Tenía hormigas por todas partes incluso por encima de la cama, todo muy sucio de no haberse limpiado en meses. Humedades en paredes y techos además de olor fuerte a humedad. Encima reclamas y la recepcionista te dice que si se lo hubieses dicho habrían limpiado, lamentable Yo no vendría aquí ni aunque me pagasen.

トイレとシャワーが一体式で常にびちょびちょで、空気の循環が悪い。 カプセルルーム以外は全部低レベル。 値段が安いだけで、コストパフォーマンスに優れている訳ではないです。 トランジットでの一泊でも辛かったので、もう少しお金を弾んでマシなホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

Poor cleanliness, the water from the shower was leaking and dripping from second floor ‘s washroom area and it's hard for you to use the toilet cuz it’s literally beside you and the washroom just too small to move aside your body jesus.. 😥 the washroom’s length was fine but the size was thinner than I expected to be, cuz I saw the review from google maps it says good about it but nope 🙅 i don't think sooo!! You guys really need to deep clean and maintain your cleanliness plus… it would be better if you could provide stove and pan so we can cook noodles or fry eggs rather than just bread and jams..

Ni la habitación ni las zonas comunes estaban limpias. Los lavabos dejaban mucho que desear, con pelo por todas partes. La cápsula también necesitaba una buena limpieza. Había bastante polvo en la madera y en las cortinas.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026離地鐵站走路約5分鐘，入口處是一個兩層的樓梯，空間不大但設施齊全，當晚是11點左右抵達，感謝櫃檯有通知訊息並留下卡片給我們，可惜所待時間不長，因轉機入境想看魚尾獅而停留。
天氣太熱，洗澡穿衣，繼續流汗😂

Es war nicht sauber gerade bei den duschen nicht, Toiletten waren immer nass weil direkt drüber die Dusche ist. Die Matratze war okay aber wirklich absperren kannst du nicht und dein Koffer kannst du auch nicht weg sperren. Dafür kann das Hostel selber nichts aber bei mir wurde im Zimmer mitten in der Nacht rum geschrien. Ich war leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden und hab mich sehr unwohl gefühlt

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026J’ai adoré la capsule, elle était très cosy! Lieu propre, bien situé à côté du métro! Nous avons passé un très beau séjour de 5 jours!
Il n’y a pas de compartiment pour les gros bagages donc nous devons les laisser dans la chambre en dehors des capsules (chambre qu’on partage avec des inconnus) mais tout le monde a été respectueux pendant notre séjour

Debería haber al menos una papelera en las habitaciones y quizás una estantería o taquillas más grandes ya que eramos tres repartidos en dos cápsulas y no cabían las cosas. La terraza necesita una remodelación

Was too hot, not able to adjust air conditioning and fans in the pod were weak. All communal area windows were open so it was very hot. Why not close and cool the place? Won't stay there again for this reason, only wanted a good night's sleep and not able to do so.

The Security locker was a problem where it wouldn't open when the key fob was placed on the pad. Not cool if you got a passport,, tickets and other valuable items in there and you got to leave early in the morning to catch a flight, and no-one is replying to your messages you're sending to the contact number in the confirmation email leaving you feeling stressed out and ignored. I don't like to leave negative feedback but people need to be aware that this happened

I would've liked somewhere to store our luggage as the lockers were really small and the shower/toilet in 1 tiny room together was gross because the people before me wouldn't clean up after themselves so sitting on a wet toilet wasn't the greatest.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder total zufrieden. Die Kapseln sind sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Haken, Ablageflächen, Ventilator, Steckdose etc.) Bequeme Matratzen. Es ist ruhig in den Zimmern, so dass man gut schlafen kann. Sanitäranlagen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Besonders gut finde ich, dass man kostenlos seine Wäsche waschen kann. Das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache. Wem es nicht zusagt, findet direkt um die Ecke ein Hawker Center, mit phantastischem Speisenangebot. Die Lage an der MRT Station Aljunied ist praktisch, um schnell überall hin in der Stadt zu kommen. Die Rezeptionistin ist sehr freundlich. Die teilweise sehr negativen Kritiken kann ich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich jederzeit sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die MitbewohnerInnen haben sich durchgehend ruhig und rücksichtsvoll verhalten. Wenn ich wieder nach Singapur komme, werde ich definitiv wieder hier übernachten.
Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Daher zwei Punkte Abzug. Ich bin nicht besonders empfindlich, aber wer großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt, ist woanders sicher besser aufgehoben.
