Schon sehr viele Ameisen, Klimaanlage hat getropft, Schiebetüren waren undicht. Der erste Blick ist traumhaft aber ab dem zweiten Tag sieht man schon einige Mängel.

100/10. Me and my girlfriend coming from Germany fully recommend Hideout Koh Kood. The area is amazing, the private pool villa is amazing, the staff are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are super helpful with things that don't even have anything to do with Hideout Koh Kood. Will 100% be coming back again.

Çok fazla böcek ve kertenkele vardı. Ada olduğu için normal karşıladık fakat onları uzak tutmak için sineklik benzeri şeyler yapılabilirdi. Tesisin yüzülebilecek çok az alanı var, genelde kayalık bi sahil. Tesis adanın sonlarında olduğu için bi yerden sonra toprak yolla gidebiliyorsunuz.

My husband and I came for (2) nights. We contacted a severe infestation of " bed bugs". We could feel them jumping on us in the sheets. We thought it was mosquitoes but the bites became insanely itchy and multiplied. By the second night it was unbearable..no sleep as we itched all night. We had to sleep on top of bed then on top of towels. First thing the next morning we went to pharmacy and they gave us a all over treatment for scabies. We asked for a refund as our stay was horrendous, showed them all our bites and the scabies cream. They tried to tell us that we already had them! This was not true, we had been staying in a luxury private home for 5 weeks before we came to resort. We had to fight just to get a partial refund of 1 night! Absolutely appalling behavior from an expensive resort.

nous avons réservé la chambre avec piscine privée. La chambre est spacieuse, la literie et le mobilier sont très beaux👍 La piscine est magnifique, et la vue en front de mer est très agréable. Rien à redire. Sinon j'ai trouvé qu'il y avait un décalage entre la qualité esthétique et visuelle des chambres avec piscine et le reste du resort. Ce dernier est très bien entretenu par les jardiniers et le service ménager. Pour autant cela ne donne pas le sentiment d'être dans un 5 étoiles. Le personnel de salle n'est pas encadré, le travail est fait mais il n'y a pas d'accueil, ni de suivi. le petit dejeuner est varié mais mal réalisé. tous les plats en sauce baignent dans l'eau. qu'il s'agisse des pâtes en sauce comme les classic thaï. Il n'y a pas d'assaisonnement, c'est très fade. Du coup, à l'exception du petit déjeuner qui était inclus, nous n'avons pas consommé sur place. l'hotel ne propose pas d'horaires de navettes gratuites pour transporter les clients sur les coins animés de l'île comme Khlong chao beach où vous pourrez assister tous les soirs à un spectacle de feu sur la plage (peter pan resort). Il vous faudra payer 700 bahts pour un aller retour. bref un cadre magnifique si vous optez pour la chambre avec piscine, mais un peu cher pour être abandonné. Très loin d'un service 5 étoiles.

Alles war prima. Dass der Strand direkt vor dem Resort nicht so toll ist, lässt sich gut verkraften, weil Klong Hin gleich ums Eck ist.

Der einzige Haken: Es gibt keine Haken zum Aufhängen oder Möglichkeiten zu Verstauen. Aber das haben wohl einige Unterkünfte auf Koh Kood. So haben wir eigentlich die ganze Zeit aus dem Koffer gelebt. Gibt Schlimmeres. ;)

A truly beautiful hotel surrounded by palm trees, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Complimentary kayaks are available and it’s also possible to rent scooters directly from the hotel at a good price. There are plenty of sun loungers and bean bags to relax on. The hotel has a saltwater pool, which the kids especially loved. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and quality. The hotel’s beach is rocky, but just a 3-minute walk away is Khlong Hin Beach — a beautiful sandy beach. The partly unpaved road to the hotel didn’t bother us at all. Koh Kood is special for its authentic Thai charm rather than tourist shops and crowds. This was our second time visiting Koh Kood, and we can confidently say this is one of the most beautiful hotels on the island. Highly recommended!

Eine wunderschöne gut gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer wo man den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann in einem der Strandstühle und einem Drink von der Bar.

Die Lage der Unterkunft hat mir sehr gut gefallen und auch der gesamte Aufbau des Resorts ist wirklich gelungen. Alles wirkt modern, stilvoll und durchdacht eingerichtet, sodass man sich grundsätzlich wohlfühlen kann.

Leider gab es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Das Personal im Restaurant beim Frühstück war sehr unhöflich und die Kommunikation aufgrund von schlechtem Englisch schwierig. Zudem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut und das Licht insgesamt eher ungemütlich. Im Badezimmer wurde aus meiner Sicht an der falschen Stelle gespart – ein Duschvorhang passt einfach nicht zum sonst hochwertigen Eindruck des Resorts. Vielleicht ist das Kritik auf hohem Niveau, aber für den Anspruch der Unterkunft ist das meine ehrliche Einschätzung.

