El personal del hotel nos hizo la vida muy fácil

Queríamos este hotel porque llegábamos muy tarde, con menores y necesitábamos descansar para una larga jornada por el desierto al día siguiente. La ubicación es perfecta para eso. El trato del personal fue inclreible. En todo momento nos ayudaron, taxis, cambio de moneda, consejos, comidas, cenas, té, horarios, siempre estaban pendientes de cómo ayudarnos y mejorar nuestra estancia. Gracias.

Piscina. Hacía mucho calor, pero la están construyendo así que este hotel mejorará mucho en breve.

The host was very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very close to the airport, which is very convenient for late night and early morning flights. The downside is that it is a bit further away from restaurants and shops. However the host is really helpful, and nearly always available to help, including arranging taxis and pizza delivery for us for our last night.

If you want to go to a restaurant or a shop, you need a taxi.

paikassa ei ole ravintolaa, mutta heillä oikein toimiva ratkaisu tilausravintolan kanssa, hyvää ruokaa tuli, joten ravintolan puute ei ollut ongelma. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille, ei edes huonojalkaisille. mahatauti tuli sen jälkeen, ei muille, joten arvoitus ?

Großes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und großes Fenster, das Bad war gut. Moha hat ein Abendessen und Bier für uns organisiert und war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir war begeistert. Richtig schönes Gebäude, gefühlt in the middle of nowhere. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und das Essen ausreichend. Danke Moha. 🎸

Moha ist sehr gastfreundlich. Wir haben am späten Abend gemeinsam Tee getrunken und er hat Gitarre gespielt. Wir hatten sehr interessante Gespräche. Da ich einen frühen Flieger bekommen musste, hat er für mich ein kleines Frühstück vorbereitet.

TOUT. Depuis l'arrivée, dans un coin perdu, des escaliers pour monter avec les bagages, la qualité de toutes les prestations. Le lit, la douche, la chambre, rien rien rien

L'accueil, la gentillesse de Moha, le directeur au grand coeur... Une perle! La proximité de l'aéroport, qui en fait l'endroit par excellence si, comme nous, on arrive tard la nuit ou on repart très tôt le matin. La simplicité, le style bohème, la propreté et la convivialité du lieu. On se pensait à l'époque Peace and Love! L'eau hyper chaude, agréable quand les nuits sont encore fraîches!

Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was good

Bedding was not clean, did not look like it had been changed and washed in either room, hairs, and lots of specs in sheets. We scheduled a transfer from the airport and confirmed multiple times. They were not there when we arrived and we had to wait outside in the cold and keep texting to get a pick up. The pick up was in someone's personal vehicle and we were a definite after thought. They were anxious to get back to watching the soccer game with their friends in the lobby. We felt like an annoyance. It was fine for a quick overnight transfer, but would have chosen somewhere else if given the option.

This hotel is at the gateway to the desert, a popular stop for travelers in transit. It's perfect for that. The room was adequate and comfortable. The bathroom and breakfast were good.

All was good.

I liked it. Staff were friendly , the facilities were decent and near to the airport. Didn’t stay in town and I was only there on transit, but it was good and at a very good price.

Sehr gute Lage für Ankunft am Flughafen Errachidia. Taxi-Transfer hat 8 Euro (80DH) gekostet und hat perfekt geklappt. Zimmer sehr sauber, alles verfügbar. Über die Klimaanlage wurde das Zimmer beheizt, was bei den aktuellen Temperaturen mehr als nötig war. Für weitere Aufenthalte und meine Ankünfte in Errachidia werde ich immer wieder dort buchen!

Vicinanza all'aeroporto. Accoglienza e empatia con Moha il gestore che è anche un ottimo suonatore di musica berbera (e non solo!). Per una notte a Errachidia è l'ideale!

Hôtel très propre et bien agencé, très bien situé par rapport à l’aéroport lors d’une arrivée tardive et départ très tôt. L’équipe est aux petits soins et se rend disponible sur tout ce dont on a besoin durant le séjour, merci à eux.

This riad was the perfect place to stay on our evening flight in from Marrakesh. It is so close to the airport, and the owners had excellent communication. They arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and the breakfast provided for us was wonderful. The room accomodations were even better than anticipated.

Too fare to town and difficult with public transport

This hotel has the friendliest staff on the planet - super made me feel at home, and as a solo woman traveller, that was a concern. Lovely comfortable rooms with a great view of the mosque, and very close to the airport. I needed my boarding pass printed and Moha went super out of his way to print it for me. Thank you!!

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. Very close location to the airport. I would definitely stay here again

I looked at the place. I didn't like it, and he said I could cancel with no cost. I canceled they charged me for the whole night. I didn't even stay there. I found something used and disgusting on the bed stand that appeared to be used for intimate things. Then, he offered a disgusting service. The bathroom had no hot water. The doors had a wood metal that closed over them, creating a dungeon locked in feeling with all male staff. It's not a good place for a couple to stay, maybe a single man. I ended up staying at the hotel near the road. I enjoyed that hotel it was family oriented and a respectful Muslim.

