Muy acogedor, Don Pedro me recibió cerca de las 11 de la noche. Estaré recurrentemente viajando por varios meses por lo que si o si me volveré a quedar ahí. El desayuno estaba listo para la hora que habíamos acordado la noche anterior, pan recién tostado, café/te, cecinas, queso, mermelada y mantequilla, lo necesario para partir bien el día. La habitación muy calentita, agua caliente en la ducha y todo muy limpio.

- the host, Pedro, picked us up from the airport. Very lovely chap with limited English so being able to speak Spanish is needed and/ or having a translator app. He was always very smiley and we managed to have some good convo’s about local places etc regardless of the language barrier. - this was the cheapest hostal we could find that had private rooms/ own bathroom and a central location (20 min walk to the middle of town). The room was very basic but was clean, warm and a good size so it served it's purpose. There were plenty of sockets for charging things too! The room was also quiet so we slept well – we much needed after long days of exploring! - the hostal is super close to the bus station (3 min walk) so that was helpful for our early bus travel to/ from Puerto Natales. - we had the hostal booked for before and after our W trek and Pedro let us keep our luggage here for free. This was very convenient and meant we didn’t have to pay for storage lockers.

The hotel booking suggests that there's kitchen facilities available to guests - this is not true. There's two microwaves, cutlery and a fridge, that's it. There’s no restaurants in the area and the one’s in town were quite pricey. We were travelling for a month so needed to keep food costs down and were really hoping to cook for ourselves during our stay! We ended up buying some microwave meals from the supermarket – cheaper than the restaurant but not ideal.

Hostal atendido por sus dueños. Cuando se va al sur de Chile, uno espera hospedarse en hostales como este, acogedores, hogareños, calentitos donde se pueda comer desayuno con pan en tostador con quemador. Todo impecable, desayuno contundente y exquisito. Don Pedro soluciono cada una de las dudas y solicitudes, y con la mejor disposicion. Un 10/10. Hostal precio calidad impecable.

The room was clean and comfortable.

It would have been helpful to have access to a refrigerator. Also would have been nice to have an early option for breakfast. I wasn’t able to use the benefit because I needed to leave around 7am all three mornings I was there.

Just several minutes from the bus station. Mostly used the hostel just to sleep there, so can't say anything about the breakfast and other things.

The room was comfortable, with a well appointed private bathroom. The host was very helpful, and patient regardless of the language barrier. It is very close to the bus station, which helped me a lot.

For the price the place is okay, everything was fine but being right on the main road it was noisy at night.

Localização excelente, próximo ao terminal de ônibus. O Sr Pedro, muito gentil, educado e simpático.

Wi-Fi lento, não tem calefação a noite e fez frio, achei caro pelo que oferece, café da manhã muito simples, e tem uns ressaltos entre o quarto e o banheiro que quase arrancou meu dedo do pé, sorte que foi depois do trekking. Ficou cortado e roxo, pois era um ressalto praticamente invisível de cerâmica afiada. Não andem descalços no quarto, pode acabar com sua viagem.

excelente el desayuno el pan una delicia, la mermelada casera lo mejor, además de libre disposición para preparar un café en grano en mi cafetera y mate, muchas gracias don Pedro y señora por la disponibilidad a nuestras consultas y solicitudes , nos gusto mucho su hospitalidad asi que volveremos , la ciudad de puerto natales se puede hacer a pie esta todo cerca

El trato fue magnífico pues teníamos que madrugar y nos dejó el desayuno preparado la noche anterior.

Great hostal very convinently located in 4 min from the bus station to catch an early bus to the W trek. The town centre is in about 15-20 min walk. We stayed two nights -before and after the trek, both rooms had all the basics.

Had all i needed for a night passing through. Hot shower, bathroom, bed and breakfast. I caught a bus and this place is only a short walk from the bus terminal. The host was great, friendly and helpful. He prepared a light breakfast and drove me to the airport the next morning.