Tolle Unterkunft im Boho Style, sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Villa, direkt am Stand. Direkt neben zwei traumhaft schönen. Stränden. Roller konnten direkt dort gemietet werden. Minibar for free, und wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Kajaks und SUPs for free. Alles sehr ruhig, obwohl angeblich ausgebucht. Ein Traum zum abschalten.

Alles echt meckern auf extrem hohem Niveau: Licht im Zimmer sehr hell, könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Spiegel im Bad eher für sehr kleine Leute :) Strand direkt beim Hotel etwas steinig. Aber Traumstrände in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar!

Our stay at Hideout Koh Kood was truly amazing. The hotel is located in one of the best areas of the island; while the access roads aren't paved, we actually loved how secluded and "hidden" it felt. The staff were exceptional—their genuine kindness made our stay even more special. We spent our days using the complimentary canoes to explore the coastline and relaxing on the beautiful, quiet beach. The food was excellent at both breakfast and dinner, and watching the sunset with their tasty cocktails was a daily highlight. As for the room, it was the perfect size with a stunning view, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious, well-equipped bathroom. We couldn't have asked for more! My

The only minor note is that the room cleaning could be slightly improved; while it was okay, there’s a bit of room for more attention to detail. Overall, though, it’s a wonderful place and we highly recommend it!

Jolie vue sur la mer, petit déjeuné super et très varié. Personnel très gentil, bungalow super beau, nettoyer tout les jours. Petite plage à deux minutes à pied magnifique. Piscine au top, plein de petit transat. Snack à disposition gratuit et ils nous ont nettoyer et séché le linge gratuitement également !

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft. Die Poolvilla in erster Reihe ist ein absoluter Traum und bietet viel Privatsphäre. Kommunikation über WhatsApp ist unkompliziert. Jeder Wunsch wird weitgehend erfüllt. Der Khlong Hin Beach ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Roller ist jedoch empfehlenswert, um gute Restaurants in der Umgebung bequem zu erreichen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das beste Restaurant in der Nähe im A La Resort. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Diğer çoğu resort eski ancak Hide out yeni bir tesis ve batılı tarzda tasarlanmış . Kahvaltıda da aynı şekilde , kendinize uygun çok tercih mevcut.

Konum genel olanakların olduğu bölgeden uzak , motor ya da taksi kullanmak gerekli oldu. Denize kendi sahilinden girilmiyor, yan sahile yürümek gerekmekte , ilk günler bunu keşfedemedik ama deneyim olarak önerimiz 10dk uzaklıktaki yan sahile mutlaka gidin.Orada da olanaklar mevcut.

The staff are really wonderful, eager to help with anything, the location is good if you want to be remote and have a quiet stay.

If you are looking to move about the island easily, this location is really not great, the road in and out is very rough. Breakfast for vegans is really not great, one morning I had to count on kidney beans in my salad for protein, they even put pork in the tofu dishes. The beach access is very limited and there is trash around it.

Location is very good (however remote), staff is lovely, food is good.

Far from island shops, restaurants and bars. Reception closes early, bar closes at 23:00. Transportation should be easier if you want to reach amenities in the island (shops, bars, restaurants, etc), the only option is motorbike or island taxi.

Das gesamte Design der Anlage ist sehr geschmackvoll. Das Personal sehr herzlich. Die Qualität der Speisen sehr gut. Sehr gute Cocktails.

Strand wie der Ozean selbst waren leider sehr stark kontaminiert durch Plastikmüll. Wechselnd in der Intensität bedingt durch Ebbe und Flut usw. Die Klimaanlage in den Bungalows sind überdimensioniert. Das bringt leider mit sich, dass selbst die kleinste mögliche Stufe immer noch zu laut ist. Eine zweite Kaffeemaschine beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert. Das Englisch der Belegschaft ist bescheiden. Aber das ist ein generelles Problem in Thailand.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön leider jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Die Unterkunft liegt am hauseigenen Strand der wirklich sehr klein ist. Am Strand entlang der sehr steinig ist befinden sich Holzstege die vom ersten Eindruck einladend aussehen. Wie schon erwähnt ist die Unterkunft in die Jahre gekommen und es wurde kein Wert mehr darauf gelegt, die Anlage auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten. Leider ist mein Mann am letzten Tag unseres Aufenthalts an einem dieser Holzstege eingebrochen, da dieser schon morsch war und hat sich tief am Bein verletzt. Das Team vom hide out war anfänglich sehr bemüht, hat uns ins Krankenhaus gebracht und hat uns als kleine Entschädigung eine Gutschrift für den Aufenthalt schriftlich zugesichert. Leider sind jetzt über 2 Monate vergangen und schriftlich ist niemand mehr erreichbar. Wir mussten den restlichen Urlaub täglich ins Krankenhaus um das Bein verbinden zu lassen. Leider bin ich vom Zustand der Anlage sowie der Art und Weise wie jetzt im Nachhinein mit uns umgegangen wurde, äußerst inakzeptabel.