The host Moha and how clean it was

Moha, our host and colleagues, were very friendly and made us feel at home. The Amazigh people are so so friendly. The hotel is a 25min walk out of town centre. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, one of best we have had on our trips. A great stop over.

As soon as my spouse left my side for a moment the staff made an inappropriate comment to me, (hit on me) Very unprofessional. We were going to stay there after coming back from the desert, but cancelled.

An unforgettable stay! The hotel offers excellent facilities, with comfortable rooms and a rich, delicious breakfast, but the real highlight is the staff: incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available. Their attention and care for guests truly make a difference. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location if stopping over for a night - 30min walk to/from the airport. The breakfast was also lovely!

We picked this convenient hotel in proximity to the airport - to stay overnight before our trip to the Merzouga desert. The service was amazing! Moha picked us up at the airport at midnight with a big welcoming smile. He stopped to get us a cold bottle of water. He arranged a car rental for us. He brought all our luggage to our room. He made us breakfast the next day and gave us directions. He bent over backward to make sure we had the best experience....and we did. We will be staying here again the night before our flight back to Casablanca at 7am.

It is a bit far from the city center, but in a good location for visiting other parts of the desert!

My family is indebted to the beautiful and most caring gentleman of Dar Diafa Chez Anaam. I cannot begin to collect the appropriate words to describe our experience with this home. Yes, I would call this place home. Moha, Sulaiman, and Muhammad are second to none when it comes to genuine, loving and caring men. They represent what the saying "love for your brother what you love for yourself" means. They are the embodiment of such good character. You will not find comforts of gold and silver here. You will not find the Ritz Carlton or Hampton Inn here. What you will find is a place that provides the warmth and genuine care your personal home provides. Moha is above and beyond the spirit of the desert embodied in a human being. There is nothing but genuine care for your well being that exudes from his soul through his body. He is full of love and ready to be at your service to not only provide a place to eat, sleep, relax and bathe but find solutions to your travel needs, provide suggestions for touring and also being one of the best drivers around. When Moha is around you don't have to worry about anything, he will surely go out of his way to assist you with your needs. Sulaiman is a master chef. The food he puts out is like eating from your brothers heart. Muhammad's service and smile will light up your day. These gentleman are some of the best of people in Morocco itself. I can attest to that because on our 2 and half week trekk across Morocco with my family we fell in love with the area from Errachidia to Merzuga. If you are in Errachidia for one night or two and in a pickle or just need a place to go to, do not think about it. Head straight to Dar Diafa Chez Anaam and just let Moha take care of the rest. such beautiful people may God bless them. The rooms are big enough. The A/C and heating works well. The beds are large and comfortable. The bathrooms are large. The food is wholesome and hardy. The hot water run well.

Moha (our excellent fantastic hotel staff/friend) was amazing, he was very knowledgeable about the area (where to exchange money, where to catch the bus, and general interesting facts about Morocco/desert). Extremely friendly and the main reason we would recommend visitors to get this hotel. The beds were very big, extremely comfortable, and the rooms felt homelike. A traditional breakfast was served which was made with care, very filling and delicious. The rooms and hotel area was clean. Airport transportation was available arranged by staff.

The hotel was isolated with not many shops/things to do, we initially chose it because our flight arrived at Errachidia airport at midnight so we needed a nearby hotel to stay the night. But nothing actually negative to say about the hotel itself, staff were excellent.

Room and hotel clean, comfortable and all good. Very large bed. Breakfast was good. What really made the stay was the friendliness & generosity of people working. In particular, one member of staff saw that we were struggling to get a taxi into the city centre, & drove us there in his own car. Many thanks for your kindness and generosity. Reception staff was also very friendly and hospitable.

Mr.Moha, at the desk, was the best thing about the hotel! The beds were comfortable, location was away from the town centre with wide open spaces. As a policy the hotel does not provide guests with drinking water in the rooms , however Mr.Moha did provide 4 bottles of water for us. He even provided black tea for my wife early in the morning.

Not having electric kettle in the room and the hotel's inability to serve food if you arrive late. Since the hotel is far away from the town centre, not having a near by place to eat food is a dampener.

Not walking distance to shops, cafes etc. Quite isolated. However, manager did offer to drive me to shops. Best to eat before arrival.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. New and close to the airport. The guy working was so kind and helpful, we shared a dinner and he helped us get to the airport early in the morning.

It was clean, staff were friendly and accepted late check in. The. Bed was confortable the room was quiet and you can sleep in peace.

The room needed the small fridge. Also the breakfast was very poor not worth it at all. Dont take their breakfast better eat out.
