Cottage spaziosissimo e ben fornito, a 5minuti di tuk tuk dal "centro" di Sigiryia. Presso il resort si può fare colazione, pranzo e cena, la piscina è comodissima visto il caldo. Tutto lo staff ci ha fatto sentire accolti! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità della struttura, immersa nel verde e che i proprietari stanno rendendo sempre più accogliente! Consiglio vivamente!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ima Villa Sigiriya. The villas were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The staff were amazing, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thank you to Shanilu for his kindness and support when my husband injured his leg. He did everything he could to help us – he took us to the pharmacy, helped with treatment, and even assisted with massage and care. We truly appreciated his attention and compassion during a difficult moment. Thank you to the whole team at Ima Villa Sigiriya for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will always remember your kindness.

We were greeted by lovely staff upon arrival, despite the location being slightly far from anything else we were able to ask them for a tuk tuk ride which they were more than happy to do - and even picked us up at about midnight, they went above and beyond! We were also able to hire bikes. The room was lovely and clean and we felt very safe at all times.

The breakfast was quite simple and when we ordered dinner there it took about an hour to arrive. Be aware that the bikes aren't in the best condition so I wouldn't ride too far.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, très peu de monde quand nous y sommes allés (fin juin 2026), piscine incroyable au milieu du jardin ! On peut manger sur place dans le restaurant, c'est bon et abordable, le petit déjeuner local, bon et très copieux ! La "chambre" est grande, avec un bon lit, une clim qui fonctionne bien et une douche à l'italienne correcte, je recommande.

Pression de la douche un peu faible mais avec de l'eau chaude donc pas gênant. Une petite grenouille innofensive dans la salle de bain, pas vraiment un problème !

La piscine est très propre et nickel. La chambre aussi. Le personnel est serviable. Le petit déjeuner / et repas sont très bien. Endroit très paisible.

The room had a strong mold smell, and the AC makes a lot of light that cannot be turned off at night, plus the door has a plastic window that let the light that are left on at night be seen a lot.

Beautiful setting with lots of open space, a fabulous pool and a tranquil environment. The staff were very helpful and friendly and breakfast was delicious and huge in portion size!

Les logements sont situés au calme et directement dans la nature, le jardin est très bien entretenu, grand et la piscine permet un bon rafraîchissement en fin de journée. Les repas sont copieux, très bon et un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel très serviable. Ils peuvent commander Tuktuk ou taxi sur demande.

La location est un peu excentrée donc le Tuktuk est obligatoire pour chaque activité. Mais cela permet aussi un recul du centre ville bruyant.

L'accueil extrêmement chaleureux et la gentillesse de tout le personnel ! Leur réactivité concernant les petits soucis rencontrés! Bon rapport qualité-prix, emplacement incroyable + piscine et très bonne cuisine !!!

Quelques petits soucis d'électricité et d'eau mais pris en charge donc cela n'a pas trop été contraignant finalement !

4 of us stayed for one night during a weekend. The owners were very kind and helpful. Although the package includes only the breakfast, we could order lunch and dinner too for a fair price. Food was really good. Transport was also available to Pidurangala and Sigiriya for a fair price with their tuk tuk. We had the pool access too without extra charge. We could possibly book this place again if we visit there.

La villa est vraiment superbe, cela vaut vraiment la peine. très spacieux et confortable , avec une terasse très sympathique ainsi qu'une belle piscine. Un endroit calme, reposant, avec un très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner! La salle de bain était immense et très propre.

Peaceful location a short distance from the main sights with great pool and restaurant area. All staff were amazing and went out of their way to look after us! Bikes available to help explore the local area. Food was great and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommendes Personal. Spontan wurde uns der Flughafen Transfer organisiert war sehr gut funktioniert. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Taxi, fuhr uns der Chef selbst. Pool sehr gepflegt und Sauber. Zimmer ebenfalls alles super.

the staff was the best

We really enjoyed the place, the rooms feel spacious and luxurious, the garden, clean and spacious pool and surrounding areas like the restaurant are all very nice. There are two dogs and a cat that are all very friendly and well behaved. There are only 4 chalets which makes the place feel very calm and relaxing. They also have a room for drivers which is a nice service. The staff is generally friendly and most speak English quite well. The wifi and cell service didn't work initially because of the thick walls, they managed to fix the wifi by moving the router.

There are a lot of small details that made the place feel less hospitable than others: No welcome message after booking, the communication in general could be more proactive. The blanket for the bed is too small for two people (very long, not wide enough for two). The large uncovered window makes showering at night uncomfortable and there is no sign which is soap and which is shampoo. Not every house has a table out front. The breakfast is strangely organized: continental breakfast is valued at 1490, Sri Lankan at 990, we had breakfast included yet for Sri Lankan breakfast you have to pay an additional fee for a juice. We got more food at other places for breakfast in Sri Lanka. Also the Sri Lankan food needs to be pre-ordered but we only got it half an hour after the agreed time, and cold, the other times we didn't pre order and had to wait a similar amount of time, sometimes longer. We borrowed bikes, didn't get informed about the fee until checkout. We got stuck because the bike had a flat tire (one of the bikes had very old tires so it was bound to happen). We called for help but the resort only had a tuktuk so we asked another hotel with jeeps for help, they to help us without hesitation, donation-based. Ima villa tried to charge us for getting the tuktuk to come help us (we called and messaged immediately when we found help and they didn't tell us they were still coming). Also they charged us for a ride we never took. All this made us leave with a frustrated and disappointed feeling.

