Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Their on the ground were nice and friendly. They were easily contactable and made effort to make our stay comfortable.
The main contact person who operates their WhatsApp was exceptionally unfriendly. When asked about 2 hour early check-in, they just didn't want to entertain the idea. It's understandable that in many instances it may be impossible. But at least a note that they've tried and were unable to accommodate would have been nice. Instead they said we should've booked for the night before if we wanted 2 hour early check-in. Anyway, so that was super unfriendly. Also, we didn't get to check in even at the promised/advertised time of 4pm. They somehow managed to make it work by 445pm, but even then the upholstery were dirty. Overall, poor management.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026I got the Queen room and it was very nice and cozy. They have a Jacuzzi within room. So basically its a studio type. I went there to surprise my spouse and they did all the Birthday decorations very well.
The water heater wasn't working well. So we did not have the 100% quality time in the Jacuzzi. It was making us uncomfortable as the water was cold. I asked for an early check in over the phone and they were telling me yes it is okay as long as no one has occupied the room. But when I was almost ready to go there I called them and they asked me to come at 4 and then gave me the room at 5. Then they told me I can stay for a late check out at 3. But then they dropped a message to me asking me to check out at 12-1 pm. Then when i went and told then previously they told me I can stay till 3 they told me they cannot. So I told them that I got the room after an hour. Then they agreed till 2 pm. My request is please keep the words you give to the guests. Other than that everything was good and it was nice as well. Specially the atmosphere.
