Rain water leakage in the cottage heavily though they say 17.05.26 was first rain but staff said it is raining everyday. All cottages were full of water. Staff came midnight to clean it. They say breakfast is included and serves you 3 Puri, or 1 aloo paratha, if you ask extra puri then additional charge of 250/- for 3 puris and 1 aloo paratha 100/-. Should not charge like that. Choice of juice was only 2 which was cheapest but manageable. Heavy voltage fluctuation, AC's are not serviced, they do not cool the room. Shabby and sludgy washroom. I was going to fall. After complaining they came and cleaned. No proper maintenance. Highly over priced as per facility. The security made one car to park In such a way beside my car that right side fenderline of my car has got a long scratch. Highly irresponsible security and manager and they have put a board 'Parking at owners risk'. Security is always busy talking to taxi drivers. It is better to spend little more and go to a proper guarded property. All positive reviews they forced other guests to give at the time of check out. Do not trust.

Toppläge! Egen stuga precis intill fin strand. Standarden är inte den bästa men helt ok i förhållande till läget. Husen är likadana men dyrare nära stranden (0 meter, havsutsikt) och billigare längre in (ca 100m till strand). Bra restaurang där vi åt frukost och middag. Finns många andra serveringar vid stranden.

Dålig WiFi men funkar vid receptionen. Det finns inte så mycket att se i närområdet, men man kan ta TucTuc / taxi till nära samhälle. Skönt att bara gå på stranden och besöka vikarna intill.

Nice. Quaint, right on the beach. It’s non party peaceful resort. Servers and staff were very polite and wonderful.

Had some issues with AC in the room not cooling, the property manager switched the rooms promptly.

This is a very unsafe property for ladies. As someone who is from France and of Indian origin, I was harassed by taxi mafia just outside the gate and hotel staff was just looking and did nothing as he was his neighbour. I had excruciatingly painful 2 days here where me and my female co traveler were afraid to even step out of the property as you can be attacked by goons and the worst part is we found of hotel staff, particularly the manager is also LinkedIn with them and can pass on your info to these goons so they extort money out of you and their favorite excuse is “these girls were drunk” while we don’t even drink and they character assassinated us. It’s how they operate to gain money out of you, even the local police is at their beck and call. So if you’re a woman or a female traveler I’d sincerely recommend you book anywhere else in South goa but not here. It’s a highly unsafe place to stay where your whereabouts are tracked and even your stuff at the hotel is not safe even if you lock it. Our experience was horrible.

Do not go and book only on the reviews on booking. It’s a highly highly unsafe spot for female women travelers especially if you’re not from Goa and not from India. Run far far away in the opposite direction.

It is just an average facility with power turn on switch outside the cottage. It does not make any sense. Privacy is also a problem.

There is nothing to dislike.

Staff in restaurant were very good very attentive. Food was very good too with a great included breakfast. Each room had a foot wash so that no sand got into room.

Dated but everything worked. Some of the repairs and construction looked homemade.

The location is superb. Right on the beach. Can see full Palolem beach from balcony.

The room service was a bit slow. There is no phone, you have to call on mobile everytime you need anything in the room. The rooms have slightly old feels. The balcony is good but it gets hot there in evening and in night as well.. no fan outside at the balcony.

Das O3 Beach Hotel ist eine gute Adresse. Wir konnten uns gut entspannen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Hütten sind schlicht aber sauber. Die Bäder sind einfach gehalten. Es lohnt auf jeden Fall eine Rollertour durch das Landesinnere zu unternehmen. Der Verleih ging problemlos über die Rezeption. DIe Gegend ist sehr schön. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist OK. Luxus sollte man nicht erwarten.

Can't think of anything we didn't like, the place, staff, room right on the beach waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves was like being in paradise, food was very good always gave to much to eat, would highly recommend this place , will definitely be back next year and for longer.

Good location right at the beach. Breakfast had good variety: plenty of options to choose from and always very tasty. Bed was comfortable and washroom big enough.Bottled water was provided daily. Overall very good service.

It would be nice to have an additional lamp next to the big mirror in the room.

The staff were brilliant and very welcoming! The food was beautiful (both breakfast and dinner). Some of the best curries we had on our trip in india. It was great to have dinner on the beach and to watch the sun go down. Also lovely to watch the sunset from our own balcony and have a dip in the sea first thing in the morning

The bathroom facilities do the job, but are very basic. Issue on the beach as a whole, rather than the resort, but it was hard to relax on the beach with people constantly approaching to sell items/services to you (from outside resort). This may be more of an issue if you're an introvert like me!

We stayed for 3 nights - great location on the beach front , staff are super friendly and took good care of us ! We ate at the restaurant twice and food was very good and a good price - would reccomend for a relaxing stay in palolem!

Bathrooms could do with some updating

A great location - lovely to sit out and look at the beach while eating breakfast - a good selection of breakfast options - some of the staff were friendly and helpful - the place was clean and tidy

The room had nowhere to put anything - the room and furniture was tired - the safety deposit box was a locked drawer in a bedside table - the bed was uncomfortable - our room was right next to the kitchen and bar, so we were woken up every morning at 7am and it was sometimes noisy until 11pm

Right on the beach. Good and staff were lovely.

