Mooi verblijf. De activiteit om te snorkelen was perfect.

We vonden het jammer dat er ( te ) weinig parasols waren, je kon bij Island View Bar & Bungalow helaas niet in de schaduw aan het strand verblijven. Indruk van het gehele eiland, erg toeristisch

Świetny pobyt w Island View na Gili Air. Obiekt jest oddalony od portu co zapewnia ciszę i spokój - idealnie na rajski relaks z przepięknym widokiem. W szczególności dziękujemy Made, który sprawił że nasz pobyt był szczególnie miły.

L'endroit est vraiment charmant, avec ses petits bungalows situés directement sur la plage. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. La nourriture est simple et bonne.

Le manque de piscine. En fin de journée, c'est la marée est basse et donc une piscine aurait été appréciée pour terminer la journée.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet établissement. L’hôtel est vraiment charmant, bien entretenu et bénéficie d’une atmosphère très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, toujours souriant et attentionné. La chambre était confortable et propre, et l’ensemble de l’établissement est très plaisant.

Le seul petit regret est l’absence de piscine, qui aurait été un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement des moments de détente.

Emplacement parfait! Directement sur la plage. Toute l’équipe aux petits soins et toujours hyper souriante! Coucher du soleil qu’on peut voir sur notre transat sur la plage. Lieu calme. Parfait pour se reposer.

Essuies et moustiquaires sales à notre arrivée mais ont été directement changés lorsque nous l’avons signalé.

La struttura è posizionata , secondo noi, nel punto migliore di Gili Air. Molto tranquilla con un buon ristorante . Ottimi servizi ed accoglienza

Très charmant. Chambres spacieuses, hamac sur la terrasse sympa. Petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable. Personnel extrêmement gentil. Magnifique coucher de soleil ̂l

Manque 1 bouilloire dans la chambre. Attention pas de baignade possible à marée base de ce côté .

L’emplacement c’est incroyable face a la mer, bungalow typique et plutôt bien équipé. Le staff est adorable !

Le wifi vaut du mal par moment

Starke Gezeiten, Baden nur eingeschränkt möglich, Frühstück sehr spärlich, Hotelgäste bekommen nur sehr kleine Fruchtsaft im Vergleich zu zählenden Gästen. Badezimmer etwas dunkel, Pool wäre notwendig aufgrund der Strandsituation. Schöne Anlage aber Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Unfortunately got to spent one night only, so didn't get to enjoy the full experience. Nevertheless, for the time we had available, this was a great stay - easy to reach, peaceful and relaxing.

Colazione molto buona, posizione spettacolare per il tramonto, mattina mare bello il pomeriggio c'è bassa marea e si ritira un po', personale gentile e disponibile, offrono possibilità di escursioni e snorkeling prenotabili direttamente tramite loro.

It is in a beautiful setting right on the beach with stunning gardens. The food is amazing and the staff so friendly.

The rooms could do with some modernisation however the basic nature of them also is the charm so you wouldn’t want to lose that. Maybe just changing of some tiles in bathroom and new mosquito nets.

La chambre : moustiquaire trouée et sale, douche sans pommeau de douche et rouillée avec très peu de pression, carrelage cassé dans la salle de bain, linge de lit, de douche etc. taché. Gros coup de rafraîchissement à faire dans cette chambre.

La localisation et le personnel étaient top !

Island view hotel was beachfront with some nice chairs, tables and seabeds to enjoy your time. The staff was super friendly and available all the times to your needs. We booked transfer from airport and back and a snorkeling trip, everything was on time and well organized for us. The food at the hotel was very good too and the room was tidy clean everyday

Eventhough the bikes were there to rent, if we are staying there I believe they could borrow us one night for free but that’s all, everything else was amazing.

Camas muy cómodas, sábanas limpias, limpieza ok. Tiene unas cortinas alrededor de la cama que evita que entren los mosquitos, así que se duerme muy bien. Además está lejos de la mezquita así que casi no se escucha de noche. La playa era parte del hotel, muy cómodo para moverte en la isla. Zona tranquila para relajarte y a poca distancia caminando o en bici de zonas con más ambiente. El lugar del desayuno hermoso! Estaba en la playa, con unas vistas espectaculares. Los empleados muy amables. Se alquilan bici por el día

Necesita algunas refacciones. Se nota el paso del tiempo, aunque nada grave por el momento. Las toallas necesitarían cambio. Tener en cuenta que las mareas cambian muchísimo y después del medio día no hay agua en ese sector de la isla, por lo que tenes que ir para turtles beach si queres entrar al mar. Sería muy bueno contar con una piscina debido a eso. Para llegar del puerto se necesita si o si contratar caballos ya que son 40’ caminando

A little pricey, you might be able to find cheaper accomodation, but the place was great. Very comfortable and spacious bungalow, breakfast was perfect and you have a beautiful beach in front of you. Very friendly staff. All in all, a great stay.

