The resort has beautiful scenery and a wonderful natural environment. The snorkeling experience was excellent, with clear water and amazing marine life. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Absolutely loved our stay — a true paradise on Earth! The island is stunning, with crystal-clear water and an incredible house reef full of colorful fish, turtles, and sharks. Snorkeling here was an unforgettable experience. A special thank you to the entire team — everyone was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, making our stay even more special. The villas are beautiful, comfortable, and very private — at times, it feels like you have the whole island to yourself. The food was very good, with plenty of variety. We also loved seeing the flying foxes around the island — such a unique and beautiful part of the experience. The dolphin excursion was another highlight — we were lucky to encounter a huge pod of dolphins, which was absolutely magical. Beautiful nature, incredible marine life, wonderful people, and unforgettable memories. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We liked everything there. Most important for me, all workers are very friendly and always smiling. I felt like a FAMILY. Second, location is premium, food is excellent, and activities are so good and plenty. Suitable for families, couples, and friends groups. We had two bookings: first beach villa then water villa. Activities we did: glass boat trip, dolphin trip, banana boat trip, kayaking, playing games, swing in the water near Hali bar, observing the sunset from Hali bar, pizzeria, Battuta restaurant is the best 😋 food is delicious and the team there is excellent. Coconut 🥥 drink. The manager is everywhere and smiles and speaks to people. The chefs Mr. Idris and Mr. Amr (Egyptian chef) were so friendly and caring. They ensured middle eastern food is available for us and the other two families from the MENA region. Receptionist is helpful, I had two important zoom calls and the IT was available and ensured fast uninterrupted connection in our villa. IT was knowledgeable enough to fix my iPhone which stoped working due to water. The jet ski driver was very skillful and took care of us during the banana trip meeting our expectations since we were a bit afraid. We want to thank everyone and we will come soon again many times.

Totul a fost minunat. Personal prietenos, curățenie,mancarea variată cu un plus la restaurantul Faru. Am locuit in vila pe plaja si a fost cred cea mai buna alegere. Am sărbătorit ziua de naștere a soției mele si am avut parte de surprize toată ziua. De la aranjamentul in camera pana la tort, șampanie etc. Vă mulțumim tuturor celor care se ocupa pentru ca noi să ne simțim bine.

Pietrele care îți obturează privirea si scăldatul din fața vilelor dar e de înțeles de ce sunt puse.

The whole resort was incredible. Stunning! It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Apart from the beautiful location the staff were a standout. They were all so helpful and friendly. Great value with the all inclusive offer.

As someone who has stayed in many hotels around different parts of the world, I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever experienced. Everything was exceptional. The staff are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Their positive energy and constant smiles made our stay even more special. Great facilities, friendly staff and very attentive. Food selection is great, you can always find something different everyday and even mix it up by trying the different ala carte restaurants on different nights or for lunch. In room mini bar included in the package, was able to change out Coke for Coke Zero instead without any hassles.

Nothing- absolutely nothing negative about the resort.

From start to finish, everything was great. From how we were greeted upon arriving, to the check in process... all the way until check out and leaving the island. Room: we had a Beach Villa, and frankly it was perfect, right on the beach, spacious room, everything was spotless, the bathroom is this private open air bathroom with lots of space. Food: Frankly - I can easily state that every restaurant had great tasting food. We live in South East Asia, so for us - Jade was probably not as authentic as we would be used to, but despite that, we had a great tasty dinner regardless, and that was probably our least favorite of all the restaurants, so you can imagine how good the others were. Even the buffet restaurant had some really good food. I'm used to buffet food as I travel a lot, but this buffet was probably the best I've ever been at. Compliments to the chefs! As for the other restaurants, make sure you book your spot before you arrive to the island to be sure to have a spot. Shout out to the pizza hut too! saved us a few times in the early afternoons when we didnt want to leave the beach. Snorkeling: I've been to the Maldives 3-4 times, and this resort had the best reef i've been to so far. Lots of different fishes, black-tip sharks swimming up close to the shore, I even got to follow a turtle for a while. Lots of colours, either from the fishes, and at some parts - the corals themselves. Pool: Decent pool, serves its purpose, but the bar at the poolside was great. Lots of options to drink, and every once in a while they would surprise you with cold towels, or some special ice blended small drink to help you stay cool.

2 things which have nothing to do with the hotel: - we went early May, and were already in the rainy season, some days rained all afternoon into the evening. Shame - but we took advantage once the Sun would shine through the clouds again. - the sea plane back was at 6AM, and although they prepared some simple breakfast for us at 5 in the morning, our flight was a fair bit later just before lunch. You cant enter the airport check-in hall until they open the counters (usually 2h30-3h00 before flight time) which meant we had to wait outside on a bench until we could enter, with not much to do Again - both things which have nothing to do with the hotel, just unfortuate that they haeeneed

Struttura molto bella, ben tenuta. Abbiamo alloggiato in una water villa ed era perfetta. Alcuni dettagli in generale da rivedere per una struttura 5 stelle ma nel complesso tutto molto bene. Servizio eccellente. Il personale è estremamente gentile e cercano di esaudire ogni desiderio. Ho fatto yoga tutta settimana, l’insegnante è meravigliosa. I ristoranti alla carta sono davvero ottimi ed il servizio dei camerieri è molto alto. Reef spettacolare! Abbiamo visto mille razze di pesci diversi, tartarughe, barracuda, murene bianche, polpi, stingrays, squaletti ecc

Dovrebbero avere un loro idrovolante. È stato fastidioso dover partire alle 7 di mattina per un volo previsto alle 14.30 da Male. Tra l’altro, la mattina prima della partenza ci era stato detto che saremmo partiti alle 9 e solo la sera abbiamo scoperto che il volo sarebbe stato invece alle 7.

