Pleasant and extremely helpful stuff. Everything was clean. A lot of entertainment in the pool area. Very spacious pools with always available sun-beds. Clean private beach. Nice rooms with all needed facilities, great air conditioning.

There is no iron in the room, you are asked to send the clothes to a laundry room. We had an early check out and asked for an early breakfast, we got a very small variety of food (a bowl of yogurt and cornflakes, sponge cake, 2 pieces of ham and cheese and bread) without any vegetables, eggs or drinks except black coffee.

The hotel is beautiful, with the rooms being spacious, clean and stylishly fitted. The AC has been working splendidly and the room contained plenty of space to keep all clothes comfortably. The food was tasty and had plenty of choice for dinner. Breakfast was good, but mostly repetitive selection of choice. Both the main pool and the beach were great and we enjoyed our time spent there.

The staff at the reception could do better job overall. The attitude was not very professional and they have failed at articulating that parking is not allowed everywhere around the hotel (the weird rule where public parking is allowed on alternating parts of the road on odd and even months). When we inquired why they did not make it clear at the check-in, they repetitively said it was our responsibility to notice a "warning" poster hanging behind the reservation desk (which we did not approach as we did not make additional reservations) and made us feel stupid about it. Overall, not the service level of a 5-star hotel experience one would expect.

The restaurants looked pretty but were almost empty in the evenings (mid/late August) which made us not go there unfortunately. There was a power station right outside our patio that was very noisy so sitting outside was not a relaxed sea viewing experience

To już mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Zdecydowaliśmy się na pokój z dostępem do wspólnego basenu z widokiem na morze i był to świetny wybór. W hotelu są też 2 duże ogólnodostępne baseny oraz plaża. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest hotelowa aplikacja, można zamawiać napoje i jedzenie bezpośrednio z leżaka. Hotel oferuje również zajęcia jogi i pilatesu, bardzo żałuję że nie mogłam z nich skorzystać z powodu kontuzji. Mieliśmy wykupiony pakiet all inclusive, który obejmował śniadanie, lunch i kolację oraz szeroki wybór napojów i przekąsek. All inclusive obejmuje również w pełni wyposażony mini bar. Za dopłatą można skorzystać z późnego wymeldowania.

We booked the Port Royal Hotel at the very last minute, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and put the guests wishes as their top priority , the spa area is great, and the dinners were amazing. Great beachfront point

We stayed in a room with a jacuzzi, as it was the only sea-view option available at the time. I personally wouldn’t recommend it, as I don’t think it was worth the price. If you have the option to book a room with a private pool and sea view, I think it would offer much better value for money and be more convenient. We also chose the all-inclusive option, which seemed unnecessary at this hotel. The lunch buffet had quite a limited selection, and although you have access to three à la carte restaurants, only around 30% of the menu is included, so the choice is quite limited unless you’re willing to pay extra. I think choosing the breakfast + dinner option would be a much better and more sensible choice.

We stayed at SENTIDO Port Royal Villas & Spa for 10 days this August, and our experience was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The entire territory is surrounded by greenery, palm trees, and flowers, which creates such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Everything feels elegant, calm, and thoughtfully designed. But what truly makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly kind, polite, warm, and attentive. The service was exceptional throughout our entire stay, everything feels effortless here. You simply arrive, relax, and enjoy your holiday while the team takes care of the rest. A huge thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We stayed in a sea-view bungalow, and it was absolutely worth it. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking. Our room was spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed, and freshly renovated. The pool area is another highlight, beautiful, peaceful, and never felt chaotic or overcrowded. We especially loved the evenings with live music. There was an amazing band performing twice a week, which created such a lovely atmosphere. We chose half board, and the food exceeded our expectations. The main restaurant was genuinely delicious, with a different dinner theme every evening of the week, so there was always something new to try. The variety and quality were excellent — come hungry, because the dinners are seriously good! The hotel’s two other restaurants are also fantastic and definitely worth visiting. Another thing we really appreciated is how modern and convenient everything is. The hotel operates through its own app, where you can book restaurants and services or request almost anything you need. It works very well and makes the whole experience incredibly easy and comfortable.

