Excelente alojamiento para descansar entre conexiones de vuelos, incluso para exporar la zona donde hay parajes autenticamente impresionantes, con grandes contrastes. Habitación amplia y cómoda. El personal del hotel super atento y nos facilitó nuestra estancia y desplazamientos

I would also like to clarify an important point concerning the hotel manager and the receptionist. Although I was initially told that the manager was away and travelling, he was in fact inside the hotel. Both the manager and the receptionist maintained that he was travelling, which I consider to have been misleading and inappropriate. When the police arrived, the manager's attitude changed noticeably. He became overly accommodating towards the officers and offered them bottled water, while I, the paying guest, was not offered any water despite the very high temperature and the fact that I had been waiting and dealing with this stressful situation. I found this behaviour deeply inappropriate and felt that the manager was attempting to gain the officers' favour while treating me, the customer, with disregard. I cannot determine the legal nature or intention of offering water to the officers, but I believe this conduct should be examined, particularly because I was not offered the same basic courtesy as a guest. More generally, I felt that both the manager and the receptionist acted together in a way that was disrespectful and intimidating towards me, rather than attempting to resolve the situation professionally. I therefore ask Booking.com to take these circumstances into consideration when reviewing my complaint and the hotel's conduct.

Un séjour merveilleux. L'accueil a été très chaleureux et le personnel gentil et professionnel. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir !

Le gardien trop insistant malgré qu on lui ai donné un pourboire a notre arrivée. Ils nous forcez a nettoyer notre voiture alors qu on lui a dit non a plusieurs reprises et il redemandait des sous et moi qui parle arabe je lui ai dit non. Il ose me demander pourquoi... Insupportable Manque un peu de chose pour le petit déjeuner y a pas grand choix. Dommage qu on est rien pour cuisiner alors qu il s'agit de petite maison. ( Pas de casseroles,pas de saladier ect...)

Malgré un passage très court, simplement pour une nuit d’étape en famille avec trois enfants, nous avons apprécié la propreté et le confort des lieux ainsi que l’accueil agréable du personnel. Le bungalow était spacieux, propre et plutôt bien équipé, avec notamment la climatisation dans toutes les chambres ainsi que dans le salon. La literie était propre et confortable, tout comme la salle de bain. La petite cuisine est également appréciable et fonctionnelle. Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne solution pour une étape en famille.

Le petit-déjeuner était assez basique, avec un buffet proposant peu de choix, même s’il reste suffisant pour une étape rapide. La cuisine du bungalow manquait également un peu d’accessoires et certains couverts n’étaient malheureusement pas très bien nettoyés. Enfin, le gardien de nuit était serviable et certainement plein de bonnes intentions, mais un peu trop insistant, notamment pour porter absolument toutes nos valises malgré nos refus, ce qui peut devenir légèrement pesant après un long trajet.

De locatie van het hotel is goed, maar helaas hielden de positieve punten daar voor mij op. De kamer was niet goed schoongemaakt; de kastjes waren vies en er hing een geur alsof er in de kamer was gerookt. Daarnaast was het personeel weinig vriendelijk en verliep de communicatie niet prettig. Al met al voldeed mijn verblijf niet aan mijn verwachtingen en voelde ik mij niet echt welkom

Mijn ervaring bij CHIZ INN RESORT in Errachidia was helaas zeer teleurstellend. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en weinig behulpzaam. Hoewel ik mij legitimeerde met mijn Nederlandse identiteitskaart, werd erop aangedrongen dat ik een Marokkaanse identiteitskaart moest tonen. Daarnaast werden er persoonlijke vragen gesteld over waar ik vandaan kwam en waar ik naartoe ging. Toen ik aangaf dat ik die vragen niet gepast vond, ontstond er een vervelende discussie. De medewerkster bleef vervolgens Frans tegen mij spreken, wat de communicatie alleen maar moeilijker maakte. Ik voelde mij niet welkom en zal hier niet meer terugkomen.

The entire site of the hotel is amazing, perfect for big families. Can enjoy the pool till late, with large seating areas on site perfect to relax and conversate. Note: If you're not a local, you will struggle without a vehicle or guide, as some amenities are far, with a few a 5-15 minutes walk away. Whereas, booking cab via the hotel can be touch and go, since they run limited - recommend hailing a cab on the main if your lucky.

