Island World Panglao

Literalmente todo. Su personal, sus servicios, las habitaciones, el desayuno, la piscina, la limpieza, el wifi, la comida, el servicio de traslado a Alona Beach... Nos hubiera encantado quedarnos más días en este hotel pero nuestro viaje continuaba y debíamos cambiarnos de isla. También nos encanta que Grab funcione en Bohol por lo que los traslados a otros lugares también podíamos hacerlos con Grab aparte del hotel. Contratamos también las dos excursiones que tienen y también estuvimos muy agusto.

Nada. Este alojamiento se merece el 10.

The staff was the highlight of my stay. They were extremely helpful and made sure I had all I needed. The meal options were great as well. I had the opportunity to try out different meals as well.

整間渡假村不大(不用走太多路反而是好事)，但渡假氣氛好，員工服務熱情高，在薄荷島關於旅遊上的預訂都可以請他們協助。 房間乾淨、空間大，泳池也不算小。 總之，性價比極高。

從大馬路進到酒店(約150公尺)的道路是砂石地、不太好走，且晚上幾乎沒有燈，如果這點可以改善，該酒店就沒有缺點可挑剔。

Nos encantó el alojamiento. La piscina súper bonita y cómoda. Las personas trabajadoras siempre predispuestas a ayudarte en lo que necesites. Tienen transfer gratuita a Alona beach durante todo el día.

La habitación del hotel es muy amplia y cómoda para cuatro personas. El personal es muy amable e hicieron que nuestra estancia fuese mejor. Tienen un dispensador de agua purificada en recepción donde puedes rellenar tu botella. El desayuno, aunque no estaba incluido, es muy bueno. Hacen unas cookies que no podrás parar de comer. No está muy cerca de Alona Beach, pero disponen de un shuttle gratuito que te lleva. Las varias veces que lo utilizamos apenas tuvimos que esperar. La piscina es espaciosa y el lugar es muy tranquilo.

Realmente estuvimos muy bien.

El personal del hotel hace lo posible para solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

La calidad de las instalaciones es mejorable. Simplemente si cambiasen algunos detalles mejoraría mucho. Por ejemplo las luces de las habitaciones y jardines de la segunda piscina son luces blancas, cambiándolas a luces cálidas ganaría mucho. El paso de la zona de primera piscina a segunda piscina muestra zonas de los trabajadores que se podrían ocultar para no compartirlo con los huéspedes. El césped de los jardines podría estar un poco más cuidados. Tuvimos un problema con un grifo que se salió y tuvo que venir el personal a arreglarlo porque salía agua por todos los lados. Todo y así el hotel está bastante bien y buena correspondencia con el coste. Igual es que se conforman con huéspedes asiáticos pero con una pequeña inversión podrían estar ocupados permanentemente por huéspedes europeos.

Very friendly staff and excellent coffee. The breakfast and the food in the restaurant were absolutely outstanding! Loved every meal..

The beds are too narrow and uncomfortable, and this is definitely something that should be improved. A 160 cm bed for two people is simply too small, especially considering how uncomfortable it was. There was also a constant sewage smell in the room. Although the room itself was clean, the unpleasant smell really spoiled the overall experience. The pool is nice, but unfortunately it was not particularly clean either. The excellent food in the restaurant was what ultimately saved the experience for us.

First the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation from the Port of Jagna to this Resort and helping us with transportation when we were leaving to go to Oslob. We had two Villas beside each other by the one of the two Pools; Restaurant was good and a fair price. They offer free transportation to go to main area of Pangao

Séjour très apprécié ❤️. L’hôtel est situé dans un environnement calme et agréable, avec un beau jardin et de belles piscines. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours disponible pour répondre aux demandes. Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour rejoindre Alona Beach. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Un vrai régal aux Philippines ! Une très bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours à Bohol.

La relación calidad-precio está genial. Está muy bien ubicado y además tienen un transfer siempre disponible para llevarte a Alona Beach, lo cual es súper cómodo. Las chicas de recepción fueron muy majas y atentas. El desayuno estaba muy bien, rico y además a muy buen precio.