Design and landscaping were beautiful. Very comfortable any place you go. Close to the beach. The staff was friendly and the food was good.

The entertainment during the evening was not so good. They could have more activities like a quiz night or karaoke night for example.

Una bellissima struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio, dove il servizio impeccabile e la straordinaria gentilezza del personale fanno davvero la differenza. Tutti sono sempre disponibili, attenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e soprattutto estremamente rilassante. Un luogo ideale per staccare completamente e godersi una vacanza in totale tranquillità. Sicuramente ritorneremo!

Overall, we had a great stay at Port Royal Villas & Spa and really enjoyed our holiday. The hotel facilities are beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. The location within Kolympia is also excellent. While Kolympia is a little farther from larger towns like Rhodes and Lindos, it offers a much quieter and more relaxing atmosphere, while still having a good selection of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, very clean, and featured a lovely balcony with a pleasant sea view. Although part of the view was blocked by a tree (we’ve had better sea views elsewhere), it was still enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. We only booked the Bed & Breakfast package, so we didn’t try any of the lunch or dinner buffet (only the a la carte restaurants). However, everything we did order was of good quality, and the prices were fair. The staff throughout the hotel were generally friendly and welcoming. As with any hotel, some employees naturally stood out more than others. A special mention goes to Aris, who worked at the Amira Restaurant (which becomes La Pasteria in the evening). He is an exceptional waiter - always smiling, genuinely friendly, and ready with a joke. He made us feel welcome every single day and is a real asset to the hotel. We’d also like to praise the team at the Kallithea Pool Bar, who were consistently warm, attentive, and provided excellent service.

Our biggest disappointment was the hotel’s minibar policy. While we completely understand that guests shouldn’t remove or replace minibar items, we found it unreasonable that the fridge may not be used for personal drinks - not even bottled water. On our first day, we placed two unopened water bottles in the minibar without removing any hotel items. When we returned, the bottles had been removed and a note referencing the minibar policy had been left in the room. We then asked at reception how guests were expected to keep enough cold drinking water available, especially since tap water is not recommended for drinking. Unfortunately, the receptionist showed little interest in addressing our concern and simply replied, “That is our policy.” There was no attempt to offer an alternative or show any understanding of the situation, which we found disappointing. We understand that the hotel wants guests to purchase drinks from the minibar or through room service. However, considering room service took over 30 minutes when we used it, we believe guests should at least be allowed to keep their own bottled water in the fridge. For us, this policy - and the way our concern was handled - was the only real downside of an otherwise excellent stay.

המלון מרהיב ביופיו , לקחנו חדר עם נוף לים שהיה פשוט עוצר נשימה. הספא גדול עם מגוון רחב של טיפולים ובריכה מחוממת. החדר יחסית גדול וגם המקלחון. הצוות מושלם עזרו בהכל והיו נחמדים .

בחדר אין מכונת קפה והאוכל לא היה מגוון כפי שהציגו אותו לא היה מבחר סלטים טריים גדולים לא היה ירקות יפים יותר מידי להרכבה עצמית. לא היה פירות חתוכים בכלל רק קפואים שהכינו מהם שייק . במסעדות במלון האוכל היה בסדר אבל צריך בעל מקצוע ברמה קולינרית גבוה .

We've been coming to Port Royal for three years now, and we keep coming back for a reason. The beach is beautiful, very easy to reach, and the sunbeds are honestly the most comfortable we've ever used. The pool areas are really relaxing, the staff are all so friendly, and this year the renovated dining area looked much nicer. The food was also noticeably better than last year, and the drinks are always great quality. A special thank you to Romeo at the beach, who has such great energy. Every morning he welcomes everyone with a smile and immediately puts you in a good mood. Also to Maria at the pool bar, who really looked after us throughout our stay. She always remembered our drinks and orders, and made us feel cared for. The dining room staff were just as lovely. They greeted us with a smile every day, remembered our preferences, and always made us feel welcome.