Our stay at Niva Dhigali Maldives was absolutely fantastic. The resort is stunning, surrounded by breathtaking nature and a beautiful beach. We stayed in a water villa, and the water life there was simply incredible—sharks, turtles, and countless species of fish right at our doorstep. All the restaurants and bars on the island offer a very high standard of quality and service. Our favorites were Faru and the East Bar, both amazing. Our one-week holiday was flawless, and we would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the all staff.s. We’d especially like to mention a few people who made our stay even more memorable: Uzair (Faru), Sulav, Pranajit, Sandesh (East Bar), Laamiu, the sweetest girl from Indonesia at the main restaurant, Amali (maintenance), Ali (water sports) and Saffron, as well as the housekeeping team and the resort’s buggy service. Apologies to anyone we couldn’t name individually. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Dhigali and thank you to the whole team for an unforgettable experience!

The resort was fantastic. From the moment you land at the Male Airport you are greeted by the resort staff and escorted our group to the seaplanes and then greeted us at the airport on our return. The resort was spotless, all staff very friendly and food was excellent.

We missed out on one of the restaurants as we did not know we had to book through reception (Faru). Beds could be more comfortable and pillows where very flat.

The staff all around. Especially the guys working at the watersport where incredibly helpfull, went out of their way to make our excursions excellent and where generally very kind and friendly people. Big shoutout to Hassan, Nijad and Mohamed!

Wir hatten einen Strandbungalow mit Pool- der war auf der Sonnenuntergans- Seite und traumhaft ruhig gelegen! Wir konnten direkt vom Bungalow zum Schnorcheln. Super war das! Essen war in jeder Hinsicht überragend und das Personal extrem freundlich. Auch der Zimmerservice einfach top!

Ich persönlich fand das Bett etwas zu hart, aber ich weiß natürlich auch, dass man nicht für jede Befindlichkeit eine separate Matzatze zur Verfügung stellen kann. Trotzdem hab ich gut geschlafen, auch aufgrund der ruhigen Umgebung.

Ottima cucina. Personale molto disponibile. Baby Club favoloso, mia bimba di 4 anni andava lì anche quando non ci erano i bambini. Si è divertita tantissimo! L'hotel ha organizzato il transfer da Male. Tutto perfetto!

The calm in general and the attentiveness of the staff

The quality of some food options, the lack of pork ham (cold cuts, mainly chicken salami or chicken ham) and the quality of the drinks (red wine served almost hot)

We loved the property! Service was amazing as well as the food and everything else. All the people working there made our stay amazing and very personal. Shout out to Dhonbe, the guy who cleaned our villa. You are the best, Dhonbe! Thank you for everything.

The only issue we found was that we could not book any restaurants because they were all booked up when we arrived. Maybe this is something the resort can focus on improving.

- food was extraordinary - excursions were perfect, really saw some amazing animals - fish, dolphins, turtles - drinks were good - the service was impeccable - great internet connection and app - easy to walk wherever you want

- we missed the seaplane transfer so we had to take an internal transfer which was very slow, but it was due to international flight being delayed, nothing to do with the hotel itself which dealt with the situation as good as possible

Our stay at Dhigali Maldives was absolute heaven from start to finish. We stayed in Water Villa 612, which offered the ultimate luxury of swimming directly off our private balcony into the beautiful, warm sea to snorkel right at our doorstep. The villa itself was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfectly complementing the island’s unique beauty where lush jungle greenery meets the turquoise shore. Our room was kept immaculate by our dedicated cleaner, who did a fantastic job visiting twice daily throughout our stay. The Premium All-Inclusive package was seamless, providing us with exceptional meals, drinks, and island activities that made the entire experience effortless and perfect.

We enjoyed the opportunity to get out on the water with the 45-minute glass-bottom boat tour and the dolphin cruise. While it was wonderful to be out at sea, the dolphin cruise was unfortunately marred by jet skis from other areas chasing the dolphins, which disrupted the peace of seeing them in their natural habitat. Additionally, while the glass-bottom boat offered a great view, we felt a guided commentary about the reef and the local fish species would have made the experience much more engaging and informative."

Breakfast and dinner too repetitive. Wi-fi coverage missing in some areas. Not enough facilities and the main “road” a bit too bumpy. Some staff not the most friendly.

