This facility is now one of my benchmarks for a 10 rating on booking.com. our host minutes feel like we were adding a wonderful b&b, accommodating helpful clean comfortable everything.. And one of the best of all features was that it is within easy walking distance of the bus station. Since I was off trekking there was absolutely no hassle and leaving my extra bag and picking it up afterwards

Not having an option for eggs at breakfast is the only negative I can even begin to think of.

Very convenient location with only 3 mins walk to bus station and has a grocery store just at the corner. The host is super friendly even though with limited English speaking but no impact on communication with translation app.

The heater may have some noice during the night.

The owner was so kind, even giving us a tube of toothpaste when we had run out of ours. The room was clean and breakfast was lovely. An excellent value for the cost. Highly recommend!

Walking distance to the bus station we stayed before our W trail hike and wish we had also booked it after. Super kind hosts and even had an extra fuel canister for us instead of having to search around town. Room was large and vented well. Shower was fantastic!

A bit of noise of people coming in and out but did not affect sleep.

The hostal was in a safe area and very clean. The host had breakfast ready early to accommodate hikers. The rooms were well kept and each room had a private bathroom. It’s a short walk from town center. I’d happily stay there again.

The breakfast was exceptional with allot of choice and the lady that owns the hotel makes it feel warm and homely - the hotel feels more like a home and is well decorated with a fire and very very warm in a family sense

Absolutely nothing

Great proximity to bus station. Easy walk to Main Street for food and tourism options. Lovely staff. Sweet little sitting room to chill. Nice included breakfast. Good wifi.

Very close to the bus stop and walking distance into downtown area. The host was amazing, I believe her and her husband run the hostel. It is a nice quiet retreat. I cancelled my other hostels to be here before and after the W trek hike so that I could get good rest and a private room. No complaints as a solo traveller.

Clean room, quiet location, very friendly staff. Room was spartan, but effective - heating worked, shower was hot, beds warm. I appreciated that they held my extra luggage for free while I trekked for several days in Torres del Paine. Very close to the bus station, making it great when I had to catch an early morning bus, but about a 15 minute walk from the center of the city. Standard continental breakfast.

Fantastic stay in a super homey and clean hostal which was nicely decorated and smelled lovely and comforting in the best way. The host was very nice and friendly despite our poor Spanish, and provided a great breakfast in the morning which was very filling. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was spotlessly clean with a great shower. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready when we arrived and the host offered us an early check in, which was so so appreciated after our early flight in. Highly recommend staying here and we'd definitely return.

Lovely hostel for before and after the w-trek. Comfortable bed, hot showers in ensuit bathroom, nice and quiet, breakfast pretty good (lots of different cereals, bread/toast, lots of different spreads, yoghurts, ham, cheese, etc) 5 mins from the bus station - useful for the 7am bus to los Torres, Ushuaia etc Host very accomodating - let us leave our big bags with them for a few days while we did the W trek.

Read the listing - there is no kitchen Being close to the bus station is a trade-off, its a little walk to the centre where the restaurants etc are.

Absolutely loved staying here! The owner is lovely and makes you feel at home. Everything is clean and comfortable. The room had possibly the best shower I've had since I started travelling. The sofas were also wonderful post W trek! Its close to the bus station and about a 15min walk to town

Everything was perfect

The host couldn’t have been better. She was so amenable and helpful. The accommodation was spotless and very close to the bus station - perfect for late arrivals and early departures.

It is slightly far from the main town centre (~15 min walk) but completely worth it if you’re taking the bus because it’s close to the bus station.

Caminando hacia el centro y el terminal rodoviario. Perfecto si tu estadía es previo o posterior al inicio a torres del paine. La amabilidad de su dueña increíble. Siempre atenta a cualquier duda y muy flexible con el tema del desayuno, ofreciéndolos desde las 6 am.

Nothing major: there are only stairs so be ready to carry your stuff up and down; room interior is quite basic although all essentials are there. Limited English

The owner was very kind to all of us, providing excellent services. She’s very helpful to many questions we had, providing us with detailed maps of the national park. The breakfast was basic but delicious.

The owner speaks limited English, but we didn’t have any problem with the help of Google translation app.

Very friendly and accommodating host

Hostal à taille humaine avec chambres simples mais confortables. Idéal pour une nuit avant de prendre le bus (station à 5 min à pied), sinon un peu excentré mais rejoindre le centre faisable à pied. L’accueil est sobre et plein de pudeur et gentillesse. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais très bon avec jambon/ fromage. La pièce salon au premier étage est très agréable.

Lit un peu petit mais nous sommes habitués à des grands lits.

Friendly staff, clean rooms

The lady was incredibly warm, let me check in way early and offered breakfast early in the morning to accommodate my early check out. The room is comfortable and was conveniently close to the bus terminal that I wanted. Downtown area is like a mile away but walkable.

Lovely room, simple, clean, everything worked. Well priced. Host was really friendly. She spoke no english and my spanish is very basic - no problem, we conversed thru Google translate. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast. Less than 5 mins walk to BusSur bus station. 15 mins walk to town centre at Plaza de Armas

Recepcio fins tard que ens va modificar l'habitacio a proposta de la manager pq el.dia concret tenia la opcio. Esmorzar correcte i adaptat als horaris dels clients, perfecte per si agafes el bus despres. Ben ubicat a prop de l'estacio d'autobus. Parking gratuit al voltant. Restaurant bons a prop.

La habitación era muy cómoda, hacía mucho frío y estaba muy cálida, coordiné mi desayuno porque me pasaban a buscar muy temprano y no tuve ningún inconveniente, al contrario, a las 6 estaba todo listo, muy variado y abundante, exquisito.
