The Staff was excellent, very helpful and respect. They able to explain and plan our stay and guide on the local tourism spot available. The environment and eco friendly location is excellent

The varieties of breakfast would have been better, need improvement.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout our stay. Alex and his team went out of their way to help us with anything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality. Would definitely recommend!

Nicely maintained property. Hardly 250 from the beach. The location is excellent, all nearby the beaches like baga, anjuna etc within 30mins distance. The staffs are very cooperative and helpful. You can hire the scooty from the property itself. Special mention for Alex, he is a very nice person. Thank you for hosting us so nicely.

The property and the rooms was beautiful, clean , neat and tidy, well maintained at a beautiful location by the Candolim beach. Perfect Getaway ! Special thanks to the entire team starting from Alex , Janet , Samidha , Ali and everyone else who made our stay truly memorable. Don’t remember all the names but everyone in the team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Apart from the location , Alex is definitely a highlight of the place. He was extremely polite , helpful, available at all times with a smile on his face and open to help. Even Samidha for that matter was really kind and helpful . They almost never said a no for anything that we needed or asked. The Breakfast spread was really nice. Great food , great view from the breakfast area as well as the rooms. The pool was clean and well maintained. Overall this was a spectacular and memorable stay. Kudos to the entire team :) will definitely visit again someday !

The location was good. Everything was super clean. The bed was comfortabel. The shower was hot. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful although we got a overdose of attention. The pool was top. The little gate to the beach.

The price. The room was a little small. They nicely offered us a bigger room with a terrace but we had to pay more and this room was already at the top of our budget. The beds at the pool were without matras and umbrellas.

Convenient location and few mts from the beach. Found everything spick and span and the super hospitable staff is certainly praiseworthy. Delicious breakfast spread. Would definitely like to revist.

Only issue- resort Wifi, network was zero inside the room (room 109). Had big trouble for this.

Теперь по факту, будьте внимательнее по выбору номер, то что на 2 этаже с хорошем видом и вы подумайте, что туда вьедите, можете разочароваться. Полулюкс считается и на 1 этаже, они конечно одинаковые, но на 2 этаже вид круче! Не хотелось бы об этом думать, что к иностранцем относятся лучше и предпочтения в выборе номер отдают им, ну если это так- Дорогие соотечественники, но мы то знаем, что мы лучшие!!! Что касается завтрака, я бы конечно, добавил разнообразие, конечно понятно, что там в Гоа все завтра похожие. Но, опять я со своей стороны разнообразил бы меню, другими дешёвыми продуктами, но новыми блюдами! Успехов вам и процветания!!!

Great location, clean with amazing staff led by Mr Alex & nothing was too much trouble.

Everything was just what we needed, my only slight complaint was that I accidentally broke the mugs in the room & was charged for the breakage - whilst understandable the cost was excessive for what we broke.

The host/manager Mr Alex is a jem of a person, polite, helpful and always with a smile. He went extra step to help and provide comfort for our stay. he took care of all the small things. The entire staff is superb. The place is clean, near to beach the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. the breakfast was also good.

A lovely homely heritage resort, not too big, very personal located in a quiet street but very close to the buzz of Candolim. Backed onto access to the beach. Staff from the General Manager Alex to the security guard were brilliant and so accommodating. Thank you all

This was a very tranquil resort, good swimming pool ,good choice of breakfast, very good large room with a large balcony overlooking the pool and well kept gardens ,good air conditioning, a few english channels on the TV, bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean and modern. The manager Mr Alex was always around checking if everything was OK and if we required any assistance or information. The beach , bars and restaurants were only a 5 minute walk away.

On arrival we were met by the staff which was a nice touch. Alex the manager wasn’t there but came and greeted us later at the pool. The room was great, clean and a very comfortable bed. Anything that we needed wasn’t a problem. The other thing that we liked was that there was a gate that gave you access straight down to the beach. Breakfast was plenty and you had a choice of items that you could have freshly cooked to order. Ali was always there to help. It was also a nice quiet location I would recommend a stay if you visit Candolim

What a fantastic property and team of service professionals. Our room was very comfortable and the pool area was clean and well maintained. Just a short walk to the beach and the main street for restaurants etc. Alex and his team went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable, the communication before we arrived from the front office team and the service by the rest of the team was second to none. As there was no fridge in the room (not a problem) the team looked after drinks we purchased to make sure they were icy cold when needed. While Alex described the breakfast as limited I disagree, it was quite extensive and delicious, well done to the whole team, we will be back.

It was such a good experience staying here. The faculty especially Mr. Alex, he took great care of us and was always there to help out in need. Must visit place.

Liked the location - close to the beach front and restaurants however quiet in the evenings... Excellent pool - very clean. Staff very courteous and attentive. Hotel Manager Mr Alex was very helpful and obliging. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay at Resort Coqueiral was excellent.

