chỉ có 3 tầng thôi nhưng vẫn có thang máy. Dịch vụ tốt!!

La loop en moto est géniale,l'hôtel est bien placé,les chambres sont très propres et confortables,possibilité de prendre une douche au retour de la loop avec prêt de serviette de toilette .

Le personnel à l'accueil ne fait pas vraiment d'effort si vous ne parlez pas anglais .

Me recibieron al llegar algo tarde. La cama del dormitorio compartido es amplia, tiene baldas, punto de luz, lámpara de noche y cortinas. Tiene varios baños. Incluye desayuno. Ubicación.

Hay taquillas, pero no parecían estar funcionales. La cama era algo dura y acabé con dolor de espalda.

They were exceptional when it came to assisting with recommendations and knowing the laws when is came to doing the Ha Giang Loop. Great place and people.

On a fait une nuit en dortoir et une nuit en chambre les 2 sont propres et confortables. Personnel accueillant et serviable dans l’ensemble. Check-in 24/24.

On nous a loué un scooter qui était bien amoché visuellement mais fonctionnait très bien. Par contre les casques la cata. On voit qu’on est passé derrière des milliers de tête ils sont usés jusqu’à la moelle et vraiment pas confortable (mal au crâne au bout d’une 1/2 heure de conduite). Ça donne l’impression qu’ils font tout pour mettre bien les touristes en « easy rider » mais pour ceux qui font juste une location pour être autonome sur le loop c’est un peu en mode «  prends ça et Ciao ». Pas de gant ni d’autre protections proposées.

Alles was perfect. Prachtige kamer, zeer comfortabel. Top locatie. Geweldig personeel !

Me encantó que a pesar de ser una habitación compartida, tenías una persiana para tener intimidad por la noche. Y también que la cama fuese doble, pude dormir con mi pareja!!

Nos enviaron a unas camas que estaban al lado del hostel, la habitación tenía un olor espantoso a pis de gato y otras cosas. Los colchones no tenían sábanas y tenían tierra y estaba húmedos. El desayuno un desastre.

If your looking for a hostel to stay in Ha Giang , this is the one you choose. The facilities and staff are amazing, very accommodating and comforting. The owner is very friendly 🙂 It’s also the best place to do the Ha giang loop. I was fortunate to not only have a great group of awesome people but also fantastic tour guides. Could not recommend enough

Great hostel, friendly helpful staff with any questions about the loop tour. So happy we stayed at Safari and booked our Ha Giang tour with them.

We stayed here before the loop and the staff were lovely and made us feel cared for. They even dropped us off where we needed to be the next morning despite us not being with their company. Kind, efficient and simple, beds were very comfy, no complaints.

We did Ha Giang loop tour with them and it was amazing. The price is good as well. The guides Huynh was very nice and helpful. I would suggest to do the loop with them

●I tried to contact them several times on Booking, Whatsapp, and by mail, to book a bus to leave Ha Giang, and the only reply I had was "Hi" on whatsapp ● The receprionist really dont give a shit, don't give you any info even if you ask ● Bathroom was really dirty (not because the staff do it badly, because it seems that no one does it, or once a day but its not enough for this much people) ● 0 space for bags in the 24person dorm, so all the bags are litteraly in the middle of the room...

Very inexpensive, very clean, quite, good wifi, lift, comfortable bed,and OK breakfast but excellent western style coffee Balcony was nice too. Booked in before and after Ha giang loop tour, nice to go back to a hot shower a comfortable bed after three days of the road.

After they gave two private rooms that we booked for one night to other people. They let us stay in a 10 bed dorm for free🤷‍♀️ not sure if that’s a positive.

Booked two private rooms for two couples and we arrived after a night bus to find out that they were given to someone else. We booked them way in advanced and there are just no excuses. All they had to offer was a bed in the 10 bed dorm and all hotels in the area were fully booked. If you don’t want the stress of this do not book.

Les clients (majoritairement des jeunes de la vingtaine) ne respectent pas les lieux ni les autres voyageurs. L’espace douche / salle de bain était très sale et sentait l’urine.

