Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, very clean and well maintained, with a lovely ambience. The staff were exceptionally courteous, friendly and welcoming. Athul was very thoughtful at check-in and arranged a quieter room for us when he realised the original room might be affected by noise from a family staying next door. As this was our wedding anniversary, we really appreciated that consideration.
I also had a wonderful massage at Ayursugam Spa with Aswathy, who was excellent. It was incredibly relaxing and professionally done. The boating and kayaking staff were very helpful and friendly, and the chef was also extremely courteous and welcoming. The food was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Warm hospitality and location. Fabulous variety of the food and the quality and taste was outstanding. Russel the bartender. Great mixologist. Even if he did not have all the ingredients of a cocktail, he would somehow create his own version that was same if not better in taste.
The pedal boat and kayaking were underwhelming. You really can only go around the small pond. The pool is too small for the size of the property. 4 guests and it felt full. Noise from the external fans of the A/C were rather loud.

Front desk staff makes disappointed many-time We have booked 3 rooms. Also requested for extra bed in 3 rooms. 6 adults 2 kids 3 year 1 zero 1 boy 9 yrs 1 boy 16 yrs. booking.com never mentioned 9 yrs 16 yrs are chargeable. Property provided 1 beds and charges 3500 for it. We checked in 12 midnight due to heavy rain and traffic jam. We requested for a late check out at least upto 1.00pm. They refused although it is off season and the property was empty at the time. From 11 am the front desk staffs are keep calling and irritating to speed up the check out faster without giving a consideration that we have one infant with us needs special care.No privilege for Genius3

All staff were very welcoming and friendly. But the way we were treated for checkout by the reception staff (🤔) was very rude and spoiled the mood.

The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Breakfast and Dinner was excellent with variety of dishes.

Is this a nice hotel? Yes. Is it a 5 star hotel as advertised? No. The walls were incredibly thin in our room, to the point where the guest next door was snoring so loudly that it felt like they were in the same room as us. Many families with young children here, often dominating the pool facilities and the areas - would not necessarily recommend for a romantic getaway. Food options can be limited for allergies/dietary requirements and we had extremely slow service at dinner.

Reviewed Apr 15, 2026Brilliant 5 Star Hotel with lovely kind and helpful staff all around the hotel. Restaurant staff were one of the best I've experienced. A large selection of food choice for all meals. Location not much for touring around but a brilliant hotel if you want to enjoy it's 5star stay. Room staff very well trained. All staff just cannot stop smiling and offering help of any kind. I'm very glad that I chose this hotel for my stay on Kerala.

Very well run, staff super friendly & food excellent with cookery demonstrations and yoga complimentary if you choose. High tea late afternoon by the lake followed by a sunset cruise also included...lovely extra touches. Bar serves alcoholic cocktails aswell as mocktails, wine, cold Kingfisher lager...and for further relaxation, don't miss out on one of the many spa treatments available. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Maybe the daily boat ride, was very slow and in the end stayed very close to the hotel. Was mostly used for photos of all guests.

Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Beautiful property on a huge backwater lake with a pond in front of it. Everything was well landscaped and the rooms clean and really well appointed. Staff was very attentive and the food delicious with so many choices.
Hot water runs out if longer than 10 minute shower because individual hot water tanks. But warms up after 15 mins.

At der kunne spilles bordtennis var et stort uventet plus. Man kunne nyde solnedgangen og der var mulighed for gåtur på kanalerne. Dejlig restaurant både til morgen og aften. Og tak for at lade os spise a la carte🥰