Eine der besten Unterkünfte unserer Reise! Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur und man wohnt trotzdem sehr luxuriös. Die Zimmer in den privaten Hütten sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Es gab außerdem warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Der Pool war gut gepflegt und sehr angenehm. Wir haben jeden Morgen im anliegenden Restaurant gefrühstückt und jeden Abend dort gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Es braucht nur ein paar Minuten zum Lions Rock / Pidurangala Rock mit dem Tuktuk. Alles super, vielen Dank!

Nichts, nur eine Sache, die man wissen sollte: Wir mussten am Ende komplett mit Cash bezahlen, womit wir nicht gerechnet haben.

Красивое место. Чистая сантехника. Просторный номер (нам четверым хватило места). Вкусные завтраки. Услужливый персонал, помогают по любой просьбе. На территории есть домик на дереве - атмосферное и крутое сооружение. Дочки визжали от восторга 😃. Чистый бассейн. И очень хороший воздух - даже вкусный!!! 👍

Мы задержались с заселением, но номер все равно был не готов 😉, но напоили чаем, пока ожидали уборку. Всякие букашки и тараканы заползают в домик, мои девчонки такое соседство не оценили 🙃.

We had a wonderful stay at the ima villa. A huge thanks to Sunil and his family which made the stay there extremely easy and wonderful. Helping us get around sigiriya and adjacent cities to providing a great restaurant directly at the vila for reasonable prices. I would definitely go back if I ever go back to sigiriya !

New big bungallows with everything you need. Positively surprised. Pictures don't do it justice. Little bit out of town which is good because you can enjoy the quiet. Very nice pool and kind, helpfull family running the place. Highly recommend. Warm water in the shower and hairdryer as a big plus.

Honnêtement je n’ai rien à dire mis à part les insectes qui entraient dans la chambre mais nous étions en pleine nature donc c’est le risque aussi :)

Die Unterkunft bietet einen sehr schönen und gepflegten Pool, die offene überdachte Dachterasse hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente und lädt zum Essen und Spielen ein. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und gepflegt, es werden aktuell neue Häuschen gebaut. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und helfen einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, sei es ein TuKTuk um 4 Uhr morgens, um auf dem Pidurangula Felsen zu gehen, noch ein Bus an der Straße für die Weiterreise anzuhalten. Für alles bieten die Eigentümer ihre Hilfe an.

Das Wifi ist manchmal etwas schlechter, die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits von der Innenstadt.

Erg vriendelijk personeel, ze hebben ook de was voor ons gedaan (tegen betaling). De accommodatie ligt niet heel centraal, maar tegen betaling kunnen ze je met een tuktuk brengen waar je maar naartoe wilt. Het ontbijt is prima.

Het zwembad verdiende iets meer zorg en aandacht, het water was troebel. De deur naar ons verblijf sloot niet goed af, toen het ging regenen kwamen er allerlei insecten binnen op zoek naar een droge plek.

Prachtige accommodatie! De kamer was wel heel erg basic maar als je er alleen maar slaapt is dat natuurlijk geen probleem. Zwembad was heerlijk! Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk.

Er zaten enorm veel insecten voor en in onze kamer. Opzich is het natuurlijk niet gek dat er wat beestjes zijn en is dat ook geen enkel probleem, alleen dit waren er wel problematisch veel.

Abbiamo trovato molte formiche e altri animali in stanza, tra cui una rana che usciva dallo scarico. Ci vorrebbe una zanzariera intorno al letto e degli infissi migliori

Très bien situé, endroit très calme Personnel hyper accueillant et souriant, aux petits soins, le gérant parle très bien anglais. Il y a une terrasse en hauteur pour le restaurant, les repas étaient excellents et peu cher, tout fait maison ! Petit déjeuner continental parfait et assez copieux. Si vous avez besoin le personnel peut vous emmener ou vous voulez en Tuktuk. La piscine était franchement agréable, eau chaude et toujours propre et nettoyée. Chambre super propre, climatisation, literie confortable.

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de débit dans la douche et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude mais franchement ce n’est pas trop gênant vue la chaleur ! Le parc est en travaux (il n’y a pas de bruit) donc ce n’est pas encore finit mais le lieu reste quand même très joli !

A lovely warm and welcoming family owned property. The room was clean and perfectly acceptable for our stay to explore the surroundings. Sadly, we didn't get to use the pool. Good restaurant and awesome Sri Lankan breakfast !!!