I do agree with some of the other reviews that they can be a bit stingy with what's included. The all-inclusive isn't quite as all-inclusive as you might expect, and this year they even removed the iron from the rooms, to encourage more use of the laundry service. That said, none of that really takes away from how much we enjoy staying here. If that's how they keep the hotel profitable while maintaining the quality of the overall experience, I can live with it. We're already looking forward to coming back next year. On a separate note, the evening entertainment is quite limited and is probably the biggest area where the hotel could improve.

L’hôtel est très beau, avec un design moderne et soigné. Les installations et piscines sont agréables. Notre chambre était design, confortable, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La nourriture du restaurant italien était également très bonne.

Des escroqueries multiples, ce qui a fortement impacté la qualité de notre séjour du début à la fin. Inadmissible pour un hôtel 5 étoiles aux tarifs élevés. L’hôtel demande de payer 20€ par jour pour avoir le droit de s’assoir sur les transats au bord de la piscine et jusqu’à 50 € sur la plage. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, cette pratique est inadmissible et illègale : l’accès aux transats devrait être inclu dans le séjour, comme dans tous les hôtels du monde. Ils sont volontairement très peu nombreux autour de la piscine et impossibles à obtenir sans payer des frais de réservation quotidiens. Il n’y a aucun espace ombragé autour des piscines, et déplacer les parasols est intedit. La musique est beaucoup trop forte pour pouvoir se détendre. Si vous avez pris la demie-pension, mais que vous arrivez avec un vol du soir, rien de vous sera servi après 21h30, et vous ne récupérez pas votre crédit de 80€. Nous avons du en parler au Directeur des opérations pour avoir justice, le personnel à l’accueil étant extrêmement condescendant et méprisant. Le service du restaurant de la piscine est assez lent le midi. Les burgers et clubs sandwichs sont systématiquement calcinés, malgré nos demandes, et les serveurs, qui ne disent jamais bonjour, n’en ont rien à faire. Impossible de capter leur attention pour passer commande. Les verres ne sont que très rarement ramassés au bord des piscines, de même que les plateaux repas, ce qui fait que les corbeaux viennent se servir sur les transats et trempent la nourriture dans les piscines. Encore une fois, le staff ne fait rien. Enfin, certaines pratiques au restaurant sont déplorables. Malgré notre formule demi-pension clairement précisée, on nous a remis plusieurs fois la carte des boissons « all inclusive », avec des tarifs différents de ceux qui étaient applicables (20€ ou plus de différence). Cela est fait pour induire les clients en erreur sur le prix réel des consommations.

אין חניה לאורחים. האוכל טעים,אם כי חוזר על עצמו ערב אחרי ערב. המיקום מרוחק ממרכז הפעילויות והקניות. בעת הציק אווט, עמידה קפדנית / מוגזמת, על כל דקה,וחיוב כספי עבור כל שעה מעבר לשעת העזיבה הקבועה (11). ראוי היה להעניק לאורח ששילם מאות יורו עבור כל יום שהייה ( והמחירים ללילה אינם זולים בכלל) קצת גמישות אפילו של שעה למשל,ולא לרוץ לחיוב כספי, גם אם רק 17 יורו לכל שעה. ועוד הערה..לגבי המיני בר- קרה והוצאתי חלק מהבקבוקים של המלון , והכנסתי בקבוק מים ובירה שקניתי בחנות. חזרתי לחדר וראיתי שהוציאי לי את הדברים שלי, והחזירו את הבקבוקים של המלון. מוזר, גם המקרר, אשר בקושי עובד, מיועד רק למוצרים שלהם וחל איסור להשתמש בו למוצר פרטי אחר. חבל שכך נהגו.

