Quarto limpo, cama confortável, piscina sempre limpa,localização ótima para fazer refeições e mercado.

La ubicación está muy bien y las personas que gestionan el hotel fueron muy amables. Las habitaciones eran cómodas, limpias y grandes. Las zonas comunes estaban muy bien y limpiaban frecuentemente la piscina.

Depende de la habitación que tengas llega mejor o peor el wifi, es cuestión de suerte.

La habitación, la piscina, la ubicacion y la hospitalidad de Kim. Finalmente ampliamos nuestra estancia a 4 noches. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El desayuno es un poco pobre (es un plato y no puedes elegir).

For 2 nights that we stay,,is a great experience...we love the place, so nice and quite,,very friendly staff.

Bel hôtel, belles chambres, belle piscine, tout est très propre, le personnel est très accueillant et très sympathique. Situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la grande rue principale , qui est bruyante. Si l'on recherche le calme, c'est un avantage d'être légèrement excentré ! Merci aux personnels de l'accueil qui ont facilité mon séjour sur place. Ricardo est conducteur touristique et propose ses services. C'est un bon conducteur, prudent, sympathique, et qui connaît bien les lieux touristiques à visiter.

Lesmorzar és una mica just. Mes fruita i llet o iogurts estarien bé.

El desayuno fatal , las instalaciones viejas y poco ciudades el grifo de la habitación no se movía solo hacia arriba corroído de la cal , la ducha no tenía presión ni agua caliente El desayuno pobre ni una tortilla . Lo regenta un europeo con lo que no cuida nada y parece que solo dinero .cuando vuelva no vendré. A este hotel

環境讓人很放鬆，距離主大街不遠，房型很寬敞，吹風機比較舊，但不影響。

提供的沐浴乳和洗髮精都不太起泡😂感覺要使用很多，不知道是否是保護環境的沐浴乳和洗髮精，原本以為菲律賓都是這樣，但後面住另一間飯店時並沒有這樣。 後面妹妹洗不習慣，去便利店買會起泡的洗髮精。

Very nice hotel 10 min walking from the center. It is very calm and quiet. The room is super nice, very clean and very fresh. The woman working in the reception is suuuuper nice and super helpful! We fully recommend staying in this hotel, was the best of our trip.

Only stayed one night but the staff went out of their way to fix a TV that wasn't working. Had a nice balcony that overlooked the pool.

La douche au débit trop faible, la salle d'eau petite et une mauvaise odeur. L'isolation n'est pas top on entend les chiens hurler.

Kim nous a super bien accueillis et elle nous a organisé nos transferts très gentiment. La chambre est spacieuse et la terrasse est bien agréable. La piscine est bien aménagée.

Emplacement très propre, à l'écart de l'agitation. À seulement 10-15mins à pieds du centre d'Alona. Nous avons être super bien reçu par Kim, Charline et Ricardo. Merci encore de votre aide, votre disponibilité et votre accueil!

The room was with little seating at the front which made it very enjoyable when kids had to nap in the day. Husband and I were able to enjoy lounging by the pool whilst kids slept. Room was very nice, bright and spacious. Really friendly and accommodating staff and were always very friendly and entertained my children too, which was nice to take a breath. Very nicely maintained premises, clean and relaxing. Highly recommend alona garden suites for families.

Not much I didn't like, main thing would have been a huge positive is to have a basic breakfast or something, however next door offers western style breakfast and there's a short walk to a cafe with smoothie bowls which were very nice. Alona beach is a decent walk especially with kids so taking a trike would be recommended. Side note: we got scammed by a eurpnet ATM which withdrew $480 worth of Indonesian rupiah. Located on the main alona beach road infront of convenience store. Local police wont even file a report as its a transaction from Indonesia (not psrt of their jurisdiction lol) (however occurred with tempered ATM in Philippines) so definitely take more precautions at Alona. also a lot of kids and mums begging on the streets.

Da Booking risulta che la colazione sia disponibile in struttura con un ulteriore pagamento, in realtà una volta arrivati ci è stato detto che questa in struttura non era disponibile ma che ci si poteva recare a partire dalle 8 am nella struttura adiacente non convenzionata (8 am orario tardivo visto l’orario di partenza delle escursioni sull’isola) L’organizzazione delle escursioni è risultata difficoltosa in quanto le informazioni venivano comunicate in modo frammentario (es. i prezzi totali cambiavano in itinere e le informazioni non risultavano sempre precise/corrette - abbiamo prenotato un’escursione sull’isola di Pamilacan con partenza nella tarda mattina con l’assicurazione di poter vedere i delfini tutto il giorno e una volta arrivati sulla barca ci è stato detto che li si poteva vedere solo la mattina molto presto). A volte si ha l’impressione che cerchino di venderti dei servizi non necessari.

The staff were polite and made an effort to assist, which was appreciated despite the overall issues experienced.

The room was not in a suitable condition for a comfortable stay, and I experienced allergy-related symptoms during my time there, likely due to the environment (air quality, cleanliness, humidity in the room). I raised this issue and attempted to find a reasonable solution, including adjusting the stay, but the situation was not adequately resolved. This made the experience quite uncomfortable and disappointing, while moving out. The lack of coordination and flexibility from both the property and the Booking.com platform was also frustrating. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in hundreds of accommodations, I rarely encounter such issues, and it was especially disappointing that the situation could not be fully resolved.

L’hôtel est propre, très bien entretenu. Le personnel est disponible et agréable. La piscine est top. Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses. L’emplacement est idéale si vous voulez être proche de tout sans être au cœur de l’agitation touristique.