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el baño: es bastante sencillo, la ducha no cierra bien y tiene poca presión. Además, la bañera está en el exterior y no nos resultó especialmente cómoda ni nos dio mucha confianza. Por otro lado, parte del personal —exceptuando a las chicas de recepción, que fueron encantadoras— utilizaba a partir de las 18:00 la zona de hamacas como si fuera para el personal, haciendo ruido con el móvil y ocupando un espacio destinado a los huéspedes. Esto resulta especialmente molesto teniendo en cuenta que solo hay unas 6 hamacas disponibles, en una de las dos piscinas.

La cuisine est exceptionnelle, je me suis régalée. Les chambres sont parfaitement propres et bien agencées. La salle de bain était super grande!

we stayed here for one week and the experience was unforgettable! their staff were super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed every breakfast and late-night food here, the price was reasonable. they also provided motor bike rental which was very convenient for us during those days. wash & fold service was also available and was cheap. the room itself was okay, nothing fancy but you will get all what you need. will definitely recommend this place to people who’re visiting Panglao!

Alles! De huisjes, het zwembad, transfer naar de restaurantjes, eten, excursies en het personeel is echt fantastisch! Ze helpen met alles, super vriendelijk, spreken goed Engels. Echt fantastisch

Als ik iets zou moeten noemen, misschien meer ligbedjes. Maar is absoluut geen probleem.

It looks exactly like the photo. Our room was clean and spacious. The receptionists were all very friendly and welcoming. The service is really excellent. We tried their breakfast and food was okay. What i like is that there is an option to have it delivered to your room so you don’t need to go out anymore. Haha. Location is a bit far from the beach, but there’s a free shuttle going to Alona. You can also opt to just walk, think of it as exercise, hahaha. The only thing that I don’t like is the road going into the hotel, I hope it’s going to be paved in the future so that walking will be easier. But that’s like local government’s problem, it’s just a wish, hahaha. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

성인3인실 예약해서 방에 들어갔는데 바닥이 나무인데 나무왁스칠이 안된 생나무라 바닥이 먼지느낌 그리고 필리핀 대부분 전기 시설인 안좋은건지 이숙소만 그런건지 조명이 너무 어두워서 저녁엔 잘 안보임

Es una pasada. Son 10 bungalows bien equipados con una piscina preciosa. Además no está en el centro de la movida, pero tienen transfers que te llevan a donde quieras en Alona y te recogen, solo tienes que decírselo. El personal de 10. También puedes reservar con ellos las excursiones y/o transporte desde el aeropuerto.

Todo es excepcional. Puede que la comida no sea su punto más fuerte y además no hay posibilidad de coger la habitación con desayuno.

There is no enough lighting in the parking area, maybe because most of there guest didn’t bring there own transportation.

Me gustó todo. La amabilidad, profesionalidad y la ayuda siempre con una sonrisa sincera del personal. Un 10/10 a todos. La piscina es espectacular y el entorno permite relajarte al instante. La comida es deliciosa, muy recomendable. Recogen los cocos al momento para ofrecerte la bebida de coco. El servicio de traslladado gratuïto hacia Alona Beach funciona muy bien y se agradece.

La gentillesse du personnel, aux petits soins. La propreté, la qualité de la cuisine pour tous les repas, petit déjeuner, lunch et dîner. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Tout était très bien organisé.

Est-ce que nous avons un peu moins aimé la lumière bleue très froide dans les chambres. Nous avons préféré allumer les lampes de chevet qui diffusaient une lumière plus douce. L’endroit est aussi éloigné des endroits à visiter tels que les Chocolate Hills, la rivière Loboc, le sanctuaire des tarsiers, etc… (à 1h30 en voiture à peu près).

Todo el entorno es muy chulo! La piscina es fantastica y la zona común es muy cómoda.

The property had great facilities; great food, really helpful, accommodating and family like service, 2 great sized swimming pools, bungalows were basic but had everything you needed and the privacy of having your own house is a real bonus. Liked the outside hangers to allow your clothes to dry, and the very accommodating staff and (some free) transportation options.

The ladder going to the upstairs bed was sturdy but quite steep, so we had the kids sleep downstairs just in case they got up at night disoriented. But this was fine.