Was man definitiv positiv hervorheben muss, ist das Personal! Alle waren extrem freundlich ☺️ Allgemein war alles super entspannt und die Liegen an den Pools und am Strand hatten viel Platz drumherum, sodass man sich nie von anderen Gästen gestört gefühlt hat. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Für uns persönlich waren die musikalischen Parts sehr negativ. Sowohl die Hintergrund Musik beim Frühstück als auch die Musik am Hauptpool waren nur schrecklich. Beim zweiten Pool lief zum Glück gar keine Musik ☺️

A wonderful stay in a swim up room on the all inclusive option. Amazing, friendly and customer focused staff. Exceptional food. Plenty of options to choose from on all inclusive, there is always something nice to enjoy. We had breakfast in the main restaurant and usually had lunch and dinner in the A La Carte restaurants. Never had to reserve tables and staff always let us sit wherever we want which we appreciated as we could always have a nice private table (though the restaurants are set up so that tables aren’t too close to each other anyway so never seemed like we were sat too close to other people). Stunning room with swim up pool and view of the beach. We even had a surprise bubbles and cake for my birthday, the hotel obviously made a note of my birthday when they checked my passport, such a lovely gesture. Amazing Pina Coladas at the Amira Bar we had every day (the attentive staff always knew when we came back there every evening - ‘pina coladas?’ they would ask). We will definitely come back!! Thank you for making the holiday special.

One suggestion for improvement is if the app could show everything we have added as an extra payment throughout our stay, to make settling the bill at the end easier to check. We were in a rush to check out and didn’t realise until too late that there was an extra random charge for a sun bed we never asked for, but I am sure the reception would have removed it if we told them (and they did ask us to check over the final bill to make sure it was correct, so it was our fault for rushing to check it). Next time we will just have to track everything so we can easily check it’s correct at the end, but as I said it would be super if there is already an option to track on the app. That’s the only thing for improvement I could think of as everything else was exceptional!!

Amazing all-inclusive hotel experience. The outdoor pool areas are lovely, as was the room we stayed in. I had read negative reviews about the food, and using the app to order drinks, however we found the food was fantastic in both the buffet restaurant, and the a la carte restaurants - I honestly do not know why people could have complained. The beach is nice, a lot of pebbles, but it's a beach! The music played in the pool area was good, not too loud, nice chilled mix. Every single member of staff we met was happy, polite and very helpful. Special praise for Vasilis behind the main bar, he really made our evenings enjoyable and makes perfect cocktails!!

Was zuallererst auffällt: Das Hotel ist wunderschön und idyllisch gestaltet! Durch die tolle Architektur fühlt man sich fast wie auf einer eigenen kleinen Insel. ​Die Poolbereiche sind sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm warm. Meerzugang war auch top. ​Das Essen war ein absolutes Highlight. Das Frühstück bot eine riesige Auswahl von frisch zubereiteten Omeletts bis hin zu englischem Frühstück und süßen Nachspeisen. Auch das Abendbuffet war hervorragend: Jeden Abend gab es ein anderes kulinarisches Thema mit den passenden Spezialitäten – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Der Spa-Bereich war ganz okay: Es gibt Gym, Sauna und einen Innenpool, kann alles gratis benutzt werden.