Amazing and welcoming staff. The entire villa is on a piece of land that is filled with trees and natural shade. Seems like they're building a new set of beautiful small houses. The pool is really nice and everything is clean. Our room was good and clean. Great food, big portions of deliciousness. Overall, an amazing experience, great value for the price.

Située à quelques minutes du Pidurangala Rock, Ima Villa, c’est une équipe ultra gentille, discrète et efficace et qui ne pousse pas à la consommation. Le duo mère et fille gèrent leur établissement avec grand professionnalisme, sourires et bienveillance. Demandez leur de l’aide, elles trouveront toujours une solution. Geweldige familie, super vriendelijk en helpen overal mee. Goed ontbijt. Op wandelafstand van pidurangala rock en met een tuktuk binnen no time in het dorpje. Kamer zelf stelt niet zoveel voor maar dat maakte ons niet uit gezien je er alleen maar komt om te slapen.

El alojamiento está ubicado en una zona muy bonita pero muy alejado del centro.

La ubicació, l’ambient tranquil, l’espai que tenen, tot fantastic. Estan construint noves habitacions tipus casetes que quan estiguin fetes seran fantastiques (vaig entrar a cotillejar i tenen una pinta meravellosa), llastima no haver-les pogut aprofitar! La familia que porta la villa es super amigable, la cuina fantastica, la cambrera i la seva germana petita uns amors de persones! Definitivament molt recomanable!

L’habitació molt senzilleta i cada cop que obriem la porta s’omplia de bitxos. Quan tinguin les noves habitacions sera molt millor (i sera molt aviat perquè les estan acabant!)

Todo el personal es super majo y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites, nos organizaron ellos mismos las excursiones y los viajes, tanto en tuktuk como en coche, te adaptan los platos de comida a tu gusto al igual que el horario si lo necesitas

Nos encontramos dos ranas en el baño que salieron del sumidero, y por el paseo hacia la habitación había un escorpión

Les instal•lacions exteriors son excel•lents. L'habitació és espaiosa i neta. El personal et fa sentir com a casa. El Shanil és encantador i sempre disposat a ajudar-te, sempre està pendent del que puguis necessitar. L'esmorzar és complert i deliciós.

Queda una mica apartat del poble i no s'hi pot anar caminant, s'hi ha d'anar amb tuk tuk. L'hotel et proporciona el propi tuk tuk per anar-hi. La dutxa no funcionava del tot bé i l'aigua no sortia gaire calenta.

Tout a été exceptionnel, Shanil et sa famille nous ont reçu comme des rois. Il nous a emmené partout, conseillé sur tout, la cuisine est excellente et copieuse à souhait. La chambre est spacieuse et propre comme la piscine qui est un vrai plus. Je recommande les yeux fermés, encore merci à Shanil pour ces 2 jours au paradis

Die Besitzer sind super nett! Es ist eine tolle Anlage, die gerade weiter ausgebaut wird. Das Restaurant bietet super gutes Essen zu wirklich sehr guten Preisen. Uns wurde beim Buchen einer Ayurveda-Massage geholfen, wir wurden sogar hingebracht und wieder abgeholt! Die Location ist etwas außerhalb, wir wurden sogar früh morgens zum Lions Rock gefahren! Die Zimmer sind ausreichend und zweckmäßig! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Vielen Dank für Alles!

Aunque esté en proceso de mejora es muy cómodo, tiene de todo y las instalaciones están bien. Como única pega diría que el wifi es mejorable. Aun estando un poco lejos Shanil y su familia nos han puesto todas las facilidades. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Si vous cherchez un vrai hébergement sri lankais avec le confort en prime c’est le lieu qu’il vous faut. De plus le petit déjeuner est compris dans avec la chambre. Un grand choix à disposition. Cet hôtel est exceptionnellement géré par une famille extraordinaire. Ils mettent tout en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit génial. La piscine est magnifique. La restauration est excellente. Shanil peut vous emmener en ville, organiser vos excursions. Cette expérience de 4 jours restera dans nos souvenirs. Beaucoup d’émotion lorsque nous avons quitté ce petit paradis sri lankais.

Las instalaciones estan muy bien, el lugar es precioso y lo mantienen muy limpio. En 11 minutos estas en el "centro" donde se encuentra la restauración, banco... Ellos se preocupan de ofrecerte el transporte. La familia super amable y atenta en todo. Super recomendable.

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en wil overal bij helpen. Het verblijf zit iets buiten het centrum maar zij konden ons voor een goede prijs naar het centrum brengen met hun tuktuk. Heel fijn zwembad.

Het verblijf zit iets aan de rand van het centrum, daardoor is het niet te lopen naar het centrum. De tuktuk van het hotel konden we bellen tot 22 uur, daarna moesten we vanuit het centrum zelf iets regelen. De tuktuks in het centrum zijn in de avond erg opdringerig dus dat was niet ideaal.