Les petits déjeuners n’étaient pas disponibles.

Start with the positive. Kim is great 👍 positive and communicates from the start. She arranged the airport pickup and even came with the driver at 22.20 at night to help me. The pool is exactly as per the photo.

Unfortunately the property is not on mains cold (clean) water, which I only found out after cleaning my teeth. Also appears that the water was not fantastic, as 1hr later I was sick and ill. The room was a bit like myself, 'old, tired and in need of some TLC'. No breakfast at the hotel, so you go next door. If you want tea at the sitting area, bring the cup from the room or your own. Not my idea of a 'hotel' I left after 1 night.

Nachdem wir das Zimmer bezogen und bezahlt hatten wurde uns erzählt dass der Fernseher nicht geht wegen einem Taifun der kürzlich dort gewütet hatte. Seltsam. In der Nachbarschaft die der Taifun sicherlich nicht verschonte hat alles funktioniert. Das Internet war ei e Katastrophe. Hat teilweise nur vor der Tür funktioniert. Sind am nächsten Tag wieder ausgezogen. Hickhack mit dem Besitzer bis ich mein Geld wieder hatte

I had a good stay overall at Alona Garden Suites. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked the balcony sit-out area, which was a nice touch. Facilities were decent, and they arranged a scooter for me, which was very convenient. Pick-up and drop facilities are available but are on the expensive side—definitely worth negotiating. Check-out time is 11 a.m., which is earlier than most places. They allowed me to check out at 11:45 a.m., mentioning that it would help if I left a good review. In my experience, other properties usually extend check-out by 45 minutes to an hour without making it conditional. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but noise levels and some service aspects could be improved.

One issue in the bathroom was a broken shower handle, which I had to report to the staff. Another downside was the noise. There were many Korean guests, especially families with kids, and the noise insulation is quite poor. I was woken up around 6 a.m. due to the noise, which was frustrating.

Chambre spacieuse, literie super confortable, tour est propre, clim, mini frigo, serviettes et draps et propre, wifi. Dans les parties Communes grande piscine, fontaine à eau, possibilité de louer scoot avec eux directement. un lieu propre et calme et le personnel disponible.

The staff are so kind and the beds were comfy.

Otherwise, it was well photographed. Our room looked nothing like the photos. No refrigerator. The bathroom was shower curtain and stained tiles. The paint was pealing off the walls in our room and there was a giant bubble behind the paint where water was trapped.

Great location, quiet but walkable to downtown. Large rooms. Nice pool and grounds. Very helpful and kind staff!

A few quirks in the bathroom (shower doesn’t close, toilet cover hard to stay open, uncovered trash can in bathroom) but all around great value and place!

Toilet pressure was poor

Lovely hotel room. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of space to put your things and leave your bags. There's a kettle and mugs inside the room, and a little fridge. Hot water for showers and soft towels. Fresh water in the common area all day for free, and a coffee machine to use for a price. The location is great. So close to Alona beach you can even go by walk for 15-20 minutes. The nearest restaurant is the Viking Lodge next door; they've got great WiFi, nice selection of dishes, and their halo halo is so good!

No food service available so you need to go outside or have a food delivery for your breakfast Poor wifi connections not really stable Transportation during our stay we only book through grab. Though good thing the pricing is much more cheaper than the Tuktuk. So ir you are not techy then you need to learn how to use grab app. Pool schedule - I think it is great if the guest can have longer time to enjoy the pool since the maximum time is only at 10pm.

We loved the bed, the room size, the pool, the facilities, the manager & just about everything else.

We didn't like the fact that we couldn't stay longer.

Joma was a fantastic host, she checked in regularly to be sure everything was fine. She managed to keep everyone comfortable, safe and calm during a small typhoon.

部屋は広く快適でした。 清潔感もあり、エアコンとしっかりしているので何不自由なく過ごすことができました。 スタッフの方も優しく、私たちはノープランだった為現地ガイドを紹介してくれプライベートツアーをしてくれました。 本当に助かりました！

朝方まで欧米人が広場でパーティーをしていました。 うるさそうに私が見てたら注意する欧米人やソーリーと謝ってくる人もいましたが、もう酔っ払いすぎてるためその後もあまり落ち着くことはなかったです。 ノイズキャンセリングのイヤホンで眠ることはできました。

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole presso Alona Garden Suites. La struttura è pulita, accogliente e ben curata, con camere confortevoli e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cortese, disponibile e pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è ottima, comoda per raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni della zona. Ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo, sicuramente consigliato a chi cerca un soggiorno rilassante e senza problemi. Tornerei volentieri!

The property felt like a cozy retreat in a quiet location. The rooms were large for us. Even though we did not use, the hotel had a nice pool and the area looked nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The beach is just a15 minutes walk.

Nothing in particular. There were some ants and other pests, but this is normal in a tropical location.

Friendly staff, room was clean and smells fresh. My kids used the pool every single day for 5 days after coming back from our excursions. I rented 5 rooms, it’s good for big groups and kids. I will book again.

The accommodation is in a quiet location but still close to the lively area, which was perfect for us as we had a motorbike. The host was super friendly and very helpful with everything – she definitely deserves an extra thumbs up! The room was clean, there was a fridge, and free coffee, tea, and water were provided.

We both got dry hair because of the shower water, conditioner did the trick tho.

The resort hotel would gave been better if it is located near the main road leading to the airport.