Was uns am meisten gestört hat: Leider wirkte das Personal teilweise sehr unmotiviert. Besonders am Abreisetag in einer absolut enttäuschenden Service-Erfahrung beim Checkout bestätigte sich der Eindruck leider. ​Beim Check-in wurde uns explizit gesagt, dass die linke Straßenseite zum Hotel gehöre und wir dort parken dürften (einen eigenen Hotelparkplatz gibt es offenbar nicht). Am letzten Tag hatten wir prompt einen Strafzettel an der Scheibe. Als wir die Dame beim Checkout höflich darauf ansprachen und fragten, ob hier ein Fehler vorliege, reagierte sie völlig verständnislos und herablassend. ​Auf unseren Hinweis, dass uns das vom Hotelpersonal so gesagt wurde und man Gäste vor solchen Parkfallen direkt vor der Tür warnen sollte, gab es keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Sie meinte nur, das wundere sie nicht, wir hätten gegen ein „europäisches Gesetz“ verstoßen – erklären konnte oder wollte sie es aber nicht. Da der Strafzettel komplett auf Griechisch war, baten wir um Hilfe. Anstatt uns zu unterstützen, wurden wir mit einem knappen „Damit müssen Sie zu Ihrem Autovermieter“ abgewiesen. ​(Per Google Translate fanden wir schließlich selbst heraus: Es handelt sich um eine griechische Regelung, nach der man in geraden/ungeraden Monaten nur auf einer bestimmten Straßenseite parken darf. Wir konnten das Ticket dann glücklicherweise selbstständig bei der Post bezahlen). ​Wir sind wirklich keine komplizierten Gäste (zumindest laut eigener Einschätzung :D ), aber vor allem die letzte Erfahrung und dass wir beim Checkout nicht einmal ein kurzes „Hat alles gepasst?“ oder „Gute Heimreise“ kam.. da fühlt man sich dann schon eher komisch. Das Einzige, was uns sonst noch etwas störte, war der Teppich im Zimmer: Waren irgendwelche Kokosfasern(?) Sah nett aus, aber hat sehr stark "gehaart" und diese kleinen braunen Härchen haben sich teilweise dann in den Socken verhakt.

Excellent hotel — highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff was kind, professional, and very service-oriented, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. The room was comfortable, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The private infinity pool next to the room was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience feel special and luxurious. Considering the level of service, cleanliness, facilities, and room quality — the value for money was excellent. We would definitely be happy to come back again.

The only thing to consider is that the hotel is a bit far from Rhodes Town and the main nightlife areas, so having a car or using taxis is recommended. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Mega aufmerksames Personal. Immer freundlich, sehr schnell im Service - top. Hotelpool war Gold wert, auch der Strand. Bequeme Liegen, vorzügliche Poolbar und die Restaurants im Hotelgelände wussten wirklich auch zu überzeugen.

Leider schaffen es auch hier einige Gäste, bereits morgens um 07:00 Uhr mit ihren Handtüchern zu den Sonnenliegen zu rennen. Ich würde dies als Hotel unterbinden. Positiv aber: Du kannst für 20.- eine Sonnenliege reservieren und stressfrei aufstehen.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub im Sentido Port Royal und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist uns, dass wir persönliche Beziehungen zum Personal aufbauen konnten – dadurch war die Betreuung überall exzellent. Danke an Michali, Maria und die junge Michaliza von der Poolbar und Lifeguard Grigori vom Pool. Danke an Romeo, der den Strand wie seineigenes Wohnzimmer behandelt und uns jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abgelesen hat. Und extra danke für Maria die uns jeden Tag Handtücher gegeben hat - ohne ihre Hilfe wäre unser Urlaub nicht so wundervoll gewesen. Man hat sich nicht nur wie ein Gast unter vielen gefühlt, sondern wurde von Tag zu Tag persönlicher umsorgt. Auch abends im Restaurant hat das Personal alle Wünsche ohne Ausnahme erfüllt und dafür gesorgt, dass jeder unserer Abende exzellent war. Danke an den Chefkoch Nikos und sein Team für die wundervollen kulinarischen Erlebnisse. Danke an die charmante Giota für die Vorbereitung der besonderen Abende. Besonderes Dankeschön und Empfehlung für die Friseurin mit Spitzname Barbie - sie war einfach Klasse. Ein Urlaub, der vor allem durch die Menschen vor Ort so besonders wurde. Klare 5 Sterne – vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Nicht wirklich Mängel aber die Teppich in einem Raum war sehr unpraktisch. Die Sauna war in desolaten Zustand und könnte Auffrischung gebrauchen.

