Easy parking, water available in common areas, very close to the national park. The staff provided plenty of towels and tooth brushes, soap dishes, pots and there is a nice kitchen and table in the room. The shower had plenty of pressure and hot water.

Room was too hot. Air-conditioning barely worked even after leaving it on all day. It was miserable at night to sleep in so much heat at first, but then around 1am, the room would get cold enough finally. But, the Staff provided 3 pads to sleep on but no blankets or sheets or pillows. Again, sleeping was miserable.

Die Lage war super, sehr nahe am Nationalpark. Eine Busstation in der Nähe und ein kleiner 7-Eleven. Leckeres koreanisches BBQ Restaurant in der Nähe (Bandalgom Yeontan Grill).

Das Futonbett war sehr dünn. Für Leute die es sich nicht gewohnt sind, auf dem harten Boden zu schlafen ist es etwas unbequem.

We sliepen de eerste nacht in een kamer met futonbedden (ze waren veel dunner dan ik gewend ben). Dit viel echter heel erg tegen en we hadden slecht geslapen. Daarom hadden we aan een medewerker gevraagd of we een kamer konden krijgen met een bed, en dit kon zonder problemen. De kamers waren ruim met aparte slaapkamer en een woonkamer + keuken. Dus het was heel goed opgelost en het personeel was behulpzaam. De nieuwe kamer had ook beter uitzicht. Het verblijf is daarna goed bevallen. De locatie was dichtbij Seoraksan.

Er was meestal niemand bij de desk dus toen we wilden inchecken duurde het even voordat we iemand te pakken kregen. We belden maar er werd niet opgenomen maar uiteindelijk kwam er toevallig iemand. Er was niet altijd iemand maar de medewerkers die we hebben gesproken waren behulpzaam.

작고 오래된 건물이지만 가성비 매우 좋은 숙소입니다. 우선 시설 관리가 잘되어있고 무엇보다 객실이 매우 깔끔합니다. 통유리 창으로 산과 나무가 보이는 1층과 2층의 홀 구성 역시 관리자가 많이 신경쓰는 것 같습니다.

오래된 건물이라 시설의 노후화는 아쉽습니다.

아침에 설악산을 가기 좋은 위치에 있으며 리모델링으로 숙소가 깨끗하고 개별난방으로 따뜻하게 잘 수 있어 높은 점수를 주고 싶네요.

Etwas unsauber. Die Stadt war leer. Nur ein 7-eleven.

시설은 오래 됐지만 전반적으로 청결했음. 가격 대비 꽤 만족스러운 숙소였음.

모기가 많아 전기모기채로 10마리 이상을 잡았으나 새벽에 모기에 물려 잠을 깼음.

청결도가.. 어느 비싸고 좋은 숙소 못지 않습니다. 매우매우매우 마음에 드는 곳입니다. 설악산 접근 또한 매우 좋습니다. 가성비는.. 말해 모해~~~ 솔직히 혼자만 알고 늘 조용히 머물다가 오고 싶은 곳입니다.

깨끗하게 잘 관리된 숙소. 주방시설이 있어서 간단한 조리 가능. 친절한 사장님.

폐건물이 많은 동네 분위기.

Very close to the bus stop which takes you to the park. The bed was comfortable

Think of HK RESORT as a famous mini 5 star hotels. And then some. For me, it ticked all the boxes (and I am very particular). Everything felt right: the feel, interior design, facilities, location, service, space, cleanliness, and to top it off, price. In sum, the place felt comfy and was very functional. For sure, I will certainly go back in the future. Thank you.

One small observation about the studio room I was in: although there was an exhaust fan in the toilet, I couldn’t find the switch for it. Nonetheless, odour control was not to bad. In addition, I wish there was a tissue box available in the room. These are just niggles. Nothing serious.

The location was perfect for an early morning hike - very close to the bus stop and to the Seoraksan National Park. Amazing view of the mountains, and overall very comfortable accommodation. 7eleven nearby. Very kind and helpful staff.

Futon beds could be a little bit thicker haha! But we slept great anyways.

There was nothing to complain about. It was clean and it was spacious. Not many guests. It's just that the surroundings feel a bit abandoned. There are several buildings and one huge hotel, all empty and closed. There are three restaurants of which we can recommend them all :-) (picture below) and one store. It's a perfect hub to venture into Seoraksan as it's very close.

가성비가 좋았어요. 다음에도 기회되면 올 계획을 갖고 있습니다. 다행히 시끄럽지 않았어요.

The receptionist was so kind and insisted to help me with my luggage because it was really heavy. Shower pressure good was good. They gave me extra toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower glove but I didn’t need it. Was nice nevertheless. They had underfloor heating so it was nice and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. It is a bit retro which I saw from the pictures but very clean. I saw other people complaining they didn’t have a bed. My room had a real bed. Wifi was working well for me and a 7eleven really close by.

Nothing to do with the property just be mindful that that bus that goes to the national park can be crowded or stuck in the traffic of cars waiting to park so you might end up walking anyway. I did this but it’s a 25min walk.

El alojamiento es practico, ya que tiene una pequeña cocina y todo lo que necesitas para usarla.