Gyönyörű rendezett, pálmafás, zöld udvarral rendelkezett, a szoba ès az ágy tiszta volt, finom illatú minden. A zuhanyzò teteje nyitott volt, a pálmafák látszòdtak zuhanyzás közben, csodás volt. Mesès hely, kedves szemèlyzettel. Ha jò szállást keresel a szigeten, csak ajánlani tudom.

Lage wäre eigentlich gut, bei uns war jedoch fast den ganzen Tag Ebbe (August), weshalb man nicht schwimmen konnte und man auf die andere Seite der Insel musste. Es wurde auf Anfragen eingegangen und das Personal war nett.

Frühstück war nicht wirklich lecker. Am Mückennetz waren Blutflecken (es wurde aber auf Anfrage ersetzt). Viel zu teuer, gibt für diesen Preis sicher bessere Unterkünfte

El café del desayuno bastante mejorable. Solamente tienen leche normal. So eres intolerante a la lactosa no tienes opción.

Beautiful rooms and great staff. In particular, the bathroom was spectacular, being slightly open to the elements. The location right on the beach was amazing as well.

The breakfast was the only part that didn’t feel in keeping with the standard of the rest of the hotel. The WiFi also didn’t really reach the room. Just as a note, bring mosquito repellant because the open bathroom means there are a lot of mosquitos. A net is provided above the bed though.

Posizione e attenzione agli ospiti

Buena ubicación, personal muy atento y amable. La habitación sencilla pero con todo lo necesario, el baño muy bonito abierto en la ducha. El desayuno está bueno, pero algo corto de cantidad. Tuvimos que dejar el hotel antes de lo previsto, pero nos gustó mucho la estancia.

Der var en del lavvande i de 4 dage vi var der og svømning var meget vanskeligt fra kl 11-12 og frem.

We have stayed here before so came back as it was beautiful. Staff are fantastic. Very relaxing

The room we were in wasn't as nice as the last time. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit tired looking and very dark. No hot water.

Tolles kleines Haus in einer schönen Anlage. Frühstück direkt am Meer mit super Blick! Personal freundlich! Das Hotel liegt ruhig und hat eine fantastische Lage für den Sonnenuntergang! Fahrräder kann man direkt beim Hotel leihen und kann so die Insel erkunden. Uns hat diese ruhige Seite von gili air Jesse gefallen und wir hatten tolle Tage im Island view. Ggf fehlt der Pool aber man hat das Meer vor der Haustür mit Sonnenliegen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jedenfall weiter! Leckeres Essen und einen unbezahlbaren Blick!

Mosquito nets had holes

Perfect spot for the sunset on Gili Air. We lucked out and spent our whole evening in one of the huts by the beachfront of the bungalows. Staff was super attentive throughout and it was great to just have a chat with them as well. The rooms were beautiful and it was the comfiest bed I slept on our whole trip. Big sized rooms and shower. The comfy hammock outside was amazing for an afternoon nap as well.

Deze review kent twee compleet verschillende kanten! - Het personeel is over het algemeen geweldig. Enorm aardig en vinden het leuk om een praatje te maken met interesse. - De familiebungalow waar wij zaten was echt top. Alles zag er netjes uit. Enige minpunt zou de klamboe zijn, die misschien gewassen kan worden, maar dat zie je uiteraard wel vaker in Azië. - De locatie is natuurlijk erg mooi aan het strand en de tuin is goed onderhouden. - Bijbehorende ontbijt is genoeg keuze en smaakte bij ons goed.