Would have liked to stay longer

We absolutely loved this resort. Mr Alex and ALL of the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The bed was comfortable, we didn’t use the pool but had a wonderful view of it from our 1st floor balcony. The breakfast was delicious and you could order freshly cooked food such as bacon, eggs etc. Everything was wonderful and if we had the chance we would have stayed longer. The resort is also located within a short 2-3 min walk to shops, restaurants and the beach via back gate.

More parasols as the pool area is a sun trap would have been good but I always managed to get some shade so really can't fault the whole experience

The manager and his team, where all friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size very clean and comfortable, with everything you needed. Decent amount of space to put your clothes. Great bed, aircon, fridge and fan. Decor was charming colonial feel. Little things like place to dry your beach towels etc. Lovely clean pool with loungers and chairs available. So close to the restaurants and overlooking the beach. Good breakfast menu, lunch menu and tea, coffee and soft drinks also available. Property and gardens are well maintained. We would definitely stay there again and have recommended to friends.

This is a fantastic little hotel. Super clean, very comfortable rooms, nice garden and swimming pool area. Location is very quiet but only 5 mins walk to lots of nice restaurants and also backs on to the beach. Mr Alex, the manager, is very friendly and really looks after you to make sure you have a great time. Nothing is too much of a problem for him. I can really recommend staying here. By far the best hotel during our 3 weeks in India.

Everything about Resort Coquerial is excellent. Alex runs a tight ship and he and all the staff couldn't have been any more helpful. We had a room overlooking the beach area. It's a short walk to the beach and town. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was nice for a dip. Highly recommended if you are visiting Candolim.

This is a very special hotel, the rooms are excellent & super clean. The pool area too clean & well maintained. The staff are all friendly & helpful . Breakfast was excellent. Alex the manger was very helpful & very attentive to his guests. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Leaving but we will be back

Super place, most friendly host, Mr Alex, who is taking care of everything. Very calm, clean and nicely located with only a short stroll to the beach. Great breakfast and very caring staff.

My stay at Resort Coqueiral exceeded my expectations - it is a tranquil oasis! Everything is spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble. Alex the manager ensures that everything runs smoothly and that you are well looked after. The hotel has direct access to the beach which is superb. As a lone female traveller I felt completely safe staying here and would definitely return. My room was beautiful with a simple 4 poster bed and dark wood furniture which overlooked the pool - I could watch the sun set over the sea from my little balcony. I didn't have a fridge in my room but the staff were more than happy to keep my wine in the hotel fridge for me. There is a good choice of food & drink available at breakfast and some dishes are cooked to order such as scrambled or poached eggs. Snacks are available to order during the day.

I could hear loud music at night from a nearby bar/club on a couple of occasions which is unfortunate but the hotel is not to blame for this.

Everything ......!!!! Right from the ambience to the well behaved and very attentive staff. Also they have direct access to the beach and the cherry on the cake is Mr. Alex who is taken care of everything you just needed.

The room was nice and delicate. Alex and his team gave us a very warm and welcoming feeling. They are taking the extra step and are very helpful.

First shout our to Mr. Dsouza for being the best host who showed us a lot of kindness in helping us get the best stay here. The room was cosy and super clean. Had a lovely big comfy bed. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and had direct access to the beach. Good sumptuous hot breakfast every morning. They even organised a taxi to take us to the airport while going back. Just had the best stay here ,deserves a lot of stars.

It is always a joy to stay at this property. The location is fabulous, delicious breakfast, and rooms comfortable with much attention to detail. The best part is the attentive and thoughtful service. Hat tip to Alex, who makes sure everything is running smoothly and restaurant staff Ali, who is a gem. Looking forward to our next stay here already.

Great location, great people, great food, fantastic staff, great country I would 100% stay there again

Odd smell from bathroom drain but informed them on last day. Soaps and shampoo not very good and not sufficient for 2 people so we bought our own from Newtons but didn't mind.

Mr. Alex is a courteous person who welcomed us, but that was end of the good part. From thereon started the rude behaviour of all other staff. Any service request was looked upon as additional task and delayed forever. Ali is worst of all.

We asked about bathtub, refrigerator etc which was in pictures but was missing in room. They told us they would offer the room with those facilities to us if we agreed to cancel the Booking.com booking and check-in directly so that they wont have to pay to Booking.com, which was ridiculous and plain cheating in my view. Their breakfast time starts at 8.30 am which is way too late and this isn't mentioned anywhere in booking website. There is no service at all, not even tea before that and they are pretty rude about it. Also, on one day breakfast got over by 9.15, and Ali simply told my friend that breakfast is over - no concern for guest, no apologies, plain rude statement that it is over. When we insisted to talk to Alex, he came and ordered some breakfast from outside. This was the worst stay I have ever had on a vacation.

It's a great place to stay in candolim, The beach is very close to the property walking distance of 5 minutes only. Breakfast was good as well. The owner of the property Mr Alex is a very nice person, he called me to know my arrival time and even called me after I landed at the airport so my room was ready by the time I reached the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort coqueiral.

The place was very nice, clean and neat. The staff is very helpful , polite and very good. The best part is it was very close to the beach - walking distance. Very well maintained property.