In Unkenntnis der Lage - die An- und Abreise; ich würde allen Gästen raten, die Flüge gut mit den Zeiten im Resort zu koordinieren, das haben wir nicht gut hingekriegt.

Tyvärr har Dhigali liksom flera andra öar behövt lägga ut vågbrytare för att förhindra erosion. Det förtar lite av utsikten och accessen till havet.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub im Paradies und die positive Überraschung begann bereits nach Ankunft am Intl Airport MLE mit nahtlosem Transfer zum domestic Terminal für den ebenso überraschend positiven Seaplane Flug zur Resortinsel Dhigali - sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert mit perfekter Organisation von A-Z. Keine Wartezeiten - alles funktionierte reibungslos, klar, freundlich und angenehm. Die Insel ist wunderschön und war ein einziges durchgehendes positives Erlebnis. Somit sehr empfehlenswert für all jene die auf ein ganz besonderes Timout mit der Möglichkeit auf viele schöne Momente, Erlebnisse und somit Erinnungen abzielen - hier hat man es quasi selbst in der Hand... ;-)

Nossa experiência no Dhigali Maldives foi simplesmente maravilhosa, tudo é simplesmente perfeito. O grande destaque ficou para o pôr do sol na praia, um espetáculo à parte, acompanhado por música e drinks ! Excelente. Um lugar muito especial, voltaria com certeza absoluta.

I really liked the villas without a private mini pool. These villas have small backwaters in front of the breakwater. At first, I was upset that the breakwater spoils the view of the azure sea, but then I found this an undoubted advantage for children who spent more time at sea in safety.

I want more different tropical fruits. In fact, all the disadvantages are insignificant, this is not a super luxury vacation. It's just a great vacation. I recommend drinking gintonic and relax :)

The island itself is magical, absolutely beautiful island, the options of food is also great.

The experience of arrival and handling complaints are extremely bad, first of all you can’t know the amount you will pay for transport (sea plane) until you book, which is very inconvenient, specially if its $500 per two. Because of that we were supposed to reach at afternoon, due to the sea plane delay we had to wait for 3 hours to get to the sea plane and its is absolutely un understandable if you charge $500. Staff didn’t handle our complaint in any way and even told this we can give you the contact details of the third party of the airplanes and you contact them! And if you don’t pay we will not let you depart! What a bad way of handling this!

Dislikes: a need to book a table at the restaurant. It’s awful! We arrived,downloaded an app and all the restaurants were already booked for 3 days ahead. We had to approach Vera to make a reservation. That’s unacceptable and insane! I want to enjoy my holiday,you made me struggle to book a restaurant every single day for lunch and dinner. Next: I already paid a lot for this holiday,that’s enough,you kept bringing me bills with a tips part so I leave a tip. Come on guys. It’s all inclusive resort. I paid already. Stop bringing me bills with a hint for me to leave a tip. It’s not nice. All staff were extremely nice. Only one guy spoiled our mood and our stay at the beach bar. I don’t remember his face but there’s one guy who made cocktails at the beach bar. You must know who I’m talking about because of his sour unfriendly face. He makes guests very unwelcome. My mum was literally shy and afraid to come to him to ask for drinks,we didn’t even dare to press the call bell button. When he got us not the coffee we ordered he started arguing with me that’s that was my order and I made a mistake. In a rude way! Hello I paid lots of money for all inclusive holiday. The guy at the beach bar can’t talk like this to me! You must know who he is,his face is unhappy and angry. One more thing - we never seen the promised musical instrument player at the sunset bar,we only saw him once at the diner. Upsetting because we wanted to hear his music. That’s basically all I disliked. Everything else was good

We had phenomenal vacation.. The island is beautiful, premium all inclusive is fantastic, food delicious.. All staff was soo nice! Especially barista Grace who prepares the best coffee and made our stay great. I miss this true paradise already!

Everything was well organized, very helpful staff. Location was amazing, the sea fantastic and the food really tasty, especially the a-la-carte restaurants. Everyone who’s been to the Maldives knows that two things are almost universal here — the kind people and the breathtaking beauty. He’s a true professional — someone you often see walking around the island, quietly checking how guests are enjoying their holiday. The moment he enters a space, the staff seem to light up and become even more attentive, as if inspired by his energy. That’s what great management looks like in action.The food has noticeably improved since our last visit two years ago — it’s consistently tasty, with creative themed dinners every night that make dining a pleasure in itself. There’s also thoughtful variety, like a small pizza spot for when you want a quick bite. Even small requests, like extra water in the room, are handled with care and speed.But what really sets Dhigali apart is the feeling of home. That’s the reason we came back. Christian and his team have built something very rare here — a resort that feels both polished and personal. Everyone, from the buggy drivers to the reception team (a special mention to Samin) to the restaurant staff, carries themselves with quiet professionalism and warmth.There’s also a bar by the shore that naturally brings people together in the evenings — it has such a good vibe that I can easily imagine live fire rituals or dance nights there.Just for comparison, we’re currently staying at another Maldives resort — it’s beautiful, and the people are kind, but I have no idea who manages the place.
