I like the idea of the breakfast where you have to choose the restaurant of your choice. The location is a bonus cause everything is circulated around the facility.

I didn’t like the fact that the tv is not a smart tv, may you please buy a smart tv box at least

Nothing, could not rest due to construction. They could have told us in advance. Then we could have gone somewhere else. Very unhappy with the booking. Wil not use ATKV again.

We were next to a house that was being broken down. Constant noise. My husband came from overseas and wanted to rest. Even on a sunday. The whole day. I would request 50% of my payment back.

we liked everything , it was just a pity that the warm water pool was under contruction in the winter when that pool is more needed then the normal cold pool , but would definately book again when the pool is in working order we came down for our honeymoon

The cabin was just a short walk to the beach - beautiful - with easy access to an amazing path along the coast for walking. Also within easy walking distance to the local mall for eateries and supermarket.

The cabin was old, grubby, and the electrical wiring and plug was really not very safe. It was also very small - no table or chairs inside nor space for the outdoor furniture inside in really bad weather. Facilities were minimal and basic. If you stay there be sure to take everything - including salt pepper sugar tea and coffee, that you might need.

Outstanding location right on the shoreline. Breathtaking sunsets every evening. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés, and local attractions. Clean and tidy throughout our stay. Kitchen was well equipped with the essential amenities needed for self-catering. Peaceful setting with beautiful coastal views.

We stayed in a three-bedroom holiday unit for seven days after travelling from overseas. Given the price we paid in dollars and our expectations, we felt the accommodation did not offer good value for money. The property is very outdated throughout and would benefit from significant updating. For a property accommodating up to six guests, the bathroom amenities were minimal. There were no floor mats, face cloths, or complimentary toiletries, only towels, which also seemed quite old. The shower door leaked, making the bathroom inconvenient to use. The living area was disappointing, with uncomfortable seating and a very small television. We also found the beds to be extremely firm, which affected our comfort during the stay.

This was a selfcatering accommodation so breakfast was served by ourselves.

I would have like to have a more open plan accommodation suited with enough space so that the everybody could interact with each other i. The same room without bumping into each other.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Family friendly and promote the afrikaans language. Safe to walk at night.

Paying the same price for the todlers to slide down the small slide as the adults to slide the larger ones. Give toddlers a different bad and make it a flat rate for the day for that slide.

The Service of the admin office checking took like an hour while it was not full

As a couple twin beds is not appropriate. The motion lights going off too many times during the night. Parking is not spacious and the vehicle was in the way of people next door who wanted to braai and partying. Most of the cubbourds was full of th chalets stuff. Packing of own things in cupboard was not enough.

Prima verblijf, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Hotelkamer was netjes en schoon. Vooral voor de kinderen erg fijn.

Meneer bij de receptie was uiterst onvriendelijk omdat we te ‘vroeg’ waren. Je krijgt vouchers voor het ontbijt, maar de kwaliteit is middelmatig. Veel fast food rotzooi.

The fact that it was close to the beach

The water park is a deal breaker .. I expected that it was included. But only to find out that you have to pay R10 every time you want to slide .. so if u booking because of the slides ,think again

Great location and vibe!

The room was VERY good. At first I didn't like that its right INSIDE the mall, literally BUT eventually I enjoyed the convince. From room, to Waterpark to beach and then restaurants and shopping all in one. Looked it. I loved the warmth of the people as well. Being a majority Afrikaans town, everyone was super nice, warm and welcoming. Looooved it and I'm definitely going back again.