Everything. Especially the quiet and calmness. The beach was amazing.

Room charging. Someone apparently tried to somehow charge things to our room (it was probably just a mistake but it can happen). We checked the reciepts and saw some signatures weren’t ours. The people at the reception were competent so they understood and fixed the issue. But it is good to keep in mind and be careful not to use room charge. Just pay things as you order them or keep really good track of what you charge to the room.

מהרגע שנכנסנו קיבלו אותנו במאור פנים , שודרגנו לסויטה מהממת ובמשך כל השהיה , כל איש צוות שנתקלנו בו היה אדיב , לבבי ובמיוחד ברצוננו לציין את אולימפיה מחדר האוכל שבישלה עבור אישתי (רגישות לגלוטן ועוד) , יצאה מגידרה שארוחותיה תהיינה מגוונות וטעימות מאוד . החופשה השאירה טעם של עוד , נחזור בהזדמנות קרובה שתהיה .

the pool Amazing, welcome drink and round of the hotel with golf car, next tò the beach. Breakfast excellent, I never see all those breakfast options all together. Amazing experience tò Remember.

amazing stuff, excellent food (breakfast, Lunch and Dinner), My room was with shared pool and front beach view which was unreal. many activites around, great bars and lots of dinning options. I requested few special things (my wife's BD) and they were happy to comply (even suprised my wife with Happy BD song at the Lobster Dinner night (and a great cake as well!!!!)

Housekeeping was a bit disapointing, firstly, they tried to enter the room twice even when we had "do not enter" sign on (2 days in a raw that they tried!!!!) and the mini bar wasn't refilled (as it should have), shower jel was missing. that's about it

Wir waren das 3.Jahr in Folge in dem Hotel und der Eigentümer überrascht jedes Jahr mit Neuerungen. Das Frühstück ist spektakulär, es ist alles da was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist super nett und ich wüßte nicht was man noch hinzufügen könnte.

Leider ist das Reinigungspersonal ausgetauscht worden, d.h. es ist zwar sauber aber es könnte besser sein.

Very nice breakfast and the paddle was a huge bonus! Staff was friendly and took our feedback into consideration. I really enjoyed the heated swimming pool which was very beautiful at night.

The fridge in the room is not an actual fridge - you can’t consume anything from the mini bar as its all room temperature. Feels a bit damp in the rooms due to the design of the shower. Lobby could use a rennovation as when you enter it doesn’t rwally fit the rest of the hotel.

We had a great stay. The room was amazing very spacious with a beautiful view. The location was perfect, close to the pool and restaurant, which made everything very convenient. We really enjoyed our time there and would gladly come back.

Heerlijk ontbijt en een prachtige accomodatie. De kamer, de restaurants, de zwembaden en het strand zijn allemaal van de hoogste kwaliteit en super sfeervol.

Zolang je in het resort bent, is alles fantastisch. Verwacht niet te veel van Kolymbia. Niets mis mee, maar ook niet heel bijzonder.

Fantastic hotel for a relaxing break. Staff were excellent especially Mike and crew working in the pool side bar. Nothing was too much trouble, Mike even made me a manhatten even though it wasn't on the menu. Swim up rooms with a sea view were great and the sun beds on the beach are a great idea. I'd highly recommend the port royal, a true 5 star hotel.

The only thing I thought could have been better was the lack of a proper car park.

Super uitgebreid ontbijt. Hotel ook zeer goed. Directe omgeving weinig wandel mogelijkheden of vertier. Maar met de auto is Rohdos erg mooi.

Muziek te luid in gebouw. Aanwijzingsborden kunnen beter.