Good value for a spot with easy access to Seoraksan. The park is a 20 min walk or short bus from the hotel. For food we made due with fare the large 7-11 nearby, or ate in the park which had many options. Staff was very attentive and helpful.

It's obviously a bit run down, but again value for money is good.

Perfect if you plan to hike in Seoraksan National Park. Location is right by the bus stop.

The location, the kitchenette, walking distance to a convenience store and a few restaurants. My family and I were very comfortable at this pension for two nights. Lots of hot water. We will be back!

위치, 주변 편의시설, 호텔운영 식당, 객실 청결도 모두 아주 좋지만 가장 돋보이는 점은 바로 사장님을 비롯 모든 직원들의 친절 이것 하나 보고 갑니다

이번 객실은 객실문을 닫을때와 잠금장치를 채울때 조금 불안했습니다 안전고리 없는 원형 방화문 손잡이의 레버 하나에 의지해야하는데 캐치박스와 레치가 잘 안맞아 문이 쉽게 닫히지않아 손잡이 레버는 채울 수가 없어 문을 쾅하고 힘껏 밀어 닫아야만 닫히고 레버가 채워져 조금 불편했습니다

날씨 때문에 일정 변경 요청드렸었는데 감사하게도 수락해주셔서 아이랑 무사히잘 다녀올 수 있었어요. 설악동이라서 해변 쪽이랑은 거리가 다소 있는 편이지만 워낙 조용하고 깨끗한 곳이라서 종종 이용하는 숙소에요. 강원도를 좋아해서 예정에 없이 바람 쐬러 나오곤 하는데 조만간 또 들르고 싶습니다~^^

Das Hotel ist günstig für den Besuch des Nationalparks gelegen. Das etwas altmodische Gebäude ist liebevoll erhalten sehr ordentlich gepflegt.

Als ich dort war, waren die meisten Restaurants im Umkreis geschlossen oder nur mittags offen. Mein Zimmer war auf der Bergseite und dadurch trotz großer Fenster ziemlich düster

It’s in very calm place, near the main road to Seoraksan park. The room is basic, but for one night it was ok. The hotel was so empty, we didn’t meet any people there, we were lucky we meet receptionist once and he gave us the keys, we didn’t saw anybody there.

We were 3 people, the bed could be bigger for 2 people. Also, we weren’t expected to have a futon bed on the ground for 3rd person.

I recently stayed at the HK Resort in Sokcho, which is conveniently located near the entrance to the Seoraksan National Park. The room was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a full kitchen (gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and dishes), and a good bed in the bedroom. Everything was very clean. There is a convenience store and a bus stop nearby.

Old design and the area around the hotel is not very nice.

Staff very helpful and friendly, well situated to the entrance of Seoraksan national park, nice sized room with all the facilities you need. Plus a nice clean bathroom for the end of the day after a long hike.

A place you want to go after a rough hike. A lot of space, a hot shower and a very comfortable place. The staff was very helpful with the information needed about the area. Recommended!

Futons not thick enough, and clean but needed a few repairs

I really appreciated how close this accommodation was to Seoraksan National Park. It is a great location if you want to hike around the mountains.

I booked a room that was specified to have mountain views, but upon arrival, I was given one with a view of a concrete wall (see the attached picture). When I inquired at reception, I was informed that the promoted room is only for exhibition purposes.

The resort is very close to seoraksan national park. The room is spacious and well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen is basic but clean and has pretty much everything you need. Overall, HK Resort is great value for money.

It would be nice to have knives and forks in the kitchen too

The heater was a life saver.

There was a lingering smell of cold cigarette in the room. The futons were basically duvets not real comfy futons.

The location is fantastic for visiting and hiking the mountain. It’s close to Sokcho as well, so if you need to get to town, it’s 10min away by car. We visited during winter, the rooms were warm and cozy and the scenery all around spectacular.

There isn’t enough parking. Our room had difficulty getting hot water from the shower/tub. The sink and kitchen had scorching water, only the tub/shower seemed to have an issue. The double bed is warm, but the mattress could be more comfy.

Can’t find fault with the property. Super clean. value for money. Equipped with kitchen and utensils to cook. Very attentive staff. 15-20 mins to Seoraksan National Park

Location is very good. Except the most expensive place (kenshington) just beside the mountain, this is the closest option. Location is very much important to visit Sellok mountain, since at maple season, there are too many pple so that you cannot ride a car to reach the mountain. All staffs was kind Clean. not a OCD level clen but clean.

I think this is quite expensive considering the facility neat but old, 90's vibe. room was very small. there was no view. but... I have to admit this area has same problem. (expansivier than facility) it's seasonal business.

Great location for exploring Seoraksan NP without the weekend traffic jam, you just walk out the door to get to the park. The appartment is not too big and a little basic but comfy enough and has pretty much all you'd need. Staff is super friendly.

The western style bed is very small for two tall Europeans, so plan on using the futons as additional bed.

Simple and perfect

Located not too far from Seoraksan National Park, convenient for hiking. Great views from the rooms on the second floor. Room was spacious and had cooking facilities and bath which was great after hiking all day.

The front desk was rarely staffed, was difficult to check in as had to wait for someone to show up for 15 minutes. Language barrier difficult.