Perfect, staff especially Jin Ho where fantastic, very clean and have everything you need on site, hot powerful showers and good well looked after bikes to rent. Perfect place to do the loop. I would come back this place for sure!!

This has easily been the best hostel we stayed in Vietnam, it was super clean, Breakfast was also great. Beds, Rooms, and showers were all clean and well designed. Would definitely recommend!

Really great and unforgettable experience! We had the best guide Kai and drivers! We were a small group, which I really liked. All accommodations were comfy. Totally recommended

De locatie was goed, ontbijt wat er bij zat lekker en de prijs kwaliteit verhouding prima. Mochten ook nog douchen als we zouden willen nadat we terug kwamen van de Ha Giang Loop.

Man van de receptie vroeg of we even tien minuten wilde wachten met onze motor huren omdat hij net z’n soep had gepakt en dat even rustig wilde opeten…. De kamer rook muf en was niet schoon. Badkamer nog vlekken en haren. Probleem en gehad met onze motor die we via hun hadden gehuurd, moesten na 1,5 uur rijden weer helemaal terug rijden. 3 uur van onze dag kwijt. Geen excuus niks, sterker nog: werden beetje uitgelachen door de groep mannen die om onze motor heen liep.

Precio económico, facilidad para llegar, y desayuno para su precio bien. Por lo que pagas está perfecto.

La limpieza es mínima. Reservé un bus con ellos, me confirmaron que sería el mejor de todos (por ello pagué el precio más alto), y luego al montar en el autobús era una categoría inferior (mucha diferencia de tamaño de cabina, para un viaje de 6 horas). Cuando les llamo, me dicen que se equivocó el chico al ofrecerme el bus, que el chico no sabía bien (le pregunté 5 veces, y me confirmo con mucha seguridad).

We stayed at this place for a couple of hours between the bus arriving and our departure for Ha Giang Loop. The included breakfast was a plus.

Be careful to arrive at the correct location, as they have two locations that are far apart.

The organization for the loops was great, friendly and good easyriders.

The staff at the hostal itself where unnecessarily rude and not helpful. I was told I could pay by card for the tour upon arrival, only to find out at 2am in the morning that they didn’t want the card payment. To be fair they told me I could fix it the next morning but then they also did not want to facilitate any help.

We stayed in the dorms and it was very spacious. I liked that there was blinds on each of the booths for privacy! The beds were also very comfortable. Great value for money, as it was for myself and my boyfriend for only £4!

The bathrooms were dated, however in the morning I saw the cleaners thoroughly clean it.

The bed was super comfy and the room was chic and modern and had a balcony which is wonderful. Free breakfast was a nice touch too. The location is nice and quiet.

Staff were a bit meh, weren’t very welcoming and just got straight to the point without any smile or even eye contact. Also, there was a power cut in the morning which I know isn’t their fault but that unfortunately made the stay a bit worse as it’s 30 degrees+ without any air con :(

Hong Hao Hostel and Motorbikes is great! We had an excellent motorbike tour around the Ha Giang Loop and two comfy nights stay at the hostel before and after. Staff are all helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good, was very busy at 8am but still food was abundant and enough for everyone in the room. It was nice to have a big elevator to get to the room

The room was not clean, the floor was wet, and there was no hot water in the shower (which was quite inconvenient after a cold and rainy day). The staff was not very friendly and seemed stressed. I wanted to rent a motorbike from the hostel to do the loop on my own (not with the tour), but they didn’t help us or provide any information. Additionally, the motorbike they gave us was not in good condition (not like all the ones the easy riders were using).

The bed is comfortable, the shower room has hot/cold water. Breakfast is amazing and is served like a buffet party. They have motorbikes for rent with different styles

Maybe because its focus is on westerners so Vietnamese will feel unwelcomed here!

Nice room with a comfortable bed, we only stayed briefly for to do the loop but can’t complain with the room especially for such a cheap price.

Perfect one night stay before the loop in Ha Giang. Spacious room and nice area downstairs to work on your laptop or eat some food.

The toilet was a bit broken and I had to put my hand in the dirty toilet tank to flush the toilet.

Bathroom and shower is very dirty and moldy, and it’s also mixed bathroom kinda crazy.