Hit was a bit tatty. Could do with revamping. There were some gaps in the walls between boards. Had something clawing, trying to get in at around 2.30 in the morning.

We booked using a Wise card. When we arrived we weren’t able to pay using this card using rupees, they asked for a card that would take pounds. We didn’t have one with us. We had to pay using all our cash, leaving us with minimal cash. Palolem had no cashpoint, and most places that took card added an extra 5% fee. We felt misled, the booking was taken using Wise, they should have told us it wouldn’t be accepted to pay the account. There was a man locally who would give you cash off Wise for 3% fee but when we tried, his machine wasn’t working. Palolem lost out because we couldn’t buy anything as we had limited cash. We had received a message the day before asking for our arrival time, it wouldn’t have been difficult to add a note about payment

Hyvällä paikalla, aivan rannalla. Hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Ei mitään luksusta, mutta huone oli niin kuin kuvissa. Hyvä sänky ja suihkussa kunnollinen vedenpaine. Henkilökunta ystävällinen ja avulias.

The breakfast menu is very limited, however, the lunch and dinner menu is extensive. The food is worth the money and also this restaurant is budget friendly. It didn't burn a hole in our pockets

Loved our stay at Coco Cabana. The staff were super sweet and made everything easy. The huts were clean, cozy, and right by the beach. Its perfect for a peaceful break and we will try to visit again.

A couple more hooks in the bathroom would be nice.

Smell in the bathroom

Хороший отель на первой линии, приятный персонал, уборка хоть каждый день, главное попроси. Приятные официанты, хорошая кухня. У нас было 2 домика, один нам с мужем, другой для детей, им тоже все понравилось. Вода горячая всегда, чисто, каждый день ставят по 2 литровый бутылки воды.

The cabin was on top of the beach, literally 2 min away from water. Very nice, the bed comfortable and the food of the restaurant tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful!

There wasn't a lot of hot water and the bathroom was a bit old and broken. T Our cabin had a veranda that faced a wall which wasn't great.

In the description it was mentioned that room with side view will be provided however, there was no view and we were hoping to have a room with sea facing view but reality was different

Die Lage vom Resort ist super - direkt am Strand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock mit direkten Meerblick und großer Terrasse. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass es eine "Strandhütte" in einem 3-Stern-Resort ist, d.h. es gab eine Klimaanlage, einen Ventilator und warmes Wasser. Keine weiteren Extras wie Kühlschrank o.ä. Es war sauber und wir konnten jederzeit an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, dass wir das Zimmer gereinigt haben möchten, was wir auch jeden 2. Tag in Anspruch genommen haben (inkl. Wechsel der Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Das dazugehörige Restaurant war TOP, das Essen super und das Personal wahnsinnig freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt.

Das WLAN im Zimmer war extrem langsam, etwas besser im Restaurant. Im Bad fehlen Ablageflächen und Haken, im Zimmer gab es zwar einen Schrank, aber ohne Türen und Kleiderbügel. Da die Terrassentür einen großen Spalt zum Boden hatte, muss man hier auch mit dem Eindringen von Insekten und bei starkem Regen mit Wasser rechnen.

Персонал просто супер. Доброжелательные, вежливые. Прибираются хорошо, завтраки хорошие: можно выбрать 6 вариантов или дозаказать свое. Готовят в ресторане очень вкусно! Самый вкусный Брияни в Палолеме))) Первая линия, завтракаешь с видом на море. В этой части Палолем минимальные волны. Отель хороший, рядом обменник, фруктовая палатка с удовольствием приехал бы сюда снова.

С пляжа слышится шум, музыка. Хорошо что только до 23:00. Соседи тоже попадались, которые всю ночь пьют и орут. При бронировании писали мне и просили оплатить счет через Paypal в течение 2х суток и грозились отменой, хотя обьяснял им что paypal в России не работает и карты рф тоже. Спустя три дня договорились все же об оплате на месте, но осадочек остался)) При оплате не было сдачи 450 рупий, договорились что на следующий день отдадут. В итоге на следующий день опять нет, в итоге ходили по всему персоналу по 30-50 рупий выпрашивали. Такое чувство будто специально тянут, чтоб ты плюнул на эти деньги. Но тут дело принципа.

Вид с балкона на море шикарный. Персонал очень внимательный, всегда помогут, подскажут. Отличная кухня, вкусные блюда. Интернет работает везде.

Voor het tweede jaar de terras kamer geboekt met prachtig uitzicht over het strand. Leuke basic kamer, voldoende ruimte. Schoonmaak even doorgeven bij de receptie dan wordt dat direct gedaan. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt is a la carte in het restaurant en is prima. Leuke service van de jongens op het strand en in het restaurant. Wifi is overal goed. Wij hebben weer genoten en komen zeker weer terug.
