Thames Valley Khao Yai - SHA Plus

Very nice garden. Pet-friendly.

For us who brought our dogs along. The place has too many steps, not convenience for us to use the cart.

The resort was beautiful, with a charming English-inspired theme. We stayed in a family suite that comfortably accommodated three adults and one child, and it was perfect for our needs. The room was very clean and had thoughtful touches, such as a bathtub on one of the balconies. I also appreciated that they provided a separate brown towel specifically for removing makeup—a small detail that made a lot of sense. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable. As a Muslim, I had no difficulty finding suitable food to eat, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return

Nothing at all

Muy bonita decoración y jardines. Buen desayuno.

Good location good vibe beautiful architecture and landscape nice and friendly staffs good food

What an amazing and unforgettable stay! The resort is surrounded by beautiful nature and has a wonderful peaceful energy. From the moment you enter, you feel calm, relaxed, and completely disconnected from stress. There are plenty of activities for families, including complimentary bicycles, fish feeding for children, paddle activities, and pickleball. The massage was excellent, and Jane was fantastic. A very special thank you to Tip at Reception for her kindness, professionalism, and efficiency. She arranged a smooth check-in, showed us different room options, explained the resort facilities, and helped us upgrade to a larger room. Thank you also to Enjoy for always being friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Suti at breakfast provided truly exceptional service. My son was asleep and missed breakfast, and she kindly arranged for eggs to be sent to our room. Such a thoughtful gesture. The biggest thank you goes to Team. After checkout, we accidentally left belongings behind. She immediately contacted us via WhatsApp, sent photos of the items, and arranged transportation to deliver them to our next hotel. This level of care is rare and shows how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. Every member of the team was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We will definitely return and highly recommend this resort to everyone.

The location was nice, the greenery was pretty

The lizards in the villa were noisy and didn’t have a comfortable sleep

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The surroundings were scenic and properly cared for, with plenty of greenery around.

Outstanding hotel—spa, restaurant, and everything else are all of high standards. Special thanks to Mr. Boath for his prompt attention to all our requests, which helped extend my plan from 2 days to 4 days.

Please note that, The Grab and Bolt apps for food delivery have limited service options as You can’t rely on them. Which does not affect the hotel rate.

Location, view and the looks

Breakfast, GYM very bad

Good location, atmosphere, room, food and staff

This is a beautifully run property in a lovely setting. Our room was gorgeous and spacious, breakfast was great and staff helpful. Highly recommend.

Everything :) the service. The breakfast . The room .

Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage. Gut unterhalten. Sehr gut von anderen Gästen abgeschnitten was mir sehr gut gefiel. Pool Villa absolut empfehlenswert.

Fitness etwas klein und alte Geräte.

Beds are comfy. Environment is decorated beautifully.

Loud noises right outside of room early morning due to renovation work around the hotel. Sink is clogged up.

The place is absolutely beautiful. Stunning landscape, rooms are large and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and nice. Loved the breakfast!

I have nothing bad to say about the property. It's like entering a fantasy land.

It is beautiful and quiet The staff were exceptional. The foot massage may have been our best ever

Very minor ! The bathroom does not have a light over the sink making it difficult for shaving and make up. The make up mirror did not light up.

- erg duur

Elegance of the place. Customer-friendly service. Very good breakfast. Comfort and style of the room. Efficient staff.

The place is stunning and clean, the staff and the services.

View of surrounding are nice and good place to relax

Wastafel are not running well (water flow are stuck) Check out process are very long (it take time more than 30 minutes)

Love the atmosphere, gardens and streams with beautiful Koi fishes. Breakfast buffet was good too, though variety not super extensive but good in quality offering both continental and local options. Minibar fridge refreshments is complimentary and topped up daily.

Our stay at Thames Valley Khao Yai was absolutely perfect. The butler and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The gardens and grounds are simply stunning. The breakfast staff are outstanding as well as the reception staff

Nothing not to like

Really pretty property with 2 playgrounds and so perfect for families. Rooms were clean and spacious. Only tiny flaw is that the pool does not seem to be heated which is an issue as it's quite cold in December.