El lugar se encuentra muy bien ubicado. Queda a media cuadra del rodoviario y para uno que andaba cargando la mochila de trekking eso fue genial.

No me gustó que el lugar no contara con un un espacio para lavar la loza, no tenía refrigerador para uno poder guardar cosas ni contaba con servicio para uno poder cocinar o al menos hacer unos huevos fritos

La atención de don Pedro por sobre todas las cosas. Muy atento para lo que uno necesitaba. Además la limpiezas de las habitaciones, todos los días dejaban todo impecable. Destaco además el lugar, muy cercano al terminal de buses que nos permitió movernos a los lugares típicos de puerto natales.

Se suele escuchar las conversaciones de las personas en otras habitaciones.

Las habitaciones son cómodas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. La ubicación es buena aunque todo es relativamente cerca en Puerto Natales. Pedro fue muy servicial y amable.

El desayuno podría mejorar un poco.

Close to the bus station. The owners were attentive if we could communicate.

The room had a smell of some sort of chemical. It’s hard to communicate with the owners. The bathroom was very small and uncomfortable to use.

Se escucha algo de ruido del exterior, pero nada que impida dormir. Podría complementarse el desayuno con frutas, huevos o cereales

Un endroit très bien entretenu, bien équipé, une literie confortable, des chambres spacieuses, des douches chaudes au top, un accueil chaleureux, et un très bon petit-déjeuner. Vraiment parfait.

El personal Doña Brenda y Don Pedro. Muy amables y atentos. Hotel muy bien localizado para la estación y a 15 minutos caminando del centro. Agua caliente y calefacción muy bien.

. habría que renovar el hostal pero para las actividades que se hacen en P.Natales y un uso secundario del hostal es más que correcto.

We stayed at Hostal Don Pedro for two nights before our W Trek and one night after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfy and cosy, plenty of hot water and a small breakfast was included. Don Pedro was welcoming and kept our big bags while we were away on our trek. It’s close to the bus station which was handy for our early start for the W Trek and was a short walk into town! We would happily stay here again!

Pedro was wonderful warm and welcoming. Location to bus station is perfect and so easy.

We had a great experience at Don Pedro's. Check in was super easy. Don Pedro provided his phone number beforehand and we reached on WhatsApp when we showed up. He opened the door, and checked us in very quickly. Our bus to Paine Grande was early in the following morning, and since we were missing breakfast, Don Pedro packed a few sandwiches and handed them to us the night before. The walk to the bus station is less than 5 minutes. We were able to leave our luggage there for a small fee. Don Pedro also offers transport to the airport.

Location to the bus was perfect. Don Pedro was very cool! He gave us great recommendations. 10/10 would come back and stay at his place.

I lost something and important that I was afraid I left in the room. I called the owner but he wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t even offer to check the room. Also they convert the price of the room (listed in dollars) at a terrible conversion rate so that the room ends up being much more expensive!

Don't Pedro is an amazing host! He assisted me with questions before I arrived, was there to welcome me with a big smile, although I arrived late and assisted in any way he could to make my stay pleasant. The hostel is 5 min walking with full hiking gear from the bus terminal, the rooms are spacious, well heated, clean, and with great hot showers. The common area is nice and cozy. I warmly recommend Don Pedro and will stay with him again next time I'm in town.

La hostal esta en una excelente ubicacion, a metros del Terminal de Buses que salen a Torres del Paine. La amabilidad y servicio de Don Pedro hizo que superara nuestras expectaivas. 100% recomendable.

Don Pedro is a great host and the location is near the bus terminal. He kept our luggage for free before we checked in. Free breakfast was good.

Room was big and little cold. Bed covers were too heavy. Hot water was not plentiful.

Ubicado muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses y no lejos del centro.La habitacion confortable y limpia. El anfitrión muy amable nos dejó preparados unos zumos y bocadillos para desayunar ya que saliamos todos los días muy temprano para realizar trekking. También nos gestionó el taxi el día de partida .

Really close to bus station and city centre. Spacious, clean and good heating. Owners are really gentle.
