Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a day out. Overall, a wonderful experience and definitely recommended..

Great stay near Palolem!The room was very clean and had a lovely view of the pool. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is perfect, as the walk to the beach took only about 6 minutes. When we return to Palolem Beach in the future, we will definitely stay at this hotel again!

The location is good, there are a few good restaurants nearby. Above the stay also there is a Korean restaurant which provides tasty food.

The room is not clean. Bathroom was leaking. Even though we booked for 2 days, we stayed there for only one day. Couldn’t even bother about our money loss. Room is actually spacious but was smelling mould. It could be because of monsoon season. But felt like they are not putting an effort to keep it presentable.

I had already booked a room but it got cancelled. It was 5 pm in the evening on Saturday already and I was on the road with my family. My expectation from rooms were too less and the need was to get a room. Palolem INN offered two premium rooms at very affordable rates. The room size, Bed and mattress, washroom and the location of the hotel, I found them all very pleasing. My wife and daughter who are very fussy about cleanliness, even they looked satisfied. If I ever go back to Palolem, I will pick this hotel again. The swimming pool is old and did not look clean though.

It was recently neat with comfortable one day stay

I booked the stay as there was a swimming pool, swimming pool was ok but the place around the pool was not so well maintained and I felt the staff was so lethargic like they did not even take the details properly like the proof of identity etc., Overall it was not bad but did not justify value for money

I've been staying at Palolem Inn for past 2years, same hotel, same room. Staff is very friendly & professional, always happy to help. I'll be back soon.

Very disappointed as we had booked this hotel specifically for the swimming pool only to find it had been emptied

The staff are so friendly snd helpful. The location is close to many shops, restraunts and beaches. The rooms are nice and spacious and clean. You even have Netflix and YouTube on the TV which is great for children! Pool is so lovely and refreshing, definitely worth the stay and price

De kamer was uiteindelijk goed nadat we gewisseld waren van 104 (begane grond) naar kamer 207 (boven)

Het personeel was niet heel handig in alles maar uiteindelijk is het toch een prima verblijf Het is allemaal flink aan renovatie toe!

A localização era boa e tinha um restaurante com qualidade mesmo em frente. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos pois conseguiram me um taxi para Dabolim dia 30 de dezembro quando não consegui qualquer transfer após uma alteração inesperada de voo.

O hotel é rudimentar, a casa de banho era mais que sucinta, velha e sem agua quente á chegada .Nem nos arriscámos na piscina pois a agua não parecia de todo segura. O preço pago foi totalmente desproporcional ao conforto oferecido. Apesar de entender que era época alta, foi um abuso completo.

The facilities for the cost paid were inadequate

The room was a good size, clean with fridge, tea making etc. I found the bed very comfortable with nice linen. The staff were very good especially the manager who seems to be doing everything from going to get supplies, to being behind the bar at night. It was only a couple of minutes from the beach.

The pool needs a good clean ( probably due to lack of staff). I found it can be a bit noisy as walls seem quiet thin and can hear people talking in next room.

The breakfast was good once they clarified what I was able to choose with the one included with the room price. Location was close to everything I required. My room was quiet there was also a safe for your valuables. After a few minutes the water was very hot.

The shower was not working well but was fixed quickly once I notified them.

We had a room with a balcony. The bed was nice and the Bathroom clean. staff was very polite It was just a very short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. we try to korean food Dinner at the was very delicious.

I spent one night there, I liked it very much, along with all the facilities, cleanliness is taken care of very well, all the staff are friendly, the swimming pool is also very good, an example of my Goa trip palolem inn luxury stay Location is nice & Near the beach.

Staff in Hotel's are serving with smile. They are very particular about cleanliness. I visited there for two days BUT I stay there for four days. And I am going there in next month again. Hotel Palolem Inn is BEST place to chill..

Being slack season their kitchen was not in working position but they were ready to arrange food from there parter hotel. But three to four resturant & Bar very near.

Excellent Room is very big Nice pool. Staff is very kindly Good Location near the beach. It is a very awesome play to stay if you are visiting with you family or with your loved one. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Fantastic budget friendly room right by the beach. There was nothing to dislike. Lucky the owner was on hand to make us feel welcome. He also arranged a day out for us which we enjoyed. This place is strides away from Palolem beach but felt very peaceful as it was tucked away as if it wasn’t there. Extremely happy with our stay and offered us exactly what we wanted.

Everything here is just perfect ! It’s our first time in the hotel and The whole experience was really amazing, and we enjoyed every second to the fullest! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.. we will definitely come back.

Breakfast was amazing! Property is very close to the beach 3 minutes. Host is generous and helpful. He allowed us early check in and late checkout and drive us to airport. Perfect service!

Had an amazing experience , i was looking for something that was close to the beach also which was safe with resonable rate... this place was perfect according to ma requirements .... enough parking space for cars right in front of the Hotel. loved it!

We had a great stay at Hotel Palolem Inn Goa. 100% recommend and we would love to come back again. The location was 3 min walking distance to the beach and was surrounded by shops. Very convenient for us. Even though the location is very central, it was quiet in the night and we always had a good night's sleep. Our room was very clean and had a nice balcony. Also had air conditioning and ceiling fan. Our host was super helpful and friendly. He helped us arrange taxi for airport drop, dolphin watching boat trip and rickshaws for visiting nearby beaches. We felt safe and in good hands.

Clean and spacious rooms in a quiet area in Palolem close to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff. Good and affordable laundry also. We had a pleasant stay here! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