The lack of alternatives at breakfast, was the same everyday and can get repetitive if you're staying there for long. Also, the availability of certain menu items in the restaurant, spent nearly a week there with specific items on the menu not available to order.

Старые номера, душ в очень плохом состоянии. Очень бедный завтрак: лепешки, джем, и на этом все. Человек, принесший чемодан, отказался уходить без чаевых.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Insbesondere die beiden älteren Herren. Der Portiet war auch super nett und man konnte sich mit allen Unterhalten auf Französisch. Allen die eine Unterkunft in Erichidia benötigen würde ich dieses Hotel empfehlen. Es gibt ein gutes Resteraunt ebenfalls in der Nähe neben der Tankstelle. Würde gerne wiederkommen. Die Lage dort war sehr Ruhig und Angenehm. Es gab auch einen super Pool

Die Hotelmitarbeiter waren alle unglaublich Nett. Die beiden älteren Herren am Empfang und der portiet waren beide total Lieb und haben uns mit allem Geholfen. Sie sprachen beide gutes Französich, so konnte man sich gut Unterhalten. Die Lage im Hotel selber ist ebenfalls Ruhig und es gibt einen sehr guten Pool

The hotel is very spacious and the rooms where big. The beds were confortable and the breakfast was OK. It has a private pool which was very nice and you can reach the center by car/motorcycle in 10 min. A lot of parking space available near the rooms!

The rooms, furniture and the bathroom need a bit of touch. The bathroom as one of those open showers so when you take a shower everything gets wet.

Wat een voortreffelijke prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Voor wat je betaald krijg je een enorm goede en schone kamers met mooi uitzicht. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk. Motor vriendelijk hotel.

Famille de 24, dont 10 enfants l'hôtel était au Top sur la route du désert ! Grand jardin, belle piscine, bungalows, bon restaurant, mais petit déjeuner à améliorer

L'éclairage des chambres à revoir

Calme, propre c est mon deuxième séjour dans ce resort.

Pendant la nuit, je passais un appel téléphonique dans le jardin de l’hôtel, dans le calme et sans déranger personne. Pourtant, un membre du personnel a éteint la lumière et m’a demandé de rentrer dans ma chambre. J’ai trouvé cette attitude peu professionnelle et peu accueillante pour un hôtel censé offrir confort et liberté à ses clients.

El bungolow estaba bien. El diseño y la limpieza no fueron lo más destacable. Pero la relacion precio calidad esta bien. Las habitaciones comodas y bien.

Las instalaciones y acabados no son los mejores pero esta muy bien por el precio.

Hotel de détente et de loisir. Petit déjeuner en libre service copieux et varié. Personnel sympathique et serviable.

Ce resort n'est pas très bien entretenu. Les lits n'étaient pas faits. Compliqué pour dîner le soir si le repas n'était pas commandé . Je ne recommanderai pas ce resort.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no IGHIZ INN em Errachidia. O resort impressiona logo à chegada pela sua enorme dimensão e pela forma como está bem organizado, com várias piscinas e uma boa variedade de equipamentos que tornam a estadia muito agradável e relaxante. Viajámos com duas crianças e ficámos alojados num bungalow confortável, amplo e muito bem equipado. Constituído por dois quartos com cama de casal e duas camas individuais, sala de estar e kitchenette. O staff merece destaque especial: extremamente prestável, sempre disponível e simpático.

Des escros J’avais réservé 2 chambres doubles et à l’arrivée ils nous ont dit qu’ils étaient complets et qu’ils n’avaient une chambre double alors que c’était des bungalows avec 2 chambres et nous demandé 50 Eur en plus Le petit déjeuner était censé être compris mais comme c’était le ramadan pas de petit déjeuner…

La petiie terrasse agreable. La literie est vraiment bien.

We travelled in the last days of December. It was quite cold, and the air conditioning doesn't work very well. Nevertheless we had enough blankets to sleep.

Very basic but okay, room was big, heating worked, but room had a bad smell to it and bathroom was quite stale smelling (possibly because of the low season). Neighbours were smoking in their room & outside ours so our room smelt of smoke. The water heater in our room was connected to other rooms so was loud when they used heat. Was a stopover for us, okay but a little pricy considering. Breakfast was good, a bit basic and not ready until 8:30 when we’re told 7:30.