Wunderschöne, grosszügige Hotelanlage mit gepflegten Wegen und Pflanzen, sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Essen ausgezeichnet, mehrere Restaurants und Poolbars, gepflegter Fitnessraum und eleganter Spa-Bereich, Tennisplatz, Padelplatz, Tischtennistisch. Sehr schöner, ruhiger privater Strand, 2 grosse, saubere Pools draussen plus 1 Indoorpool, komfortable Liegen sowohl an Pools und Strand. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass das Hotel "adults only" war und somit ohne Herumgerenne und Geschrei an Pool und beim Essen. Bushaltestelle für Bus Richtung Rhodos Stadt, Lindos oder Sieben Quellen direkt vor dem Hotel.

Bei Halbpension hätte Wasser zum Abendessen kostenlos ausgeschenkt werden können, sonst war aber alles tip-top.

Les piscines chauffées en Avril. Le sauna du spa inclus. Les matelas et parasols de plage inclus. Le surclassement dans une chambre top avec balcon piscine semi privée vue sur mer. Les beaux rochers a proximité de l'hôtel. Les petits restos à cinq minutes a pied.

Le système informatique qui semble ralentir les employés au checkin ou lors des changements. Le prix mais sans regrets compte tenu de la chambre exceptionnelle.

Il gelato, da migliorare, non a livello del resto del cibo (inoltre. offrire i choco drops invece dei biscotti sbriciolati) Il fatto che anche con poco vento non era possibile aprire gli ombrelloni Poca vigilanza si chi occupa le sdraio in piscina per poi non essere presente per oltre mezz’ora Mare bello ma spiaggia con molto sassi, si consigliano scarpe adeguate Il bagno non e separato dalla camera, e il lavandino si trova in camera

Das Personal - ob an der Reception (bis auf einen Receptionist, der sehr arrogant war), in den Restaurants, Barbereich oder Pool/Meer, war überragend - vor allem Valentina und das SPA-Team! Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Mitarbeiter bis auf die eine Ausnahme, wirklich toll! Toll war auch die App für die Liegen am Meer, es wurde alles bereitgelegt und auch der Strandzugang war perfekt, ein echt cooler Servide. Die Fitnessanlage wie Yoga, Tennis ist auch sehr gut und wir haben es gerne genutzt. Das Buffet und das Essen allgemein war prima, es hat an nichts gefehlt und das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wir werden dieses Hotel gerne wieder besuchen, aber darauf achten, dass wir nicht in der Nähe des Kinderhotels nebendran sind.

Die Zimmer sind hellhörig und vor allem ist im benachbarten Hotel eine Kinderanimation. Da war es am Abend sehr laut und obwohl es ein "Adults only" ist, hatte man das Gefühl, das Kindergeschrei und die Kindermusik ist im eigenen Zimmer. Es wurde auch nicht sehr gründlich geputzt aber es war okay.

Vielseitiges hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet. Wunderschöne Hotel- und Poolanlage. Bequeme Liegestühle auch bei späterem Eintreffen vorhanden. Viel Platz zwischen den Liegestühlen. Sehr freundliches und aufgestelltes Personal.

Everything was clean. Whole staff was very kind and helpful. Food and drink was delicious. Love it! Room was very modern.

Beğenmedim demek istemem ama özellikle housekeeping çalışanlarının ingilizce bilmemesi basit bir vanity kiti anlatmakta zorlanmak bir pamuk bulamamak 3 kere kadının gelip gitmesi ve anlamaması biraz can sıkıcıydı bunun gibi bir kaç ufak aksaklık daha oldu ama overall ı asla etkilemez yine gelirim ama işletme buna dikkat etse çok daha iyi olabilir

Personnel très sympathique et disponible du début à la fin. Chambre très propre et conforme à nos attentes . Qualité des buffets et grands variété . Ambiance calme et feutrée comme on le souhaitait .

Toujours des difficultés à trouver une place libre au soleil à la piscine, sièges occupés par serviettes sans personne