Wonderful place to stay - best we have experienced so far in the Philippines. The staff were amazing (big shout out to April) - always there to help with any questions we had, no matter how ridiculous. We even got the White Lotus treatment when we left and they all stood in a row and waved us off - lovely stuff. Definitely the best pool I've been in for a while. We hired a car and used that to drive around Bohol as the distances are large but the location is still very central and they have a free shuttle to the main area.

Nothing - we had a superb 4 day stay here.

Tout ! Un hôtel plein de charme avec une équipe accueillante et au petit soin ♥️. Les petits déjeuners sont délicieux. L’hôtel est situé entre les deux plages emblématiques de Panglao à l’abri de l’agitation de la ville. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Nous avions pris une « villa » avec deux chambres la new home. Il y a une piscine pour 4/5 villas. Nous avons réservé le scooter qui était au même prix que dans le centre et l’excursion qui était top ! Il propose aussi un service de lingerie pour 60pesos le kg avec une remise le lendemain, tarif plus élevé pour l’avoir en quelques heures.

El hotel es súper tranquilo, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones son perfectas y muy nuevas . Está a 15’ andando de Alona Beach o a 3’ en Moto. Es perfecto porque estás al lado del centro pero en una zona tranquila. La comida que tienen es muy buena y el hotel ofrece todo tipo de servicios. Muy recomendable.

Si tuviera que poner una pega, el hecho de que no permitan coger el desayuno incluido al hacer la reserva para así saber lo que te cuesta realmente y que no tengas que pagarlo ahí y que las habitaciones no estén insonorizadas, aunque es algo habitual en Filipinas

+ Rooms were nice and spacious with a large TV with applications such as YouTube, Netflix and Prime. + Breakfast was lovey and a nice selection of options. + The pool was always clean and occasionally cold! There are also sun loungers. We never had any issues getting one and quite often had the pool area to ourselves. + The staff were lovely! Everyone was extremely friendly and made our stay even more special.

- WiFi often dropped out but this wasn’t a massive issue.

It was a perfect place to stay in panglao, very close to the beach with free shuttle running from the resort, even the pool & spa facilities were amazing. Last but not the least, the staff were amazing and made sure that we had a very comfortable stay throughout our duration.

Es prácticamente todo nuevo. La piscina cambió de color por la noche y tienes opción de contratar masaje delante de la piscina.

La puerta costaba cerrarla. Y esta en un camino de tierra.

フロントスタッフがいつも笑顔で迎えてくれた。 私の片言な英語にも、嫌な顔せず根気強く対応してくれた。 前日にどこどこに行きたいと言えば、いくらで手配できるか教えてくれて、ホテルで手配できて安心感があった。しかも、料金も安かった。 ホテルのカーチャーターの運転手さん（ジョンボイ？さん）もとても感じが良くて、気持ちよく移動できた。 部屋やプールもよく掃除してくれていて、清潔だった。 ランドリーサービスも利用したが、街で見かけた料金より安かった。 朝は鳥の囀りで目が覚めて気持ちよかった。 住み着いている猫が可愛かった。

建物に隙間があって、蟻が入ってきた。 夜、近隣から音楽がガンガンなっていて少し気になった。 シャワーの水圧が弱かったが、島なのでこんなものか。

The best resort I’ve ever stayed in. All the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, making our trip to Bohol truly special. The resort is impeccably clean, and the food at the restaurant was good. I will definitely book here again whenever we return to Panglao. Staff is amazing! They arranged the pickup from airport for us. They have bikes for rent so you can easily go around the island. You can refill your water bottle in the reception area. Rooms are air-conditioned. They have hot water in the shower.

There is a weird smell in the toilet. The water pressure in the shower is not that strong.

It’s a very well presented hotel, the bungalows are really lovely and the pools are amazing (one is 25m long!). The grounds were kept immaculate and the pools were always clean. The staff are wonderful, they are really friendly and helpful. We arranged a private island tour through the hotel and the tour guide and boatman were also great! The hotel provide a really handy free shuttle service to and from Alona beach, we did also walk it which takes only 20 minutes. We ate breakfast at the hotel a few times and we really liked it. We would definitely stay here again and we will recommend to any of our friends / family who are travelling to Bohol.

Overall the hotel is amazing. Our shower wasn’t hot for one of the days (but the water is warm anyway so no problem!).
