Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Staff were very helpful, the place was kept clean and there was plenty of locker storage! And the cat was of course the highlight.
It is BOILING. It is very frustrating not being able to sit around the hostel during the day without sweating. During this humid weather the air conditioning in the rooms should be left on 24/7, not at 9pm at night.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026My stay at this hostel was very pleasant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had breakfast included that was delicious every time, either granola and fruit or scambled eggs fruit and toast. Rooms were comfortable with ac at night to keep you cool and had curtains for a bit of privacy when sleeping. The pool was a life saver in the Santa Marta heat after a day of hiking to beaches or simply walking around town. Nice and close to super markets for easy grocery trips. And also had a good selection of restaurants close by for those days when you couldn’t be bothered cooking. Nice seating areas for relaxing. And a table outside to watch the street bustle at night while having a smoke.
Had only a few pots and pans so if there were a few people staying you just had to communicate with each other on when you wanted to cook anything. Also there were only 2 knifes and both were blunt so it made it difficult to cut meat and veggies for dinner. Other then that it was a nice stay.

The smell of tacos (there is q tacos place under the place) is very strong in the room. The parking was only available from 9pm and the door was super hard to open.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026I used this place as a base between the lost city trek and nights in Tayrona. It was a comfortable spot with big beds and a chilled vibe; hammocks etc. The breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful, giving lots of info about how to get around easily
The location is a little far from the centre. The shower in the private room could've been better quality.

No tenían opción de desayuno para llevar cuando tuvimos que salir antes del horario del desayuno. Poder contar con frigorífico fue súper bueno.
Reservamos una habitación con aíre acondicionado y también tenía ventilador. Los dos apartados super ruidosos hasta el punto de preferir apagarlos para dormir a pesar del fuerte calor

The location is great, and as someone who works remotely, I really appreciated the good internet and the co-working space and the other open areas with tables where you can comfortably work. As vezes, apesar do calor de santa marta, eu queria tomar um banho quente, mas só tinha água fria, tanto no quarto individual quanto no coletivo. Ah, o chuveiro no quarto individual era bem ruim.

Éramos conscientes de los baños compartidos, más fue el desgaste por la falta de higiene de los otros huéspedes. Pero lo mantenía limpio cada vez que volvíamos al hostel.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026Nos encantó la ubicación, el bus hacia el rodadero pasa por todo el frente del Hostel lo que hace seguro la llegada, es central, tiene tiendas y restaurantes cerca, el hospedaje fue perfecto, muy limpio, cómodo, la piscina y las zonas comunes super lindas, la atención del personal fue excepcional, nos sentimos muy cómodos y que valió 100% la pena, además los desayunos super ricos
La verdad nada me disgustó, todo se sintió cómodo y seguro, todo muy limpio y ningún inconveniente

Reviewed Feb 26, 2026I stayed here twice mostly as a before buffer and after The Lost City trek. All the staff (Natalia, Isa and Sofia) were very kind, helpful and prepared to provide any information (regarding tours, etc). I stayed in a private room which was very comfortable, the sheets smelled nice and the AC was great. The breakfast in the morning was very nice too and you had the choice out of 2 options. It's about a 15 minute walk from the centre, but this makes the place calm to rest. There was a shared area with hammocks and a pool.
There was a miscommunication at some point during my stay due to staff changing, which resulted in me booking and paying for an additional night, which wasn't clear until I checked out. Nevertheless, the staff was very kind, patient and worked with me to find a solution and provided a refund in the end.

The kitchen was under equipped - not enough cutlery or pans etc. swimming pool was underwhelming.

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Buena relación calidad-precio. Personal muy amable y atento. Ubicación a unos 20 minutos del centro; se puede llegar caminando o en Indriver. Tambien pasan un bus directo para el rodadero Servicio de restaurante mexicano desde las 5:00 p. m. Entregan llave para entrar y salir con total libertad. Desayuno de 7:00 a. m. a 9:00 a. m. con dos opciones. Lockers y servicio gratuito para guardar la maleta después del check-out. Piscina pequeña, adecuada para relajarse un rato. El lugar es tal cual aparece en las imágenes.
La luz de mi cama no funcionaba y el colchon es un poco duro, el closet tenia un leve olor a guardado lo que dejo mi ropa impregnada lo que resultó incómodo.