Nu de mindere kant van ons verblijf: - De medewerkers van de front desk vonden wij wat minder passend. In tegenstelling tot eigenlijk alle andere hotels waar wij op Indonesië zijn geweest, begroeten ze je eigenlijk nooit bij terugkomst in het hotel. De medewerkers van het restaurant vangen dit wel met hun enthousiasme, dus misschien zijn de taken zo verdeeld. - Omdat er meer boekingen waren dan kamers beschikbaar tijdens ons verblijf, moesten wij halverwege wisselen van bungalow. Dit was vooraf niet verteld, maar we zijn flexibel, dus prima. - Echter ging het vanaf hier slechter: de nieuwe kamer zou om 12:30 klaar zijn, dus wij hadden onze oude kamer ‘s ochtends verlaten en spullen ingepakt zodat schoonmakers dat zouden verplaatsen. Vervolgens kwamen we om 13:00 terug en moesten de mensen voor ons nog uitchecken…. Uiteindelijk konden we pas om 15:00 de kamer in en hebben we dus vrijwel heel de dag zonder spullen en fatsoenlijke kamer verbleven. Een gemeend excuus bleef naar onze mening uit en zelfs tijdens het wachten was enige compensatie niet aanwezig. Dit had natuurlijk veel netter opgelost moeten worden. - De tweede bungalow waar we verblijven was eigenlijk in alles echt minder netjes. (De waterdruk was slecht, gordijnen sluiten niet goed af, badkamer ziet er vies en oud uit, bed lijkt van mindere kwaliteit en de voordeur gaat enorm lastig open en dicht). Helaas, mede door onhandige communicatie en service voor ons dus overwegend negatief. Maar het zou een stuk positiever zijn als we constant het mooiere verblijf hadden en de hulp van front desk gewoon normaal was.

De sfeer (beachvibe) en de locatie aan zee. Verder was het personeel erg vriendelijk er werd er elke ochtend een vers ontbijtje voor je gemaakt.

Je ziet overal in Indonesië dat eigenaren jaarlijks veel onderhoud moeten uitvoeren door de weersomstandigheden. Wij verbleven in een deluxe bungalow en dit was helemaal prima, ik zou de badkamers alleen weer verven zodat het er uit blijft zien zodat op de foto’s van Booking.com.

La cabaña es bonita y el entorno idílico. El personal es súper amable y nos facilito todo tipo de servicios que necesitamos. Alquiler de bicis, excursión de snorkel todo muy rápido y bien de precio. Los desayunos incluidos en el precio de la villa son fantásticos, ricos abundantes y en la misma playa, un privilegio empezar así el día. Cominos y cenamos un par de veces en el restaurante y estaba todo muy bueno y con muy buen ambiente. La puesta de sol en este lado de la isla preciosa.

El baño de nuestra villa era mejorable y había muchísimos mosquitos en él. Un poco justa para una familia. La playa de enfrente esta bien para ver la puesta de sol pero para bañarse y hacer snorkel mejor ir al lado contrario de la isla. No supone un problema porque Gili air es muy pequeña y con la bici llegas en un momento y es parte de su encanto.

We absolutely love this little place. It’s our second time staying. Lovely bungalows, with super comfy beds located in the quieter part of the Island. The staff is great, always with a smile! Special shout to Made and Juli.

We always choose to stay at Island View and the staff welcome us back like family. No need to venture out to organise bikes, scooters or activities because the staff will organise for you at the best prices on the island. Our family enjoy going for a fishing trip each year, this year our son caught a huge wahoo. We gave the majority of the fish to the locals but saved a small portion to have for dinner and Island View cooked for us on their beach bbq! Was delicious. The rooms are always exceptional, clean and the AC is cold! Sunset is right out front. Location is great, but the best part of island view is the amazing staff. Each time we ride past during the day we feel like celebrities as they all wave and sing out to us wishing us warm cheer! We love Island View and can’t wait to return soon!

Se c’è bassa marea è distante 20’ a piedi dal porto (comunque con cavalli raggiungibile in un secondo), essendo immersa nella natura e direttamente sul mare la pulizia della camera non è perfetta

Our double family room was great and it was supper nice to be on the beach, especially for sun set. Beautiful setting of coconut trees and grass out side of the bungalow. The beach front tables and gazebos had a beautiful view of the sunset and beach for your meals.

The food wasn't fantastic so we chose not to eat here much.

Le coin tranquille de l'hôtel

Wonderful team of staff, a fun friendly and helpful group of guys. Great breakfasts on the beach. Beautiful and comfortable room in a peaceful idyllic garden. Nice outdoor shower. Loved staying here!

Nothing about the property itself, but be aware that when swimming at the beach in this area there is a lot of coral underfoot.

The most beautiful garden on Gili Air for sure. Also the sunset. very comfortable beds. Friendliness of the stuff, specialy Maday who helped us with transport to Lombok airport.