A beautiful hotel where you truly can escape reality, just as they promise. There are plenty of relaxing spaces throughout the property, making every day feel peaceful and unhurried. The pool was excellent, especially with the jacuzzi jets for extra relaxation. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality food, so there was always something to enjoy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and it was very convenient to be able to contact them via WhatsApp whenever needed.

It’s called “Hideout” for a reason — the hotel is quite remote, with no nearby restaurants or shops. The road leading to the property is unpaved and can be quite bumpy. That said, it’s difficult to find fault with the hotel itself. A mirror in front of the basin and a few hooks in the bathroom to hang towels would be helpful additions.

Breakfast poor.The layout of the bed in the room is not good for elderly people with mobility issues.also very long walk up to reception with many stairs again not good for people with mobility issues. Outside the room poor seating and no table. Not good value for money very overpriced.

Leider war der Weg von der Strasse bis zum Resort nicht gepflastert. Nur für geübte Rollerfahrer. So waren wir am Abend gezwungen dort zu essen. Leider gab es keine Desserts was ich schafe fand.

Der Cocktail hideout nr. 2 ist sehr gut! Das Restaurant bietet leckere Gerichte an. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und eher ruhig.

Frühstück war eher überschaubar, Strand war dreckig und es ist viel Müll im Meer geschwommen, Zimmer war klein und hellhörig, nachts hat sich ein Tier in der Zwischendecke verfangen und hat dermaßen laute Geräusche gemacht. Durch die Videos auf Instagram wird das Hotel schöner dargestellt, als es wirklich ist.

Un endroit fabuleux, l’hôtel était plein et pourtant on avait l’impression d’être seul très bien située si en face ce n’est pas l’idéal pour se baigner à cinq minutes lorsque vous regardez sur la mer sur votre gauche, vous avez une plage exceptionnelle et avec un petit SCOOTER en cinq minutes sur votre droite, vous avez la plus belle plage de l’île avec personne juste des petits bars pour profiter pleinement de vos vacances, c’est un endroit fabuleux avec un personnel extrêmement bienveillant

Un magnifique séjour au Hideout, mention spécial pour la suite du séjour en villa piscine beachfront. Le personnel très sympa et réactif(petit soucis avec la piscine mais résolu rapidement) La baie où se situe l hôtel est très calme et de très belle plage aux alentours.

Hideout est parfait pour un séjour à Koh kood, il y a des kayaks à disposition gratuitement et la plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds et à 15 minutes en kayak. Tous les détails de l’hébergement sont pensés pour le confort du client. Je recommande et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Het oogt op eerste gezicht mooi, maar de prijs kwaliteit is echt niet in orde hier. De kamer is geleefd en niet schoon genoeg. Hoog tijd voor een opknapbeurt, ook het terrein zelf. Er zijn gevaarlijke kapotte vlonders bij de ligbedjes, het zwembad ziet er goor uit en de douche daar lijkt beschimmeld. Daarnaast worden asbakken niet geleegd, en staan er zelfs de volgende ochtend nog glazen van de vorige dag op het strand. Ook ontbreekt er een gezellige sfeer, de verlichting in het restaurant is veel te fel en daardoor ongezellig zitten. Ook in de kamer! Al met al raden wij dit hotel niet aan. De minpunten overtreffen.

10/10. Ein Traum auf Koh Kood. Die Anlage ist angenehm Groß und hatte einen tollen Service. Wäscheservice kostenlos, Minibar kostenlos und super nettes Personal. Zudem ist es nur 5 min vom besten Strand von Koh Kood entfernt.

Unterkunft ist etwas abseits, daher darf man keine Scheu vom Roller fahren haben

La route d’accès est catastrophique !!! L’aménagement du lit sur bloc béton un peu dangereux !! La structure pas très jolie autour de la piscine aucun aménagement pour rester autour !!! Nous n’avions pas de possibilité de nager ou de rester A l’hôtel, aucune plage, il faut absolument un scooter pour se déplacer et trouver quelques plages!!! De plus nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise de voir une personne de l’hôtel , je pense un jardinier, rentrer dans la piscine tout habillé et y rester 10’ , après ça nous n’avons plus voulu nous baigner !!!

The pool and the beautiful view.

The villa was spacious and exceptionally clean.

The restaurant was ( sorry to say) a complete disappointment. We found it over priced ( compared to other resorts of this quality) and lacking in any finesse or additional touches that you would expect from a resort of this calibre. Simple things like - In other restaurants on the island your smoothie would arrive with a little flower on top, and plates of food lacked any ‘presentation’. The food was very basic and we ended up eating at The Mint Lotus next door.
